Had a lovely trip to Peniscola this week. My first solo trip but didn't feel alone. I'm looking forward to many more trips with Rosa Tours. Thank you Kathy.

We have just got home from the Jumilla day trip where we have had a lovely day. Wendy was an excellent Rosa guide, very welcoming, friendly and knowledgeable. The winery tour was fabulous and the lunch was delicious. Well worth the money

Went to Almeria with Rosa Tours and our lovely guide Cathy. Coach trip, hotel location, food and accommodation etc were all excellent. Cathy was WOW!! Professional and one step ahead with her organisation to ensure we were safe, comfortable and well informed. Plus we never stopped smiling. We will be booking another trip with Cathy and Rosa Tours

Trip to Mojacar, night of the candles, 20th September 2025. The advert for the trip made no mention it would be difficult for people with impaired mobility or that the coach had a 'rest' stop over at a truck stop of 45 minutes on the way there. The guide was not clearly spoken so it was quite a shock to be having to eat at the truck stop as mojacar would be too busy. The candles and the shops at mojacar were fantastic but then the trip home also stopped at the same truck stop. We had been picked up at 3.25pm and finally arrived back at 3am. We heard David's Coach trips took just 2 hours journey there, then the same back. Ours took almost 4 hours to get there from villa martin then 3 and quarter hours to get home. Pretty disgruntled is putting it mildly.

I have been on several Rosas trips and have always found them great value with helpful guides. However, this was not the case on Saturday when we visited Benidorm for the Gay Pride parade. The male tour guide was rude and unhelpful throughout with very little customer focus - not what you would expect to receive as a paying passenger!

We have been on a few tours with Rosa tours and have enjoyed every single one! This week we went to Alicante which is a beautiful city and definitely worth visiting. And yesterday we traveled to Cartagena and sailed on the catamaran along to beautiful coastline of Cartagena! You are on the boat for 3 hours which anchored along to coast so you can swim in the ocean. There is a well stocked bar and snacks. I highly recommend Rosa tours for any day trips you might want to visit.

Bus was to pick up at 1.10 pm came 1.30 air con not working then had to cha ge bus at quesada now at 2.45 pm we are on our way to Altea which is approximately another hour very dissatisfied as it’s our first tour with Rosa coaches we actually arrived at 4 pm

Saturday 29/08/25 trip to Benidorm, the rep was atrocious, rude, unhelpful, no information was given other than we will not wait for you, definitely not a professional outfit.

Ya he estado con ellos 2 veces viajando en bus a Benidorm y Cartagena. Excelente servicio e información turística no solo del destino sino también de lugares por los que pasamos. Los recomiendo totalmente 👍

We went on the Tabarca Island trip with Rosa Tours. Wendy and Paco were brilliant- so friendly and helpful. The trip was well organised and time efficient. We would’ve enjoyed a little more time on the island or in Alicante- otherwise the trip was great.

Nooit meer. Bende Engelsen op de bus, 15 min. te laat vertrokken. Nochtans worden er geen uitzonderingen gemaakt. Zogezegd de baan kwijt, komen giechelend de bus op. Luidruchtig in de bus, echt storend, drinken (alcohol), eten... eerst gaf de reisgids commentaar, duwen ze een serieus centje in de reisgids haar handen, van heel de reis gaf ze geen commentaar meer. Nog meer ze laat de bus stoppen nog eens 10 min om ze te laten plassen dit op een bus rit van 1u20.... Rit Benidorm-quesada. 29.07.2025

Just returned from a 4 day tour to Andalucía. I booked this trip after booking a private bus to take a walking group this June to Alcalar del Jucar( last year Rosa’s took the group to Guadalest and they were excellent. The trip to Andalucía was enjoyable and great value for money; we had a great guide (Taz), and the driver was professional and skilful, especially in Sevilla. A very nice hotel in Jerez and the excursions to Cadiz and Sevilla were great. We’re looking forward to the trip to the lavender fields in July. Previous review-Booked a 55 seater coach to take a hiking/ walking group to Guadalest. Coach arrived on time, pick ups were at three locations the driver Bernado was friendly and helpful. The coach was very nice. Everyone was impressed with the service and I think Rosa Tours will now have more clients for personal trips because of this.

Just been on wine tour casa silila very poor trip could not understand guide to short wine tasting not clear.then on to church and lunch had to beg for free glass of wine waiters very rude not best we have been on .john wright

Wij boekten al verschillende dagreizen bij Rosa Tours, wel in het reisbureau van Torrevieja, vriendelijke bediening en veel informatie gekregen over onze bezoeken. Jammer genoeg na 4 maanden te genieten van de Costa Blanca keren we eind van de maand terug huiswaarts. Tot volgende keer 💪💪💪

Zuverlässiges Busunternehmen mit einem guten Angebot an tollen Tagesausflügen. Wir waren am 25.03.25 mit Freunden (8 Personen) mit Rosa Tour auf dem Weingut Casa Sicilia. Es war ein super Erlebnis und wir waren mit der Fahrt und dem Service sehr zufrieden. Die nette Hostess hat sogar dafür gesorgt dass wir beim Mittagessen einen Tisch für uns bekommen haben. Gerne wieder einen Ausflug oder Reise mit RosaTour.

En utrulig flott vintur. Vi vart plukka opp i kort gåavstand frå huset vårt litt over klokka ni. God buss. Blid og kjekk guide, Annie, som la inn kaffistopp undervegs. Det vart ikkje lenge å sitte for trasig rygg. Vingarden var flott og omvisninga var grei. Vi fekk godt med vin i glasa. Black week gav halv pris på vin. Nydelig gamalt kloster og ein full treretters middag, inkl drikke, som avslutning. Alt til pris av 47€ pr. pers. Vi meinte at middagen aleine var verdt prisen. Vi var tilbake ca. halv seks. Dette vart ein flott dag og veret var på vår side. Vi drar gjerne igjen.

Today we went with Rosa tours to Villajoyosa. We loved it but the best part of the trip was our lovely tour guide Annie. She was wonderful and so helpful. We’ll definitely be booking another trip next time we’re here.

We just came back from Costa del Sol, 21st 0ctober to 24th. It was really great. Well organised, nice hotel, our Rep Taz was friendly and helpful. I recommend this trip to a yone.

Just returned from a wonderful trip to Gibraltar and Cadiz with Rosas coach tours.The 4 star hotel was fabulous and had an extensive food choice. Sharon was very organised and we all knew times we were to have breakfast and our main meal.Our luggage was in order of 1st dropo ff to enable coach driver to find correct cases quickly. Bernadotte our driver was very patient and an excellent driver. Looking forward to our next tour thankyou Rosas

Lovely day out at the Algar waterfalls and the lovely village of Guadalest. Fernando our driver and Wendy our guide were brilliant and would very much recommend this company and day trip.

This was our first coach trip with Rosa Tours to Costa Tropical on a 6 night trip. We thoroughly enjoyed it. Pick up was on time. Coach was comfortable and clean and the driver Barry was an excellent driver, in mountainous winding roads, and very good company too, as he stayed as our driver the whole week. We were lucky with Sharon who was our Rosa guide and she was so lovely and personable, and great company and she was very helpful and nothing was any problem and she has the most lovely clear speaking voice 😊 The hotel in Almuñécar was very clean, comfortable beds and big room and shower was great water pressure. Air con was great too. Breakfast and dinner were buffet style with a large selection and we were very happy and thought it was very good value for money and even had a bottle of wine per couple included in tour cost! Reception staff were welcoming and friendly. The day trips out were great - Malaga, Granada, Nerja, Frigiliana - dropped off and could do as we wanted and met back at the coach at the end of the day. We would recommend this trip especially with Sharon and we will be looking to book more trips when we are back in Spain.

Disgusting service we got told 9.30am pick up and bus driver already gone as we got there at 9.18am No phone call or anything That's SEVEN ppl missing out on trip Three of us from New zealand I'm sure they will be type to leave you STRANDED Other members of the family won't be using them again and they regularly visit Spain That's now 15 people that's gonna use another company

A fabulous day out to the waterfalls in Algar and Guadalest. Lovely comfortable coach, great driver and guide! Paco and Sharon. Very friendly and knowledgeable. Good price. We will definitely go on lots more trips.

Fantastic service from start to finish. Went to benidorm for the day, and so glad we booked for the trip to alicante tomorow lovely and friendly 5 star. Will use again.

This was our first coach trip in Spain and found it very enjoyable. The booking process was easy. The coach and guide picked us up at the agreed time and place, and Paco and Annie were very friendly and provided little snippets of info en route. Once at our destination, Calpe, provided some useful tips on things to do and see during our time there. We decided to explore the old town and whilst this is quite hilly, we were used to walking up and down hills back home, so it didn't trouble us. The overall trip experience was very good, value for money, and we are booking another trip with them next week, before we have to return home.

I'd just like to say how fantastic Rosa Tours are. I recently used them for 4 day trips, I'd like to give Wendy and Bernado a big shout out. Bernado the driver, being one of the nicest happiest skilled driver I've ever come across, and Wendy the kindest happiest nicest most helpful guide. Also especially not forgetting Paco, another highly skilled driver who even paid a motorway toll out of his own money to get us all back earlier. Fabulous service. Just back from a day trip to the Modernista Feria in Alcoy. What a great day out, such fun a truly uplifting day. Great driving by Bernardo and excellent tour guiding by Wendy really made tge day special. Such a fabulous day out I will definitely do it again.

Just back from Costa Tropica beautiful Spanish To Almunecar is where we stayed rooms spacious towels changed every day cleaning superb the trips were amazing Granada Malaga Frigiliana all amazing the hotel food not the best but always something but could be better the hospitality in the bars and restaraunts best tapas in spain my favorite was Bodega la despensa de la Abuela thanks alex your food is first classl have had thankyou to Barry our polite and great driver and to sharron the girl with personality charm and wit she did her job very professional and really looked after us nothing was a problem and to my friends Ges and sue thanks for the memories we met 2 yrs ago on the same tour you made our holiday a great trip Thankyou Rosa Tours

I've used Rosa a few times for trips and to transfer between resorts and I can highly recommend them. The tour guides are very professional and knowledgeable about their trips. Sharon did a great job guiding us to Cartegena with Nortes as our driver. My go to coach company!!

congratulations to Rosa Tours on having the worst 'tour guide' ever!! My friend and I did the boat trip in Altea Trip. From minute one she took an instant dislike to my friend (who is in recovery after a car accident) she was so rude and abrupt! everyone on the bus knew she didnt want to be there with us. When we spoke with others on the trip we compaired horrific rude and nasty things she said. we were all quite shocked if anyone asked her a question she became irrate and snappy. We were all in disbelief that this lady Anne had a job with this company. Paco the bus driver was absolutely wonderful so friendly and happy. The big black cloud they call Anne should not be in this business. If she is the tour guide dont go!!

Our recent boat trip in Altea with Rosa Tours was extremely disappointing. Upon arrival, we were dropped off and instructed to look along the gaps on the way up to find our boat. Unfortunately, the boat was located at the very top, quite a distance from where we were dropped off. The boat itself was nothing like what was advertised. The toilet facility was particularly problematic, requiring passengers to climb down a ladder backward to access it. This was impossible for the older members of our group due to mobility issues. Additionally, the boat trip was shorter than advertised. On the way back, several passengers requested to use a bathroom, but there was no toilet on board the bus. The bus driver stopped in the middle of nowhere and advised people to relieve themselves in ditches, which was highly inappropriate and uncomfortable. We have used Rosa Tours for many trips, but this experience was unacceptable. When we emailed the company as advised by the tour guide, we were essentially told “tough luck.” If I could give this experience -5 stars, I would. We will not be using this service again. Nuestro reciente viaje en barco en Altea con Rosa Tours fue muy decepcionante. Al llegar, nos dejaron y nos dijeron que miráramos a lo largo de los huecos en el camino hacia arriba para encontrar nuestro barco. Desafortunadamente, el barco estaba ubicado en la cima, bastante lejos de donde nos dejaron. El barco en sí no se pareceba a lo que se anunciaba. El baño era particularmente problemático, ya que requería que los pasajeros bajaran una escalera hacia atrás para acceder a ella. Esto era imposible para los miembros mayores de nuestro grupo debido a problemas de movilidad. Además, el viaje en barco fue más corto de lo anunciado. En el camino de regreso, varios pasajeros solicitaron usar un baño, pero no había inodoro a bordo del autobús. El conductor del autobús se detuvo en medio de la nada y aconsejó a la gente que se aliviara en zanjas, lo cual era muy inapropiado e incómodo. Hemos utilizado Rosa Tours para muchos viajes, pero esta experiencia fue inaceptable. Cuando enviamos un correo electrónico a la empresa según lo aconsejado por el guía turístico, esencialmente nos dijeron "mucha suerte". Si pudiera darle a esta experiencia -5 estrellas, lo haría. No volveremos a utilizar este servicio.

Mixed feelings for Rosa Tours Coaches leaving later than told Benidorm trips taking forever to get there and back with so many stops. Many frustrated customers wanting to get home after a long day having to wait for people at pick up points who are late You really need to review these points. What's the point in telling customers you must be back at a certain time to get the Coach back yet if your not there you still hang around waiting? Sorry but have to say how it is. Apart from that very good prices but these points need addressing

Cancelled my paid for Benidorm trip at the last minute after we had already booked accommodation. also making me come back to the office to get my money back. Would not recommend unless you want letting down

What an amazing company. We had booked train from Alicante to Madrid and hotel for 3 nights back in March. Unfortunately our friends couldn’t make it as one had been taken seriously ill. This was all cancelled for them and refunds made. Brilliant service and so helpful and pleasant. Well done. Thank you. Great to have a company with this service and not having to fight for everything.

Not good enough! Book with caution. My husband booked a daytrip Torrevieja to Benidorm. We called them the day before in panic when payment taken and no confirmation or tickets and would have been refused entry onto coach. To be told no record and asked for a booking number which obviously we did not have. I accused them of being scammers after initial contact with PayPal confirmation was difficult. We were then contacted to say a refund would be processed to PayPal.. 5 days later STILL no refund 🚫 I wouldn't waste your time with these Cowboys 👎

Abysmal customer service. I booked tickets for myself and a friend for the Status Quo concert and found out later that we would have to stand. I asked if we could be seated as having to stand is not an option for us. They could not do that. So I asked if we could put the money towards another trip. They would not do that. If we had been informed initially that they only had standing tickets we would not have booked with them . Looks like we have lost €89 each. Not happy. Will not go with this company in future!

Op zich een correcte organisatie. Maar voor een dagtrip naar Murcia in totaal 4 uren aan pick-ups en mensen weer thuisbrengen.. sorry dat was er over. En aan verkeersdrukte lag het zeker niet. Pick-ups van Quesada tot en met Pilar de Horadada en alles ertussen, dat is niet ok. Jammer.

Will never use this coach company again Went to Benidorm today and have never had so many pick ups and drop offs , usually on coach takes approximately 2 hours to get from la Zenia but today 3 hours each way , far too long , no toilets , a journey that takes hour and half should never be allowed to drag on for 3 hours

Not bad price if you want to leave your car at home and want to see more of Spain and use coaches

After having a lovely day trip out with friends to villaiajosa I would just like to say a big thank u to our tour guide Annie who was lovely, helpful, and kind. I left some items that I bought on the coach and she took the trouble to come to my house afterwards and return them to me. Nothing was too much trouble. Much appreciated Annie xxx

Family day trip to Benidorm was stress free and on time at the pick up point! Journey took @ 1.5 hours and was comfortable. Coach was comfortable but had no toilet facilities on board, which may be an issue for some travellers. Otherwise, this was a great trip and very cheap at €12 pp return. They also do many other tours/trips. Overall, excellent trip and family thoroughly enjoyed! Bravo Rosa 👏 😎

Tijdens onze terug tocht vanuit zuid Spanje bleek hoe goed onze hostechTass en de chauffeur goed opgeleid waren. Er ontstond een brandje achterin de bus. Deze werd door de chauffeur binnen enkele minuten geblust. Tass informeerde ons vakkundig . Alle hulde!!

Done lots of Rosa tours trips over the last year. They are definitely worth it, get away from hotels and beaches and go explore. Most recent trip was to Cartagena and the boat trip. Worth every minute. Seeing the history and culture in different parts of Spain has become something I love. Stop for great food, wine and beers. I know lots of people go on holiday and want to laze in the sun and visit pubs but it’s well worth it to get out and experience more of the beautiful country.

Lovely trip my husband had a accident 5 minutes after getting off the coach ambulance took to hospital we are treated really quick Sharon was so helpful called us to check how we were just as we were leaving the hospital so was able to see the market and enjoy our trip back on the coach

Had a fantastic time on the four day tour to Granada . Lovely hotel within walking distance of all of Granada’s attractions. Sharon the guide was knowledgeable and approachable with a warm friendly manner. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend both a trip to Granada and using Rosatours.

Used Rosa tours a couple of times. First time we went into the shop to book. They couldn't have been less friendly! The trip itself was to Benidorm & that was ok. Picked up on time. The second time we booked a day trip & I specially asked if they picked up at a certain point & I was told 'Yes' so we booked & paid for the trip. Two days before the trip we were told 'No' we don't pick up there but you can go to another pick up point. This would have incurred extra cost to us & setting off at a very early time. We complained but basically were told it was tough & they'd refund our money! Poor customer service all round.

Always a lovely day out

Booked the day trip to Murcia on a Friday. Had we have known the pick ups and drop offs we we not have bothered. Up hill down dale here there and everywhere. Over four hours on the coach... If you are happy with this Murcia is a beautiful city.

We had an excellent trip to Cartagena on Thursday and were very well looked after by our guide, Sharon. Only two slight negatives; the long list of pick-up points meant it took 1 hour from Benimar to Villamartin, and we weren't finished then; this was particularly disappointing as our request for a pick up for a group of 5 in San Miguel de Salinas was refused! Also, although our seats were reserved as requested, a general reminder to passengers to stick to the same seat for their return journey, might avoid causing offence or confusion. Overall we had a great day out and will happily travel with Rosas again!

Went to Benidorm Palace with Rosa tours the show and food were great only downside was the bus journey it was 2 1/2 hours long we were first to get picked up in Cabo Roig and then it stopped at several stops all the way to Bendorm, of course it was another 2 1/2 hours going back and it was 3.30 am when they dropped us off, just too long on the bus for me I'm afraid.

Value for money I am enjoying my holiday. The hotel is excellent. I will use Rosa's tours again.

This travel agent is so rude couldn’t hear on the phone as the other office phone was ringing the lady said it an office phones ring. We went in to the office to get a disabled room the lady said cancer isn’t a disability the manager then said he didn’t speak English

Perfect way to get to Benidorm.

My family have just been on a holiday to Algorfa. We used Rosa tours twice. Once for a day in Benidorm & the other to visit a water park. First if all the prices are very reasonable. €12 for a return trip to Benidorm which is around 1.5 hours drive each way from where I was staying. The coach arrived exactly on time. There was air con & bottled water available to buy for €1. Our villa was a bit out of the way of everything so Rosa tours was an absolute life saver!

Well what a trip to Benidorm. Done it many times before with Rosa Tours without a hitch until yesterday. Outward journey took 2.5 hours. 1 hour longer than normal with pick ups and drop offs all over the place. Return trip took 3 hours instead of the normal 1.5 hours. No explanations given. 2 people were dropped off in a new urbanisation and 25 minutes later we drove past the same spot we had passed earlier. There were several other drop offs in various out of the way places. Because of the extended journey time our evening plans had to be abandoned.

5 stars! We went to Algar & Guadalest highly recommended definitely do it again. Thank you for a wonderful experience 😊

A great company and value for money. We done the waterfalls, caves, chocolate factory and benidorm. We had a brilliant time on all of them. The guides were very informative and helpful. Especially Wendy who was one of the best and very funny. Trying to speak in our geordie accent was so funny. Keep up the excellent work rosa tours. Highly recommended yous

Always a pleasant experience. Takes a bit longer than usual due to various pick up and drop off points, but sometimes it's nice just to leave the car and enjoy the relaxation of being driven about in a nice air con coach without the worry of it all on longer distances.

My wife and a friend went to a spa in Murcia. There was a misunderstanding about the time of departure. They were left behind in Murcia. Very unprofessional. They should have kept checking until they were found. They were in the shower/dressing room when called and missed the call. They had to call a taxi to drive them to Torrevieja, VERY VERY UNPROFESSIONAlL!! Follow up review: My wife was called.(she was in the area of the dressing room away from the locker where the phone was locked up.) ANOTHER FOLLOW UP——They deleted their response——The representative of the company entered the front of the building once. The receptionist in the building said the representative of the tour company didn’t go into the locker room of the spa to look either. A representative of the tour company called a few days later. She didn’t apologise for the mishap. She didn’t offer to reimburse any of the €100 taxi fare to return to Torrevieja. Instead she suggested my wife is a complainer and suggested my wife had probably gone to get coffee instead of boarding the bus. To leave an elderly, partially disabled woman behind is a totally unprofessional act on the part of this tour company. There is another tour company in the area who has taken us to Alicante multiple times, also to Denia and Madrid. We’ve never had an issue with them.

Brillant tour company great customer service

Went on the Licor 43 plus Cartagena Tour. Excellent would highly recommend. Picked up by the coach exactly on time we were told. Arrived at Licor 43 factory, great tour guide, took about hour and a half, had a few tasters afterwards and bought a few bottles. Then coach came picked us up and dropped off at Cartagena for a few hours. Was told when to puck up. On time again. Great day and tour guide. Thanks will book again with you.

Buen servicio, sobre todo en inglés en español es un poco más " complicado". He echo una excursión a Cuenca, todo muy bien, aunque con la pensión completa, el menu son platos fijos, poco donde poder escoger. Lo mismo con el desayuno continental, poca variedad. Eso si las cantidades son muy abundantes y se puede repetir. El/la guía se esfuerza por explicarse-comunicarse en español, pero el nivel del español es " bajo"

Since we got out of bus me and my disabled 71years old friend we were left on our own we had no idea were we going and were is spa been wondering on street until we eventually found them, after that my friend got mixed up times so we were late 30min and tour bus left us behind with excuses that they called 5times . I got to reception asking why they haven't looked for us she said the tour guide came to reception asking about us but she never got to spa which is truth we never seen any of them as we were out dressing . I just have a question for you how can you treat your customer like that? How can you leave people behind and go and don't think must emergency happened? How can you sleep at night? Very disturbing my poor friend was so stressed and upset it was her birthday present which turned into nightmare thanks to Rosa tour! I don't recommend this tours very unorganised and such a bad service with lies all around ! Shame on you and I will definitely post that on every social media !

We had a nice time with our tour guide as she really was very helpful and she even organized for us the Flamingo Show which was really good and so convenient and as well as a guided walking tour after the show at a very reasonable price. We had a lovely few days in Jerez de la Frontera, Sevilla and Cadiz. The stop off at Olvera on the way home was beautiful.

Just a big shout out to Wendy of Rosa Tours for helping us at benidorm palace when they couldn't find our booking, plus taking our menu ticket back when you noticed they hadn't given us the Gran Palace Plus Menu which we had ordered. Then going out of her way to take us to the lift as I had a elderly friend in a wheelchair, then walking me all the way down stairs to meet my friends as only 2 allowed in lift. Wendy you are a credit to Rosa tours. Thank you

Used Rosa Tours for many years but sadly disappointed with recent day trip to Altea. Advertised as 'Altea Town' but the coach drops you at Altea Port which is nowhere near!!! Rosa's representative told us that we can either walk or take bus or taxi to Altea Town. The walk is at least 30 minutes with numerous steps up to the town square, as advertised. Taxi cost me 6 euros each way, additional cost of 12 euros for my day trip. The port only has a few bars and not ideal for a day trip. Do not understand why Rosa Tours cannot drop customers at the town as they used to do, all the other tour companies still manage to drop their customers with no problems at all. My choice of pickup was altered by Rosa Tours from La Finca to Quesada at the last minute, I had to pay for a taxi to get me there. Other customers from Algorfa pickup had to go to Quesada as well.

Booked the evening trip to Altea. Very nice coach with good aircon which we needed as 32 degrees. Very prompt pick-up and courteous staff. Would definitely recommend 👌

It took nearly 2 hours to get to the aqua park from quesada , I believe the bus took way to long . There was also no toilets on the bus , I was very disappointed with it

Used last year no problem . But the trip to San Pedro was promised a market and entertainment. WELL the market was a craft fair with 10 stalls .if said a craft stall I wouldn't booked and would off saved £36 euros. . Entertainment wasn't any. So was 5 hours doing nothing there nothing there but restaurant. Most boring trip gong and company won't give refund or amend the details from market to craft stall. Lots on coach disappointed. Hope more complained.

Très belle expérience pour la visite de Carthagène où le guide parlait espagnol et anglais mais, ÉNORME DÉCEPTION pour Polop et Guadalest car, le bus a fait un arrêt à Benidorm alors que ce n'était NULLEMENT repris sur le programme horaire de cette excursion lors de notre réservation et, vu que TOUT se parle uniquement en anglais et que ce n'est pas très audible quand la guide parle, je pensais que le car faisait un arrêt de quelques minutes pour permettre aux passagers de voir la plage de Benidorm avant de repartir sur Polop. Nous avons donc suivis les personnes qui descendaient du bus et, à notre GRANDE SURPRISE, à notre retour 10 minutes après, le bus était parti !!! J'ai donc dû téléphoner à un taxi à Benidorm pour qu'il nous emmènent à Polop. 20 euros de frais supplémentaires IMPRÉVUS en taxi pour un MANQUE ÉNORME DE COMMUNICATION ET D'INFORMATIONS DE BASE lors de la réservation de cette excursion !! PLUS JAMAIS UNE AUSSI MAUVAISE EXPÉRIENCE POUR NOUS EN TOUT CAS !!!!

Gute Busse

Recently did 2 day trips one to Algar waterfall and one to cartegena with boat trip. On both occasions heard people say coaches could do with on board toilets or a comfort break and that 2 hours or more on a coach was far too long to wait. Boat trip was advertised as 50 mins along the coast - ours was 25 mins just round the harbour. Very disappointing. Waterfalls was good but long queues to get in and packed inside.

Love these tours very well organised, have been on three tours now and will be going on more.

Will never use this company again. We booked for benidorm palace received our recipet and then tried to contact the company through what's app, Facebook etc, to see if their were toilets on the coach which proved difficult but eventually got a message back on Facebook. When we came to board the coach on the day the tour guide or whoever asked us where our face masks where we told him we didn't know we needed them as nothing was said when we booked the trip, in the messages, or at any point of contact talking to the company. This was when he started getting really rude and started pointing up the road as if to give us our marching orders saying he can't let us on the coach without a face masks after been startled and unaware of what was going on he then decided to pull a full box of facemasks from the side and demand 50cent which I had no change and had to pull a €50 out. Eventually we were allowed on the coach and given everyone was wearing the disposable facemasks it looked like because we were last on he took it out on us! I also don't understand why he wasn't going to let us on in the first place knowing he had a whole box next to him. I'm 5 months pregnant and shouldn't have to wear one anyway he what really took the mick was he wore his face mask as a chin strap for most of the journey. Never again. What a hypocritical rude man.

The staff in Rosa Tours go out of their way to make your booking a trip or holiday as simple as possible while still paying attention to your requirements and budget. I noticed quite a few day (coach ) trips and was surprised at how reasonable they were, and some very interesting destinations. You can also arrange national and international railway journeys from here and we were more than happy when a gold rail card was pointed out to us, costing just 7 euros, but qualifying us to substantial discounts as we are over 60 year olds, saving us in this one instance over 60 euros. Also available are an extensive range of cruises at moderate prices. All in all we are that confident and comfortable with this travel agent extremely helpful, value for money and we are certainly going to book our further travels with them

Hola, somos de habla francesa y estamos aprendiendo español. Primera excursión con rosa tours, todo salió muy bien salvo una decepción porque el guía dio muchas explicaciones en inglés y muy pocas en español. Que lastima.

Did a tour to Benidorm, guide was good fun but too many pick ups, over 2 hours to get there more than half of which was doing about 10 pick ups. Would be nice if they used coaches with a loo!!

Good company and employees. Tours are a good value for money , the guide Richard spoke several languages including English, nice character with a sense of humor, the driver was very professional negotiating numerous difficult bends in the mountains. The food at the Black Flame restaurant was excellent, English Sunday roast. Highly recommended, great day out.
