Will never travel with this company again ! Went to Calpe for a “Valentines “ w/e to supposedly 4* Hotel Bahia . What an awful place ! The dining room was like the worst canteen you can imagine . No table cloths , no cruet on te table , hardly any waiters Wine was meant to be included and we had to return and queue up at reception for a green sticker to say we were entitled to one glass ! No quiet area to read , play games or just chat . The noise was incredible and the dining area and reception where we had to sit was freezing cold . Why wasn’t this researched by Vivalia ? We all felt totally ripped off !!

Regarding your stay, Vivalia Travel strictly fulfilled everything that was contracted: we organized the trip, provided efficient and comfortable transportation from various pick-up points to the hotel, and also offered all our clients a 3-night stay at a 4-star hotel. After our inquiries, we have confirmed that the hotel restaurant had a specific issue with service during your stay. We understand that this may have affected your overall perception, but this is an aspect beyond our control, as the restaurant's operations are the hotel's sole responsibility. However, Vivalia Travel is doing everything possible to ensure that this kind of incident does not happen again, and we are relaying the complaints to the hotel management to request improvements in their service. On our part, we offered all our clients a free upgrade to rooms with sea views, with the goal of improving their stay and providing a more enjoyable experience. Regarding the hotel's facilities, it meets the standards of a 4-star establishment, offering well-equipped spaces, such as its terrace on the rooftop with sea views, ideal for reading, relaxing, or enjoying a drink in a tranquil environment. Die gebuchte Reise nach Altea stellte sich als wahrer Glücksgriff heraus. Mit Cap Negret sollte man übers Jahr mehr Reisen vermitteln vielleicht sogar mit Transfer. Wir können Vivalia Travel nur empfehlen.

Great campsite on the coast trail and short walk to access to the beach. Beautiful sunsets! Great facilities but avoid camping on first two rows as there is road noise from the A149. Between Sheringham and Crommer. Great walks in Sheringham Park nearby. Would certainly go again.

Je suis allez dans cette agence car elle est au bas notre immeuble donc la proximité , d'une part ils ne parle que l'anglais et pour la réservation de bateau pour une traversée algeciras/seuta que je vpulais effectuée, ils ne le font pas . Tans pis c'est bien dommage pour les clients.
