We understand how frustrating it must have been for you, and we regret that we couldn't secure the tickets for your tour to the Alhambra as planned. To clarify, the Alhambra has a very complex ticketing system, and we rely on their availability. On the day of your booking, their website experienced a temporary outage, making it impossible for us to secure the tickets. Additionally, we reserve the tickets one day in advance because your booking was made through the platform *Get Your Guide*, which pays us only 24 hours before the tour. Due to their cancellation policy, we are unable to purchase tickets earlier. If a client cancels last minute, we would lose the cost of the tickets, as *Get Your Guide* does not cover this expense. We understand how disappointing this situation must have been, especially since it was your last day in Granada. We are truly sorry for the impact this had on your plans. While we are glad that you received a full refund, we know that it doesn't make up for the missed experience. For future bookings, we recommend reserving directly through our official website or any other trusted platform for the activity you're planning to ensure smoother coordination. We would love the opportunity to make things right if you ever return to Granada, with a special arrangement to ensure a better experience. Thank you again for your feedback. We understand that this last-minute cancellation must have been very frustrating, especially since the Alhambra was the highlight of your trip. We assure you that we made every effort to secure your tickets but unfortunately, sometimes external factors beyond our control prevent us from fulfilling bookings. Regarding the guide not showing up, this seems to be a misunderstanding. Our guides are always present when tours are confirmed. However, in the event of a cancellation, our team would have immediately reached out to you, which it seems we failed to do adequately in this case. We apologize for the lack of communication and for not being able to assist you when you tried to contact us. As for the feedback you received from guides at the Alhambra, we collaborate with licensed guides, but they might not be familiar with all agencies by name, as there are many operating in the area. Rest assured, we are an established agency, and we strive to provide high-quality service for all our clients. We understand how upsetting this situation was, especially since your entire trip was planned around visiting the Alhambra.
