Villa Pirata Lloret de Mar

Outside great, inside horrible. Nice location, good parking, great view, nice clean pool, good barbecue and plenty of seats and sunbeds. But overall it’s outdated and worn out. The kitchen functions but lacks many things like cutting boards and enough good glasses. The wifi is slow and bad. Bathrooms are ok’ish if you like letting another person hold your shower head. Oh and no doors can be locked and it’s hot and humid so privacy is no option anyway. And you cannot open windows because of the heat and there are no screens against insects. But the worst part is this killer combo; - just 2 airco’s; one in the living room and one in the master bedroom. These cannot be on at the same time during the day (bad electric wiring). Which leaves the house freezing in one place and too hot in the rest. So everything except one bedroom is practically unusable - horrible horrible HORRIBLE beds. One frame litterally fell apart when we got in and we had to unbend a frame to straighten and flatten it out a bit. The mattresses are smelly (sweat), worn out, too small and you can feel the springs. With 30°C+ temperatures we resorted to trying to circulate airco cooled air through the house with fans. So it’s like having to sleep in a warm house full of airplanes roaring with all doors open. To be fair the owner tried to help by bringing some screws and new ventilators. And I understand that there will be shit guests that ruin good things. But the nights this week were horrible and I felt like a handyman during the day. Book it for the pool and the views. Get a hotel for the night.

Mooi huisje, vriendelijke eigenaren die graag meedenken. Zo was het zwembad bij aankomst wat smerig, maar na dit aangegeven te hebben werd er niks bespaard om het zwembad weer in perfecte conditie te krijgen. Zeker een aanrader.

Deze locatie is zeker niet aan te raden! -geen airco - kleine bedden - slechte wifi -onhygiënisch -onvriendelijke huisbaas en bazin - op voorhand moesten we een waarborg van €500 betalen (cash) deze hebben we nooit meer teruggezien omdat de eigenaar beweerde dat HIJ een boete had gekregen voor geluidsoverlast van €750 en wij wisten hier niets van tot op de laatste dag. Toen we vraagden om deze boete te zien was dit onmogelijk ( is in verwerking zal nog 3 maanden duren was het antwoord) vreemd want de eigenaar was content met 500€ cash die hij dus niet uit zen handen wou geven. Triestig maar klinkt als oplichting in onze oren!

Sauber, 5 Schlafzimmer.. nette Besitzer-Paar mit eigener kneipe Nähe Strand. Leider schon für Juli 23 ausgebucht:-(.

No lo recomiendo nada. Reservé por Booking para dos noches y pagué, al día siguiente me escribe pidiendo que cancele que no le interesa alquilar por solo 2 noches. Y después de 3 días pidiendo explicaciones a booking y a la propietaria, me quedé sin reserva, tu ve que buscar otra y pagarla más cara, y encima tardaba en devolverme el dinero 12 días laborables. En las condiciones no ponía nada de mínimo de noches o similar, encima la propietaria fue borde, sin dar explicaciones y sin ofrecer alternativas. De las peores experiencias en viaje que he tenido.

No pongo menos estrellas por que no puedo. Propietaria, borde, antipática y tarda en contestar 1 día o más. Alquilé la estancia en booking, pagué, y al día siguiente me dijo que la anulara, que por solo 2 noches no le interesa alquilarla. Si no le interesa, no lo permita en booking, porque en las condiciones no ponía nada de mínimo de días o similar. Muy mala gestión y experiencia, y además, no solo pagas, sino que tardan 12 días LABORABLES en devolverte tu dinero. Horrible.

Muy bonita y comoda casa con vistas espectaculares de mar y montañas! Volveremos año que viene. Muchas gracias
