WE HAD AN AMAZING TIME STAYING HERE AND VISITING GIRONA! HOSTS WERE VERY RESPONSIVE AND SUPER HELPFUL! VERY CLEAN AND WELCOMING! We had a fantastic stay at the Bravissimo Eiximenis apartment in Girona. The location is spot on – right in the heart of the city but still wonderfully quiet. Everything is within easy walking distance, from the historic sights to the amazing restaurants (we definitely ate very well!). The apartment is just the right size, but what really sets it apart is the outside space. It opens everything up and gives you wonderful views over the rooftops – the perfect spot for a coffee in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening. As a cyclist and with my wife being a runner, it was ideal for us, with plenty of space to unwind after being out and about. We’ve stayed with Bravissimo a few times now, but this is without doubt our favourite. The attention to detail is excellent, the keyless entry system works brilliantly, and communication is always superb. A special thanks to Marco for his help – we can’t wait to come back!

Toplocatie. De ruimte is prima voor verblijf van 3 personen. Heel jammer dat de lift kapot was. We hadden dit appartement uitgekozen omdat er een lift aanwezig zou zijn. Fijn voor onze moeder (89). Gelukkig nog wel fit genoeg om de trappen meerdere keren per dag op-en af te lopen. Girona is een geweldige stad met een leuk centrum en een goede sfeer. Ik kom graag een keer terug en dan graag op deze locatie in een appartement van Bravissimo

Super séjour passer en famille, très bel appartement confortable , propre et fonctionnel on s'y sent super bien😍. j'ai mi trois étoiles au service car pour récupérer les clés après un voyage épuisant on avait Rdv devant l'entrée à 16h , mais quand nous arrivons on reçoit un message de venir chercher les clés dans leur bureau, certes qui se trouve à plus ou moins 350m de l'appartement, mais avec la fatigue et sous la pluie nous avons pas vraiment apprécié.

Amazing clean and well equipped. We were in the top apartment with amazing views and we couldnt be more central in this lovely medieval town. Easy check in and surrounded by restaurants and bars.

I left a review at the start of the year about our stay in Girona and how the apartment wasn't clean. I must say that since, Bravissimo have reached out and completely refunded us for the stay and also booked us another stay free of charge for us to go back again. We are now really happy with how Bravissimo have rectified the situation. As I said in my other review, we have stayed with Bravissimo a lot of times and this was the only time we encountered a problem. We hope it won't happen again and if it doesn't then we will continue to use them. Thanks Bravissimo for reaching out to put it right.

Met een gezin van twee volwassenen en twee kinderen zijn wij in Girona een paar dagen verbleven bij BC Apartments.. Het contact via de app was heel fijn en snel. Het inchecken in het hartje van GIrona was een beetje chaotisch, omdat wij met de auto waren, maar voor de rest verliep dat prima en was het contact vriendelijk en gastvrij. Met betrekking tot appartement, waren wij erg tevreden over de ruimte en alle voorzieningen. Het is prachtig en functioneel ingedeeld en er is voldoende ruimte voor een gezin van 4. De locatie is ook echt top, want je zit op een wandelafstand van 5 min tot aan het centrum en deze wandeling langs de brug is op zichzelf al prachtig. In het kader van feedback, willen wij wel graag meegegeven dat het appartement erg gehorig is en dat wij tijdens ons verblijf buren (ook klanten van BC Apartmenst) hadden die asociaal en gehorig waren. Ze smeten met deuren en ontvingen om de haverklap gasten. Ik heb hier richting BC Apartments de eerste dag iets over aangegeven en zij zouden de buren hierop aanspreken. Ik ga er ook vanuit dat dit gebeurd is, maar effectief is het niet geweest, want het werd alleen maar erger. Behoudens de overlast, hebben we wel genoten van het appartement. Aanrader!

My grandfather passed away 2 days ago, and I had a reservation in Girona from August 18th to 22nd. So I sent a cancellation request without charges, explaining the situation, that I cannot leave the country and that if they need I can of course send a certificate proving my words. I told them that I would very much like to be reimbursed in order to be able to cover the expenses which are really expensive, moreover I do not come from a wealthy family, I worked hard for the amount I paid for the reservation. My request was refused, they said "they do not have control over it", that they could not do anything for me, that it was the Booking rules that were blocking it. I called Booking, they sent back a cancellation request without charges from them saying that Booking does not block anything and that they can very well make an exception by canceling if they wish. I called the agency's customer service again, I spoke with an agent, the day before the reservation, so yesterday, because they hadn't even responded to Booking's request and my messages. The agent said he would contact his boss so he could give an answer, and I thanked him infinitely during the call. I hung up, request refused, "we can't do anything for you." A company with millions that doesn't make exceptions in case of force majeure, I find that shocking and disappointing, the hundreds of euros were not going to change anything for their company, on the other hand, with the difficulties in my family, it would have brought me a lot. I do not recommend this company, which has no humanity.

We stayed for a weekend in an apartment on Plaça Independència in Girona. The apartment was clean, but the rooms were sparsely furnished and quite noisy. There was also very little space to store clothes. The most unpleasant aspect was being required to take out the trash before checking out, which is unusual for a rental property. Even more disappointing was that the staff started messaging me on WhatsApp without any prior consent, and the tone they used was rather informal. Overall, I would not recommend this accommodation.

Desde marzo a la fecha llevo viviendo en un piso de Bravissimo Girona por estudios. Hemos venido en familia y ha sido una experiencia maravillosa. Si bien, Girona es una excelente y preciosa ciudad, el vivir en un piso de Bravissimo ha hecho todo mejor. Tenemos muy buena comunicación con el equipo, quisiera agradecer públicamente a Joan, quien siempre está atento a responder de inmediato los whatsapps de mi marido, cada vez que tenemos dudas o han habido pequeñas fallas (las que han solucionado al instante). Quisiera destacar también al equipo de limpieza, que dejan impóluto el piso cada vez que vienen. Estoy infinitamente agradecida por hacer estos meses felices, y por hacernos sentir en casa. Je donne 1 étoile car il n’est pas possible de mettre moins. Le service client est déplorable au plus haut point, je n’ai jamais été traité avec autant de mépris et de dédain. Pour des professionnels du tourisme c’est absolument lamentable. J’ai eu le malheur d’oublier une paire de boucles d’oreilles dans l’appartement de location mi novembre, je viens de les recevoir aujourd’hui…cassées! Pourtant sur la photo qu’ils m’ont envoyé lorsqu’ils ont trouvé les boucles à l’endroit indiqué on peut voir qu’elles étaient entières. Bref, le service client est à vomir, 3 mois pour récupérer un bien oublié dans leur taudis sous prétexte que « nous ne sommes pas la poste » En clair : ne gaspillez pas votre argent et fuyez!!!!!

Appartamento affittato Carrer Bonastruc de Porta 1 Girona. Carino, moderno, 3 camere, 2 bagni, soggiorno. TV. Cucina. Wifi. Comodo x parcheggio e centro vicino. Tutto pulito e ben tenuto Il bagno con doccia peccato che il piatto a filo pavimento non trattiene l acqua, quindi di fatto non utilizzabile x doccia (usata altra doccia). Servizio gentile e impeccabile.

El apartamento perfecto, ubicación en el centro, hay muchas opciones cerca para comer y cenar. El portal …. Parece que entras en la tercera dimensión… no hay ascensor…viejo…tienes que subir hasta el segundo cargado con la maleta , a partir del primer piso la escalera es más estrecha….

Dear Bravissimo team, I would like to thank you from the bottom of my heart. I was in Girona in October with my boys on a racing bike vacation. I must say that everything went perfectly, from the booking to the handing over of the keys to the apartment, which was sensational. On the day of departure I realized that I had left my AirPods in the apartment and you sent them to my home in Switzerland without hesitation. If I could give 6 stars I would! Bonjour M. Wattre, Merci pour votre commentaire. Nous sommes désolés de savoir que vous n'êtes pas entièrement satisfait de votre séjour. Cependant, nous pensons avoir agi de la manière la plus professionnelle possible. Dès que les voisins nous ont signalé qu'il y avait une fuite d'eau dans leur appartement, nous vous avons tenu informé à tout moment de la situation et avons minimisé les désagréments : au début, nous vous avons seulement demandé de ne pas utiliser l'eau. Peu de temps après, lorsque la situation était sous contrôle, nous vous avons informé que vous pouviez utiliser l'eau, seulement en étant conscient de la situation. Parallèlement, selon vos préférences, nous avons programmé le plombier pour le lendemain (au cours duquel vous n'aviez pas besoin d'être présent puisque nous nous occupions de tout) à 14h00. C'est à ce moment-là que le technicien a mis du silicone dans la douche, nous vous avons donc demandé de ne pas l'utiliser pendant les 2 heures suivantes pour que la douche sèche correctement. Nous tenons à souligner que ce n'est que pendant ces 2 heures que nous avons demandé de ne pas utiliser la douche, mais que les autres robinets pouvaient être utilisés normalement. Nous considérons que l'appartement pourrait être utilisé normalement et que la gêne occasionnée était minime de notre part. Dans le commentaire, vous nous dites que nous avons agi avec un manque de professionnalisme, ce que nous ne partageons pas. Malheureusement, des incidents inattendus se produisent et nous pensons que vous tenir informé et réparer la fuite était la meilleure chose à faire. Bien cordialement, Paula /Bravissimo

Great location in the centre of the old town. Clean rooms with lots of equipment in the kitchen, including a dishwasher tablet. Would have been nice to have 4 coffee pods on arrival. The entrance stairway needs a refurb but the apartment is very modern. As its in the old town it is very noisy.

I stayed in an apartment above Espresso Mafia earlier this month with some friends for some winter training. The apartment was clean and perfectly located, which was ideal for our trip. We stayed in a 2 bedroomed, 2 bathroom apartment right on the steps of the red bridge. We arrived late and had to get keys from a key safe on side of Bravissimo office. This was very easy and straight forward and the walk to apartment was less than a minute. The entrance to apartment building is shocking to say the least but suck it up and go up the narrow stairs of an old staircase and into a beautiful, modern, large apartment with all modern equipment. We were very impressed. N.B There was no water and I just managed to go to a shop before they all closed and grabbed a few bottles otherwise we'd have been terribly thirsty all night. Night was noisy due to apartment's location being right on the main street of shops and bars and there was a constant stream of people talking, yelling and shouting throughout the night. Next day we found main bathroom's shower door wasn't working and had been taped open so as to stop sliding door from falling off. Bravissimo contacted us very early to let us know someone would come over to fix it. They came over, couldn't fix it but left us saying they'd set the door in such a way to allow us to use it, which was fine, but when we did use it, it flooded and it wasn't useable. They said someone would come over to resolve it but they never came and so a family of 4 had to use a much much, much smaller shower, which is OK but not when you pay to have two... Now, the apartment is very clean and tidy. Spacious with plenty of seating. As an apartment it is really nice and the location couldn't be better. It is smack bang in the centre of everything. Cafes, bars, restuarants, main tourist attractions all super close. Perfect. However..... Because it is so central, you will need to be able to sleep the sleep of the dead or have extremely good ear plugs because there is constant noise outside each bedroom and living room: One bedroom is main street side and other bedroom is red bridge (a very busy pedestrian bridge) side and so close you can almost touch it. At weekends and holidays, everyone is up late...including kids. I did not have a single good nights sleep the entire time I was there. I was shattered most days and lived off strong coffee and energy drinks to keep me going. One day we'd hired a car to go to coastal locations and as the designated driver I almost cancelled due to being so tired but Red Bull and coffee saw me through. Each night, on the main street, people literally stood 4 meters outside our windows and sang, chanted, talked, yelled, dropped metal things (sounded like scaffolding poles being dropped) and kicked things down the street..It went on and on and on all night and into the early mornings only for the street cleaners to take their place. I am a light sleeper and once awake, getting back to sleep is very difficult. My wife didn't suffer much, but for me, it was a sleeping nightmare of constant, constant noise and this has a huge bearing on how to rate the apartment, which, otherwise, shower issues aside, would have been excellent. It is a shame. If I was not a light sleeper, it would be a different story. I might get woken up every now and then but roll over and go back to sleep but I can't and so 4 nights were terrible and this wasn't helped by its being a local holiday / time to celebrate, period. If you can sleep easily, there can't be a better location. If they fix the shower, there can't be many better apartments out there.

Fantastic apartment, clean and spacious for a family of 5. From booking the staff at Bravissimo were very helpful and great communication. Very centrally located, just off the main street. Yes it was noisy on the Saturday night and you get the bin men at 3am, but that's everywhere in Spain. Mornings were peaceful and quiet. Defo stay here again when visiting Girona!🙂

Stayed at Bravissimo Ferreries the week before Xmas of ‘22. A spacious, clean, very well located appartement, smack in the middle of the old town, with a choice of shops, restaurants and quaint medieval streets right on the doorstep. The welcome of the Bravissimo staff was genuinely friendly, and they even organised a cheap car park for us, not more than a few minutes away. Great experience all-round.

Booked an apartment near the rambla river view, which is next to the famous red iron bridge. The apartment is located at 4th floor, stairs are narrow and steep. There’s no lift, not recommended if you’ve big luggage and with old folks who are not fit to climb the stairs. We are here for the summer but there’s no fan or AC in the room, the room is stuffy and Hot. You can leave the window door opened but please bear with the cockroaches and bugs flying into the room. They can provide a small table fan upon request.This apartment can fit up to 6 guests but you can’t use large electrical appliances at the same time as the electricity may tripped since it’s a old building. During our stays, the electricity tripped 2-3 times a day. Nonetheless, the office staff is helpful with our luggages up to the apartment.

It is important to us that all of our guests have a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would like to address the issues you mentioned in your review. First, we understand that the stairs leading to the apartment may be steep and narrow, and we apologize if this posed a challenge for you and your group. As mentioned in the advertisement we do not have a lift. I´m happy to hear our staff assisted with the luggage to make the climb up the stairs easier. It was a hot summer, and we are in talks with to owner to have an airco installed. Since your stay we put in the ventilators and later in the summer we added some additional ones. The apartment is next to the river so I´m afraid there will always be bugs flying around. Good thing is that the apartment is on the 4th floor so there is more fresh air. Additionally, we apologize for the issues with the electricity in the building. As you mentioned, the building is old and this can sometimes cause the electricity to trip. We do our best to maintain the electrical system and address any issues as quickly as possible. We already had contact with the owner about this and the max capacity has been raised. Since the summer the issue of the electricity tripping has improved a lot. Overall, we highly appreciate your feedback and will use it to improve the experience for future guests. My husband booked Bravissimo B in Girona Spain for a week, it was superb, location was terrific in the middle of the ancient town with restaurants and food stores all around close to all the things you want to see. The apartment is huge immaculate and everything you could need even a snappy European Washer/dryer combo AND good wifi AND Netflix also great little Nespresso machine Beautiful little balconies and the office downstairs with the most helpful staff, you can’t get better than this . The upstairs tenants were a tad heavy footed a few nights but nothing I’d worry about oh and also our damage deposit was returned within a few days to our card Loved our time there

Superb service. I stayed in Girona in June in two of the Bravissimo apartments. Both places were fabulous, very clean and brilliant locations in the old city. I couldn't recommend them enough. Having a bike is no problem. The staff were so helpful and friendly, they helped me move my bike and luggage between apartments and also due to a luggage collection mix up on my last day, also helped me out. Thank you so much. We just stayed 5 days in one of the Bravissimo apartments in Girona. It's an excellent place and of good value. Very clean and conveniently located in the old city. They welcome cyclists. The staff (Paula) is most friendly and helpful with arranging parking, suggesting cycling routes and bike rentals, and recommending where to get PCR tests. Highly recommended.

Very good place in Girona for getting a nice apartment where you have a very comfortable stay. The staff is very very friendly and helpful. The location of the apartment is in a very quiet street in old town. We can highly recommend!

Hem passat les vacances en una casa al barri vell de Palamós, a 5 minuts de la platja, situació immillorable per anar-hi amb família. Les condicions de l'apartament impecables: tot netíssim, reformes recents, la cuina molt ben equipada... ens hem sentit com a casa! Recomano Bravissimo Cool Apartments 100%!

They are shady they removed all the apartments and prices of their website so they can scam you, they tell you one thing and change their story next day. Dont trust them

Sin lugar a dudas recomiendo este apartamento para alojarse en Girona. Esta situado en el Barri Vell, ubicación ideal. Muy céntrico. Tienes todo los puntos de interés de la ciudad a escasos minutos a pie. Zona bonita y tranquila. Es un edificio antiguo pero por dentro esta totalmente reformado, además con muy buen gusto. Tiene ascensor para no cargar con las maletas. El apartamento esta totalmente equipado (cafetera, tostadora, lavadora, lavavajillas, utensilios de cocina, mantas, toallas, etc) no le falta detalle. Tiene calefacción y ventiladores. Muy cerca tienes un Spar para hacer compra. Justo abajo del apartamento hay una cafetería/churrería por si quieres un desayuno especial. Alrededor hay bares y cafeterías varias. Limpieza un 10. El personal muy amable, hicieron que nuestra estancia fuera fácil y cómoda.

We stayed at Bravissimo Mercaders 3 from September 27th - October 2nd. I want to sincerely thank Marco from Bravissimo who went above and beyond to help us enjoy our stay. We arrived exhausted and lost, but Marco talked us through it, came out to the car to help me find parking, and the assisted me to carry the super heavy suitcases back to the apartment!! (sorry Marco, now everyone will want that help:) The apartment was in a great location, and was exactly as advertised, maybe even better. Upon our departure, I was biking to the coast, and Marco took the time to download a great route avoiding major roads to my Garmin. Absolutely great customer service and wonderful stay in Girona. I would highly recommend Bravissimo!

Marco and the team at Bravissimo went above and beyond to assist and make me feel at home during my 3 weeks in Girona. The apartment was amazing and I really felt at home with the great central location, recent renovation with modern fit out and appliances. When I head back to Girona I will definitely be contacting Bravissimo for accommodation.

Stayed for 4 days in one of the Bravissimo apartments right in the beautiful historical center of Girona. Beside having the best cycling environment we had the best cycling minded service we could experience, from our host Marco. It is so nice to have someone that breaths cycling and understands the needs for every cyclist! Need and clean! apartments, perfect price and service...will absolute return to Girona and stay at the Bravissimo apartments!

This was my second visit in Girona and also my second booking at Bravissimo. After a warm welcome we stayed in this luxurious and well equiped appartment for 4 days. The appartment are situated in the centre of the old town of Girona and have everything you expect from a high quality place! It felt like home both times. Very good coffeeshops , wine bars and restaurants just around the corner and a beautiful environment to make (long distance) bike rides with great views. I will certainly revisit Girona and book my stay at Bravissimo again very soon.
