This is the 2nd time we have used Benidorm Transfers Direct. Really easy to book online, very reasonable prices. Confirmation came through quickly. On arrival at Alicante airport our driver was waiting for us and was so helpful and friendly. We paid in full for the whole return journey on arrival in Benidorm as requested. Our return driver was waiting for us at our meet place as arranged and again was really helpful and friendly. We would have no hesitation in recommending this company or using them again. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! We made a reservation to pick us up at the hotel and bring us to the airport. However, at the agreed upon time, nobody was there. We tried to contact the company, but they informed us that they could not find our booking and could not help us...there we stood at the hotel...and we missed our flight thanks to Benidorm Transfer Direct. Their client service was also not willing to help us and waived away their responsibility. Once again, if you want to avoid surprises and not let your holiday get ruined, do not book your transfer with Benidorm Transfers Direct!

Brilliant company. Great customer service. I booked transfers for beginning of Nov and then decided wanted to go for Fiesta. Dates and hotel changed, emailed regarding change of transfers and got almost immediate reply back confirming my changes. Again emailed before arriving and confirmed driver will be waiting at arrivals. Very pleasant driver was waiting for us. Returning again emailed to confirm pickup and replied bk again almost immediately and again, another pleasant driver was waiting for us outside our hotel. Price was the best too! Cannot fault this company. Great from start to finish!

Sehr guter und zuverlässiger Service den wir bereits mehrfach benutzt haben. In Hochsaison ist wahrscheinlich besser so früh wie möglich zu buchen, sonst kann es passieren, dass man kurzfristig kein Auto mehr bekommt.

excelente servicio, buen coche y gente amable. Reservamos un taxi de madrugada para ir al aeropuerto de Valencia, el conductor llegó 20 minutos antes, educado y amable. Para la vuelta pedimos que fueran a recogernos al aeropuerto, igualmente puntuales y atentos, nos recogio Cipriano, nos sentimos cómodos y bien atendidos. Recomendable si necesitas este tipo de servicio.

Excellent company with fantastic reliability, punctuality, service and value. Used them for transfer from Alicante airport to Benidorm and back. On both occasions we were impressed. I've used this company twice. Both times the driver was there waiting for us after we had collected our bags. The vehicles used are really nice, not like some of the scruffy looking vehicles we have encountered from other companies. They are cheapest I know of and the service is great. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic professional service by Benidorm Transfers Direct. I booked online for our arrival into Alicante airport in early September for myself and my parents to travel to Javea which is 1hr 20mins away. I was a bit nervous that they wouldn't show, but the driver was waiting at arrivals and had a sign with our name on it like I had asked in the special instructions. He was very professional, the car was very comfortable and clean, and we were offered a cold bottle of water each when we were settled into the car. On arrival at our location we had difficulty finding the apartment block we had booked, and the driver went out of his way to find it by even going into a near by restaurant to ask for directions as he said it was too hot for us to get out and walk around looking for it ourselves. As the service was so good I booked the same for our return trip to the airport. They arrived on time and the service was as good on our return. Very professional, relaxing and safe transfers. I will use this company again.
