This was the perfect choice for an off road adventure!!! Guides who speak multiple languages and responded quickly to my queries. Everyone was very warm and welcoming. The tour itself was absolutely amazing 😍🙌⭐

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We booked a group tour for six people and had such a great time! We were laughing the whole way through — driving across all sorts of terrain made it so much fun. There were five buggies in total, which made the group size just right. Our guide was brilliant — friendly, helpful, and even took photos and videos for us at no extra cost. Thanks to the whole team for an amazing experience. Would highly recommend!

Wow. Did the 3 hour buggy up to the waterfall yesterday. Absolutely loved every minute. Best trip I've don't abroad ever. Accidentally turned up the day before and frank said we could wait and see if someone didn't show up but we had something else booked, got days mixed up lol. The trip is amazing and our guide was unbelievable. He slowed things down if someone tailed off a bit, tried to take roundabouts etc with space for us all to follow. It's a mixture of on and off road. Off road being more fun. Overall I would deffo do this again. Thanks for an amazing experience. 5 stars all the way

Es ist ein sehr freundliches Team. Wir sind über einige Straßen zügig in das Gebiet mit den offroad Strecken gefahren. Auf dem Rückweg über die Strandpromenade. War abwechslungsreich und hat Spaß gemacht.

Heel leuke tocht van 2 uur met de buggy over heel gevarieerde wegen tot aan de algar-watervallen en weer terug. Aan de watervallen een uurtje pauze (inkom watervallen wel niet inbegrepen in de Tour). De gids was heel vriendelijk en genoot zelf ook om ons te leiden door de bergen, de rivierbedding met een bamboejungle en door de smalle straatjes. Heel leuke ervaring.

Wir haben heute die 2 stündige Buggy tour gemacht. Es hat so viel Spaß gemacht. Die Mischung aus Asphalt und Schotter war sehr abwechslungsreich. Man hat viel vom Hinterland gesehen wo man mit einem Normalen PKW sehr schwer hinkommt. Die Fahrt durch die Stadt von L‘ Albir war ebenso ein Highlight der Tour. Wir können Buggies Adventure Benidorm nur jedem weiter empfehlen. Großes Lob an das gesamte Team. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Went on the buggy’s and quads on holiday with these guys had such a good time on the buggy’s we went back the next day for quads, super fun and staff helpful and friendly! Always felt safe with instructor leading the track along the way! Would 100% recommend.

De tour van twee uur gedaan, een leuke afwisselende rit door de omgeving met goede begeleiding. Erg netjes van ze om na de eerste kilometer even te checken of iedereen oké is met de buggy.

Had a great day today with my partner well worth booking! Lovely views and guide was friendly and informative. Trip was 3 hours long but could have done it all day! Was so much fun. It is very dusty but all part of the fun! There was a $200 deposit which was fully refunded when we got back which wasn’t on the information when we booked just for a heads up 👍🏽 Stopped at the waterfall for an hour which was lovely ( 1 hour goes really fast ) they did charge us $8 each to enter so bear this in mind if there’s a big group. Few people on our trip didn’t go in so had to wait for us. We bought a photo and key ring which was $8 and €7 for a souvenir. We came home on a different route to what we started which was along a beach was really nice.! Overall extremely happy with the experience and can’t recommend Frank and the team enough, we will be coming back again for sure next time! 🙂

Wir haben zu viert eine Buggy-Tour gemacht und uns zwei Buggies geteilt, sodass jeder einmal selbst fahren konnte – und es war wirklich jeden Cent wert! Die Fahrt hat riesigen Spaß gemacht, und auch der Guide sowie das gesamte Team waren einfach klasse. Absolut empfehlenswert! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder, vielleicht das nächste Mal zu einer Quad-Tour. Ein großes Dankeschön an das tolle Team!

Such an amazing experience, loved the long drive out and back in the buggy to stop at the natural waterfalls for an hour and have a swim. Unreal views as we drove through dirt tracks and mountains. very polite and professional, highly recommend to anyone. Brilliant!

Heute haben wir eine zweistündige Tour auf Buggy gemacht. Es war wirklich cool. Keine Steinigung, Sand, Berge und Stadt. Ich kann es empfehlen. Beste Tour

Wat een onwijs leuk team, waren op quadtour van 3 uur, werden goed begeleid en reden leuke wegen (off road en op de weg) hebben een uur bij de watervallen gezeten en vervolgens zijn we terug gegaan. Ze remmen wat af als er iemand wat langzamer is en anders rijden we heerlijk door! Onwijs bedankt!

Heute eine quadtour gemacht, und was soll man sagen es war einfach super und jeden einzeln euro wert gewesen. Der Besitzer vom buggie adventure war ein klasse Kerl und sehr sehr nett, hat sich gelohnt und würden es wieder buchen, grüße auch von erwin ;-)

We had a nice adventure last week booked with this company. It was a bit challenging to find, however it was worth it. Kind and very friendly people who had sent us in advance all the details and information. The lady taking payments was very professional and patient. The whole team worked and cooperated with German precision. One was giving instructions, another one monitoring the entrance, third one preparing and tanking the cars. The man leading us through the hidden and open roads, I wanted to say many thanks to him. He was leading the column and as soon as he noticed that the third one was waving a bit, he stopped everyone and reminded the rules. It was so much easier to ignore and proceed. But he demonstrated high professionalism Thank you!

We booked this buggy experience through GetYourGuide expecting a smooth and transparent process, but unfortunately, it was quite the opposite. When we arrived, we were asked to pay a deposit that had never been mentioned anywhere in the booking details. On top of that, they tried to charged an additional fee (30€) just for adding a second registered driver, which also hadn’t been disclosed in advance. When I raised these concerns, the owner was dismissive and unhelpful. Despite proposing unknown ‘alternative deposit payment’ As a paying customer, I felt extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. According to the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) guidelines, all essential costs and conditions must be made clear before booking. In this case, they clearly weren’t. I strongly urge this company to update their listing with full, accurate pricing and deposit information, and to treat dissatisfied customers with more respect in the future.

Terrible experience – lack of transparency and rude behavior We had booked a buggy activity in Benidorm and paid £77 in advance. When we arrived, a lady asked for our driving licences, which we provided. She then told us that only one person could drive unless we paid an extra €30 to add a second driver – something that was never mentioned during booking. It didn’t stop there. They handed us a form and asked for a €200 deposit, again with no prior warning or mention in the booking details. When we said we weren’t comfortable paying a deposit we weren’t told about, she called her boss. A man arrived and told us, rather dismissively, that he “can’t put everything on the booking because people don’t read it anyway.” We were stunned. Regardless of what he thinks, all important costs and conditions must be clearly disclosed. As we didn’t have €200 available on card and were put off by the whole situation, we decided not to proceed. When we told him we had come all the way from Benidorm Old Town, he threw €10 on the table and told us to take a taxi – an extremely rude and unprofessional gesture. I told him we didn’t want his money after being treated like that. Thankfully, we contacted GetYourGuide and received a full refund. Overall, this was a deeply disappointing experience. Poor communication, hidden fees, and incredibly rude customer service. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Transparency is not optional – it’s essential.

Experiencia bastante aburrida, recomendado para jubilados. Te llevan a 20 por hora, no puedes acelerar ni derrapar por el monte, experiencia de buggy cero, mejor coger una bici o un patinete y no comes tanto polvo. Anteriormente fuimos a otra empresa con mi mujer y ella tuvo que ir con el guía de la impresión de los derrapes y ningún problema. En esta empresa olvídate de derrapes ni de disfrutar de un buggy, si quieres dar un paseo de jubilados esta es tu empresa perfecta, eso sí, vas a comer más polvo que en una tormenta de arena. Recomendado para jubilados!! Si quieres pasarlo bien y disfrutar de la sensación de un buggy mejor busca otra empresa.

Wir hatten heute als Familie zwei Buggies gemietet und eine 2-stündige Tour durch Benidorm/Altea gemacht. Es war spaßig, matschig und einfach eine tolle Erfahrung, bei der man viel von der Natur sehen konnte. Alles war perfekt organisiert. Nach der Fahrt haben wir noch festgestellt, dass unser Guide Frank ursprünglich aus der gleichen Region wie wir kommt. So klein ist die Welt... Vielen Dank, Frank!
