We booked two tours, one to jalon the other to calpe. Both were great,informative and polite. The guides were ready to answer any questions and the drivers were safe and competent A pleasant experience on both trips. Well done

I would recommend the staff and services here, always willing to help. So far used them for booking hotels, passport renewal and now TIE renewal. Always very helpful.

Beware if you are going from Albir, pick up of Benidorm tourists takes over an hour and they load passengers from the back meaning you get the worst seat for the inconvenience of being first. There is no commentary at all. One questions the value of the so called guide who tells you nothing except your seat number well ours didn't and we had the privilege of her twice. We were advised that should we want a one hour walking tour in Alicante we would need to pay 8 euros each extra for this privilege on top of what we had paid already apparently because they were not licensed guides? We were not given any other guidance at all except the pick up point for our return. In summary all we got was a bus ride to and from Alicante with numerous pickups. When we went to Quadalest we were given some extra time which not everyone wanted, apparently as they had decided against doing the school run? Somewhat of a side line by the looks of things. It would have been helpful to be advised to take water shoes as well as it was extremely tricky navigating the waterfalls without them. Another massive fail on their behalf.

So glad I decided to seek the services of this very professional team here in Albir, Must admit I was wee bit reluctant due to previous contact years ago , but that member is not there anymore. Lee most certainly knows all there is about customer service. He is polite, confident, listens and courteous...... all this .. AND fluent in Español 👏. I am blown away at the speed my S1 application was dealt with. Worth every cent

El señor que conduce el autobús de esta compañía es un grosero mal educado, hoy 4 de marzo ha estado mal aparcado todo el día en el altet hasta casi las 5 de la tarde, ha insultado a una familia de la zona que iba con una niña mandandolos a la "M..".. me parece inaceptable que tengan una persona asi trabajando en su empresa, ademas parecia que no sabia conducir no se lo recomiendo a nadie.

Really wish I could give ZERO *. Came here midday 10th Sept & was met by the most unhelpful,rude male- no greeting @ all. We asked if they completed Locator Forms-( as we had probs completing them prior to leaving UK)- answer 'yes' -no further info. I then asked if they dealt with Residency, WOW, REALLY wish I hadn't- his answer?- 'Don't apply for Residency if it's so you can spend 91 days here instead of 90'!! Number one- it was NO business of his why we were asking, Number 2- We WERE actually viewing properties to buy thro a local agent. I then unfortunately told him we were going to Tenerife in Dec (whilst the property sale was going through, as we were told it wouldn't be able to be completed before the New Year). This obnoxious person then proceeded to TELL us that we couldn't do that!?. Told him we had only used 22 days out of the 180, he then told us we had to spend 3months in the UK, before entering Spanish territory again!!! We knew this was NOT the case, as we have been taking advice from a friend who works for a Spanish lawyer, regarding Spanish law (fortunately they are now acting for us). We could have put him right, but couldn't be bothered as he THINKS he knows it all. Also, whilst we were speaking, a Spanish girl came in, he invited her to sit down, began speaking to her & TOTALLY ignored us!!! Needless to say, we completed our own Locator Forms, as he is obviously clueless & gives out completely wrong information. So pleased we found out how stupid he was, before we used his 'services'. I must add, when I called up prior (wanted to know if an appointment was needed), I went thro to what I presume is a central office, they were very pleasant...& helpful! TOP TIP: Try their office in Benidorm!!!

Great service and value for money. We used them for TIE, registering UK S1 and obtaining permanent SIP. They made life so much easier. Heartily recommend them.
