Catalonia Bike Tours

This review is for a trip we did with Gerard in Sept/ Oct of 2025. My wife and I are both 67, and pretty fit. I have been cycling for 40plus years, so have considerable experience with many trips, roadside flats and other maintenance, etc. We've done multiple cycling holidays, and have found that we prefer self-supported trips to group itineraries, for multiple reasons: don't have to get up so early, no meetings, more flexibility, etc. We also prefer "hub and spoke" trips to daily transfers. Lucky for us, Gerard was a perfect fit, as that is his specialty. He offers standard itineraries on his website, but was happy to curate a custom itinerary for us that suited us perfectly. We stayed 5 nights at the Hotel Nord in Girona and did loops from there. Then we transferred to S'Agaro to ride the Costa Brava for 3 nights at the Hostal de la Gavina. These properties were his luxury level. We felt his pricing was very reasonable, especially considering the excellent "white glove" level of service he provided. At the front end he was VERY responsive, writes and speaks excellent English, and clearly practices the philosophy of "yes". During the trip we found him to be very friendly, kind, punctual, etc. His van was very clean and comfortable. The trip exceeded our expectations in almost every way. We rented our ebikes from the Girona Trek store, so his service for us did not include bike rental. He does offer rentals, but we wanted to test-ride the Trek Domane+ ebikes (we've since bought one for my wife). If you need real time, in-ride support (like roadside assistance for flats, SAG, etc), or a lot of "hand-holding", this probably won't be your best fit. But if you're relatively experienced, self-sufficient, can change a flat tire and do other basic roadside troubleshooting, and prefer a custom experience at a reasonable price, I can highly recommend Gerard Monells/ Catalonia Bike Tours. We would definitely hire CBT again!!

Great company and fantastic bikes. First time riding with a group of 15 ladies from Canada. We had 9 fabulous days with interesting and challenging days of road cycling tour. Gerard and the team put together really great itineraries, routes and hotels. Especially routes are incredible. It was surprising in a delightful way. So much thoughtfulness into the routes! I highly recommend.

The tour was FANTASTIC! The bikes were beautifully maintained and easy to use for all age and fitness levels. The terrain was level and the e-bike functionality assisted in riding up to and through several quaint villages. The guide was patient, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone had a wonderful experience. A support van was always available to assist or pick up tired riders. His personal connection to many of the areas we visited provided great information for follow up visits and dining options.

What an incredible cycling experience! 🚴‍♀️ Gerard had everything organised to perfection, and the app made it all so easy to follow. The locations and premium hotel choices he selected were absolutely spot on, and the tailored routes he curated for us were the perfect mix of challenging and breathtakingly scenic. We especially loved the stops by the sea for swims and long lunches, and every restaurant Gerard recommended was bang on. His communication and organisation throughout the whole process were faultless, which made the trip seamless and stress-free. We are hooked—and already planning to be back next year for more! Excellent tour organized for our group by Gerard, highlighting the best roads, geography, history and quaint towns. Great support when we needed it mid tour! Gerard was always accessible and super helpful. Would definitely recommend!

From the start, we had amazing communication from Gerard. That's the reason why we booked with Catalonia Bike Tours as we felt confident in the amount of information he provided. Turned out, it was a good decision. Everything was organized amazingly. The hotels, the pick ups of the bags the GPS routes and the bikes were in excellent condition too.

On Sept 8th 5 of us did a self-guided ebike tour using Catalonia Bike Tours. This was our second time using Gerard as we thought the service the previous Tour was excellent, so we tried it again and he did not let us down the service again was absolutely fabulous. The equipment was top class as was the backup service. Gerard’s recommendations for Lunch and dinner were sometimes the highlight of our Tour. In early September I did a self guided cycling trip based around Vic and Olot. Based on the success of our trip last year based mainly around Girona and the Costa Brava, our group of 5 cyclists returned to Catalonia Bike Tours this year. Gerard again organised a great series of cycles over 6 days, this year through the natural parks, cycling on minor roads and on forest trails- it was brilliant. The bikes were excellent and perfect for the terrain. The accommodation was very good, and his recommendations for restaurants for lunch and dinner were superb. He was, as last year, reliable, attentive, punctual, and produced a great service. When we were faced with a weather-alert he advised, guided and assisted in a very timely and pro-active manner. Overall we had an excellent trip. Thank you Gerard.

I recently competed a self-guided trip from Girona to the Costa Brava area for 6 days, which Gerard, the owner of Catalonia Bike Tours, customized to my needs. The whole experience was fantastic! Some of the things that stood out for me were: - Personalized service from start to finish - Gerard setup a video call to discuss everything. This put me at ease from the start and this level of individual attention carried through to the end. In fact during the trip when I asked for specific local advice about something, he provided his insights very quickly. - Customized itineraries - I only had 4 days for actual cycling and Gerard listened to what was important to me and crafted an itinerary to match. - Routes - Gerard clearly knows the area intimately and has done extensive research to create safe, varied and interesting routes. Almost no main roads at all - instead lots of bike/hike trails (paved, gravel, dirt) from a vast network that exists in the area. And added to this, quiet country roads, forests, medieval villages, lanes, farms, you name it - and of course stunning coastline. Ride with GPS worked well for navigation (mostly lol). - High Quality Bikes - Gerard didn’t just determine the geometry for my bike he brought with him two options for me to try, on basis I would fit either. The Canyon hybrid I selected was high quality, comfortable and it was perfect for the type of riding I was doing. It was brand new and the range of gearing meant any climb, on any terrain, was no trouble. I was VERY impressed. - Hotel options - it was great having three options and I selected the COMFORT hotels. They were all amazing and the view from my balcony in the Man Salvi Country Boutique Hotel in Platja d’Aro, as well as access to a gorgeous quiet beach there, simply blew me away. It’s clear that Gerard and his team value customer satisfaction above everything and and the cycling expertise, local knowledge, support and personal attention means I can’t wait to arrange another trip with them, and recommend them wholeheartedly. Our experience with Catalonia Bike Tours exceeded all our expectations! The Costa Brava tour route was well designed for peaceful and stress-free riding. E bikes and navigation app were of excellent quality… accommodations top notch. Gerard was very conscientious and a great communicator who checked in with us each day to make sure things were going smoothly. He was even able to troubleshoot a minor mechanical problem for us over the phone. I would highly recommend this company to anyone contemplating a cycling adventure in Catalonia. Gerard was a wonderful host for our self-guided tour. His communication was always timely, clear and helpful. He is very organized and the trip was flawless. The bikes might have been brand new (he turns over inventory often to avoid excess wear and tear) and we never had a mechanical issue. I highly recommend his service and I'm already entertaining another trip.

the customer service was friendly, responded quickly, and very helpful. the bikes were in excellent shape and they even provided us with a lock, tube repair kit, air pump, and phone holder for free. Loved renting bikes with them. They were flexible with the return time due to last minute schedule changes on my side, which is a plus.

Aloha! oh my thank you so very much to Gerard @ Catalonia Bike Tours for creating / choreographing an amazing Costa Brava (Wild Coast) self guided biking adventure for us. From my first point of contact / reaching out very late on Friday afternoon (1800 hrs Oct 4th) with an 11th-hour request for a Catalonia - self guided Costa Brava bike tour - starting Oct 6th. You responded immediately - within 1 hour with this response: "Mahalo for reaching out! It's cutting it close with your requested dates, but we will do our very best to make it happen for you". And that you did. Working all through the weekend - recommending, designing, sending a proposal / itinerary 24 hours later (Sat Oct 5th) with all of the pre-booking confirmed. Catalonia Bike tours had won our hearts and our trust! And then what an adventure we had! We were 2 old gals: 67 and 71 – celebrating 50 years of “best-friends forever” history – cycling up those 10- 15% off road Catalonian “hills” - getting off track and dead ending at a beautiful deserted stretch of beach, before recalculating with Bike GPS – and back on the trail, track, road, and always ha ha another hill (I’m a hill climber ), The rural village hamlets, the best cuppa- java stops , the delightful locals, curious & welcoming; farmers in the field with sheep and sheep dogs iconic images, memories, the beautiful eucalyptus trees, and old forest roads. It was way beyond anything we hoped for in a bike tour. The hotels and services booked by Gerard were 10/10! And he was always available and checking up a couple times to make sure we were ok when the winds got a bit wild (as winds will do). Ive been on a lot of bike tours in a lot of places around the world but this cycle pilgrimage was the best. And really for me, it was how Gerard and Catalonia Bike Tours made us feel welcomed, and cared for. That’s the secret sauce – how they make you feel. Incredible routes with this company. Since it was a self-guided tour, I didn’t expect we would receive so much attention. Gerard, our guide, was attentive the entire time. The routes are planned with great expertise, and for each one, there are two options: a regular one and an “easy” one (of course, in Costa Brava, nothing is easy). The hotels are gorgeous, especially the one in Torroella 😊. I was delighted with this tour, and I highly recommend it because you can do it with friends at your own pace, unlike other tours where you have to keep up with the group.

We did the Costa Brave self-guided tour and it was fantastic! Great variety of coastline, farmland, natural areas and medieval villages we saw a little of everything. Logistics were handled perfectly and we loved the accommodations. Gerard and his team were a pleasure to work with!

We did a biking tour visiting several medieval towns over several hours. Esch town was beautiful and unique! The experience was wonderful and exceeded our expectations! Service was great… We were picked up right at our hotel; Gerard and his team were friendly and accommodating the whole time!

Our small group of two senior-aged couples from the United States recently completed our second guided tour with Catalonia Bike Tours in May 2024. Gerard had guided us to the Costa Brava two years ago and it was such a special experience that we returned for another tour, this time in the areas near to Vic in the Pyrenees foothills. The e-bikes provided were brand new and easily handled all riding conditions: smooth tarmac, dirt bike paths, rocky mountain roads. A support van was always nearby in case needed. We did have one flat and the van arrived within minutes and the repair was completed efficiently. The restaurants and hotels that Gerard booked us into were stellar and not crowded. In addition to the biking, extra activities were also part of the tour: a walking tour of beautiful Vic, a horse-drawn carriage ride through a beech forest, a drive to a ski station, two hikes to waterfalls, and of course coffee stops along the way in picture-perfect villages. We peppered Gerard most of the day long with questions about the present and past of the areas we were riding through, and we learned so much. Being a native of Catalonia, Gerard seems to know every perfect road, riding trail, restaurant, and hotel that will give riders the trip (or two!) of a lifetime. We can, and do, definitely recommend Catalonia Bike Tours!

A friend and I did the 8-day Girona Province Leisure Self-Guided trip in early May and absolutely loved it. Only a born and raised Catalonian cyclist could have shared these incredible off-the-beaten-path routes with us - thank you, Gerard! The rides were primarily on quiet country roads and trails, and offered a diverse array of beautiful scenery. We chose the middle of the road "Comfort" level accommodations and they were all outstanding, and added immeasurably to our trip. Neither of us had ever been to Spain and this was the perfect way to visit Catalonia, which is just gorgeous. Some of the scenery and cycling reminded me of Burgundy. The routes were easy to follow and all of the details were meticulously attended to. I loved this trip so much that I would go back and do it again (and likely will with other friends who now can't wait to go). Thanks for a truly remarkable experience, I loved every minute of it!

After having an incredible experience with Gerard a few years ago on the Costa Brava we decided to return for another bike trip. Gerard designed a custom tour for 4 of us that wound it's way around the pre-Pyrenees region. It was 5 days of riding on bike paths with amazing scenery, boutique hotels, fantastic food and wine and the wonderful company of Gerard and Guillem. I have traveled throughout Spain and Catalonia on many bicycle and motorcycle tours for the past 10 years. Each region has it's own special qualities and unique history. I can honestly say that the experience I've had with Catalonia Bike Tours, and Gerard in particular, is the best of the best! If you book a self guided tour every detail will be taken care of. If you are lucky enough to ride with Gerard...you will have an amazing experience (and also make a wonderful new friend).

We were staying in Vic (Catalonia) for a few days and decided last minute to rent some bikes for 3 days. CBT where able to deliver 2 top range electric mountain bikes within 2 hrs where we wanted with all the accessories we needed. Unfailing helpful. Sorted out puncture and made great route recommendations. I would definitely use them again when visiting Catalonia and the Costa Brava. Thank you to the team and great rides around Vic

We have just completed the four-day Costa Brava self-guided trip. All the routes took us to interesting places, were nice cycling, with little time spent on busy road. The hotels were good, especially Moli del Mig in Torroella de Montgri. Gerard was very attentive to our questions prior to the trip and helpful during it. All in all, it did what it said on the tin, very well!

We had a great tour with Catalonia Bike Tours. The route was well-designed and the accomodations were fantastic. The GPS app directions were not always 100% correct but getting lost once in awhile adds to the adventure! Suggestions from other bike tours we've done: 1. Adding a small basket to the rental bikes for personal items would be handy. 2. The GPS app usually drains the phone battery within ~4 hrs. Including a power booster device would be inexpensive and would enable full-day power. We have received this on other tours. 3. Including a water bottle as a souvenir is a good inexpensive way to market. Lots of friends ask what tour company we used and it's handy to pull out a water bottle to show them. All in all we got a tour we were hoping for. Glen & Kim, Alberta, Canada.

Excellent service. Gerard and team are patient, flexible and professional. The bikes are excellent. We had an accident with one bike and they delivered a replacement that same evening so the rider could continue with the group. Top service and top bikes.

Our family of five (two adults and 3 teenagers aged 13-17) had a blast biking along the Costa Brava with Gerard and Catalonia Bike Tours! We spent one day biking along the coast and then kayaking, and another inland biking through sunflower fields and through medieval towns. The bikes were great, the vistas beautiful and varied, and Gerard paced and planned our days perfectly. For half of the first day, our daughter felt under the weather--and Gerard had her ride in the van with his lovely and kind partner until our daughter felt well enough to re-join us (thanks to the bikes being electric, she was able to do so). Our daughter told us she still had a terrific day, because Gerard and his team were so nice and engaging, and she got to practice her Spanish. We highly recommend Catalonia Bike Tours!

What an incredible experience! Gerard took my husband and me on a wonderful tour of Costa Brava. He was patient with my lack of experience on an ebike, but supportive and encouraging. The sights were absolutely breathtaking and his insights made it all the more special. I can't recommend this highly enough. Anyone in the area (or Barcelona) should enjoy this experience.

Everything was good. Good hotels, good bikes, good maps on the app. One important detail is that the bikes are not insured and got it to know when I received the bikes. They provide chain locks but it can be stolen and you can have an accident. We never left the bikes out of our eyes. The restaurants that they Recomended are amazing. Thank You

I decided to go on a spontaneous bike tour in November, which usually is not the season here in Spain. But Gerard and Montse did a wonderful job of putting together this bike tour experience. The carefully curated routes gives ample things to absorb and experience. Its a great way to explore a place. I highly recommend trying them out, and I will go to them again in the future!

This was an amazing experience. We did the 3 day, self guided tour (I’m sad I didn’t get to do the 2nd route in the four day series but will have to come back). Everyone we worked with (Montse and Girard) was thoughtful and conscientious about the service they provided. For example, CBT provided us with well maintained Canyon bikes fit exactly to our dimensions and preferences (they met via zoom to orient us about the biking landscape), met with us at our convenience when we arrived in Girona, arranged wonderful hotels to stay at, including the lovely Del Moli del Mig in the countryside outside of Torroella de Montgri, transported our luggage from hotel to hotel, and provided us with great routes through Ride With GPS (you cannot do these routes without it). The routes were everything Girard said they would be including the Els Angels climb on the last day.

We booked a 5-day self-guided tour of the Costa Brava with Catalonia Bike Tours and had an absolutely incredible time. The bikes that two of us rented were very nice and in great condition (Canyon Endurace with eTap) and had just the right gearing for the many iconic climbs on the route. The route plans were impeccable, taking you through quiet scenic countryside, well-renowned climbs, stunning descents, gorgeous towns of many flavors and sizes along the coast and of all modern and medieval eras. There is such a unique charm to riding in Catalonia, the other riders always wave, the drivers are always courteous. I can't wait to come back to experience it again. The only thing we are sad about is that we've already experienced it for the first time, and we can't get that initial feeling of astonishment back again.

I had a fantastic experience with Catalonia Bike Tours recently. They were incredibly on point with every detail. They picked me up at the train station and drove us to the first hotel. They organized lunches and dinners for us and luggage transport between hotels. The support van driver and our tour guide were kind, funny and instantly part of the group energy. Our guide was Cristina, who worked closely with our Support driver and 'back up guide', Miquel. We ate local food and stayed in gorgeous locations at very nice hotels. I highly recommend Catalonia Bike Tours and would book with them again in a second.

Bike delivery was perfect, the Canyon bikes were in perfect shape, especially the shifting. Taxi driver Alfons was friendly and on time. So big thank you that we experienced an almost perfect week in Catalonia (weather on Friday and Saterday was not suited for long rides).

We had a super Costa Bravo bike tour with Catalonia Bike Tours. We did 4 days of self guided biking starting and ending in Girona. We stayed in the towns of Girona, Pals, and Platya de Aro and they were each unique and wonderful. The hotels were top notch! We loved going to the beach and swimming in Platya de Aro and the walled village of Pals and hotel we stayed in were fabulous. The bikes provided were perfect and Catalonia Bike Tours was very supportive, checking in most days to see how things were going. The app was a little tricky to use in the busier towns but we always managed. Overall this was a bike trip and company I highly recommend!

My family of four took a 4 day self guided tour from Girona to Platja D’aro to Pals then back to Girona. We rented bikes and they were amazing. 3 canyon gravel bikes and a Scott ebike for my daughter. They were immaculate and great bikes. The route was excellent, the app worked great and the riding was a lot of fun. Nice mix of everything and the bikes were up to the challenge and the right tool for the job. Transfers to and from Barcelona went off without a problem. Montse helped us out of a self induced problem, going above and beyond. Gerard and I traded sport food and had great a great chat on the way to Girona. The towns we visit Ted were amazing and well chosen. I’d go again in a heartbeat. We did over 200 km in four days with a 15 and 12 year old. It was just awesome. Thank you!

We worked with Montse and Gerard from Catalonia Bike Tours to plan a dream three-stage, self-supported bike trip from Girona to Costa Brava and back. Everything was perfect -- our bikes were fantastic, the routes excellent, the hotels comfortable, the price unbeatable, the support along the way responsive and informative. Gerard even picked us up from the Girona train station when our train was delayed. We couldn't have asked for a better trip and just wish we could come back immediately for another one! Took an e-bike tour out of Tamariu with my family of five and loved it. Great bikes and our guide was really helpful, friendly and happy to be with us. Would absolutely recommend this tour as way to see the area. E-bikes made all the hills, even the huge one up to the light house, easy.

The bikes were great. Excellent service, organization and, most of all, very good disposition and flexibility to accommodate everyones needs. We went on a 7 day trip, 15 people! I highly recommend it!

Muy buena organización de todas las jornadas de la ruta. El itinerario muy variado y visitando todos los puntos de interés cultural y paisajístico. I booked a five-day, self-guided tour with Catalonia Bike Tour and was really pleased with both the the route/accommodation they planned and the level of service I received throughout my trip. The route was challenging yet rewarding, balancing tough climbs with interesting sites along the way. The team provided fast and helpful support whenever I needed it and even offered to help adjust my itinerary. Highly recommended and look forward to returning to do another trip with them in the future.

We had an excellent experience with Catalonia Bike Tours! It was so easy to book the bikes with Gerard the bike owner and we received high end beautiful bikes. We booked last minute and Gerard had the bikes delivered to us at our campsite the next day with a child seat for our 3 year old. We will book again with Catalonia Bike tours next year when we return! The cycling is amazing in Costa Brava with so many bike routes! My husband and I just completed a 5 day 4 staged tour. I cannot say enough about Catalonia Bike tours. Right from the hosting, the administration, the choice of hotels and restaurants to daily trips... everything was first class! Daily trips were planned to perfection with locales being varied from costal to inland to climbs to pastoral paths. Gerard was born and brought up here so he knows the backroads to perfection. He is passionate and enthusiastic about sharing his "Catalonia' with all who visit and doing so on a bike is the icing on the cake! Do not hesitate to book and spend the money with this local company! Most importantly my husband (non cyclist) loved it as much as I did.... he is converted now!

Alquilé una gravel para hacer la ruta girona-banyoles-girona y acabé encantada con la bici que me habian dejado con muy buenas caracteristicas y el trato recibido muy bueno. Los recomiendo 100% y seguramente yo vuelva a hacerlo.

I rented a road bike for a about a week and had a great experience with it. The bike was in great condition and came with essential accessories included. Delivery and pickup were on time, and the pricing was very reasonable. I can only recommend their service!

Fantastic! Our experience with Catalonia Bike Tours was nothing short of fantastic. Our experience with Girard and his team, from the start to the end, was everything we could have hope for and more, making our riding experience in Girona and the Costa Brava ideal. This was our first European biking tour, so we had lots of questions and requests, and Girard and his team handled all of them with courtesy and professionalism. All of our questions were answered promptly and professionally, and all of our specific needs and requests were accommodated with no fuss or pushback (e.g. an extra night in Girona, a wahoo computer mount, changing to a bike with a. power meter, etc.). The route was ideal. This being our first experience with this type of tour, but with lots of miles under our belt, we didn’t know what to expect on the road, and subsequently we were simultaneously concerned about being under and overwhelmed. However, the route selection turned out to be perfect. Every day was a different experience, enjoying a different part of the province and a different type of ride. One day it was mostly about long climbs, another about short steep hills along the coast, another a beautiful tour through a series of medieval villages. We can’t say enough about how perfectly tailored the routes were to our expectations. The equipment was first rate. The bikes we rode were like (and one was in fact) new. They were excellent bikes and were well maintained. The ancillary equipment (lights, tubes, etc) were first rate as well. They didn’t let us down and we never had so much as a flat tire (or battery). One of us rode a road ebike and the other road a traditional road bike. This was a great experience and we won’t hesitate to recommend Girard and his team to anyone. Thank you! Don and Kelly

I went on a tour with Catalonia Bike Tours to the Region of Lleida. The tour was very well organized and the equipment was excellent! You can see that Gerard, the owner, is a passionate cyclist himself and knows the Catalan territory very well (which is by the way a great place for cycling in general).

J’ai découvert la Catalogne de la meilleur des façons grâce à Catalonia Bike Tours. Passionné de vélo depuis toujours, mais ayant roulé essentiellement en France, j’ai eu envie d’ouvrir mes horizons et de voir ailleurs. Durant 3 jours, Gérard nous a concocté un séjour mêlant vélo et culture. Le premier jour, nous avons découvert la vieille ville de Cervera et son incroyable université. L’après-midi, nous avons découvert l’espace naturel protégé de l'Estany d'Ivars grâce à nos vélos. Cela nous a permis de découvrir un lac sur lequel niche une importante colonie d’oiseaux de toutes sortes. Le deuxième jour, les choses sérieuses commencent et nous nous prenons de la hauteur en direction de La Pobla de Segur et son centre VTT flambant neuf. Cela nous a permis de découvrir le potentiel « vélo nature » de cette région montagneuse. Un véritable paradis pour le VTT ou le Gravel. Pour cette randonnée, les vélos à assistance électrique étaient les bienvenues ! L’après-midi, nous avons visité un producteur de vin, qui nous a fait une visite guidée du vignoble et des caves. Pour terminer cette journée, une dégustation sur la terrasse au soleil fut le point d’orgue de cette magnifique journée. Pour la troisième et dernière journée, nous avons découvert la ville fortifiée de Lleida. Une guide passionnante nous a permis de déambuler dans les rues à la rencontre de la riche histoire de la ville. J’étais venu pour faire du vélo et découvrir la Catalogne, je ne fus pas déçu ! Gérard et son équipe de Catalonia Bike Tours ont toujours été au petit soins pour nous, nous permettant de faire de ce petit séjour, un souvenir inoubliable. The province of Girona is a fantastic and versatile bike destination and Gerard and his team make the experience of visiting this cycling paradise far more better than you could organise it on your own. No worries about bagage, fueling on the bike or displacements. Everything is been taken care of with the greatest care. Booking a bike trip with local cycling passionates only adds to the experience. Mine (3 Day trip from the coast to the Pyrenees) was truly unforgettable. Great insides, great supply and last but not least great roads. Thank you Gerard and Carlos!

Mi experiencia en un recorrido con bicicleta eléctrica por algunos pueblos de la Costa Brava ha sido extraordinaria. Quiero recomendarla y decir que este tipo de recorrido está al alcance de la mayoría, ya que no se necesita estar en una gran forma física. Disfruté mucho del entorno y me sentí muy cómodo con la guía amigable de Gerard.

Fantàstica matinal aquest divendres...voliem fer una sortida per probar les bikes elèctriques pel voltants de Tavertet i la veritat es que estem encantats. Varem descobrir llocs del territori que no coneixiem gràcies a la ruta que ens va montar en Gerard i el seu guiatge...es nota que ho viu i li encata el que fa. Un 10 com a guia i com a persona. Un fin de semana perfecto, visitando el Baix Emporda de la mano de Gerard, que con su gran experiencia, profesionalidad y amabilidad nos ha mostrado tanto la parte de la costa (Calella de Palafurgell, Palamos, Llafranc...) como del interior, con unos pueblos preciosos. Las visitas a las bodegas Oler i Mas Gel han sido fantásticas y muy interesantes. Todo ello con unas bicis que han funcionado a la perfección. Muy recomendable.

Encantados de la experiencia con Gerard como guía y Catalonia Bike Tours por su profesionalidad y buen hacer. Una delicia de fin de semana por l’Empordà: recorridos magníficos en bici eléctrica: hemos disfrutado con las rutas , el descubrimiento de publos con gran encanto y las visitas a los Cellers de Vins DO Empordà que nos propusieron. Muy recomendable la espectacular excursión de hoy, conociendo los mejores rincones y pueblos de la comarca de Osona, pedaleando por la naturaleza hasta llegar al Museo Industrial del Ter, donde nos han mostrado el funcionamiento de una antigua fábrica textil a la orilla del río Ter. Bicicletas eléctricas de gran calidad, parece que no haya subidas en toda la comarca! Seguro que repetimos, la siguiente vamos a probar en la Costa Brava. Experiencia muy interesante juntamente con nuestro inmejorable guía, gracias Gerard !
