Clean and well kept apartment directly off the beach. Plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance and it felt very safe to wander alone at night. It took a bit of time to figure out how to get to the apartment itself. GPS would bring you to the general area, but if you don’t know the number of your building or understand the parking situation you end up driving in circles. Once we visited the office, spoke face to face with someone, and were told what to expect when our room was ready it all made better sense. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would rent from Sitges Group again.

Luxurious apartments with a great view, a spacious terrace, and the apartment itself is large. This is my fifth time staying at Sitges Apartment Group. The service is excellent, clean, and punctual.

Excellent Accommodation with a Sea View I had a fantastic stay in a beautiful location, with a spacious room and an impressive view of the sea. The balcony was the perfect spot to enjoy each morning, soaking in the tranquility and beauty of the landscape. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. I highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Very nice rooms and views. Check in staff very helpful and we were able to check in early from an early flight. They delivered above and beyond, very professional company. Only downside was small showers, kitchen and washer was outside . Location excellent and beautiful views from balcony and convenient to food and activities. Cabs do not stop by there but our hosts scheduled airport transport for us that was convenient and reasonable price wise. Great experience.

We stayed as a family of 6, 2 adults and two kids at this apartment. It was very clean and well laid out with two bathrooms. The views from the balcony are stunning and the location is second to none. Walkable to everything and you really feel in the heart of the town. I would recommend this place to everyone and would certainly return if staying in the area again. The Sitges apartment group are also very responsive on WhatsApp which was very helpful.

Stayed in the penthouse apartment and it was wonderful! The view just can't be beat. The staff is very friendly and very organized. We had zero issues and the apartment was spacious, very clean, and everything was in fine working order, including the AC. If we return to Sitges, we definitely will consider this location again.

Nos alojamos en los apartamentos ribera front beach con una ubicación excepcional pero lo mejor estaba dentro del apartamento, la decoración es actual, el mobiliario confortable y todo cuidado al mínimo detalle con gran gusto. Un apartamento amplio con dos terrazas espectaculares que invitan a no salir de ellas en toda la estancia. Pero sin duda lo mejor ha sido el trato que hemos recibido del personal de sitges group desde el primer momento en que me ayudaron a encontrar una estancia que cumpliese mis expectativas, hasta que terminaron nuestras vacaciones. Sin duda este va a ser mi alojamiento habitual de vacaciones.

Our stay at a Sitges Group apartment in front of La Fragata beach was amazing. The property we stayed at was so beautiful and the Sitges Group staff were always helpful and available (special thanks to Mark)! We stayed on the fourth floor of their Ocean Blue property on the first line with a balcony with stunning views of the ocean, the cathedral, and the promenade. We definitely will be returning and will recommend the Sitges Group to our friends!

While the Sitges Group Ribera Beach property offers exceptional amenities and a picturesque location, my overall experience was unfortunately marred by post-departure disputes and allegations of damage. Upon the conclusion of my stay, allegations were made regarding damages to the property's chairs, leading to an additional claim of $1700 USD, an amount that exceeded my 5-day stay cost. I firmly contend that these chairs were already damaged upon my arrival, a fact supported by photographs taken at the time and even by the property's own listing photos. Despite providing this evidence, the dispute evolved into a drawn-out mediation with Airbnb. Photos included. Additionally, be mindful of the check-out instructions. They were provided in my pre-arrival communications and never clarified during my stay. A misunderstanding led to further charges, highlighting the importance of explicit communication and clarity. I advise potential guests to thoroughly document the condition of the rental upon arrival and departure and to familiarize themselves completely with the check-out procedures. Failing to do so could lead to unexpected charges and time-consuming resolution processes. Despite the charm of Sitges and the appeal of this beachfront property, these issues have considerably dampened my experience. I urge travelers to undertake thorough research, scrutinize past guest experiences, and communicate transparently with the host before booking their stay. Stay vigilant and ensure your holiday rental meets your expectations without any unwelcome post-departure surprises. Safe travels!

We stayed in the Penthouse apartment while being in a fantastic location and well equipped and clean for a small apartment. However the bed was TERRIBLE. I contacted the office after our 3 night stay to be told it was a new mattress !!! if you suffer from back problems it is a massive issue other wise a great stay was had and the terrace is great Only giving it 2 stars as a good nights sleep is very important to us

Es la tercera vez que estamos en un apartamento del Paseo de la Ribera de Sitges con esta agencia. Sencillamente todo estuvo genial. Apartamento amplio con terraza de cara al mar. Limpio y con todas las comodidades. Su atención al Cliente es perfecta. Sin duda lo recomendamos y repetiremos.

What an amazing place this is! Great location, everything you need is there and nicely decorated. We stayed with 4 adults, 1 toddler and a baby. Sitges Group has supplied us with a cod and a high chair. There's an elevator and it's right on the beach. Will for sure be back.

We had a perfect stay at Ribera Beach. The apartment is perfectly located, clean and supplied, and check in is easy. We also previously stayed at another Sitges Group apartment in town (Sitges Group Apartments Soul) which was amazing too! Definitely will stay with them again

In July 2020, we lived in an apartment on the 4th floor in a building on Paseo de la Ribera 15. There is no ventilation in the toilets and no windows can be opened there. On the 3rd day, it was impossible to enter the toilets because of the smell. The air conditioning in the hallway did not work, so it was not possible to sleep due to the heat. Very small kitchen and it also has no ventilation. The electronic lock on the front door to the apartment often did not close the door, which turned out to be an unpleasant surprise. Highly not recommended for living In August 2020 we lived in an apartment on the 2nd floor in a building on Paseo de la Ribera 44. The apartment is in quite a good condition. But the washing marching was 10-15 years old and it was bearly functioning. Sitges Group tried to blame us that we broke it, and they were going to charge the €200 deposit. I told them that it looks like a fraud as a new one costs €200 and they can't charge us anything as the value of this washing marching is zero now. Only after we threatened to bring police they pulled back. it's very convenient to treat tourists this way, as they go to another country on the same day. Luckily, we live in Barcelona. Be careful with the Sitges Group, they have such very old equipment (washing machines, A/C units) in all apartments.

Stayed at the Ocean apartments for 3 nights. Arranged the sea view 3 bedroom apartment. The location is perfect. Just outside your door is the beach, cafes, restaurants, the 17th century church, sight seeing places etc. The apartment is quite modern with 3 bathrooms, modern kitchen and lounge/dining area. The bed comfort particularly the main is below average, noisy and the outside corridor lights beams into the room. The light does automatically turn off at a certain time of the night. If you’re driving and can’t fit into Sitges tiny paid parking lots, there is coined parking 20 metres from the front door but difficult to get a spot as there are only limited spaces. We were lucky so try your luck.
