I've been using MBE Sitges for over 20 years. In the early days I used MBE to ship our course materials to over 500 students all over Spain and Latin America. I sold that business but to this day I still rely on MBE Sitges and all is flawless! Plus they are super friendly, helpful and nice!---)

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful - they even went out of their way to send our clothes back after we accidentally left them in the hotel room.

I had a problem sending medical sample to Tbilisi, Georgia with DHL even though DHL was supposed to be the most reliable company to Georgia. I thought why not try this place and UPS. I have been their customer for a year and I have been very happy with them. They took so much time filling out all the paperwork to make sure there won’t be any issues. She even kept tracking the package and texted me to let me know when it arrived in Tbilisi. I am very impressed with how detailed they are. I will be their customer for life!

Peor experiencia imposible. No me avisaron ni por teléfono ni dejando una nota que no pudieron entregar en casa. Una vez en la estación de recogida en Sitges los dos empleados estuvieron 20 o más minutos sin aparecer en el mostrador por que estaban ocupados haciendo paquetes. Varios clientes en la recepción flipando de que no atendieron a nadie y sin decir nada a nadie. Espero que no me vuelva tocar recoger nada.

How amazing I forgot my pillow and within 2 days they shipped is beautifully and I have a great sleep again

Fantastic service. We left a tablet behind in our hotel room and this wonderful company organised shipment back to the UK from Spain for us. The communication was excellent all the way through and tablet arrived in a timely manner. Thanks very much, highly recommend.

Wir hatten einen Haufen Wäsche, Kleidung, Bettwäsche etc. zu versenden, da es für unser Auto zuviel war zu transportieren. So haben wir uns auf Empfehlung hin an das Team von Mail Boxes Etc in Sitges gewendet. Der Service den wir erfahren haben war wirklich außergewöhnlich! Zunächst wurden wir zur Verpackung und zum Versand beraten. Dann wurden von Mila und Team unsere Artikel in der Wohnung abgeholt. Es waren über 20kg aus dem 4. Stock - ohne Aufzug! Die Verfolgung der Sendung per link war bestens dokumentiert und unser Paket kam binnen 2 Tagen aus Sitges in Deutschland an. Jederzeit gerne wieder!

MBE 190 Sitges: Julia from MBE is so helpful, professional and kind. I had a large box weighing 19 kilos and worried it would be a real pain to ship and be expensive. I was so wrong! Julia made it so easy, answered questions quickly and provided a charge which was beyond reasonable; way less than I thought I would pay! I was in and out of MBE in 5 minutes!! AND, I received confirmation via email the delivery was made in less than 24 hours! Incredible! Gracias Julia and MBE!!

5 star service from start to finish! I had to send my daughter a new cell phone and the customs process took 9 days to finalized. I called Mailboxes etc in Sitges and they reassured me on the process and that they would be able to accept my package once it cleared. My daughter went in the day it arrived and they only charged her 1 euro for the service. I cannot tell you how grateful we are!!!!!

Mila and the team were excellent from dealing with my enquiry to shipping 2 suitcases back to England. This allowed us to continue our 4 weeks train exploration of Spain with less stress/hassle. The Sitges Mailboxes gave a great seamless service. Booked luggage in late Friday it arrived with our neighbours following Thursday. Perfecto in every way.

Great service and convenient location. We moved here from Panama with only a temporary address. MBE and their staff were helpful and kind in receiving our Amazon orders and our SIM cards and prices were very reasonable. They made our move to a new country much easier and delightful.

I left my iPad Pro in an Air BnB in Sitges and only realised when I was on my way to the airport. As you can imagine I was very upset about forgetting a valuable gadget, and I contacted MBE in Sitges to see if they could help arrange to ship it back to the UK. Mila got back to me right away and reassured me that they deal with this kind of problem all the time, she gave me a couple of shipping options, they collected the iPad from the Air BnB owner and it was re-packaged and shipped via FedEx to me. Today it was finally delivered to me (spent 8 days in customs - not MBE's fault!). I can't recommend these guys enough, they made it easy for me over emails in English and worked with the owner directly to arrange collection at a time convenient for her. Fantastic customer service, a real credit to Mail Boxes Etc. Thank you Sitges MBE!

This is the best place to ship anything that I have ever used! The kindest ladies wrapped and cut a box to custom fit my bag I was shipping back to the states full of my purchased items. They were so amazing and professional. They said my package would make it by the end of the week and it was at my house in the states within 5 days. Really kind and helpful staff - we had a really important painting to ship to The Netherlands and they helped us wrap it, print the shipping label and also got a signature from the driver for us, then scanned and emailed it to us for our insurance. Couldn’t have asked for a better service!!

Don't trust these people to "guarantee" express services. In the shop they guaranteed an express service to deliver by requested day, and charged 3 times usual price for the service. When it didn't arrive until 3 days after the guaranteed day, they said it was out of their control. Should not be "guaranteeing" and charging for an express service if not able to actually control and ensure delivery by required times. Manager was not helpful in trying to resolve the situation or compensate.

Aunque son muy amables en la atención pre venta (y se agradece Mucho), la verdad no se cumplió lo que pagué Fedex (no cumplió con la entrega directa a la dirección facilitada, si no que lo dejo en otra ciudad, teniendo mi familia que desplazarse cuando yo esto lo había pagado previamente ), lo comuniqué a las chicas que me atendieron y no se ofrecieron a ayudarme para aclarar con la central y arreglarlo. Muy mal posventa.

Good friendly service!

Totally useless. Staff say they can speak English when they clearly can't understand a thing; this resulted in a messed up UPS delivery which is going to be shipped back now, probably at extra cost, leaving me without glasses for another two weeks. Really dissapointing. Don't trust these people with anything important.
