Utopia Villas - Exceptional Holiday Villas in Sitges

Top company! We have been using Utopia Villas since past 4 years and it is always a pleasure to work with. Very reliable, the villas are in great condition, clean, and the whole team is very helpful and friendly. We have recently stayed in Villa Mahe and we cannot wait to rebook again. The villa was in a great location, just 2 blocks from the sea promenade and beaches (we could actually see the sea from the living room), close to town, it had a spacious garden and big swimming pool, and it was really well equipped. We look forward to our next reservation with Utopia Villas next year.

Villa Nella, is a great location, right near Sitges beaches and towns, clean spacious house and Utopia Villa's staff are always welcoming and helpful. :)

We stayed at Villa Tulum for 1 week. This villa was ideal for my family made up of 6 adults and three small babies. The location was perfect, close to Sitges town centre along a beautiful promenade. The Villa with 6 Bedrooms was ideal for the family especially the babies to have their own space. The house was very private and the pool was fantastic. The outdoor spaces were great with lots of seating all around (in sun and shade!) The Balcony was a great place to finish the day watching all the lighting come on around the property as it went dark (Automatic). Kitchen was fully equipped and had all we needed for cooking and cleaning. Utopia Villas who we were using for the first time but had come recommended were truly magnificent. First class service throughout our stay and very fast to respond. Big shout out to Carine and Peggy at Utopia for their personal service. Will definitely be back to Sitges and will again use Utopia to help find us the best villa to stay at!!

My husband and I stayed at Masia Silvestre for 4 days with our families and had our wedding on site as well. The Masia is spectacular and customer service was always super helpful in the preparation for our stay. Highly recommended!

I had an incredible stay at Villa Nella in Sitges to celebrate my 40th birthday, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The villa itself is stunning, beautifully decorated in chic art deco style, with spacious rooms, modern bathrooms, and the most comfortable beds. The kitchen is fully functional and great for group cooking, while the outdoor area is absolutely lovely for relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The hosts were extremely friendly, and everything in the villa worked perfectly, so we had no issues during our stay. I only reached out to Utopia for a late check-out, which was kindly granted and made our departure so much easier. A special thanks to Ruth and Carine, who were wonderful to deal with throughout. I would absolutely recommend Villa Nella, it made for an unforgettable birthday trip with friends!

We stayed for a week at Los Olivos, a beautiful traditional Spanish villa in the small village of Puigmolto. It was so peaceful and private. The pool was fabulous for just the two of us. The villa was clean, and comfortable, with a well stocked kitchen and had lovely outdoor seating It was a twenty minute bus journey to Sitges, but the fare is cheap, the bus stop is close and the buses are plentiful. You can also walk to the nearest town. We hired bikes for the week and explored the surrounding country side, and cycled in to Sitges.

The house was new-ish but needed some attention. The company was very responsive and handled all service calls well. I was disappointed by the location-it’s in the middle of nowhere without any walking capability, but that’s my fault since I saw it in a map and chose it anyway. The HVAC worked super well.

We return to Villa Annabel every year because it’s simply perfect. The place is wonderful, everything is always great, and the team is truly amazing. Their warmth and professionalism make every stay unforgettable. Highly recommended!

We just came back from a family vacation in Sitges at Villa Lola. It was a magical time. The house was exactly how it was described on line and by all of the very helpful people who work for Utopia. The service that Utopia offers and provides is exceptional. They always responded quickly and were so very nice. The location of the villa was wonderful: across the street from the beach and a lovely 15 minute walk into town. Utopia made recommendations for a private chef company. The food was beautiful and delicious and we were so happy we hired them. We are already trying to figure out when we can return to a villa by Utopia.

The customer service from Utopia Villas was excellent throughout booking, at the villa and departing. They were very helpful and responsive throughout our holiday. The villa was very clean and well presented and had fresh linen and towels in all rooms. Carine took time to show us round the villa and highlight any steps we needed to take should there be a problem. Overall it was a fantastic holiday and would highly recommended Utopia!

We had an absolutely amazing time at this villa in Sitges! The villa itself is beautiful, with breathtaking views, and the staff were wonderful to work with—so responsive and kind. We did run into a small issue with the hot water during our stay, which was inconvenient, but aside from that everything was fantastic. One thing to keep in mind: the villa is about a 25-minute walk from the city center. On breezy evenings, it makes for a really lovely walk, but during the heat of the day or if you’re hoping to grab something quickly, it’s not as ideal. I’d recommend renting bikes or a car for added convenience. Overall, we truly enjoyed our stay and would happily return!

We had a wonderful stay in Villa Anne with my family. It is a beautiful, well equipped villa, in a great location, close to the beach but in a quiet neighbourhood. The staff at Utopia were very attentive and when we had a power cut which resulted in the internet going down, they reacted very promptly to resolve the situation. We had a week’s multi-generational holiday at Villa Isla Cozumel in Sitges. It was awesome! The Villa was great and Utopia Villas couldn’t have been more helpful, sorting out minor problems quickly, even when one of my grandchildren needed to see an English speaking dentist! Would highly recommend both the Villa and Utopia.

We loved the villa…… however, the proximity to the town was somewhat exaggerated in the description, far too far to consider walking. Also, because we were so far from the town, we came under a different taxi jurisdiction and getting a taxi proved difficult. Although we had a couple of requests which were dealt with by U.V there was no communication which would have perhaps clarified some issues. Nice properties but U.V less so!

We had a brilliant time at Villa Tulum in Sitges. It fulfilled every need, beautiful villa close to the beach and 20 minute walk along the seafront to the centre of Sitges. Utopia were very helpful and were very quick to act on any issue we had. If there had to be a criticism, it is very hard to find but only small criticism would be that the villa had no oven gloves. 😉

We rented the beautiful Cozumel villa, location was fantastic, pool area had shade in afternoon which was perfect. Only complaint was the smell coming off the tides that permeated parts of the big house. It lingered throughout our stay. Staff at Utopia was very responsive and took care of any issues immediately. We used outdoor BBQ and hired a great caterer affiliated with Utopia two cook two of our meals Wonderful place for a family vacay!

Utopia Villas staff were personable both online and in person, with excellent response when original Villa was not available. The alternative Villa was superb; a wonderfully roomy villa in a great location walking distance to the beach, with sizeable pool! Including a fully equipped kitchen, multiple outdoor seating and dining areas! Overall outstanding atmosphere for family vacation!

Leaving Villa Los Olivos tomorrow. Nice house to stay. The beds in two of the three bedrooms are small and very hard without topdeck matrasses. Those two beds are squeaking by turning on the other side. Frontdoor makes a lot of noise by closing and opening. Swimming pool was very nice. Kitchen is good equipt. Notice in the information that there is a separate toilet next to the toilet in the bathroom. Parking is a problem around this Villa. Only one spot and you can't turn in de small street, so have to drive backwards to drive out.

Can Mercer de la Penya was a dream! We held our wedding here, sleeping 23 guests it was more than perfect. The villa is extremely spacious, en-suite bathrooms, 2 kitchens, large pool area, beautiful area for hold events, gorgeous terrace to host dinner, the list goes on. Ginette and Peter were so kind, helpful and welcoming. Everyone loved them. Great communications, clean house and supplied us with everything we needed. They made sure we have a list of quality vendors for our wedding. We truly were not ready to leave. We love this place and will come back whenever we have another large group to visit Sitges.

18 members stayed at Villa Sofia. It was the most amazing villa very well equipped with plenty of room for everyone. It was a 2 minute walk from the beach and the centre of Sitges. Utopia villas staff were very helpful and easily contactable by phone, and their office a short walk away. We would highly recommend this villa and the beautiful town of Sitges.

We stayed at Villa Isla Cozumel in Sitges through Utopia Villas. The house is large and spacious with a great garden, and the beachfront location is fantastic. Utopia Villas also arranged an excellent chef for a family BBQ, which we really appreciated. However, the house itself is quite rundown and in need of major updates. It was not as clean as expected — there was visible mold in one of the bathrooms, and the bedlinen felt cheap. We also missed basic hygiene items like soap and conditioner on arrival. Most concerning were the rats we saw running around the garden during the day. With some serious maintenance and attention to cleanliness, this could be a great property, but in its current state, it fell short of expectations.

Big thank you to all the team at Utopia Villas who made us very welcome, and made the stay in Villa Tulum very smooth and seemless. We stayed for three months and the team at Utopia were very responsive to anything we required. The house was immaculate, as was the upkeep and gardens. Highly recommend Villa Tulum and Utopia Villas for anyone considering a stay in Sitges.

Just came back today from an amazing week in Stiges…We had a warm welcome from Peggy who has always been very reactive to our queries. We rented Villa Nella for a week. Very spacious, beautiful outdoor space and incredible location. Just 200 m from the beach, very close to city center and shops.. The only less positive point is that we think that the villa needs to be refurbished to some extent to meet the standards of quality of villas of the same price per week on today’s market. We did have a great time.

We had a great stay at the Villa Nella by Utopia Villas. Good communication with staff, clean, spacious, great neighborhood. This villa was perfect for our family vacation. We couldn't have asked for a better spot. Area was quiet and close to the beach.

The villa was just a short walk from a variety of shops, cafes, and restaurants, so we didn’t have to go far to pick up supplies or enjoy a meal out. The area was peaceful and quiet, offering a relaxing atmosphere, but still close enough to all the attractions we wanted to visit. Overall, I highly recommend this villa for anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and relaxing stay in Spain. Villa Leila was a spacious and well appointed Villa in Olivella slightly further from Barcelona and Sitges than we were led to believe in the information but all doable. I would recommend that you check your Villa address carefully. Ruth from Utopia Villas was extremely helpful and assisted us immediately with a couple of requests. Communication from the outset was excellent and we had Sophie prepare dinner for us one evening which was great. The Villa was a little tired compared to what we were expecting i.e. broken outdoor chairs, chipped paint, worn furniture but I would use Utopia again but just pay more money for something a bit more upmarket. As a family we all had a great time coupled with fabulous weather and genuine Spanish hospitality.

We rented Villa Sofia for 16 people for the week. The house was in an amazing location. Easy to walk everywhere and to the train to go into Barcelona if wanted. There was so much room to fit everyone and the accommodations were so nice. I cannot say enough about the guest services at Utopia Villas; they were so helpful! Peggy was able to meet us and walk us through check in and even let us extend our check out at the last minute. She helped us set up reservations for dinner at a great restaurant they recommended and helped us with airport transportation. Utopia Villas was so quick to help us and had so many recommendations/resources. We will definitely use them again in the future for our next trip! Everyone loved the villa and how nice everyone at Utopia Villas was. 10/10 recommend

Coming from Estonia with family and relatives, we stayed at the Villa Carolina for two weeks and we really-really enjoyed our time in the modern and spacious villa! The host was reachable and answered our questions promptly. Would recommend renting a villa from Utopia if you ever want to visit Sitges!

We stayed at Villa Nella for 2 weeks in Aug 24. In short it was perfect- there were only 4 of us - 2 adults, 2’kids’ aged 16 and 21. The Villa is very spacious but felt like home v quickly - really well equipped inc kitchen. The pool was the highlight for us - perfect size and varying depth so suitable for all. Lots of different areas to sunbathe in/shady areas. 10 min walk to supermarket. 8 min walk to beach and 15-20 mins to centre of Sitges which is doable (there’s also a bus every 30 mins).. Sitges itself is fab - has a lovely atmosphere and superb restaurants- the Utopia Villas recommendations were spot on (el cable and el donasterria being favourites). We had done 5 star resort all inclusive hols for a number of years prior to this but will definitely return to Villa Nella asap in future as the whole experience with Utopia Villas was exactly what we were looking for - a high quality memorable experience. We plan to return as a family and also with friends

We stayed at Villa Sofia In August and all our party were amazed how big and well equipped the villa was, one of the five grand children stayed in a different bedroom every night,the pool was lovely and warm ,the villa was perfectly placed for the fantastic beach,shops ,restaurants and bars .We all had a beautiful holiday and would like to come again

We stayed in Villa Sophia , There were 16 Members of Our family ranging from children all the way to adults had a great time situated in a great place beach Is a five minute walk, Beach is a lovely place is lovely. Would definitely use this company again.

We stayed at Villa Tulum for a month with two families and 5 kids under 7. Amazing time! Villa is one block from one of the best beaches in Spain and a 5 min walk from the center of town. The concierge service was amazing. We will 100 percent be back!

Had a wonderful stay in Villa Leila with a group of 9 friends. The villa itself was clean and tidy and there was plenty of space to relax inside and out. The staff at Utopia made the whole process so easy from booking to checking out and provided so much information about the local area including taxi services, places to eat and drink and even beaches! We stayed at Villa Malena which is incredible for a group of 10-14. Location was perfect and the villa itself is beautiful. We took advantage of all the amenities! Utopia were fantastic to work with, Peggy in particular went above and beyond to help us create a really incredible experience. From catering to yoga and personal training, Peggy was a real pleasure to work with. Utopia helped us with restaurants, hiring a boat and a wine tour. Highly recommend the Villa and Utopia!

We stayed at beautiful Villa Tamina and had a wonderful time. Utopia Villas was very helpful and responsive before and during our stay. If you are staying at this villa without a car, you will need to taxi everywhere as it is a long walk into town and the villa sits up high on a hill. I stayed here with my kids and felt very safe.

Overall we had a good time staying at Villa Isla Cozumel. The house is precious. However, the maintenance team needs to take care of the mosquito infestation, brown grass and odor smell in certain areas.

+ Carrer de Neptú 25, Mas Mila + We spent two wonderful weeks with the whole family (6 adults, one child, one dog) in this house and the surrounding area. The property is superbly equipped and has all the amenities needed for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The surroundings are quiet and secluded - exactly what we were looking for. All the necessary points can be reached quickly by car, and Sitges & Co. are only a short drive away. The great service and the constant helpfulness of the agency should be emphasised. Minor problems were solved quickly and recommendations were made immediately. Many thanks for the great hospitality!

This is a run don’t walk kind of villa. Absolutely outstanding. Utopia Villa were exceptional from start to finish. The customer service was great and nothing was too much for them. The Villa itself is amazing, great location, clean, beds are super comfy. Pool maintenance. Everything you could ask for. We wish we booked for longer. We will definitely be returning. Amazing stay.

Well we have just arrived back from a long weekend at Villa Malena for my hen party and WOW what a place! The villa and area are just amazing and Utopia made everything so easy. It really is home from home and we didn’t want to leave. The perfect place for a girly get together with so much space for 15, but we will most definitely return with the partners and children in the future. Sitges is such a beautiful place . We wouldn't consider staying with any other holiday lets company when we come to Sitges. We had another lovely month at Villa Anabel. It is easy to walk in to town and to the beach, no car needed! Utopia are also so attentive to guests. No problem is too small or big. Highly recommend.

stayed in Villa Sophia for 5 nights with a family of 18. Excellent location walking distance to tram station, shops, supermarkets, beach and halal food and butchers. Villa has everything you need from pots and pans to towels and games. Sauna room was a bonus. We had issues with the boiler but was quickly fixed. Wish the pool was heated as in February water temp was too cold. Communication was nice and easy through WhatsApp. Would definitely book again.

Our extended family of 30+ thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Masia La Finca. Ton was on site to graciously meet us and introduce us to the property. Any small hitch, he took care of immediately. The villas were all unique and beautiful and the space in the large villa was perfect for our meals, especially our traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Barcelona was an easy train ride; the airport was close, and we especially enjoyed our time exploring Sitges and Tarragona. We chose to have two catered meals: brunch and a traditional tapas and paella dinner. Bruno Bonnier and his team were outstanding. Certainly, one of the highlights of the week.

My Husband and I stayed in Los Olivas for the whole month of December with our Border collie and we had a fantastic time! The house was very charming with a fantastic outdoor area. It was perfectly situated 10 mins from the sea and Sitges. There was always enough parking and just a short walk away was a great walking path through the forest for the dog. Utopia Villa welcomed us from the moment we spoke to them on the phone, answering all our demands and helping us when we needed. They are an extremely friendly and professional team. It was our pleasure to rent from them and would do it again!!

We stayed in Villa Tulum for a wonderful 5 days. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautifully clean, spacious and well-decorated villa, the light and the space it offered. The garden, with the pool, was a delighted- all very close to the beach and Sitges itself. The staff were perfect. Highly recommended!

Rented Villas Sofía and Augusta first week of October 2023. Both villas are amazing and near each other so perfect for our big group of friends who were there to celebrate my 50th. Company is very easy to work with and very responsive. Also booked a trip to the wine country for 26 people was seamless through them - a fun and enjoyable trip for all.. Both houses are spacious and very close to beach, bars, restaurants and stores. Thanks Utopia Villa for providing great accommodations for a special occasion.

Really enjoyed our five day stay in this beautiful Tulum Villa, minutes walk from Sitges beach. Warm and generous reception from the staff. Loved the layout and particularly enjoyed the daily swim in gorgeous pool.

We rented the entire villa of Masia Nur (which was fantastic) via Utopia Villas. In hindsight, we should've booked directly with Masia Nur and skipped Utopia Villas altogether. The team was largely unresponsive to our emails, and they "sent the wrong contract". Long story short, all parties signed a contract that Utopia Villas later claimed 'was wrong' and resent us a corrected version, still signed. This was very frustrating given that we spent tens of thousands of dollars on this rental and told 40+ guests an arrival time that was no longer correct. It became a problem that we had to deal with on our own, directly with the villa owner (who was amazing, kind and understanding) and was totally unprofessional. Do yourself a favor and book directly with the villa owners. Skip Utopia Villas or find another service to work with.

We have just returned from a lovely week at Villa Sian. The villa has recently been refurbished and perfect for a relaxing week in the sun for our group of 7 adults. The Villa was kitted out to a high standard and we loved chilling by the pool in the peaceful surroundings then heading down to central Sitges in the evening. Utopia Villas were very easy to deal with and helped us arrange airport transfers and when a leak occurred with the kitchen plumbing on Sunday afternoon they quickly sorted out a plumber to attend within a couple of hours to fix the issue. Would highly recommend them for a Villa holiday in Sitges!

Heaven on earth

Stayed at Villa Nella in September. Loved the house. Great outdoor spaces and terraces ideal for chilling out and socialising. Lovely location in Sitges. Utopia Villas very responsive and efficient when we needed their help to fix anything!

My family & friends (14 of us) had a wonderful stay at Villa Nella; all booked through Utopia Villas. The home is a great, open space with excellent outdoor seating and a beautiful pool. We did have a few maintenance problems, but they were quickly (within one hour) resolved by technical staff at Utopia Villas. I would definitely recommend Utopia Villas and will consider renting a beautiful home with them again.

Used Utopia to book a two week stay at Villa Tulum for 8 adults and 3 children. Booking process reasonably straight forward, it would be better if they took a debit card without charging an additional fee (1.5%) and I had a unsettling few hours where their bank charged them a fee on a euros transfer which Utopia then wanted me to pay. Thankfully they realised it was an error by their bank. Arrival was smooth, we booked our own transfers with Ziptransfers who I would recommend. The Villa location is great, close to the beach and restaurants. I would really recommend renting bikes as it is a decent walk into town if you want. We got ours from BikesSitges who I highly recommend. The villa itself has a slightly difficult room layout with two bedrooms really only usefully accessible from the outside. One is outside the main house, to access the other you have to go through one of the other bedrooms or use the patio door that has no handle on the outside. A floorplan on the villa info page would help. Also, unlike other villas we've stayed in there is literally nothing food and cleaning product wise provided. Usually we've had a welcome pack and some milk, foil, cleaning spray etc. By no means was i expecting a full meal on arrival but it seemed a bit penny pinching for a £9000 a week villa to not even have a dish brush or bottle of wine. Highly recommend the Mercadona supermarket app. It's in English and they deliver. We didn't have a car so this service was a godsend. Utopia offer a shopping service at a fee, I think around 30 euros. There were a few teething problems with the villa which at this price point I wasn't expecting, but the Utopia team quickly got onto the maintenance and fixed the problems. The internet connection is fast (120mb/s), but the wifi coverage in the villa is very patchy. Pool was great, and having the space for the kids to play football was brilliant. If you're a large group, then I would recommend but I'd make sure you understand the bedroom layout and access to them before booking.

Hard to find anything to complain about the villa or the service that we had from Utopia Villas. They response super quick and will help you find the perfect villa for your needs and make sure that you will ejoy the time in there. 100% sure that i will use their service again. Super!

We stayed in Villa Tamina for a second year and loved it, once again! The villa is beautifully appointed with great views over the mountainside and sea. The rooms are lovely, especially the two with balcony’s. We would love to go back and would recommend!

Queria informar de la mala educacion de esta empresa. Vivo en una zona residencial, donde ni hay ruidos ni gritos. Cuando hacen los check-in a las 8 am pitan con los coches para avisar que han llegado y se ponen a hablar en la calle en la puerta de las otras Casas escuchando l'ós vecinos toda la conversacion. Les pides por favor que paren pero ellos siguen. Y si no hay suficienre cuando se van a las 9 empiezan a pitar de nuevo para molestar. Mucha casa de lujo pero muy poca educacion.

We have just had a fantastic stay in Villa Anne. This beautiful villa with its stunning pool and garden did not disappoint in any way. We loved using the bbq and chilling in the hammock. The staff at Utopia Villas were excellent helping us with any queries we had. We will definitely return. Great for families or a group of friends.

Just WOW! My family and I have just spent two weeks in Mas Mila villa in Sitges through Utopia Villas. We go to Sitges regularly and are in love with the place. We usually stay though within Sitges itself and never stayed in a villa outside of the main area before. Mas Mila is about a 15 to 20 min drive from Sitges centre. None of us drive so we used taxis everyday. Before getting the villa we checked to see distance, times of journey and cost of transport which was supposed to be 35 euros each journey. However, the average cost was 22 euros in a six seater taxi to Sitges centre which was a big bonus. The villa was absolutely lovely and had everything you needed for a real break from the rush of normal life. The balcony's overlooked a valley in Olivella that made your eyes water. I sat every morning overlooking it with a coffee and breakfast just in awe of it. The journey into Sitges travelled past the vineyards littered with fields of grapes which made you look out of every window in the taxi and up from your phone! Everyday started with a swim in the pool and ended the same. Nice big fridge, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, dryer and washing machine, hairdryer, TV, really good air conditioning, everything you need is there if you don't want to venture out for a couple of days and take it easy. Sitges itself is a beautiful town and such a friendly place but also not far away from Barcelona. The train takes about 30 mins and is extremely cheap to travel. There are plenty of beaches and things to do (including a visit to those vineyards!), so its impossible to get bored. As for Utopia Villas. From the moment we put in our enquiry to getting our deposit back after our stay, it was the most pleasurable experience I've ever had when dealing with a holiday. Smooth, clockwork, helpful, pleasant and made to feel important to them, are all what I would describe these as. Not a number and discarded when you give them money, they truly make you feel special before, during and after your experience with them. We will be using these again and again. I honestly can't wait to book our next villa with them. Thank you so much from all of us.

We really enjoyed our week at Villa Isla Cozumel. It's a very large villa, with especially beautiful and well maintained gardens. We spent all our time playing in the garden and in the pool, cooking on the BBQ and enjoying outdoor life and alfresco dining. The villa is well-equipped for large parties. Utopia Villa staff were very helpful pleasant to deal with, although we didn't have any problems during our stay. It's right on the sea front, so seconds from the very nice beach, and an easy 20 minute stroll into the center of Stiges. There's a little tourist train (bus) that runs along the sea front if you prefer not to walk. The villa is well-maintained and comfortable. Minor points: beware the basement double bedroom may not suit everyone and some of the garden furniture could do with an upgrade. Apart from that, I would recommend the villa comfortably for a party of 8-12 adults, and more if including younger children.

Villa Anne is the most beautifully presented and well equipped Villa in a fantastic location, a short stroll away from the beach and town of Sitges. Would thoroughly recommend to Families, Couples and anyone looking for a relaxing, luxury getaway.

Just back from an unforgettable months stay at Villa Anabel. We had 3 generations of family there and the Utopia Villas team could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Check in was super smooth. We requested a wheelchair which was there when we arrived. We also availed of the pre arrival shopping service which was amazing, fully stacked fridge and cold wine ready to go! Villa Anabel is perfect for families, with manicured grounds and a lovely pool area we spent a lot of quality family time just hanging out there. BBQ area is great for entertaining and the living areas are comfortable for all. Bedrooms very spacious and restful and the lift was fantastic for the grandparents. The Utopia team were very efficient and responsive to any questions or queries we had they ensured we had such a great time we have told them we will be back next year!

Utopia Villas provided exceptional services. They responded immediately to all of our requests for assistance both in advance (chefs, tour guides, etc.) and during our two-week stay. All of their referrals were of the highest quality. I could not recommend them more enthusiastically!

We stayed in Villa Malena for our wedding weekend and it was fantastic. Would definitely recommend the villa. Due to its size and amount of bedrooms its ideal for more than 1 family. The pool/bqq are outside is great. check in went smooth and the team of Utopia Villas was very responsive during our stay. For sure a 5 star recommendation.

Check in was smooth. We stayed in the Tulum villa and it was absolutely mind blowing! My favourite piece of this villa was the hammocks between the palm trees.Perfect location within walking distance from Sitges! Hosts were super engaging and great communication which makes such a difference

We stayed at the newly renovated Villa Sian for a week in May. I wish we could have stayed for longer. The house is spacious with a large kitchen, tv and chill out area that opens to the pool. Bedrooms are very comfy and we liked that there was a bathroom for each bedroom. The location is great it’s a twenty minute walk downhill into Sitges town centre. It’s uphill on the way back so we mostly got taxis back to the villa after dinner and a few vinos in town! Utopia Villas couldn’t have done more for us while we were there. It’s a family run business and it’s clear they understand the needs of families who want to have a chilled out vacation and enjoy everything Sitges has to offer. Going back in September and we are already looking forward to it.

I spent my 40th birthday at Villa Sofia, in Sitges, with a group of my closest friends. We had an absolute wonderful time! The house and the guest relations at Utopia were top notch. Utopia Villas made everything easy, fun and fantastic. They helped us look for boat tours, private chef and gave us a number of helpful Sitges tips. On that note, our chef was incredible and I strongly recommend her for any guest. I will be staying with Utopia many times for years to come.

Villa magnifique, service au top.notre séjour s'est parfaitement déroulé. Seul petite ombre au tableau le vis-à-vis des voisins et les travaux des villas à côté. Heureusement l'isolation de notre villa Jasmins était parfaite , le repos était donc total.

We are a family of 10, aged from 75 to 8 years, who stayed in Villa La Hacienda for one week in July. We were very pleased, both with Utopia Villas and Villa La Hacienda. Utopia Villa has been very professional, efficient and kind. Due to the pandemic the visit was postponed for one year, without any problems from Utopia Villas. Villa La Hacienda was an excellent villa, large enough for a family with different demands. The location is excellent, close to the beach, and close to Sitges, which is such a nice town. Let me also add that we had dinners served from Arbequina, which also was a delight. Many thanks to all for arranging this event!

We have just returned from a wonderful holiday in Sitges, we booked Villa Anne through Utopia Villas. This was a pre covid carry over holiday that we have tried to book several times over the past couple of years but for whatever reason needed to change. Everyone I dealt with at Utopia villas was super patient and helpful. They put us in touch with airport transfers, private chefs, They even did our first very large supermarket shop for us so when we arrived everything was taken care of. We did something wrong with the air con but they sent the maintenance guy out to us immediately. First class service. Would definitely use them again

We have just returned from spending a fantastic 2 weeks at Villa Magnolia. The Villa itself was very private whilst set in a residential area. The rest was just as described and more.. modern, clean and and had everything we needed and the pool certainly provided hours of fun. The location is easy to drive to supermarkets (5 mins) and it is possible in 25 mins to walk (or 5 mins drive) into Sitges and spend time in the town and / or on the beach. As for Utopia Villas what can we say from start to finish what an easy and excellent experience, they are very responsive helping with selection of suitable Villa's, advising on hire cars and airport transfers etc.- nothing was too much trouble. Five star service from a five star company with a great portfolio of well looked after Villas we would thoroughly recommend!

We stayed at Villa Marrakech in Sitges as a family of four. The villa is located in the northern hills above Sitges with a view of the ocean. This villa has a lot of character as it is a little older and built with a Moorish stylings. The highlight of this villa are the dramatic exposed stone walls inside. The photos don't do it justice. The pool is small but perfect for cooling off on hot summer days after an adventure. We loved this villa and would rent it again upon return to Sitges. The staff at Utopia Villas was great. Check-in was a breeze and they were responsive to the few requests we had. Overall a fantastic experience and a great holiday in the wonderful town of Sitges.

We just finished a week long stay at villa Hacienda. It is a well sized house to accommodate a large group (we had 10) very easily. Everyone was able to gather and enjoy each other’s company around the various table and lounge areas and in and around the beautiful pool or escape to a quiet corner for some alone time. It is a very short stroll to the beach (less the 5 minutes) and a slightly longer stroll towards the center of Sitges (15-20 minutes) along the beach promenade. All-in-all a very lovely week in a lovely villa and really the easiest and most accommodating company to rent through.

We have just returned home after a week stay at Mas Mila villa in Sitges arranged by Utopia Villas. The booking process was easy and they answered all our questions. Email responses were almost immediate and always polite and informative. The check in was smooth and we were met by them in person where they explained everything to us and provided us with an emergency contact number should we have needed it ( we didnt need to use it ) The villa was lovely, comfortable and in a beautiful area. They had thought of everything and it was equipped with everything we needed and to a high standard. The pool was immaculate and was cleaned half way through the week which I think was standard procedure. The views from the villa ( especially the main bedroom ) were absolutely stunning. It is in a quite area but there was a really good local supermarket called Condis, only a 5 minute drive away and round the corner from that was a row of about 3 bars/cafes which were mainly frequented by locals but they had good food and at very reasonable prices - only open for lunch not evenings but can highly recommend. A 20 minute drive would take you to the centre of Sitges or Vilanova - both of which had plenty of good bars and restaurants, shops, beaches and supermarkets If we ever find ourselves going back to that area I would definietly book this again and will not hesitate to recommend to anyone

We had a weeks stay at Villa Hacienda from the end of May to early June. The villa itself is fantastic, clean, spacious and very well equipped. The pool and gardens are very well kept with lots of additions for the kids. Utopia themselves were easy to communicate with and very responsive We'd be more than happy to stay at the same or another Utopia villa, if fact we are already looking :)

We stayed at Villa Claudia and had a great time with the family and grandkids. Excellent views in the back and spacious villa with plenty of room for the kids to play and quite area to relax.

Je n’ai qu’une demande, il faudrait un grand lit dans la chambre du haut, nous étions vraiment à l’étroit. Agence très Proffessionnel et cela est rassurant quand on loue à distance.

Really enjoyed our stay at Villa Augusta. Fabulous location being both close to seafront and short walk to Sitges Town centre. Miriam and Emilio at Utopia are amazing hosts and have a fountain of local knowledge and recommendations which made our stay in Sitges so enjoyable.

We rented Villa Malena in October for a week. The villa is absotutelly wonderful and an oasis of peace and beauty! Utopia Villas's team was efficient and supernice. We highly recommend this villa and Utopia Villa's as well for your rental vacation home in Sitges !

We had a lovely holiday this year in Hacienda Villa in Sitges. It is in a fantastic location, close to the beach, bars, restaurants and shops - Sitges is a really great place to visit with loads to do, and a friendly, relaxed vibe. With plenty to do for the kids in the villa (pool, table tennis, boules) we weren't bored and the adults had a chance to relax. The master bedroom is great, although some of the other double bedrooms are on the small side as a shower, sink and loo have been added (having a loo in a bedroom with no separating door is a little annoying!) Parts of the villa are looking a little tired (green pool lining, rusty pool steps) and upon arrival there were quite a few broken things (toaster, a blocked shower, cupboard knobs which fell off when you opened them) but Utopia arranged for things to be fixed pretty quickly. The gardeners seemed to appear most days and spent quite a lot of time at the villa - it would have been nice to have been warned when they were coming as we had lots of little kids running around. It was also quite noisy as they'd come and mow the lawn for long periods which is frustrating when you're trying to get babies down for a nap! All in all though we had a great couple of weeks, hopefully the villa will have a bit of a refurb during the winter so it's ready for next summer!

Utopia villas always select high-quality villas and are an efficient and friendly holiday company. Villa Augusta is in a great location, very convenient for our favourite beach and walkable into town. Vinyet is a quiet area of Sitges and the villa is stylish, with air-conditioning throughout keeping it cool. The bedrooms are on the ground floor (was a little noisy with teenagers going to bed late as the bedrooms are close together and the doors aren't so thick). No bath but 3 showers. The master bedroom has a 'wardrobe shower room' with a loo which was convenient, though the motion-sensor light coming on if you are caught short in the night will wake up your sleeping companion! The master bedroom (and bed) are quire small, and there is a lack of hooks which meant clothes found there way to the floor, giving the impression it is even smaller. Lovely pool and plenty of lounging areas. Be prepared - Vinyet is very crowded with buildings and there is an apartment block right next to the villa - you can hear the occupants conversations! However overall its a pleasant experience staying at Villa Augusta and we would recommend.

had a lovely stay at villa augusta which was wonderfully located between the beach and town. this is the 3rd villa we've booked through Utopia and they are responses and have some lovely, unique properties in the portfolio. the villa itself was nicely set up for our family with a great pool, outside area and upstairs. downstairs was a little cramped for a 4br but functional. overall would recommend the experience!

Une équipe super pro qui nous a proposé une magnifique villa qui répondait exactement à nos besoins. Ils nous ont aussi trouvé une cuisinière top et ont réparé très rapidement les qq rares dysfonctionnements dans la maison. Nous passions habituellement par Airbnb qui nous a annulé notre villa de 16 personnes à la dernière minute en 2019, sans réellement proposer de solution. Je conseille fortement de passer par ce type d’agence locale bien plus professionnelle et bien plus sure qu’Airbnb pour les groupes. Nous repasserons par eux l’année prochaine. David

We spent a fabulous two weeks just outside Sitges at Villa Mas Mila. The location was perfect for us to enjoy cycling, walking and running and was close enough for us to enjoy Sitges and Barcelona by day and night. Utopia Villas are very professional and everything went smoothly. The information supplied by them allowed us to enjoy our holiday and every detail was attended to. Will definitely use their service again.

The villas they have are exceptionally well presented, maintained and located. To add to the experience, the team at utopia villas are absolutely fantastic … from booking to check in to check out, including catering to all requests no matter how small. We stayed at Villa El Cortijo just outside Sitges. The team at utopia villas was absolutely fantastic front the time we booked to our last minutes in the villa. Villa was in a great location that allowed us to explore Sitges and surrounding area as well as get the train into Barcelona. We had an absolutely fantastic stay.

Eight family members and friends spent a week at Villa Lola celebrating our 50th wedding anniversary and enjoyed it tremendously. The property was great, the location fantastic and the service provided by Utopia Villas exceeded expectations. We initially had a minor mechanical issue that was responded to immediately. Also, the recommended chef through Arbequina fixed meals and provided service that was out of this world. We plan on returning in the near future and would heartily recommend for a group gathering.

The company seems to be week in business ,The agent Meri is very ignorant , i have sent many e mails they take very long time to reply with no interest & seems to be no body is tracking the employee.

We were 3 families and consisted of 6 adults and 5 children. We stayed in Villa Francina in Sitges and our whole experience using Utopia Villas was excellent from start to finish. All email communication was clear and concise, with all key information being provided well in advance. I had some additional queries and questions and these were dealt with immediately and thoroughly. On arrival, Crisanta ran through everything with us and made us feel very welcome. Communication on departure and on return home was also excellent. The villa itself is a great space and has plenty of room for multiple occupants. The location of the villa is great, with a bus stop just a few minutes walk away where you can catch the e16 into Barcelona(journey time approx 40-45mins & cost of €4.10) or the Monbus airport shuttle(journey time 20-25mins & cost of €7.10) All in all our experience was excellent and felt in good hands and completely at ease dealing through Utopia Villas, thank you!

I had the pleasure of staying at the Villa Isla Cozumel. The villa itself was a wonderful place to spend time with a group of friends on a long weekend. The villa is situated right on the beach with breathtaking views. The view from the master bedroom alone is worth visiting this villa. The villa provided a great space for friends of mine to relax in the sun. The villa was maintained to a very good standard, with very minor points of touching up required. However, you forget about these minor points as you take in the great space. This include cleaning of grouting in the showers, some very specific details that would not make most blink twice. In addition to this, it would have been good to have the pool heated so that we could utilise that facility more often during the entire day. Utopia Villas themselves were very accommodating and were able to add some extra services to make our stay even more memorable and to reduce the stresses of planning. They really do the extra mile to ensure that you have what you ask for. I would certainly recommend Utopia Villas and the Villa Isla Cozumel to friends and family. It surely is a great way to experience a holiday.

We stayed at Villa Lola in Sitges, and had a fantastic time. Utopia made sure our experience was as good as can be. The villa itself was fabulous, in an amazing location. UV were on hand to answer any questions, and offered us plenty of options for things to do and places to go. We're already planning our return for next year with a larger party! Stayed at a number of Utopia Villas in Sitges and each one has been top class. Sitges is a great destination but the team at Utopia's attention to detail and the quality of accommodation have enhanced each trip tenfold.

Hanno trovato il vero problema con l’iphone ( cosa che negli altri due centri assistenza non capivano o non erano sicuri) in poco tempo (1 ora e mezza) e con solo 100 euro mi hanno cambiato batteria e pure il cristallo scheggiato, a Milano chiedono minimo 90 euro per il solo cristallo.
