Motion4Rent was very prompt when I needed a scooter at the last minute to tour Barcelona. The store who rented the scooter was EXTREMELY helpful and we communicated via email and WhatsApp. The scooter was in great condition and delivered to my hotel before I arrived and picked up after left. I received a full refund of my deposit within less than 24 hours.

They are a very good company. Will definitely use again.

Motion4rent is a very good company. they have great scooters, deliver and pick up on time and give excellent instructions for scooter use. I used mine in Rotterdam and scooted around the city easily. I highly recommend them and would certainly use them again.

Ordered the rental online and when we arrived at the hotel in Barcelona, the manual wheelchair was there in the lobby waiting for us! When we left for our flight, we left the chair with the hotel reception and was picked up without incident by Motion 4 rent. It was more expensive than if we had gone and picked it up and dropped it off ourselves from an orthopedics store but the convenience was worth it as we were only visiting for a few days and the service saved so much time! Highly recommend this service if you have mobility needs.

The scooter was waiting for me at the hotel when we arrived. It was very easy to drive and one overnight charge lasted the whole of the next day. The scooter was very comfortable and I had no problems with it at all. The Motion4rent staff were always very helpful.

Traveling overseas when you have a mobility issue can be scary and cause a lot of anxiety. Motion4 rent was amazing and so easy. Scooter viejísimo, le sobraban todos los hierros, muy ancho, y la persona encargada de su recogida no fue muy amable.

Me cobraron de más, pagué una parte al solicitar el servicio otra costo extra solicitado por ellos por ser domingo y luego cuando me llevaron la silla me cobraron otra vez el total. Subarrendaron la silla a otra empresa cuya encargada fue muy grosera y no apoyó en nada, que por qué era domingo y se quería ir a dormir, cuando yo le explicaba que ya había cubierto parte del costo total de la renta, motion4rent nunca contestó los mensajes, hasta la fecha se hicieron los que nunca pasó nada.

Service was fantastic and very accommodating. Arranged with Motion4rent to deliver and pick up the rollator at rental agent prior to our arrival and after our departure from our apartment. Rollator was excellent quality with seat and large wheels, which allowed my wife to comfortably go on all our walking tours in Paris. Would highly recommend, and would definitely use again.

I rented a scooter for one weeks duration. I was only arriving at my location late in the evening. I arranged for the hotel staff to receive the scooter on my behalf but was told it had to be given to me personally. I rented for 7 days but could only use for 5 due to a flat tyre and the companies inability to repair it until the next day due to heavy rain. I returned the scooter and awaited my deposit of €150 to be returned to my account. €10 was deducted for the tyre repair. Which would not have been necessary if the tyre was in good working order to begin with but it was worn.

Due to a knee injury suffered whilst travelling my partner was struggling to walk. We hired a manual wheelchair from Motion4rent online and was able to pick up from Zurich the next day. The location for pick up was a side door next to a foot/shoe shop - it wasn't easily spotted. A sign outside the door or a poster on the front would help to make it easier to find. (attached picture of the door for pick up). Wheelchair was ready for us on arrival & whilst this enabled us to still do lots of things, it was extremely hard work pushing through the cobbled streets and hills of Zurich! Make sure you have someone strong & fit to help as it is not a wheelchair friendly place, although I cannot fault the friendly people of Zurich who always helped where ever possible to make things smoother. Chair was easily folded up but is quite big and baulky. Only just fitted into our taxi drivers boot so had to have suitcases on our laps for the taxi journey. My partner found the foot rests didn't help her knee - a different attachment to enable her to move the position of leg/feet would have been a great help.

The equipment provided was exactly as promised, problem free and was so easy to use, it really allowed me to make the most out my trip to Greece. I was able to participate in almost every activity with my family. A great vacation, very happy times, very happy memories for me and my family in large part due to the service you provided. The availability of the wheelchair made this amazing trip possible for my mother, as otherwise she would not have been able to walk the distances needed or navigate crowded areas. Delivery was punctual and it was easy to leave the wheelchair to be picked up.

We could not have been more impressed with this company. My wife broke her leg on vacation while hiking in Switzerland. We were arriving in Paris the next day and this company was able to arrange us a wheelchair by the next day. They had it delivered to the train platform we arrived on and then had it picked up from our airbnb the morning we left. Everything was delivered and picked up on time which was very helpful. Communication was great with both the company and delivery guy. I highly recommend.

Upon my arrival at the hotel my mobility scooter was waiting for me. I charged it every night so I would have enough charge for the next day. The scooter itself is light easy to manoeuvre and the seat is comfortable. It gave me my independence to go out & about without having to rely on my 9 year old. I would have liked the horn to be louder and easier to press, the lights could have been brighter. I will definitely use this company again and I would highly recommend Motion4rent

Very happy with the efficient delivery and easy process to rent the wheelchair. I rented a chair for 15 days to travel in Spain. Delivery and pick up of chair was done in Madrid, in time and as agreed. It made such a difference as it was one thing less to worry about during our family trip. They were very responsive by email and by phone message.

I had an awful experience by renting wheelchair in Lourdes. I rent a wheelchair on July 1 for 2 days. When I got my wheelchair, the guy said I needed to give €25 deposit. I gave me €50 to change but he said he had no change. So he took my €50 dollar bill as the deposit. I planned to leave Lourdes by flight on July 3 but it was cancelled by ATC strike. I had to changed my departure in the early morning by taking train. I could not return the wheelchair to the shop as I took the train at 7am and the wheelchair rental shop opened at 8am. So I left the wheelchair in the hotel opposite the rental shop and informed them my situation. I have called the shop twice for getting my deposit back but they refused to do so. It was an awful experience. The wheelchair rental shop should return at least €25 deposit to me.

Easy to reserve online. A little confusion over the pickup spot since I ended my vacation at a different hotel but it was resolved easily. The scooter was sturdy and comfortable and the battery lasted all day long after many many kilometers

Motion4Rent was great to work with in Paris. My mother needed an electric scooter so she could get around and they were very accommodating and responsive. We even had a last minute hotel change and they acted quickly and without issue. I appreciated being able to communicate with them both via email and by WhatsApp. We would definitely use them again and hope they expand their area of coverage across Europe.

Great service from this company and it's local agent. We had a power wheelchair delivered to our hotel in Florence. Easy solution to avoid taking your own power chair on the plane. We just used a manual transit chair through the airport and the power chair was waiting at our hotel.

Hice una reserva de alquiler de silla de ruedas con una medida específica para que entrara en mi ascensor para el 23 de mayo de 2025 y a las 14:23 me llaman para decirme que hasta al menos una semana no me la pueden traer. Decido entonces anular la reserva y buscar la silla por otra empresa que esa misma tarde me la suministra en casa y les pido el reembolso de los 61,25€ de la reserva a lo que se niegan. En lo que a mí respecta un servicio nefasto. Debo de cambiar mi valoración a cinco estrellas porque hoy con fecha 23 de junio se ha dirijido a mí Natalia Cherniavska, directora ejecutiva de Motion4rent para pedirme las más sinceras disculpas por la mala gestión del día 23 de mayo. Considero este gesto digno de admiración y de ver que se trata de una empresa muy implicada a la atención y servicios de sus clientes, por lo que debo de hacer esto. Más vale una rectificación o disculpa tarde que nunca y que se quede en el olvido con el consiguiente enfado del cliente o usuario. Así que por mi parte se han ganado unas muy merecidas cinco estrellas en mi valoración. Mis agradecimientos JULEN APOITA BILBAO.

I hired a wheelchair for rental while in Jamaica it was delivered and collected to the hotel as agreed in great working order with full introduction on use. I have to say Rome trip would have been impossible without motion 4 rent. My son wanted a trip to Rome with his father a cancer patient who can not walk. We were last minute to reserve from Canada but the company found a solution for an electric wheelchair delivered on time at the hotel, the item was easily manageable comfortable and the team has excellent customer service always quickly answering via whats up. Required a wheelchair to rent urgently in Barcelona - found motion4rent. Was so easy to book online. Customer service was amazing - anything I asked was responded to immediately and kindly. I have never booked anything like this online before so was concerned that everything would fall into place. I WOULD RECOMMEND MOTION4RENT TO ANYONE WANTING TO TRAVEL TO EUROPE. The rental rates were good. The communication was clear between Motion4rent, and the individual service providers. The scooter was at each location ready for me to use when I arrived. They were good quality products in great condition. I could not have enjoyed my holiday as much as I did without the scooter. I hired a scooter in both Paris and Athens. Paris was easier to navigate in the most part with ramps at street corners, and also Paris is largely a flat walkable city. I did not need to use public transport in Paris. Athens was more of a challenge because the streets and footpaths are not as well maintained, even outside the Plaka. There are not always ramps on the footpaths and there are a lot of cobbled paving areas. There were areas that were not accessible because the gradient of the street was too steep. Still with a little ingenuity and planning I was able to access most areas. Some public transport (I used metro and buses) in Athens is wheelchair accessible, but not all. You need to plan your day.

Rental scooter was a great way for a person with limited walking ability to get around. Limited battery life is the major draw back. Coble stone streets add to a bumpy Ride,still better than not participating in touring with your family. Good company to work with.

My mobility scooter was delivered to my hotel on time by a pleasant young man who ensured that I knew how to handle it, and explain all the controls. The scooter was a huge help to me in getting around the steep streets in Funchal. I hope to go back there and will certainly hire another scooter.

Motion for Less wheelchair hire was excellent from enquiry, delivery, adjustment, rental cost and collection. Wheelchair as described on website, lightweight but robust for responding to streets/pavements in Rome. Excellent experience using Motion4rent in Cefalú, Sicily. The scooter was ready waiting for me when I arrived. In pristine condition, charged and ready to go. Ernesto, the guy on the ground could not have been more helpful.

I booked the medium Leo scooter for my trip to Paris. It was a life saver, but not for the faint of heart. I was able to get around easily and it tackled, hills, cobblestones, gravel etc but meant everyone had to walk everywhere we went as there was no cab/bus that could take the scooter. If you're planning your trip to Paris and you're experiencing mobility issues definitely consider how badly you want to go, and plan out everything. Where you stay, the elevation change, access to laundry, grocery etc. Motion4rent made pick up and drop-off seamless and we're extremely easy to communicate with and book through. I give them a 10/10 but Paris itself is not made for the differently abled.

When I rented the wheelchair from you, you subcontracted to Reha in Roma. Part way into the 1st day the wheel got bent and wasn’t working. The sidewalks of Rome were so bumpy and lots of holes. Then Reha said “you will have to pay a refund for the damage, I'm sorry... it will be about 20 €” It was insane we are being charged more for using it as a normal wheelchair!!!! When I rented the wheelchair from you, you subcontracted to Athens Mobility in Athens. They were very great to deal with and great to pick up and drop me off at the nearest bus station. He was very nice and very kind.

Customer service was beyond accommodating, with timely delivery, and good prices. Mobility scooter was simple to operate and navigated well on all surfaces I encountered while sightseeing.

We rented scooters for my wife to navigate Athens and Rome. We were serviced by a separate rental company in each city. The scooters were delivered to our hotels on time and in excellent condition. They opened up the cities for my wife that would have been impossible for her to navigate without. The prices were extremely fair for the services we used.

I would definitely recommend Motion4rent, we used them for a 4 day stay in Prague. The prices were very competitive and the website easy to use. We couldn't fault the company providing as they kept us updated throughout - informing us they would leave the scooter charging at the hotel the night before so it was ready and waiting for us when we arrived in the morning. They confirmed we had located it and were happy with it then again engaged with us to enable collection. The scooter provided was suitable for the terrain too which was another concern after reading reviews of the city's terrain. The whole experience was totally stress free and I would definitely use them again - thank you!!

Booked last minute, and could not be happier with the service provided. The scooter was there when we arrived at the hotel, fully charged and ready to go. Plenty of range especially for something so small. Managed to collapse it down to go in the back of the hire car, which was an added bonus. Cannot recommend enough.

Orientation was very clear and easy to follow, and the scooter performed as expected. It was super easy to get around Singapore with it, including the MRT and the bus system. I have video proof of it not working from the time we got the rental. They didnt give me my deposit it back and never worked up resolve the issue. Der Rollstuhl wurde wie vereinbart an der Hotelrezeption abgegeben und dort wieder abgeholt. Lissabon an sich würden wir aber für Rollstuhl-Fahrer eher nicht empfehlen, da die meisten Straßen nicht asphaltiert, sondern gepflastert sind; und auch die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel eher untauglich sind, da in vielen Metrostationen der Lift außer Betrieb war oder repariert wurde. Das an sich nur als kleine Randbemerkung, hat aber an sich nichts mit dem perfekten Service von Motion4rent zu tun. Wir können die Firma auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen :)

We made a book and 24 after we cancelled it due to a surgery problem. We cancelled 24 h before picking up the electric chair and paying 270 euros. No refund!! A total fake!!!

A pleasure to deal with from beginning to end, myself and my partner visited Barcelona for the first time and the scooter Motion4Rent provided for me was absolutely perfect for exploring a big city. We traveled for miles on our first day and the battery only depleted halfway, charged it overnight and did it all again the next day, walked for an hour to a shopping centre and then got the Metro and walked even more then to visit the aquarium. A brilliant experience, will be the only company I work with when visiting Barcelona in the future.

We recently used for Motion4rent to hire a wheelchair in Berlin and found it to be an excellent service. The wheelchair was delivered on a timely basis, was in excellent condition, and we found the local company that provided the wheelchair to be super-helpful. Responses to our questions were helpful and timely and generally the whole service was great. We were originally worried about how the hire-service was going to work but we had no reason to be concerned - it was all excellent in the end!!

I had two scooters provided as the first one had smooth tyres, one flat tyre was filthy dirty and it was held together with duct tape! Second one only did 1km on full charge and I got stuck in town and my daughters had to push me home. This is certainly not equipment that should be provided for a disabled person! The pictures on the website look good but believe me the condition of the scooters provided are only fit to be scrapped! I booked my mobility scooter months before my holiday as I am not mobile and it ruined my entire holiday being stuck at the hotel too scared to use them! The gentleman that delivered them was polite and nice.

This company is A1****. I gave this company less than 24 hours notice that I needed a mobility scooter for a week, when other companies had turned me down because it was too short notice. They communicated frequently during the following hours, both by internet and by WhatsApp. My scooter was spot on time and I absolutely adored the Spanish delivery guy who was friendly, kind and helpful. Gebroken voet, naar Munchen voor Adele… Eerst niet blij want op het laatste moment (wel al betaald) bleek Motion geen rolstoel meer te hebben. Ze hadden wel een andere locatie maar daar moest ik de rolstoel zelf gaan ophalen (😔). Dit toch maar gedaan, wel beklag gedaan bij motion omdat ik natuurlijk totaal niet mobiel was. Ze zijn supergoed bereikbaar via Whatsapp en dat is echt heel fijn! Veel excuses en ook heel snel het geld voor afleveren bij hotel retour. Uiteindelijk elders dus een rolstoel opgehaald, zeer comfi, met beensteun, en deze wordt wél bij het hotel opgehaald dus verder geen gedoe meer. Was sowieso life saver, die rolstoel want anders was het niet te doen geweest op 2 krukken. Tijdig boeken is de tip!!

It was also comfortable, sturdy, and maneuverable, as well as foldable for cases where we needed to drive somewhere. Finally, the rates were reasonable and affordable. I would definitely use this company again. Barcelona has excellent and well maintained curb cuts everywhere. Most metro stations are handicap accessible and it’s easy to see which those are. The sidewalks are mostly stone and usually include designs which make them a bit bumpy for riding. All major museums, art galleries, etc. are handicap accessible, including accessible restrooms. Family member had an accident during our vacation in Santa Ponsa and couldn't get around. Same evening found Motion4Rent website and placed order for a wheelchair, which was delivered by a friendly man right to our door at the hotel next morning, less than 12 hours after order was made. We rented a foldable lightweight wheelchair for my mom for our London trip. It was extremely easy both receiving and returning the wheelchair right at our hotel. The wheelchair was wonderful, my mom wouldn’t have been able to experience all that London has to offer without it.

You really get what you pay for!! The website states weight capacities but don’t go by that. Make no mistake, these are small machines and as such are not capable of the weight capacities listed. I thought what the hay i’d try it as the other websites were substantially more. This was a lesson learned. In-person staff who delivered and picked up the scooter were great; personal and enjoyable. Phone staff always the call was static and broken English making it twice as hard to understand. They also sent email and a text and even called my next of kin cuz I didn’t answer my phone right away. Inappropriate to say the least. Do yourself a favour and find a better distributor.

They used a 3rd party company which I understand but it was 35 degrees and I had to walk 15 mins to collect a mobility scooter!! I was told they couldn’t come in to drop it off, when I collected it he was in past the gates so he could have provided that service and the port security also confirmed this was ok. I witnessed another company deliver to pireaus port and that’s the service I have had previously. This was terrible service and they made up an excuse to save themselves a dive. How can you expect a mobility scooter not to be there on arrival. The scooter was however easy to use and brand new, the service was poor and they were late for collection which meant my transfer was delayed and we were left waiting in 35 degree heat.

DO NOT RENT HERE. We rented 2 mobility scooters (maxi cruisers) here and they were delivered with broken parts and lights, which we noticed the first day when they delivered them (we tried to tell the people who delivered the mobility scooters to us, since one of the indicator lights was literally hanging loosely and duct taped to the mobility scooter, but the deliverers didn't speak any English either). Then when we took them for a test drive 2 days after delivery, and after charging them all the way, they didn't make it any further than 10 kilometers before breaking down (it says on the website of motion4rent that they can drive 30 kilometers). The batteries are defect yet the people from motion4rent completely deny this and say they are in "perfect state". Which is not true. They took the mobility scooters back immediately after we called them, and they drove us home and we did not get our money back (€104 for each). Motion4rent is absolute TRASH. They tried to replace the ones we had with other ones that were a smaller model and could drive even less and communication was only possible in Spanish, they couldn't speak English at all. Today (16-6-2024) they sent us a message saying they require pictures of the damaged parts, which we don't have because they took the mobility scooters back with them after we were stranded in a village when the batteries died. They also demanded a report from a technician stating the batteries were damaged which is impossible because they took the scooters with them after we called. It is very unfair of them to demand this, and they are currently denying anything we say. They say that the batteries must have been charged improperly which is not true because we left them to charge from 10pm until the next day 11am. They explained to us that when the light on the charger is green, the mobility scooters would be fully charged, and both the lights were green. So the barriers were fully charged and then the mobility scooters stopped working after driving not even 10 kilometers. To put it very simple. We were scammed, they refuse to give us our money back (€208 in total), and refuse to listen to what we have to say because we don't have a technician's report - which is impossible to have because they took the mobility scooters away from us when they broke down before we could even call a technician. That aside, how would we even hire a technician for something like this anyway??? They now won't take any calls from us any more either and only want to speak to us with a technician's report which is impossible to get. For some very weird reason my update on the review couldn't be posted/edited on my own account hence why I'm posting it on my uncle's account now.

Excellent service, I broke my ankle and needed surgery before my 4-weeks-trip through Europe. I did the first leg with other types of scooters and it was extremely difficult and a bit stressful. Once I rented the e-scooter from Motion4rent, the whole experience changed, I was able to use the scooter in Barcelona, Madrid and Paris, and it helped me and my family to have a great time sight seeing and going through museums. This company also made it so easy for us, we paid for the pick up and drop off at our Airbnb which was an added plus. I got a foldable scooter which helped getting up and down floors in the small European lifts. I constantly got stopped by other people using scooters or wheelchairs to ask me about the service and the type of scooter I had because of the benefits of using it. This is a great service for people with reduced mobility, either temporary or permanent.

Se hicieron responsables de entregar en otra dirección la silla al dueño del apartamento para que pudiéramos tenerla a nuestra llegada. Y de igual modo a nuestra vuelta a España. A pesar de que el dueño del apartamento fue bastante problemático, estuvieron desde el principio al final contactando con él e implicandose más de lo que les correspondía. Un servicio impecable de respuesta rápida y de entrega y recogida. Gracias a ellos nuestro viaje a Roma ha sido perfecto.

Ich musste aus beruflichen Gründen nach Istanbul. Die Mitnahme im Flugzeug von Elektrorollstühlen ist problematisch wegen der Akkus. Nicht immer nehmen diese die Airlines mit, obwohl diese angemeldet wurden. Ich habe mich dann für die Buchung eines faltbaren E Rolli entschieden. Die Kommunikation verlief bestens. Es wurde mehrfach nachgefragt, was ich benötige. Super Service. In Istanbul musste ich recht kurzfristig das Hotel wechseln. Kein Problem. Der Rolli kam pünktlich. Genauso beim Abholen des Rollis. Pünktlich auf die Minute. Besser geht nicht. Danke.

I am oestio arthiritic and have badly reduced mobility, I spent a week in Saville Spain as a holiday from the cold and rain. I rented a small folding scooter due to limitations at the accomodation, and wish I could of rented one with suspension. The streets of Saville are either small hexagonal cobbles or very large cobbles. The inevitable bumping went through my spine. If you are planning on going to Saville in Spain, get a scooter with suspension, and you can thank me later.

a very proffesional company i would highly recommend them i hired a scooter for a few days whilst staying in bibao in the old town .it was delivered on time perfect for my needs it was very comfortable to sit on and easy to use . i got to see so much more of the old town because i have leg problems i cant stand and walk for long . all the bars shops and cafes let me bring it indoors when it was raining just brilliant .the cost was very reasonable and i will be using this company when we come back to bilbao THANK YOU MOTION 4 RENT i was able to get around everywhere

I only give two stars for the sake of the poor kid working the desk. Don’t use this place for Boston. They use a shady place where the guy will try to get more money from you and will not provide what you rent and complain to you about how if you rent from motion4rent they don’t receive the info so it’s not their fault it takes over an hour to get the chair ready. (The quote the guy gave me over the phone was almost 200 dollars for a day where I used motion4rent because it claimed to be 65. Had I known they were going to be sourcing out to this very shady company I would have but used them.)

The scooter was exactly what I needed to get around the city and sightsee with the rest of our friends. It was a little small (I am tall) however, I could not have done without it and was very grateful for it. The battery lasted well too. Nous ne saurions assez remercier Motion4Rent : l’agence de Hong-Kong a réellement sauvé nos vacances ! Sans elle en effet, l’une des personnes de notre groupe (munie de béquilles et botte de marche en raison d’une entorse) n’aurait absolument pas pu profiter de son séjour dans cette ville fabuleuse : elle se serait épuisée en béquilles dans les incessantes montées et descentes. Motion4Rent s’est montrée très réactive, très efficace et vraiment fiable : la réponse à notre premier mail ne s’est guère fait attendre (pourtant nos questions étaient nombreuses…). La livraison du fauteuil roulant de prêt s’est faite de façon très ponctuelle (tout comme l’enlèvement à la fin du séjour), à l’adresse de notre hôtel. L’agent qui nous l’a apporté nous a donné toutes les informations utiles concernant le maniement, le pliage et la mise en charge du fauteuil. Sa démonstration était complète, toutes les infos étaient en notre possession. De surcroît, le prêt s’est fait à un tarif totalement correct (environ 40 euros par jour). Et cerise sur le gâteau, il nous a indiqué quelques applications pour que nous puissions réserver des taxis ayant un coffre spacieux, conçu pour recevoir des fauteuils roulants. En conclusion, aucun point négatif à relever! Encore tous nos remerciements à l’équipe hongkongaise de Motion4Rent. Et bonne continuation surtout. The lady who did this had to borrow someone else's car as hers was too small, and accommodate our arrive and departure schedule. I recently was on holiday in Torrevieja and hired a mobility Scooter through this company with 'SANVI-SCOOTERDRIVE, Alicante. I would highly recommend them. The service throughout was excellent from delivery, a call out for a puncture to the collection at the end of period. I could not speak a word of Spanish nor could the staff speak english but communication with a translation app was first class that included telephone calls. They were always pleasant and helpful I just cannot praise there service and equipment enough. It made my holiday so hassle free that I will not hesitate to use them again if I return to Spain

Had a knee problem shortly after arriving in Spain. Found Motion4rent online and contacted them. They were prompt to bring a wheelchair and it has been easy to renew the rental until my surgery is finished. The wheelchair was very nice and just what we ordered. Highly recommend.

Zeer slechte organisatie. Je krijgt kapotte rolstoel van lokale leverancier. Centrale organisatie kan niks doen. Lokale organisatie niet bereikbaar en spreekt geen Engels. Uiteindelijk zelf ergens lokaal andere rolstoel gehuurd. Kortom dubbele kosten en slechte start van je reis. Advies neem mee vannuit Nederland of regel het bij lokale hulpmiddelen winkel.

I called them, they walked me through and found out the battery had disconnected in the taxi. They were so helpful and patient. When it came time for pickup they were so flexible to our schedule. I was so grateful we picked them, they made our trip possible and enjoyable.

The scooter was delivered promptly and fully ready to go. It turned a good holiday into a great one. I would thoroughly recommend.

We needed a mobility scooter for travel around Valencia. the Motion4rent did meet all our expectations with good scooter and even better attitude of the personal. We are very happy with their services.

We found them very easy to contact through email and the wheelchair we needed was delivered directly to hotel on day of arrival and they were collecting it again on day of departure. Saved me trying to bring wheelchair on and off plane or trying to locate their office to collect.

Would not use them again, old and battered scooter, rude at drop off and overcharged on my card # EDIT # Refund card and apologised for the rudeness.

Ordered a mobility scooter for my mum. Friendly and efficient gent turned up at the appartment in La cala on time and reassured my mum about the scooter and how it worked. A few days in and the charger fused I called the company and thy arrived in an hour with a replacement. On the day of collection they turned up on time and another very pleasant gent took the scooter away and returned the deposit. A wonderful pain free service with great positive and helpful staff.

The customer service and support was excellent. This option saved our trip when an unexpected medical issue occurred. They were very accommodating , prompt and true to their promised delivery and the wheelchair was in great condition. Hotel delivery and pickup was excellent and so helpful in a city like Barcelona! Just excellent!

Aunque lo habitual es pedir la silla con antelación me consiguieron una esa misma mañana. La atención fue rápida y eficaz, y el proveedor que trajo la silla fue muy amable.

Nous avions besoin d'un fauteuil roulant pour ma fille de 10 ans début Aout, réservation hyper simple sur le site, livraison (gratuit) à Barcelone à notre hôtel avant que l'on arrive , collecte à l'hôtel après notre départ. Tout c'est bien passé, je recommande.

Very easy to book using the online form booked a scooter for my Mum, arrived at the hotel and collected at the agreed times which I had to change after my booking and they communicated efficiently by email
