Horrible. Took my money and did not get visa

Me cobraron aproximadamente 86 euros. La letra era muy pequeña y no pude ver la cantidad claramente. Solicito un reembolso.

Esta empresa cotiza en bolsa. Pero, ¿cuál es su verdadero propósito? Venden un producto de entrada que vale 0 dólares por 97 dólares y se niegan a hacer reembolsos. Todos sus servicios son así. ¿Por qué se permite que una empresa como esta siga operando?

Esta empresa se anuncia como sustituto de los sistemas oficiales de visado electrónico o autorización previa al ingreso que muchos países ofrecen en línea de forma sencilla. Cobran comisiones hasta diez veces superiores por servicios que son gratuitos o muy económicos en los sitios oficiales. Gastan grandes sumas de dinero en publicidad en Google, lo que hace que muchas personas los confundan con sitios oficiales. No ofrecen reembolsos a las víctimas, incluso después de que se dan cuenta del engaño.

Quería hacer una visita exprés a Corea del Sur, el visado aprobado llegó a las pocas horas. Muy Satisfecho con la atención y el servicio, me sentí protegido.

Sehr schlechte Service! Inkompetenz und falsche Beratung. Ich habe eine Visa nach Dubai für Kreuzschiffahrt beantragt und da hat mir nur einen Einmalvisum gegeben und auf meine Nachfrage hin wurde ich falsche beraten, dass ich 2x Geld zahlen muss und ein weiteres Visum dann doch nicht funktiooniert. Es gibt keine Telefonnummer wo jemand erreichbar ist und über E-mail dauert es ewig bis ich eine Rückmeldung erhalte. Jetzt 4Tagen vor meine Reise erfahre das ein 2. Visum nicht klappt und Visagov sagt ich soll stornieren und neues beantragen und reagiert jetzt nicht mehr auf meine E-Mail! ich muss deswegen meine Reise über 9200Euro stornieren und verliere 85% mein Geld. Finger weg von diese Agentur!!!! Wenn es - Punkt gibt würde die 5 Minuspunkte geben!!!! Very bad service! Incompetence and incorrect advice. I applied for a visa to Dubai for a cruise and was only given a one-time visa and when I asked, I was given incorrect advice that I had to pay money twice and that another visa wouldn't work. There is no phone number where anyone can be reached and it takes forever to get a response via email. Now 4 days before my trip I find out that a second visa won't work and Visagov says I should cancel and apply for a new one and is now no longer responding to my email! Because of this I have to cancel my trip for 9200 euros and lose 85% of my money. Stay away from this agency!!!! If there is - point it would be 5 minus points!!!!

Contraté un visado para Sri Lanka y me equivoqué al poner mis datos en el formulario. Me di cuenta después de enviarlo y envié un mail a atención al cliente para que solucionaran el error. La persona de atención al cliente fue muy amable y solucionó el error y el visado me llego en menos de 1 semana. Recomiendo sus servicios!

This company added a further charge of approximately 100 euros for Cuban tourist permits, go elsewhere.

If everything goes well, you cannot really recognise the quality of the service, but in case of any issues you meet the reality. I had a problem with wrongly issued visa (I found out the error after the delivery) and it was replaced within few days with the correct one, support was really helpful. (Even though I almost had an infarct 😬 I am satisfied)

We didn't check the reviews before to apply. Unfortunately we are part of those whose money got stolen. Applied two weeks ago, after that they disappeared. Awful!

DO NOT use this service!! It is just a cheating system. I had bad experience in apply visa on arrival in Nepal. They requested the payment for visa fees through Visa card, which should not be the case for visa on arrival meaning we only need to pay for visa fees upon arrival in Nepal immigration. I tried to reach them by email for clarification reimbursement, but they mentioned something else, and they just ignored my email with no any responses. Well, at the end I paid twice in same amount 30$ (visa system and together at immigration by cash).

This is the most lousy service. They promised me the visa would be processed and even emailed me saying i would have the visa in 2 hours. I then never received my evisa and could not travel for my friends funeral. They add absolutely no value and even after sending 8 emails for an uodate they did not reply. I ended up losing of 1500 USD in travel bookings. USELESS

Terrible service, paid for the visa and it never arrived. The expected time was 6 days and no news even after three weeks. They didn't even refund as per their policy on site if the government refuses they will refund the visa fees, in my case government didn't respond for almost three weeks and they apparently can't do anything about it and neither were they refunding the money. Plus no place where you can complain. I am writing the review so others can be saved. Edit: I was eventually given a full refund after my travel date which was nice, and it was received without any issues. Raising the review to two stars now because of the full refund.

I got a visa with the wrong year of birth and I want a correct one with the correct dates, but the service doesn't write that. I find that very cheeky because I paid for a correct visa

Buyer beware!! Would not recommend this website to get a visa or any other documents. Website states that the cost of the service is $29 US. The cost of a Canadian ETA is $7. Amount debited to bank was £69. ETA was not received. When I contacted Visagov, they sent me a link to the ETA form but did not respond to my question regarding the excessive charge, despite several emails. In no way does $29 US plus $7 Canadian compute to £69 Sterling. Before using this service, check with the actual Government site of the country you are visiting. You may find that the charge is minimal compared to Visagov's charge

Solicito un documento que en apariencia parece ser un visado para Nepal y resulta que me cobran 29€ por "visado" cuando el Gobierno de Inmigración de Nepal, expide el mismo documento totalmente gratuito. Entiendo que es un servicio engañoso el que ofrecen porque el trámite que realizas es exactamente el mismo en una página que en la otra. Cualquier persona que quiera sacarse el pre-visado que antes se asegure en la página del Gobierno del país que quiera visitar...seguro que ahorrará dinero.

Visa Didn’t arrive!!!! Service extremely poor. I lost my booked tickets. There where concerns from day one and nothing was done about them. The address was written down wrong by the agents, they ignored the concern They said 2-3 business days , it has been 3 weeks. I kept sending Dafne emails, however nothing was done. She ignored me. They refused to send me a new one or refund my money !! Please avoid .
