Experiencia bastante desastrosa. No tuvimos agua durante horas (la propietaria dijo que era un problema general pero preguntamos a las casas de alrededor y todos tenían) y luego cuando por fin volvió no tuvimos agua caliente durante todo el fin de semana, iba y venía todo el rato pero fue imposible ducharse. La dueña aparecía y desaparecía por el jardín porque vive en la casa de al lado. Colchones extremadamente blandos, necesitan ser cambiados con urgencia. Pone que hay pero no había básicos de cocina (ni fairy, ni aceite, etc...). Mosquiteras necesitan también renovarse, rotas la mayoría. Un porche muy mono para cenar pero con luces solares es imposible utilizarlo de noche, pues la luz es muy pobre. Una casa con muchas posibilidades pero necesita bastante mano para poder alquilarla en condiciones. Y antes de que respondan con mentiras, decir que no fueron 2h de corte de agua general si no como poco 6, y la propietaria estaba completamente al corriente de que no teníamos agua caliente, de hecho la llamamos cientos de veces. Lo único que hizo fue cambiar la pila al calentador, pedir perdón y decir que "no sabía más". Así que siendo la misma propietaria consciente de la situación en la que estuvimos todo el fin de semana, sabiendo que había tanto niños como personas mayores, creo que pedir un reembolso del 50% era lo mínimo que se nos podía ofrecer, si no nos pudieron resolver un problema tan grave como ese, que menos que responsabilizarse de ello a posteriori. Muy mala gestión.

Pésima gestión de la fianza De entrada ya nos parece excesivo, por 4 días,que nos exigieran una fianza de 500 euros. Tuvimos la mala suerte de romper por accidente un cristal de una mesita y 1 mes y medio más tarde todavía no nos han devuelto nuestro dinero. Hemos tenido que reclamar la factura de la reparación y no nos mandan nada más que una factura de lo que cuesta el cristal, pero nos cobran 60 euros más por gastos de gestión. Pero de eso no mandan factura. Da la sensación que nos cobran lo que quieren. No sé hasta que punto es legal que me cobren algo sin mandarme la factura. Y de todas formas siguen sin reembolsarnis la diferencia. Sin lugar a dudas no volveremos a alquilar casa con Cataluña casas

Nous sommes déçus de notre séjour « Oasis Tropical Costa Dorada » par la qualité des services proposés : - avec la chaleur extérieure, le système de filtration de la piscine avait mal été réglé, ce qui nous a handicapé avec l’arrivée d’algues, et un cycle de 24 heures de chlore choc actif (bien que le pisciniste nous affirmait qu’il n’y avait aucun problème pour notre jeune garçon et notre nourrisson) ; - la vaisselle était sale, nous avons du tout relaver ; - deux pots en terre cuite étaient cassés sur la terrasse mais nous ont été décomptés par la suite malgré l’absence de check-in et une photo prouvant leur casse à notre arrivée ; - une quantité importante de moustiques et la mise à disposition de produits anti-moustiques vides… - une seule climatisation pour un grand logement, mal située dans la maison, ne permettant pas de desservir les chambres ; - le volet dans la chambre de droite était cassé. Cependant, nous remercions la gentillesse de la personne s’étant occupée de nous sur whatsapp.

Catalunya Casas has beautiful villas and we were well looked after throughout our stay.

Esta agencia gestiona el alquiler de una casa situada en Corbera de Llobregat colindante a nuestro domicilio. Ellos se lucran alquilando esta vivienda a través de Airbnb y los vecinos tenemos que sufrir las consecuencias de esto, música a altas horas de la madrugada, gritos, etc…. Mientras siga la lacra del negocio a través de las vivienda, la gente seguirá sufriendo a los energúmenos que las alquilan mientras otros se llenan los bolsillos con dinero. Evidentemente la agencia también tiene su responsabilidad, así que esta reseña os la dedico a vosotros como parte culpable y como esto ne cese, nosotros los vecinos tampoco lo haremos en nuestra lucha con terminar con vuestro negocio.

Llevo reservando casas desde hace ya unos años y con diferencia esta ha sido la peor experiencia que he tenido. Hubo un desperfecto en la casa que alquilamos que nos notificaron 4 días después de salir de la vivienda (habiendo entrado otros huéspedes en ella) y nos atribulleron a nosotros las culpas de ello cuando dejamos el domicilio impecable y revisado y el desperfecto no se habia ocasionado, esto desembocó en casi 1 mes reteniendo la fianza, múltiples llamadas a Catalunya casas donde se nos daban versiones diferentes sobre la devolución de la fianza ( alguna vez nos devolvían la fianza, otras veces debían gestionarlo) , una auténtica vergüenza y pésima gestión de incidencias como esta. La primera y la última vez que reservo con ellos.

Son grandes conocedores de los cambios de tendencia, en el alquiler turístico. Buscan siempre, la mejora contínua en las condiciones de villa. El sistema de bloqueo de reservas es fácil, claro y seguro. Son muy exigentes con la normativa y la calidad de las instalaciones. Excellent séjour dans cette villa du quartier résidentiel de Santa Coloma. La maison est à l'identique des photos, le ménage parfait, les aménagements extérieurs très agréables et conviviaux. Nous avons particulièrement apprécié la réactivité de Catalunya Casas lors des échanges ainsi que la facilité de mise à disposition des clés.

Hemos vuelto alquilar con Catalunya Casas porque nos brindan siempre casas con encanto, en esta ocasión hemos estado en Villa Marrsme y nos ha encantado tienes unas vistas súper bonitas en plena montaña, además de ser una casa muy romántica, cómoda y para los niños ideal. Tienes varios ambientes lo que permite su van muchas personas no sentirse agobiados. Hemos tenido un fin de semana desconexion total. Y lo mejor a unos 40 minutos de Barcelona. La piscina esta vallada por lo que si vas con niños es un plus.

Hace tres años pasamos un fin de semana genial entre familia y amigos en una casa en Santa Coloma de Farners, totalmente equipada y perfecta para ir con niños y disfrutar el exterior! Repetiremos seguro! Hemos visitado recientemente Villa Maresme y quedamos encantados con el entorno, las vistas y la casa en sí misma porque tiene un toque rústico y no le hace falta nada!

Pasamos unos dias de vacaciones en el chalet ...esta en excelentes condiciones tiene unas vistas espectaculares, se las recomiendo y el entorno es super tranquilo.

Nous avons effectué un séjour agréable en Espagne avec Catalunya casas. Ils ont été très disponibles et réactifs, répondent très vite à nos questions via le chat. La maison était spacieuse et la piscine très belle et chaude. Parfait pour un grand groupe, car nous étions 10 adultes et 10 enfants.

La maison est idéale pour des vacances en famille . Il a tous ce qu’il faut pour s’occuper et profiter d’une vue magnifique sur les montagnes catalogne. L’extérieur se suffit à lui même , l’intérieur est plus rustique. La communication avec Catalunya est parfaite, ainsi qu’avec notre hôte Coco qui a été très discrète . Je recommande.

Superbe maison ! Très bien située, 10 minutes de la plage et des commerces , 30 minutes de Tarragone et 1 heure de Barcelone. Idéal pour des vacances en famille, grande piscine et extérieur bien équipé ( BBQ, 2 terrasses, toilettes, place de stationnement), Grand intérieur un peu vétuste et pas toujours en très bon état, douche défectueuse, climatisation peu efficace et payante (1euro pour 2h). Malgré ces 2-3 défauts nous avons passé de merveilleuses vacances et je recommande vivement cette villa. Je remercie également le gardien Lluis pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Très belle maison, bien placée avec la mer facilement et rapidement accessible en voiture. Super piscine, génial pour les vacances en famille. Le défaut, la climatisation mal placée qui ne refroidit pas les endroits utiles. Nous avons racheté une grille pour le barbecue, celle qu’il y avait été HS.

Casa con buenas instalaciones. Ojo con los muebles revisados al entrar en el piso. Sobre todo con las tumbonas. Nosotros notamos que había una que estaba floja cuando llegamos pero no dijimos nada. Lo hemos tenido que pagar.

Rented the villa for a weekend with a group of freinds and we had a great time! The villa is really easy to get to from the station. We could also walk to the beach and all the restaurants. The villa was clean and tidy and we also loved having a pool which was the perfect temperature! Would be recommending to all my freinds!

La casa presenta un buen estado de mantenimiento y limpieza. Es muy amplia y cómoda sobretodo la cocina con una nevera americana muy útil. Las vistas son preciosa y el espacio exterior con 2 barbacoas muy acertado. Hemos disfrutado mucho del fin de semana. Para poner un pero, las camas no son muy cómodas. Los colchones son muy duros y las almohadas tocaría renovarlas.

We hired a villa for our wedding and couldn’t be happier with it! It’s absolutely gorgeous and an amazing venue for celebrations! But the thing that really made us want to review it was the incredible support we’ve had from the Catalunya Casas team. Every time we’ve asked a question to help us plan our wedding they’ve been straight back to us helping in any way they can. They even helped us to organise a recce of the villa pre wedding in order to help us plan our day perfectly. Never dealt with a more helpful team and will definitely be using their villas in the future!

Es un trato muy agradable con la empresa

As a consequence of the covid outbreak, in April 2020, Catalunya Casas cancelled our reservation. Given the circumstances, this was completely fair. However, instead of offering a refund, the only options they offered involved a voucher for a booking within six months, or a change of dates (for an additional fee). Both were inadequate offers, given how Covid was impacting travel at the time (and is again now). We asked for a refund, but this request was denied, on multiple occasions. With my related flights out to Spain, both operators offered a full refund OR a voucher. I cannot see why a company as big as Catalunya Casas, and with such good reviews online, can’t do the same? Why do they get to keep our money, for a service they never provided?

We rented a house in Rellinars, the Bages area of Spain. It was not cheap, but everything we needed of household equipment was foreseen, even more there were unexpected additional provisions. Useful benefits like mountainbikes for use,tennis-rackets, table-tennis balls, a fitness area - all was foreseen in ample quantities without it being advertised. The house, the BBQ, the garden, the play areas, are really well suited for living outside the whole day and also has enough entertainment indoor. The owner came by fast to fix some broken lamps, even though he lives 45 min drive away. There is a store/tienda close by (La Botiga), with daily fresh bread, and really anything else one could need, avoiding a 20 min drive to a supermarket. We had a great local contact, Coco, at Rellinars. She was so attentive, also always available to give us tips of the area and to facilitate any question. Lastly, the rental agency "Catalunya Casas" is very good. Very professional, quick with follow-up and to answer questions . They responded well to our concerns and reservations with Covid, and I had 100% confidence that had we need to cancel, this company would have handled this correctly. Luckily we didn't need to do that. The Bages area is pretty, if it had not been high summer, there are excellent walsk close by into the National Park. And the area also has great wines and cava, and the Montserrat mountains are close by. I would highly recommend this option, for a larger group that wants an active vacation, including small children. Regards, Gerrit Verniers

En mi caso alojada enVila Angélica, la recomiendo por lo espectacular es la casa en si y por su entorno, cada uno de sus ventanales te hacen respirar paz. A 5 min de Sant Quirze del Vallès y la Mola para una bonita excursión de senderismo. Recomiendo 100%

Experiencia de 10! La casa súper limpia y cuidada, en la piscina se nota el mantenimiento continuo, incluyendo el terreno que esta muy bien cuidado. Atención al cliente excelente, nos han atendido rapidísimo cada vez que hemos tenido una duda acerca de la estancia o alguna petición de la casa. Las fotos de la casa son tal cual se ven en la web. Seguro que repetiremos la experiencia.

We definitely do not recommend to book with this company/orgination. Communication is very poor. First of all we did not receive any information upfront regarding COVID-19 in the area of the rented villa. And when we had to cancel our stay last minute due to a sudden hopitalization of one of the visitors, Catalunya Casas did not show any compassion, nor empathy. We even had to pay the departure cleaning, accidental damage insurance, bed linens and tourism tax. After various emails they prommised to refund a small amount (accidental damage insurance and tourism tax) but after 2 months we still did not receive any refund.

Nous avons loué la villa Tarruella à Corbera de Llobregat (Catalunya Casas) à 8 adultes et 5 enfants (entre 5 et 10 ans). L'endroit est magique: villa superbe, vue à couper le souffle, chouette matériel à disposition (jeux, nombreuses bouées pour la piscine,...). Il faut juste être prudent avec les jeunes enfants car la villa est au sommet d'une falaise.

La casa es muy grande, tienes todo lo necesario para cocinar casi cualquier cosa. Además la piscina es increíble, perfecta para relajarse si hace buen día. Cerca de la casa, en pocos minutos, tienes supermercados. Así mismo, tienes plaza de parking muy cómoda si vienes en coche. Incluso si decides ir en tren, tienes la estación a 4 minutos.

The house we rented must have been pretty, we don't know. We never got so far to experienced it. The people of Catalunya Casas are not exactly solution-oriented and empathetic. If the holiday doesn't go ahead because one of us ends up in the hospital in a hurry, you could count on more coulance, you'd think. None of that! We get absolutely nothing back from the money we paid. I understand that the corona makes it difficult for a business, but that it has to be at the expense of others... You should be ashamed of yourselves.

We all really enjoyed our time in the lovely big clean villa. We were 11 people and there was plenty of room, both in terms of bedrooms and lounge areas for all to be very comfortable. The lovely pool was set in its own garden but you should asked for the heating to be turned on before you arrive. The villa is situated high in wooded valley, the views are stunning. It’s only an half hour drive to Barcelona so we’ll located. Would definitely recommend

Superb villa in stunning location. Wonderful to wake up to look across the wooded valley and the break taking vistas. The villa was clean, luxurious, spacious enough for our two families. It has a lovely sized swimming pool in its own garden. Only 30 minutes drive from the centre of Barcelona and the beach, so ideal to experience both serenity of the villa setting and the culture and vibrancy of Barcelona. Highly recommended

A bit of a drive from Barcelona city and the beach approximately 30-40mins away and not much local amenities. Apart from that this is a beautiful Villa well equipped with everything you need. More then enough space for a 10+ family to stay comfortably. The owners have gone above and beyond to make the Villa feel homely and was clean to a very high standard. Would definitely go back and would recommend specially if you prefer to be some where with peace and quiet.

As long as you don't mind a little 40 minute drive into central Barcelona/Beach (or perhaps you like the idyllic quite location with amazing, relaxing hill views) this Villa was beautiful. Owners have obviously put a lot of love and effort into making it homely, comfortable, practical and clean. You will need a car and I suggest you request the pool heating is turned on a day or 2 before you arrive as we didn't and the water was very cold! Apart from that, would highly recommend and would definitely go back.

The villa was beautiful, clean and felt very homely. The views of the hills were amazing. It was a bit of a long drive to the main city centre/beach. It would of been nice if the pool was pre heated before we arrived as it was unusable due to the water being freezing cold. Would definitely use again and recommend the villa to anyone considering staying here.

The drive to the villa was a little longer than expected, but the villa itself was beautiful. The interior of the villa was organised and clean - and the outside view was stunning. Only criticism would be the pool, as we initially paid for the luxury of having our own pool, but it was freezing (took the thrill out of it). Other than that, it was the perfect stay.

Die Villa ist sehr geräumig und für 10 Personen bietet sie genügend Raum. Der Pool ist fantastisch und von der Terasse aus hat man einen schönen Ausblick. In die Stadt Barcelona braucht man mit dem Auto 40 Minuten. Deshalb ist ein auto sehr zu empfehlen, da es öffentlich auch etwas schwieriger wird. Die Lage ist ansonsten sehr ruhig und man kann sich sehr gut erholen. Lebensmittel kann man in den Supermärkten kaufen, die 20 min mit dem auto entfernt liegen.

The Villa in castellar del valles was really beautiful. But a little bit cold and it was not that clean. There were a lot of spiderwebs hanging on the ceilings. That was not so nice. So if they would care more and keep the Villa cleaner, i would recommend the Villa.

Huge beautiful house with 4 rooms, that can fit 8 people, everything was clean and cozy. But the best is outside, huge garden with swimming pool and palm trees, just an instagram place.

Great villa with a pool and a sunset view. There is a fully equipped kitchen inside and a BBQ zone on the backyard. The location is also great: 20 mins walking to a wide beautiful beach line and a train station. I will definitely recommend it!

Nous avions loué une maison sur la Costa Dorada près de Roc de San Gaieta. Les instructions pour entrer dans la maison étaient simples, la maison en parfait état de propreté et la maison très commode et confortable pour notre séjour en famille et entre amis. La réactivité et le service de l'agence a été très rapide pour les petits services et le lit bébé qui manquaient que nous avons demandé. Je recommande. Le reste du séjour s"est très bien passé. Une personne très agréable est passée également pour vérifier l'état de l'eau de la piscine. Nous recommandons.

Our stay was nice. The house is nice and inside on the walls, there are paintings wich give it a happy look. When we arrived, there was an artist painting the exterior wall of the house. It looks like waves that moves, we like it very much. The garden is well arranged We were disappointed because the 2 nd bathroom has no shower, just a sink and it is located in an annex of the house. The swimming pool is very nice and the loungers around are confortable. The 2nd week, we had a problem with the water of the pool, but this has been settled with the agency. We regretted that there is no shop around, this always forced us to take the car. But we keep a good memory of our holidays in the house " Belinda”

The villa was amazing - spacious and fully equipped with everything we needed. We all loved the pool, the large terrace areas and the views over the mountains were incredible. Vous pouvez contacter Catalunya Casas pour le moindre problème ils sont très réactifs! Ils essayent de résoudre les petits soucis éventuels . Exceptional service. Helped arrange my engagement with my now fiancé! The villa was beautiful and very well kept and clean! the view was sensational. In general I felt very happy being in a Villa managed by Catalunya Casas, their English was amazing via email, watsapp and phone. We needed to find a Vets for our dog and they rang ahead and asked the vets to speak in English with us and then emailed us directions. We are now contacting them regarding our wedding villa because we trust them so much. Thank you again.

We have enjoyed our stay at Pederasanta, the house is very comfortable and is built to a high quality. It is also excellent for children as our two year old has found. A few updates to sunloungers and cups are needed but overall an excellent place.

We spend a family weekend in the villa. It was exactly as we expect from the photos. The house is big. It has a kitchen well equipped; a comfortable living room with nice views to the garden; a lot of beds and bedrooms, so you can stay there even with 8 people; enough bedrooms for all this people; and also a room for the children to play or even as an office if someone needs to work a little bit. It has a garden with a BBQ and Swimming pool. A perfect zone to enjoy the day. With loungers to sunbathe and tables and chairs with a parasol to eat. Also, the villa has a terrace space with good views of the neighborhood. The villa is in a residential area and this makes it quiet and not noisy. If you need to buy something, in less than 15 min by car you can find a supermarket or a grocery store. IT WAS A NICE WEEKEND!

Nous avons passé un week-end à 2 familles dans une petite maison proche de Gérone : la maison, même si elle était petite, était très bien équipée et très propre, avec un jardin très bien aménagé pour les enfants (la petite aire de jeu a eu beaucoup de succès) et une piscine (hélas encore un peu fraîche pour que l'on puisse vraiment en profiter). L'emplacement est très calme, dans un petit quartier résidentiel avec beaucoup d'espaces verts, le tout a seulement 1/2 heures des plages. Bref nous avons passé un excellent week-end !

Très bonne expérience avec Catalunya casas. Nous avons passé un we à 2 familles (4 enfants de 4 mois à 10 ans) dans une spacieuse villa de Santa Coloma de Farners, pres de Gérone. La maison est entièrement équipée et dispose d'une assez grande piscine sécurisée et d'un barbecue. Il y a deux espaces repas a l'extérieur et des jeux pour enfants dans le jardin (toboggan, cabanes, jouets divers). Parfait pour un séjour avec des enfants.

Catalunya Casas is a very professional property management company. Their reservation department was always there to help with all our questions. Especially, Maria was very helpful. I stayed in this villa on my birthday weekend. The villa was even better than the photos. We enjoyed the pool and bbq. We did not even want to leave the villa, but we were so close to Cambrils, Salou and Tarragona,and got the chance to see all. The villa is very close to the supermarket as well. I am looking forward for my next trip with Catalunya Casas. I would recommend you to book with them without any hesitation.

Great location( villa in Cunit). A nice walk to the beach, but in a very quiet and peaceful zone. House had all the amenities to make us feel comfortable ( kitchen fully equipped including a welcome pack with cleaning supplies - always handy when you have arrived after a long/trip flight). You could tell that the villa was very well maintained ( garden and pool) and the house inside was pristine clean. Would definitely recommend to a friend!

A very nice villa with a swimming pool and a garden. One has anything one needs there as the kitchen is fully-equipped. The rooms are cozy and spacious. The villa is at a walking distance from the train station and the beach. The communication when renting it was excellent. We particularly enjoyed hanging around the swimming pool and having a meal on the terrace. We'll definitely visit again.

I had enjoyed so much my reunion with old friends mainly because we chose the perfect place in Cunit. This is Catalunya Casas. Villa Montbui was a wonderful home for our weekend close to the mountain. We loved the space, the modern decoration, the BBQ area and its wonderful pool. The area is very quiet and you have everything you need to enjoy your precious family time but you do need a car to get there. It was very easy to do the self check-in with them, which gave us flexibility when planning the weekend. They also prepared a welcome book with instructions and contact details, and they provided us with a map and some recommendations in the area. The villa was clean, tidy, well equipped (fridge, oven, microwave, coffee machine, air conditioning, TV,...) and the beds were super confortable. The house has space to park several cars in the front yard. We hardly recommend this amazing villa!!!!

I spent two days at "The Mansion" in Carrer Mestral just outside of Calella with two friends. We arrived late at night and everything was taken care of with an easy accessable key box and great instructions from Catalunya Casas. The place was simply amazing. Everything was tip top from the three bathrooms, huge kitchen, two barbacue areas and the many terrasses. And the view... Ohh dear god. We spent most of the time laying in the pool with a cold drink overlooking the mountains and the ocean. I really recommend this property for others who want a great, big and modern luxury house in the mountains with an amazing view.

We've just returned from the most incredible week away, in what can only be described as a castle in the countryside! We all had great fun - and didn't want to come home. Amazing house with fantastic views, great facilities and beautiful surroundings. Catalunya Casas were so helpful - we will definitely be booking again.

The house was great, clean, functional, lovely, a really good kitchen for home cooking and the pool area was great for relaxing and disconnecting from a stressfull daily life. From the pool area and the terrace in the second level of the house, we were able to have a view to mountains and the ocean, so beautiful. Only great vibes.

Overall very good stay, the house was beautiful, amazing view and natural surroundings. The pool was very nice but we couldn't use it because it was too chilly. The staff of Catalunya Casas was very quick to solve the small issues that we encountered and made everything possible so that we had a nice stay.

We spent an amazing weekend in a house nearby Castellar del Vallès. The house had swimming pool, ping pong table, and enough rooms and baths to fit comfortably 8 people, with a big kitchen, terrace and living room to hang out. I totally recommend it!

My friends and I stayed here from a Friday to a Sunday and had a great time! The villa is only 50 mins from Barcelona and located in a small town with shops and bars. It has a pool, garden area, and a porch to cover an outdoors table, where we spent most of our time hanging out. The villa is pretty big and the living room area is perfect for large groups. Would highly recommend if you're looking for a cheap weekend away with your amigos! :)

Catalunya Casas were brilliant hosts from the moment we booked. They were always in contact with us and very attentive to our needs. We did have some complications with our villa during our stay, however the company would almost reply almost instantly when we messaged them through Airbnb, even quite late into the evening! Due to our pool being surrounded by trees, it did get quite dirty. We contacted Catalunya casas and they increased the filteration the same day! As a whole, I can not fault the company and would be happy to rent a villa through them again

We had rented two villas with friends: Villa Barbara and Villa Montbui. Both were amazing! Villa Barbara had a Spanish spirit inside of it, standing at the little cozy town, near the train station that goes directly to Barcelona center. Villa Montbui was the fancy one, with big and spacious pool in the mountains. Both villas were fully equipted even with the decorations so it felt like home. Catalunya Casas staff was very helpful during our stay: reacted very quickly to all of our requests, answered to all of our questions. Both villas were very clean, including the pool as the pool guy came every morning to clean it. If you are still questioning whether u should choose Catalunya Casas and their villas - don't! Just take it and enjoy your vacation in the most beautiful country - Spain!

I had a pleasure to stay at Catalunya Casas twice: in Villa Barbara at first and Villa Montbui was a second visit. Both were different, but amazing! Villa Barbara has a perfect Spanish spirit, nice garden, pool, big tables outside and inside for long dinner with friends or family. Villa is remodelled, so most of furniture, docoration and equippment is new ones. Quite a lot stores near by and super easy to reach centre of Barcelona with a train. Villa Montbui looks the fancy one, there is a lot of space inside, a huge pool and all needed equippment is here, grill is outside as well. But the best part is mountain view ❤️

Amazing experience. We spent a weekend at one of their villas in Cunit and we had a wonderful time. Estuvimos un fin de semana en Villa Mestral y fue increíble. Localización tranquila, sin ruidos, apartada del caos de la ciudad. Ideal para desconectar. La casa es preciosa y las vistas son de ensueño. Desde la cocina y la terraza, ves el mar y la montaña. La casa está perfectamente equipada y las habitaciones son muy cómodas. Está muy cerca de Barcelona ciudad. Lo recomiendo 100% para ir con amigos o con la familia.

This spacious well designed villa with 8 sleeping places is located in spectacular residential area in mountains, around one hour driving from Barcelona. The area is calm and surrounded by private villas and stunning views. The villa itself suits well for two families with kids or bigger group of adults. Bedrooms are spacious, kitchen and barbecue zone are well equipped, living room with big LCD TV and chilling zone in mezzanine. There also is laptop friendly room on ground floor. It is great to spend the day near the pool, cook on grill and enjoy sun and panoramic views. Closest big shop is in 10 minutes driving in Caldes de Montbui, it is also worth visiting Monastery Sant Miquel del Fai, which is in 30 min driving distance.

We booked this villa for a weekend away to relax and enjoy time with friends and it couldn't have been a better location. Nestled in the mountains above Sant Pol de Mar overlooking the sea, it's a very picturesque setting. The house is large, full of natural light, with a beautiful pool/bbq area as well as two terraces. Plenty of space both outdoors and inside for relaxing, cooking meals and enjoying good weather. It was fully equipped with everything we needed and more, a very clean and modern property.

We had a wonderful time! We arrived, 16 people aged 2-75, and found the house to be a perfect haven of tranquility. The house was lovely and clean, quiet and private. We enjoyed the beautiful pool, garden, tennis and table tennis, had numerous barbecues and found the dining area and kitchen to be all that a crowd our size could wish for, fully equipt with the most modern of gadgets. Très très déçus de cette agence : Nous avons loué une maison et quelle surprise à notre arrivée : 3 grands chiens vivaient avec nous (cela n’avait pas été précisé dans l’annonce et c’était un vrai problème pour nous car nous avions de nombreux enfants en bas âge), propreté très limite, gros problème de sécurité (ex : une prise de courant qui traine dans la fuite d’eau du lave vaiselle), terrain de tennis, table de ping pong vendus sur l’annonce inexistants. La maison était plutôt chouette mais ne valait pas la « propriété offrant une intimité totale » vendue sur l’annonce (plutôt une maison pour des colonies de vacances par exemple – à 7 000 € la semaine !). Le pire étant d’avoir été accusés d’avoir volés des chaises pour enfants, d’avoir cassé des choses et de ne pas avoir fait le ménage (photos à l’appui… prises pendant notre séjour et non pas après notre départ !) lorsque nous avons voulu négocier une petite réduction suite à toutes ces déconvenues. Bref je ne recommande pas, ces personnes ne sont pas très honnêtes. EDIT suite à votre réponse qui comporte des erreurs : La table de ping pong et le terrain de tennis étaient bien vendus dans l'annonce initiale et non les chiens ne sont pas enfermés dans un chenil à la demande des locataires... Nous avons obtenu que les chiens ne puissent pas s'approcher de l'espace repas et de la piscine au bout de 3 jours, mais ils pouvaient toujours circuler librement autour de la seconde maison. Et comme déjà dit plusieurs fois, le problème n'est pas que les chiens soient gentils ou pas, le problème est que nous n'étions pas au courant et nous n'aurions pas réservé en sachant cela avec nos enfants en très bas âge. Un chien peut être gentil toute sa vie avant de mordre un enfant qui l'aura dérangé. Et non la compensation ne nous satisfait pas car nous ne reviendrons pas dans cette maison et encore moins pour 2 jours seulement. Il s'agit d'une fausse compensation. Offrez nous un remboursement de 2 jours sur le séjour plutôt.

El servicio fue impecable desde el primer contacto con el Departamento de reservas donde me ayudaron y aconsejaron prestando atención a lo que mi familia quería. A partir de ese momento todo fue fácil, cercano....la experiencia fue genial !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à Santa Olivia, les deux villas sont très jolies et bien équipés, le terrain est immense avec la piscine, je recommande!

L'agence Catalunya casas a été très professionnelle et a répondu à nos questions. Concernant la maison (à Sabadell au nord de Barcelone) elle est très bien équipée et agréable, il n'y pas beaucoup d'espaces verts (pelouse) en revanche un grand jardin avec des légumes est accessible, nous en avons bien profité. Attention le tennis est un mini tennis.

I rented a house near Calafell thru Catalunyan Casas in June 2018. All went smoothly. Good website, easy to make an reservation and ask details. Flexible rental times compared to some other service providers. This is a big plus to those who do not want to rent just from saturday to saturday. Communication with the agency was excellent and all the necessary information was given before arrival. Good house manual made it easy to arrive and use the property. House was as described - beautiful villa in quiet neighbourhood. All questions were replyed quickly. Service during our stay was very good. Easy and good service - I recommend this and might use again if I return to the area!

Nuestra estancia fue en sant Feliu del Racó, una casa para 8-10 personas. Fue genial, la limpieza bien y la casa, moderna amplia y muy bien ubicada. Nos faltó una mesa de jardín y nos salto un detector de humo, pero con una llamada nos lo solucionaron todo sin problemas. Así que estamos realmente contentos, con toda la gestión y el trato que nos han dado. Sabemos sin dudar, que volveremos a realizar una reserva con ellos. Muchas gracias a todo el equipo!

I recently booked a villa through Catalunya Casas and received very good customer service. Throughout the booking / vacation the team were very helpful and quick to respond which was great, with a large party of 20 people to organise. We took advantage of the excellent additional services, which really helped our vacation to run smoothly, including a private airport transfer, local restaurant recommendations and a personal chef. The chef came to the villa and prepared a truly delicious barbeque which my guests are still talking about! Thank you for all your help, I look forward to holidaying with you again in the future.

We booked one of Catalunya Casas Villa's for a week in Blanes. Unfortunately, when we arrived in the late evening  in our Villa, the water system did not work and there was no running water at all. I contacted Catalunya Casas and they were very helpful and tried everything they could to get the water running again. The next day, there was still no water and Catalunya Casas offered us a great new villa closer to the beach and without any extra charge. The customer service team of Catalunya Casas is very kind and we are very thankful for the way we were helped.

Super, nous avons séjourné 3 nuits (5 au 8 mai) dans la villa de Castellar del Vales, les prestations sont magnifiques, les informations claires et pratiques. Vous pouvez faire confiance à Catalunya Casas les yeux fermés, de mon coté je garde ce prestataire précieusement pour mon prochains séjour.

Our stay at the traditional villa outside of Barcelona exceeded our (high) expectations and was truly amazing! We were at capacity with 26 guests and there was plenty of room for everyone to be very comfortable. Everything was as advertised and there were even some pleasant surprises that we didn't know about from the pictures, like a large third floor terrace overlooking the beautiful, hilly countryside surrounding the villa. There was no air conditioning, but even if there had been it would not have been necessary to turn it on -- even on warm, sunny days the house stayed cool. The bedrooms and common areas were comfortable and the pool area was nice and very enjoyable. The hot water did not work in some of the bathrooms, but there were still plenty of showers for everyone to be able to use. Catalunya Casas was extremely responsive leading up to our trip and answered all of my questions on the same day. We had paella catered for dinner one night and it was a spectacular meal. The chef brought all of his equipment to the house and made the paella from scratch. The whole family really enjoyed the trip, and we are already thinking of a reason to all go back! I would definitely recommend staying in this property if you have a large group coming to the region, and I would feel comfortable staying in any other Catalunya Casas property in the future.

Der Aufenthalt war perfekt. Die Unterkunft hielt was die Beschreibung und die Bilder versprachen. Die Mitarbeiter waren bei der Planung und allen Dingen vor Ort extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wüsche wurden auch vor Ort noch spontan erfüllt. Auch im Nachgang wurden Email immer sofort und kompetent beantwortet. 5 Sterne plus!!! Ich kann Catalunya Casas weiterempfehlen und würde immer wieder hierüber buchen. Vielen Dank an das Team und hier vor allem Maria für eine tolle Organisation und einen traumhaften Aufenthalt!

We rented a house in Barbera del Valles from Catalunya Casas. The house was well represented in their postings, and their instructions were well written. We had only one small issue, and Catalunya Casas responded to my email right at their opening hours, and took care of the issue promptly during the day. They were easy to work with from my first contact through the end of the rental, and we will certainly use their services again when we return to Catalonia.

We stayed in a villa in Sant Cugat del Valles, we were a party of 4 adults and 4 children, very spacious with a nice pool. We found the staff very helpful and professional. A car is an absolute must.

Le séjour était parfait, le personnel toujours très à l'écoute et réactif. Le seul gros bémol concerne la literie de la maison.... Au vu du prix de la nuitée, je me permet de vous apporter une remarque par rapport à cela. En effet les lits était extrêmement désagréables ni les sommiers ni les matelas n’étaient adaptés. Cela pose d'autant plus de problème pour les enfants. De la ferraille dépassait du lit ce qui était parfois dangereux. Nous avons même pensé à dormir sur le sol et écarté les lits... Cela est vraiment dommage car tout était très bien en dehors de cela. Nous pensons peut être refaire à nouveau appel à vous pour nos prochains séjours en Espagne.

Nice things have been said in the Catalunya Casa's website reviews about this property (Cova del Drac villa for ten, St Feliu del Raco, Castellar del Valle). And it would be hard to disagree with most of them. However, there are a number of quite important matters someone looking at this villa should really be made aware of in order to make an informed decision before choosing it. These are not evident in the website description and appear to have been ignored by/not of concern to other reviewers. That is with the exception of the last review which went up on Tripadvisor a few days before we were due to leave for our holiday. The reviewer spoke of the fact that you could only access the pool and barbecue via the front door. This was something you could not discern from the clever photography on the website and we were hoping that was not entirely the situation (as it was too late to cancel). Alas, that was exactly the case. The impression we got from the website photos was that the steps from the pool would bring you to the kitchen - but as said, this was clever and not entirely frank photography. Convenience to the kitchen/living room areas from poolside are quite important to us, as I am sure they are to many people. In this case, not only was access from front door, it was via a rather steep climb mostly on a driveway to and from the pool and could hardly be said to be convenient. It was also disappointing to find the entire pool area is overlooked by not just one house (which appears to be the case in the photos and in Google Earth), but by four houses. One of those houses is still being built (though thankfully not while we were there), another was not occupied while we were there, and the third appears to be use as a storehouse (and just below it, as a bit of a dumping ground with mattresses and other waste material blighting the hillside. Only the fourth was occupied and while there is a reasonable distance between the properties, overlooking does not mean a private hillside retreat. Nor does this location mean mountainside tranquillity. The main reason was barking of dogs at all hours of day and night. There seems to be dogs at almost every property, quite probably for security reasons. We also saw dogs running up and down the road on a couple occasions, with no sign of their owners. I know that is not really something Catalunya Casas/property owner can do anything about, but it is something intending bookers should know about (they are told "no dogs allowed"). They should also know there is a premises called "El Cim" a short distance away which hosts functions, we are informed, about ten times a year. (There were two while we were there and the sound of music from there certainly travels). I also have to point out that during our stay (11 nights, September 2017), there was an on/off drain smell in the master bedroom. It appeared worse after rain. The pool man, who arrived on a day when there was little or no smell, agreed it might have something to do with the rain and said if it got worse to contact them. But that was our third last day and it did not matter at that stage. A couple of other things which should also be pointed out: they should leave the net out (not locked up) so one can clean the pool oneself; there should be written instructions on how to use to washing machine which is a top loader; and there is no sun in the pool area after 4pm in September. It gives us no pleasure to write these things as Catalunya Casas staff seem to be quite diligent. But we can only presume they are not aware of these matters. Postscript to original review: Catalunya Casas have told us if we had brought our concerns to their attention, they would have found us an alternative. That is something worth knowing about for any future bookers.

Gorgeous villa 30 minutes from Barcelona centre supported by a friendly, helpful team easily contactable by email or phone. Wouldn't hesitate to use again, and am already looking for next years holiday.

Nous avons passé deux semaines parfaites à la villa de Torrelles .Nous étions 8 ( 4 adultes et 4 enfants) Elle est très bien équipée,la piscine est bien sécurisée(avec des enfants en bas age c'est parfait),le cadre est magnifique.Elle est également bien située géographiquement (à 20-30mn de la plage) et près de Barcelone Maria de l'agence Catalunya est très à l’écoute( réponse à nos mails en moins de deux heures! c'est très appréciable! De plus , elle a pris soin de nous appeler pour savoir si tout allait bien et si nous étions en sécurité suite aux attentats de la Rambla. nous avons vraiment apprécié! Nous ne sommes pas juste des clients lambdas! Je conseille vivement

Excellentes prestations de la part de Catalunya Casas, qui veillait à ce que notre séjour se passe le mieux possible. La maison était encore mieux que sur l'annonce (Manoir Peralada), que de bonnes surprises, nous avons passé une excellente semaine.

Wij zijn erg tevreden over de gang van zaken. Wij zijn zeer goed geïnformeerd in de weken voorafgaand aan onze vakantie. De sleutel was al in het huis aanwezig en middels een code kon je die pakken. Ideaal. Huis was erg mooi en ruim en schitterend gelegen in een Spaanse woonwijk. Keurig zwembad erbij en het centrum op loopafstand. Fijne voorzieningen in het huis waaronder een vaatwasser en een wasmachine. We kijken terug op een fijne vakantie. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar. Top service.

We had a fabulous week in Villa Mas Godell ... rural, stunning views, peaceful and private, beautiful pool and house with games room. Everything was perfect and the owners, Salvador & Hortensia, were wonderful. Vineyards, olive groves, pines - perfect if you want to get away from it all. There were 9 of us in our family group - 3 generations including 2 teenagers - and we all want to return! Catalunya Casas staff were also excellent - responding quickly to emails and checking that we were all ok. An amazing place - would highly recommend!

Great house, great view. The manual and the pictures must update. No slide in the swimming pool (was on pictures on interntet), washing machina and the dishwaser are not the same and in manual (does not matter for us) and there were towels to use in garden, no information about that in manual. But over all great.

Cadre exceptionnel au milieu du parc de Sant Lorenç Savall. Un lieu idéale pour tous les amateurs de randonnées ou pour les spécialistes du farniente. Villa isolée au milieu des montagnes ce qui rend le site très calme. Nous avons profiter pendant 15 jours de la piscine privée (2.20m de fond au max), des GR à proximités. Bien que la Villa ne soit pas a coté des commerces, 15-20 minutes suffises à retrouver la civilisation. La villa est vraiment authentique est nécessite quelques améliorations au niveau de la literie et de certaines douches. Cependant cela ne retire rien à la qualité général du site et des équipements proposés (Electroménager, vaisselles, TV, un peu de Wifi). Catalunya Casas propose également tout un tas de service en complément, nous avons d'ailleurs profité du barbecue Espagnole... un régal pour les yeux mais surtout pour le ventre.

We thought we had a good agency with good houses. But not every house is a good house and there is no accomodiation from this agency. House was far away from the description. Never ever again. I feel pity.. And no - I am not an ex-employee nor from another agency. I am ex-client!

Une maison et un environnement fantastiques ! Nous étions 14 pour un séjour d'une semaine entre amis (avec enfants) et tout était parfait pour du farniente ou encore de la balade dans les environs. Un peu loin de tout, c'est vrai, mais c'est pas mal de se déconnecter de temps en temps (le wifi fonctionne tout de même) :-)

Definitely would repeat our experience; Catalunya Casas people are great! Location: Felt at home and safe in the very quiet and friendly community of El Balco. Close to larger communities, including a short (25 km) driving distance to Barcelona (and beach). Indoor: Truly a cozy rural villa. Comfortable beds. Kitchen was complete with stove, oven and microwave for cooking and other amenities including dishwasher. Plenty of house space for our needs. Abundant hot water, but be patient to wait for it. Outdoor: Very large and well maintained back area and pool; a nicely shaded large upper level, and the pool on a large lower level. Ate most meals outdoors given the excellent weather and beautiful view. Off-street parking space was excellent. Catalunya Casas: Wonderful people and organization. Very helpful. Very thankful to them!!!

My family and I visited the region of Catalonia for our annual trip and we could not have asked for a better place to spend it. Having our own private pool with easy access to shops and markets was a treat, and it truly felt like we were at home. The beach and Barcelona are not too far away, either, and we made each of those destinations into day trips. We will certainly return to the region for our next vacation. We didn’t actually book with you in the end - the person who dealt with us was incredibly helpful, but the family we were travelling with preferred Italy and so we went there instead. If we were travel to Spain in the future we'd definey come to you first!!

Mais nous avons eu un contrat dans les règles, et à notre arrivée nous avons été accueilli par de charmantes personnes.
