Used their services during our holiday this summer (2025) in Costa Blanca (Denia). Overall, super happy! - good prices, the appartment was top notch, and absolutely matching the photos online: airco, bright flat, a lot of space, big balcony with shade, big pool, modern furniture and beds etc. etc. Well cleanded and prepared for our visit. On top of that , good communication and service from the agency - always responsive to our questions and helpful! I would recommend!

A very nice, clean and nice apartment to stay. Equipped with everything. On a nice complex with a parking space in a garage. Concierge is present at the complex. Contact between landlord went very well and smoothly. Answered questions and gave advice. Is very centrally located near boulevard, shops and all restaurants and bars. Casa Ann, la casa que alquilamos de Denia es estupenda, muy bien equipada, camas cómodas, increíble vista al mar desde la terraza, amplio salón y jardín y una cocina muy completa. La piscina muy chula también. La única pega es que la ubicación hace que el acceso sea preferible en coche, ya que las aceras para ir caminando con seguridad, escasean en la zona. Por lo demás, un 10. Además, la agencia Quality Rent nos facilitó todas las gestiones, fue todo muy fácil y ayudó con nuestras dudas una vez en la casa.

Espectacular casa para pasar unos días de vacaciones con amigos. La casa esta completamente equipada con todo lo necesario. La limpieza de la casa, cuartos de baño, habitaciones, cocina, etc es digna de un hotel de 5 estrellas. En nuestro caso estaba equipada con barbacoa de gas que funciono a las mil maravillas, tenían la bombona de gas, pinzas, palas de barbacoa, etc, todo lo necesario para hacer la barbacoa sin problema, fácilmente desmontable para limpiarla y volverla a montar. La piscina es bastante grande en la parte que mas cubre tendrá una profundidad de 170. Es un lugar muy tranquilo por las noches y no esta lejos de la playa en coche. Respecto a la gestión, nos pareció espectacular, tuvimos un percance con la base de una sombrilla que se partió por el temporal y no nos lo cobraron en la fianza, devolviéndonos el 100% de esta. Recomiendo la instancia 100%, sin duda volveremos el año que viene.

Beautiful villa, located in a gorgeous neighbourhood. The villa has everything you need for a perfect stay. We had 7 guests in a party and it was spacious enough for all of us. It’s a short drive to the local supermarkets (car is recommended) and 10/15min drive to the centre. The outside area and the view were the highlight for us. Would recommend and will come back!

Unsere einwöchige Reise nach Denia, Spanien, war einfach fantastisch! Wir haben in einer wunderschönen Ferienwohnung mit Pool gewohnt und könnten nicht zufriedener sein. Die Wohnung war makellos sauber und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Alles war modern und komfortabel, vom gemütlichen Bett bis hin zur gut ausgestatteten Küche, die alles bot, was wir für unsere Mahlzeiten brauchten. Der Balkon mit Blick auf das Meer und die umliegende Landschaft war ein Highlight – perfekt für entspannte Frühstücke und romantische Abende. Der Poolbereich war ein Paradies. Er war nicht nur sauber und gut gepflegt, sondern auch groß genug, um sowohl zu schwimmen als auch zu entspannen. Wir haben viele Stunden damit verbracht, uns in der Sonne zu aalen und im erfrischenden Wasser zu baden. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung war ideal. Wir konnten die Strände von Denia in nur wenigen Minuten erreichen, und die Stadt selbst war voller Charme und Leben. Es gab viele tolle Restaurants, Geschäfte und Märkte, die alle leicht zugänglich waren. Besonders genossen haben wir die frischen Meeresfrüchte und die freundliche Atmosphäre der Einheimischen. Die Vermieter waren unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Sie standen uns jederzeit für Fragen zur Verfügung und gaben uns tolle Tipps für Ausflüge und Restaurants. Ihre Gastfreundschaft hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Insgesamt war unser Aufenthalt in dieser Ferienwohnung in Denia einfach perfekt. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und konnten wunderbar abschalten und entspannen. Wir kommen definitiv wieder und können die Agentur „Quality Rent“ jedem wärmstens empfehlen, der einen erholsamen und zugleich erlebnisreichen Urlaub verbringen möchte. The apartment was very nice and clean. The kitchen was equipped well beyond what one finds on average in rented houses. The apartment is located in a condo that brand new, with a nice green common area where a nice pool is located. The beach is 5 minutes walking distance far away.

Hemos reservado una villa a Quality, todo perfecto, la casa limpia y ordenada. Instrucciones de llegada perfectas. Detallazo de botella de cava en la nevera y mona de chocolate para los chavales. Totalmente recomendable.

Gran agencia con muy buenos pisos

What a mess, rented a villa in October here. At arrival the cleaners left dirty sheets on the outer table. The villa 'Neptun' smells badly and there as a lot of humidity and in general the maintenance has been really bad for a long time. Doorframes are broken/damaged, paintwork is poor. But worst is the smell of sewage in the morning from all the bathrooms and non-flushable toilets during our stay (no water refilling). When we confronted them about this after our stay they simply point to their T&C and say that we needed to tell them each occurrence directly and not at check-out. But what they don't seem to understand is that people are expecting a certain level of quality (as expected from QUALITY rent 😉) without having to alert them on each flaw they could have fixed before when they would check the villas themselves PLUS that a visitor doesn't wan't to stay in the villa to receive maintenance guys during their stay.... Long story short; bad quality, bad service.

Wir haben das zweite mal über diese agentur gebucht. Von unserer seite können wir nur ein großes lob aussprechen. Man wird freundlich empfangen. Man nimmt sich zeit, auch wenn schon der nächste kunde im raum steht. Sehr hilfsbereit. Die villa/das haus und der pool, sowie der rest des grundstückes war bei ankunft sehr sauber. Der garten wurde während unseres aufenthaltes einmal gepflegt, das personal war sehr freundlich. Der pool wurde 2 mal die woche aufgefüllt und augenscheinlich auch sehr gründlich gereinigt. Auch diese/r mitarbeiter war/en sehr freundlich. Macht weiter so. Ein team (hier sind auch die mitarbeiter der gartenbaufirma des poolservice und der reinigungskräfte inbegriffen) das funktioniert und den gästen einen angenehmen aufenthalt zum erholen und entspannen ermöglicht. Gerne wieder.

Unas vacaciones inolvidables. Gracias a Quality Rent hemos pasado unas vacaciones increíbles en Casa Alicia. Ellos nos propusieron esta vivienda y no lo podían haber hecho mejor. Hoy de vuelta a nuestro domicilio todavía creo que he vivido un sueño. Solo podemos agradecerles lo bien que nos han tratado, su profesionalidad, los detalles que encontramos en la casa, su recomendación para elegir Casa Alicia, en definitiva, que nos hemos sentido como en nuestra propia casa. Volveremos a confiar en ellos. Como muestra adjunto unas imágenes que valen más que mil palabras.

une villa javea soit disant ibiza , déçue. piscine sale a notre arrivée nous devions attendre le passage du pisciniste mardi soit 3 jours après notre arrivée! il est arrivé bien sur mardi a 20h avec sa clope au bec ! aucun controle de chlore ou autres... une villa ou plutôt une maison trop cher pour ce que nous avons trouvé sur place sans compter la clim et le nettoyage de fin de séjour a payer en plus de la réservation une escroquerie! si vous voulez une villa de rêve vous trouverez bien mieux ailleurs! je met une étoile et c'est beaucoup car mon expérience ne s est malheureusement pas arrêtée a la piscine sale!

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour fin mai 2019. Superbe maison, bien sécurisée, avec piscine et jardin donnant directement sur la plage, très propre à l'intérieur et à l'extérieur, literie, linges de maison et serviettes de bain impeccables. Très bonne préparation et organisation de la part de l'agence Quality Rent de Dénia avant d'arriver sur site. Une mention toute particulière pour Donna, très efficace... et qui parle très bien français !

Hola,la casa estaba tan sucia ,que nos quedamos toda la familia sin vacaciones .No se podía entrar así.

Hemos estado séis personas en la villa del pinaret de Dénia y lo hemos pasado muy bien.

El estado de limpieza de la casa muy malo. Suciedad en la cocina y en el menaje.

Estaba sin limpiar y muy sucia la casa un rato antes de entrar.

Alquilamos una casa vacacional para descansar 12 personas (familia amigos).que llegamos de viaje. Y nos han entregado la casa en pésimas condiciones; comida podrida en el desagüe de la cocina, los cajones de cubiertos sucios, un frutero con telas de araña, la vitrocerámica con costra, etc.Yo en mi trabajo procuro hacer las cosas bien, y si me equivoco intento arreglarlo.No es solución enviar a limpiar lo que ya tenía que estar en condiciones, para eso os hemos confiado nuestra vacaciones y por supuesto pagado. Y como sugerencia al fantástico y superprofesional gerente que nos invitó a abandonar la oficina..... podría mudarse unos días a tan maravillosa y cuidada casa

This was our second stay at Villa Ermita. The villa has gorgeous mountain views from the pool and the balconies. However the highlight is the spectacular backdrop of the Montgo Massif which rises dramatically from the valley floor in the national park just behind the villa. We had a fabulous time hanging out in around the chlorine free salt water infinity pool and have wonderful memories of spectacular sunsets and dinner cooked in the outdoor kitchen. There is also plenty to do in the area - such as kayaking, walking, lovely lunches on the beach and plenty more. We would highly recommend this area and this villa.

Very personal service and a pleasure to deal with. No sales pressure. Honest, friendly and straightforward approach (perhaps a little 'no nonsense ' Germanic style occasionally). Great range of properties in special places. Have some wheelchair accessible properties. Very good after sales service.

A fantastic experience from start to finish. Continuous communication throughout. We stayed at Villa Ermita which exceeded all expectations. A beautiful well kept and spacious villa with everything you could need. A fantastic infinity pool and with the national park as a backdrop you couldn't ask for a more picturesque property. A 5 min drive to the town and some great local restaurants near by. Full deposit was returned immediately and a good follow up service. Would highly recommend this property and company to anyone.

Great experience with this company - organised a fantastic stay in ‘Villa Ermita’ with beautiful views. Property was very clean and well presented, we had no issues with our deposit, the management team were very helpful and responsive. Would recommend! ‘Villa Ermita’ itself was in a great location - on the doorstep of the national park, good for hiking, and a short drive to Javea for beach and old town culture. Jesus Pobre is just round the corner for a great Sunday Market.👍

Absolutely loved staying at Villa Ermita. Perfect tranquil getaway right next to the stunning Montgo mountain. Great large swimming pool, quick drive I to the centre of Javea if you want to go out for a meal etc. Got my deposit back in full, so no worries there. Can’t wait to go back!

RECOMMENDED! This rental company is very professional and their services (from contacting them up to checking out) are well-organised and of hgih quality: they were very patient (very important for me :-) and provided accurate information. The local services were good including bedding and towel service. The staff is extremely flexible and friendly and we wouls definately use their services again. They also offer real estate services for buying property we were told. TOP SERVICE and good and honest ratings of offered property so very reliable! Thank you from Henk and Jan; we found a future partner for our trips to Denia and surroundings!

Excelente gestión en el alquiler de una villa. Sin engaños y fieles a la realidad.

VILLA ERMITA. I love this place; its huge infinity pool is a particular delight, and the stunning views of the mountains and sunsets will always be exhilarating. Eating out by the pool from the barbeque is so easy, and the supply of local fish is wonderfully fresh. All the accommodation is spacious and comfortable, with lovely surrounding garden and fruit trees. A special touch is the shower by the pool which has solar heated hot water, so good before and after the swim, and the pool is chlorine free. Its very easy to share with your friends and family as there's a separate flat, and 5 other bedrooms on three floors, all with their own attractions. Xabia, the local town had great restaurants and beaches. I will certainly return here if at all possible. It's also very quiet, just below the mountain to the north.

Staying in a lovely property 'villa ermita' with 11 others. The views were impressive and we all felt like it was a second home. Got full deposit back and great service from the agency.

Great villa, that’s where is ends. Severely disappointed by the shameful acts of deceit since our holiday ended, which has ruined all our memories. As mentioned in several other reviews, do not expect to get your deposit back. We have lost 700 Euros and they want more! When asked to justify the withholding of funds, all we are presented with is an invoice for a new table and threats of legal action. The table in question is a solid, inch thick, steel topped dining table which apparently we split in half, it really is incredible! Avoid this business at all costs, you can rent the villa we stayed in on several other websites. Many of the reviews on this account should not be trusted, there are 2 x 5 star reviews from Donna Badra and 1 x 5 star review from Sabine Abele. These are both employees of the business, the later being the Managing Director. Just goes to show what sort of company they are. I only hope that the use of social media will prompt them to acting professionally, apologising, returning our money and changing their ways. Cheats never prosper!

Agence qui ne prend même pas la peine de te renseigner sur la location d une villa on envoy demande te répond impossible de vous répondre pour une location pour le lendemain conversation désagréable au téléphone on dérange plus qu autre chose. Et réponse débrouiller vous avec le site internet. Je ne recommande pas et vais louer é ailleur.

Service van quality rent a villa is prima en correct.... zolang alles naar verwachting verloopt. Als dit even niet het geval is dan is de service iets minder omdat alles toch iets lastiger lijkt te zijn. Echter zijn dit de momenten dat je goede service verwacht. Dat bepaalde zaken niet altijd volgens afspraak verlopen, kan gebeuren. Maar neem als agentschap daarin wel je verantwoordelijkheid en een excuus maakt veel goed. In dit geval kiest quality rent ervoor om het probleem bij iemand anders te leggen en om een koele en afstandelijke bejegening op het einde aan te nemen. Jammer! 90% was prima maar de laatste 10% zorgt ervoor dat we in de toekomst geen gebruik meer zullen maken van quality rent a villa.

Contactamos con Quality Rent gracias a unos amigos, me lo pintaron muy bien, un trato excelente tanto como gerente y limpieza. Teníamos una serie de dudas sobre la casa en la queríamos alquilar, al final nos decidimos por Agua Verde situada en Javea, queríamos comodidad y tranquilidad. Las fotos me lo confirmaron, Agua Verde es fantástica, tiene todo lo necesario, es amplia, confortable y grande, tiene todo lo necesario en cuanto a equipamiento. Una vez en Agua Verde nos sorprendió el amplio jardín los niños estaban encantados tenían una zona para poder jugar y no perderles de vista. Nos sorprendió mucho la amplia piscina de un color verde una casa de ensueño, sin duda la recomiendo. Muchísimas gracias a todo el equipo de Quality Rent y espero volver pronto

Como gestora de alquileres nefasta. Nos robaron las llaves del piso, entraron al piso, nos robaron dinero en metálico, llamamos al teléfono de emergencia de la agencia y nos dijeron que denunciaramos. Tras denunciar, vino el cerrajero de urgencia a cambiar el bombín. La agencia nos cargó la mitad del importe del bombín en la fianza porque la casa no tenía seguro. Penalizados por haber sido robados. Actitud LAMENTABLE. Nunca más con esta agencia. Por cierto, COMPROBAD QUE LOS LLAVEROS que os entregan NO LLEVAN PUESTA LA DIRECCIÓN DEL PISO.

Nous avons séjourné dans la villa nommée Aurora, la maison en elle même est très sympa mais SURE vendue sur les divers sites, au rez DE chaussée de la villa il y a une odeur de moissisure PAS très agréable, le voisinage est discret mais les CHIENS c'est du mAtin au soir, oreille sensible s'abstenir!!! L'agence mnt la personne qui parle anglais français et espagnol a eu un comportement autin et déplorable, Je ne sais pas pour QUI elle nous a pris mais c'est intolérable!!! Le linge de lit à ete changé 1 fois par une dame très sympathique mais l'odeur au secour ( heureusement machine à laver Dans la maison ) JE déconseille l'agence et VOUS conseilles d'aller ailleurs!!!

Escroquerie pure, simple, N'espérez pas récupérer votre caution entière. Ils attendent que vous partiez à des milliers de km, pour crée des soucis sur leurs pitoyable maisonnette, qu'il ose appeler villa Résultats vous êtes facture directement sur la caution La directrice d'agence m'indiquer d'ailleurs qu'elle avait autant de client qu'elle le souhaitez (j'imagine que c'est pour ça qu'il se permette ça)

Oficina de alquiler turistico con servicios muy buenos. Casa de vacaciones con piscina privada y apartamentos en la playa. Inmobiliaria. Hablan 6 idiomas. Empresa profesional. Y es mentira total que no dan servicio de llave de encontrar la casa etc. Simplemente si llegas fuera del horario o por la noche las estaran depositatas en un keybox. What a shame people writing here...all a lie...

I was going to list my villa in Calpe with this company until I read Uxia Olsson's blog. I mean they leave the keys of the properties they are managing in an outdoor box with the names of each villa on the key fob. Anyone returning a key could easily take and copy a set of anyones property. Shambles !
