We had a wonderful time exploring Parc Güell with our awesome tour guide Iu! I highly recommend taking the BGB tour whether it's your first or fifth time to the park! We learned so much and had a blast while doing so. It was nice to have a small group for the tour and it was well paced showing off the highlights of the park in under an hour leaving time to explore on your own afterwards.

My husband and I are so grateful to the super guide by our sweetest and knowledgeable guide Tanya who opens our eyes to Gaudi, art nouveau and chocolates!!! Great thumb up to all our BGB tour guides who greatly satisfied our visits to Mountjuic, Montserrat and brilliantly enhanced our appreciation of Barcelona!!!

We booked BGB for a city tour of Barcelona and Sagrada Familia in November 2019. The tour were very good and the service of BGB was excellent. Tour guide Ms. Amaia Gual Arriaga was an extremely good guide and was very helpful, very polite and very courteous.

Great way to see the city

El tour que nos dio Jaume Andreu fue la mar de ameno, exhaustivo y lleno de anécdotas. Estoy convencido de que no habríamos descubierto ni la mitad de lo que la Sagrada Familia esconde de no ser por su guía.

Actually we bought tickets for guided tour by accident but our guide - Nuria made the trip extremely interesting. She told us loads of exciting facts about the city. Thank you.

My wife and I were able to visit the Palau de Musica in Barcelona by accident. Our guide Andrès Rodriguez ("Pep") made a really excellent job! He could explain the history and the backgrounds of this wonderful building so brilliant and emphatically. It was a diverting and impressively pleasure!

Vaig contractar els seus serveis per uns clients meus que venien dels Estats Units i van quedar molt contents amb els seus serveis. Els hi va atendre Mariona Prats i van estar encantats amb la seva professionalitat i coneixament tant de l'idioma com de tot el que els hi va explicar sobre la ciutat i costums, ja que els hi va fer un tour molt personalitzat a les seves necessitats. I wanted to acknowledge the tour guide Bernat as he was so knowledgeable. He provided descriptions of the areas we drove through while heading out to the highway. We learned so much of the Barcelona areas and history as well as the way of the Spanish life. Thanks to him it was the best tour guided we have experienced. The bus driver Ismael was a safe driver and the bus was comfortable. Lastly the Monserrat touched me spiritually 🙏🏻 And I will never forget this trip.

We had a wonderful tour of the Dali Museum and of Historic Girona by High Speed Train! The BGB team provided a taxi for us to the Sants Train Station where we were met by BGB personnel. They provided us with our tour packet of train tickets, itinerary and maps and ensured we understood which train to take and the name of our guide who met us on the train in Girona. On the train we met Jessica, our tour guide. She directed us to the bus to take us to the Dali Museum. She then provided a very informative tour of the Dali Museum. It included background on Dali's life and what influenced his art. She adeptly guided us through the museum, avoiding crowded sections but but coming back later in the tour when it was less crowded, ensuring we saw all of his major works. She provided an excellent interpretation of each of his significant works. We opted for the full day tour that included a walking tour of Historic Girona. Jessica accompanied us on the train to Girona where she arranged transportation to the Historic Section. There we had an hour free time for lunch before resuming the tour. The walking tour of Girona was excellent. Jessica pointed out the major historic sites while providing the historical perspectives of their importance in their times. For Game of Thrones fans, she was also very knowledgeable of the various filming locations of scenes for season six and pointed them out for photo opportunities. We also visited several scenic locations that provided fabulous vistas of Girona. At the conclusion of the tour, she arranged our transportation back to the Girona Train Station and ensured we were on the correct train back to Barcelona. Once back in Barcelona, everyone was responsible for transportation back to their hotels. Overall, the BGB organization and Jessica in particular, were well organized and professional. We had an excellent experience on our tour of the Dali Museum and Historic Girona!

Hicimos un tours con el grupo de Erasmus. La chica era muy “graciosa”. Explicó a todos los compañeros del curso lo corruptos que somos en España, incidiendo en que eramos el pais mas corrupto que conocía. Entiendo que la gente pueda tener una percepción de nuestro país, concebida por las noticias que inundan cada día nuestros periódicos, pero otra cosa es que una guía turística lo explique en su itinerario turístico 👎🏼.

I had a great time in Barcelona! One of the many highlights was the Gaudi tour conducted by Irina Sytcheva. She did an excellent job guiding our group and provided wonderful information!

I visited Montserrat using BGB tour company and they are very good, Jesus the driver and the two tour guide Aurther translated in French and Able translated in English were excellent. Great experience and I highly recommend it

On rainy, nasty June 6, 2018, my husband and I were the only ones who showed up for the Montserrat Premium Tour and had one of the best experiences of our vacation. Our now private tour guide, Anna-Lluïsa was wonderful – incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about all things Montserrat, as well as especially personable and professional. She had undergone extensive training at Montserrat, and had even gotten to know some of the monks so had some interesting insight. This is a fabulous tour since it includes evening vespers, exclusive access to the Sacristy, a tour of the museum (itself a hidden gem) and time to explore the site, with its breathtaking views. Highly recommended!

Cristina Mila was our guide and was knowledgable and personable. This was a group tour on a bus with people getting on and off according to the length and location of their tour. It was raining and Christina adjusted according to needs. We even stopped for lunch. It really turned into a private tour where we had some time to discuss as well as listen to the overview. The tour of Sagrada Familia was excellent! Cristina is very knowledgable about this site and shares her enthusiasm. Highly recommend!

Oggi 10/08/2017 abbiamo fatto un giro stupendo nel muse di Picasso e nel quartiere gotico con la guida IRINA bravissima anzi fantastica ci ha portato nel mondo di Picasso e nella sua vita in modo semplice e accattivante veramente interessante ...siamo felici bravissima Irina

I've taked 2 excursions organized by Guide Bureau and was able to learn a lot about Barcelona. One was shopping route (highly recommended) and another one - guided visit to Sagrada Familia.

Excellent guide and very well organised despite rain and so many tourists

We secured two walking tours with BGB, and had Laura Coch as our guide. Our little crew of 13 fell in love with Laura...who soon became the face of Barcelona for us. She is super knowledgeable, energetic, has fun stories, great suggestions and is easy to listen to. We visited La Sagrada Familia & went through Park Guell on the first day, and on the second day we went to the Picasso Museum and the Barri Gothic quarters...our final stop on day 2 was Orio tapas: a delicious, affordable little eatery... We will reserve Laura again on our next visit. Thank you Laura!
