Mui mala exprencia compre los pasajes y me fui de viaje con la famalia mi mujer quieria volver unls dias antes de su vuelta le llamado unas cauntas veces nunca de dan una respuesta y no te ayudan solo te lo dicen ellos no pueden hacer nada caundo tengan un vuelo y tenga algun asinto avisaran y njnca avisan primera y ultima vez que compro un pasaje ellos gracias

We don´t charge high commission only in some matters economy cheap seats are not available on dates travellers ask, So we have to quote what is minimum available in other classes

very bad agency they do not help you at all you write for the ticket to change the date and they do not answer you they are not professionals and on top of that you pay the ticket more than 1000 euro to change the date they ask for another 1000 euro I do not recommend a very bad agency.

Pongo una estrella porque no puedo colocar ninguna…No compréis nunca en esta agencia de viajes, compre 3 billetes de avión en abril de este año para comprarlos más económicos & sucede me enviaron una reserva solamente & nunca emitieron los billetes siempre me venían con cuentos que era un error y siempre llame a la aerolínea para verificar y nunca los compraron me decían que espere octubre o noviembre que iba a ver que salía bien & en octubre este mes me dicen que me van a devolver el dinero después de 5 meses & tuve que comprar los billetes 1480 pavos más, por culpa de estos. Ojalá las autoridades paren esto & que yo sea el ultimo que han engañado!
