Hola escribo aquí para pedir por favor no sobrevolar Barcelona en helicóptero. Toda la gente que vive en la ciudad y las personas del litoral, en la playa, están sufriendo el ruido del helicóptero, tan solo para el disfrute de dos o tres personas. Os agradezco desde ya que lo consideréis.

Meerdere keren contact proberen te leggen op de website (chat) + aan de telefoon. Je krijgt ze gewoon NIET te pakken en simpele vragen kunnen niet beantwoord worden. Daarna langs proberen te gaan bij de toren, komen we aan en hebben ze daar al maanden geen locatie meer?! Afschuwelijk dat dit nog op de website wordt aangegeven. Na dit alles durf ik niet eens bij ze te boeken!!!! Geen aanrader

Wir hatten über BCN-Travel ein Online-Ticket für einen Tag für eine Stadtrundfahrt (Barcelona City-Tour) und eine Bootstour für 4 Personen gebucht. Leider gab es jedes Mal, sowohl am Informationsstand als auch bei jedem Einstieg in den Bus der Barcelona-City-Tour, Diskussionen über die Gültigkeit des Tickets. Der auf dem Ticket aufgedruckte Strichcode konnte nie erfolgreich eingescannt werden. Auch bei der Bootstour schaute man mich ungläubig an und fragte mich, wer das Ticket ausgestellt hat und ob das Ticket gültig ist. Diese ständigen Diskussionen waren unnötig und kosteten viel Zeit, die wir lieber für das Erkunden der Stadt verwendet hätten. BCN Travel hat auf meine negative Bewertung reagiert und mir mitgeteilt, dass dies wohl nicht die Art von Service ist , den man anbieten wolle. Demnach wäre die Pandemiezeit sehr schwierig gewesen, was zu einer kurzfristigen Einstellung vieler neuer Mitarbeiter geführt habe. Man vermutet, dass es deshalb diese Kommunikationsschwierigkeiten gab.

BCN Travel have done everything possible for me to use my helicopter trip. Ive had to cancel firstly due to covid and secondly due to personal issue. But they are allowing me to roll over my booking to 2023. Fantastic customer support especially after businesses suffering through Covid. I thank everyone at BCN and would totally recommend this company to anyone Cheers Steve from Bristol

Bus/metro card was well worth the price, we were able to see alot of stuff in 2 days. We didn't use too many of the discounts as we found better deals via coupons, etc.

Great Experience! We needed a few coaches to transfer a group to various locations. Drivers on time, super friendly, well briefed upfront and knowing where they needed to go. Overall great experience and super contact with Sara from BCN Travel! Looking forward to the next mission to give to them.

Een helikoptervlucht geregeld via BCN, reageren snel, good advies en een aanrader!

We had a great time with the 3 days BCN pass. We visited a lot of museums and the aquarium and also attended a great flamenco show. An updated schedule of the museum during the holiday season would have helped. And there was O e bus (b20/b25) that we could take with the 3 day pass. But it was a great experience. We recommend it. The history museum was our personal favorite.

Busses provided an efficient and effective way to see the city. I purchased the 2 day pass and even with buying my tickets in advance to some of the attractions, I still wasn't able to see everything at all of the stops. The audio guides were informative and the coupon book they provide had some great deals in it - I used the 15% off at Zara! My only complaint was that the wifi was spotty at times and I wish that the busses ran longer; there was even a time where we were told that at 7:30pm we had to exit the bus, even though it was supposed to run until 8pm. Barcelona comes alive in the night and a lot of the building are lit, but to see it, you'll need to walk or take another form of transportation which is unfortunate. (If you look at it this way, it might be better to just purchase the T10 or week pass for the metro, so you can get unlimited rides at all times...)

Prima boekingsburo. Komen hun afspraken na. Alles was keurig geregeld. Geluidsapperatuur was prima. Helaas geen toilet voor de klanten. Je wordt naar de Mc. Donalds aan de overkant gestuurd. Dat is wel kwalijk, omdat het kantoor oa. als vertrekpunt wordt gebruikt voor rondleidingen.

We used BCN Travel Shuttle Bus for pickup, at the cruise port, and drop off, at the airport, after our stay in Barcelona. They were prompt and dependable. They contacted our hotel to make sure we were aware of our pickup time and location. I would definitely recommend this service.

Professional Travel Agency - we were group of 40, we took accomodation, daily trip and 6 transfers. Everything was organized pretty well as we discussed. Thank you Christian.

Terrible! Take a taxi! I am a travel agent who booked private transfers with this company for myself. Their website states they will wait 30 minutes for you to get out of the airport after your flight arrival time. It also states that should you be delayed then you should call the number on the voucher so that they can have the driver there at the appropriate time. The driver will be standing there with a sign and your name on it. Well, first off, 30 minutes is unrealistic. It took me almost 2 hours to get through customs and they know this! If you have to pick up luggage from the carousel then add on more time. I immediately called the number I was provided to inform them I was stuck in the LONG customs line. I gave her the reference number and it was no help to her. She told me to take a taxi! My reservation with BCN was prepaid! There was no one out there with a sign so I ended up taking a taxi. All my years of being a travel agent, I have never dealt with such an incompetent and unprofessional transportation service such as this one. In fact, the email correspondence with Christian was very unprofessional and he even stated he took it all personally. I will never refer my clients to this company! It is a transportation company's responsibility to watch flight arrival times, take into consideration the long customs lines and to be there waiting! STEER CLEAR and just take a taxi! It was fast and less money! I hope you find this review helpful!

Un buen sitio

El primer día, aunque pasamos frío en la parte superior del autobús y el vidrio estaba manchado y no nos dejaba ver nítidamente, disfrutamos el paseo. El segundo día, no pudimos escuchar la audio guía en español en varios de los puestos en los que nos sentamos, porque la conexión estaba mal. Terminamos escuchándola en inglés e, inclusive, en catalán. Fue un poco decepcionante.

Door to door service in a private mini-van. Great service at a good price. Would definitely use again!

Transfers went smoothly and people were kind and helpful especially at the airport when we were leaving, I wish I could remember the young ladies name but she was fabulous.

I've booked private transfer for a group of 18 people to and from the airport and I also bought Barcelona card and other things. Everything went very smooth and very professional. For sure that I will come back for their services.

Used them for a private airport transfer to a cruise ship. All Good.

We took the full bus tour on all 3 lines for 2 days, it was amazing. Buses were always on time, every 5 minutes a new bus arriving. It was a great way of visiting the city and it enabled us to see much more than we would've just by using public transportation or walking about.

Great service and price...everything went smoothly. I look forward to using them again.

Very professional, not pressure. Couple of suggestions: 1) Please make it clear that your pickup location is in front of HARD ROCK Cafe, it wasn't clear on your website and in confirmation email. We got their a bit early and was confused as to where to wait for the bus. 2) I know, you had a lot ground to cover, so you simply drove .. I would preferred a few more breaks for coffee.

We took the Gaudi tour which was a great way to see the sights. Our guide was very knowledgable which made the tour all the better. Our tour ended with the Sagrada Familial which was amazing. The coach arrived and left on time and was very comfortable. I would definitely use BCN whenever i am back in Barcelona.

Great way of transportation in Barcelona. The busses come ervery vife minutes which makes it easy to hop on and off. All three routes are also great and a great way to see a lot of the city in short time.

I had a fantastic holiday in Barcelona, took the hop on/off bus and could see all the beautiful work of Gaudi, Barceloneta and the cathedral.

BCN Travel Card was great - the booklet with discounts was a little more difficult unless buying the tickets from the BCN booth. But it was worth it to use and the lady who helped us under the Columbus Statue was super nice and helpful. I would buy it again

We had a problem with BCN Travel arrived 30 min late which we emailed them about on our return from our holiday and their team checked immediately for the reasons why it happened and now we satisfied that the problem was dealt with in a very caring manner and they assured us it will not happen again as most of their clients are happy with their prompt service. So we will recommend them to be used.

Me and my housband spent two wonderful days in Barcelona. We decided to use Hop on hop off bus and we were very much satisfied. Everything went very well. We hope to come to BCN soon again, but then with our little son to enjoy also other attractions such as Aquarium, ZOO and similar.

We definitely enjoyed using the hop on hop off tour. But I wouldn't recommend buying the tickets online to save the 10%. I bought the tickets online and we had a stop very close to our hotel. We waited in line only to be told we needed physical tickets. It wasn't explained to us exactly where to go, so we headed to the square and stood in another line up only to find that this wasn't the correct bus tour company. Once we did find the correct office, we again waited inline and I then had to send an email with my receipt to the ticket agent for them to confirm that I had paid for the tickets and then they printed them... doing all this used up our energy and extra time we could have used for going on the other routes. I would recommend the bus for sure... but don't bother buying your tickets online to save the 10%. Just go directly to the office to buy them.

We took two tours with BCN Travel and was well satisfied with both. When we arrived in Barcelona we took the Hop-on-hop-off bus and got a wonderful overview of the city. We were desperately jet-lagged so we only took the red line, but we found it very informative and got off and back on without any problems. The next day we went with BCN to Montserrat, which we loved and on to a Spanish village re-creation which demonstrated cultural differences from many different regions across Spain in architecture and crafts. Lovely! We highly recommend BCN in Barcelona.

It is very good choise if you need to get to airport at night or early morning. They pick you up from place you need and it's much cheaper than taxi in Barcelona. Happy to find them :)

Mixed feelings. Pro: The tour itself was quite okay, although we had to wait more than an hour to get on the bus. Con: The clerk could have been more helpful when I was complaining the poor WIFI of the office she simply shrug her shoulders telling me to find a place where there's good wifi reception. Things could go more smooth as I do not think I am the first and only person complaining about it.

We had wonderful tour in Barcelona. We were picked up from the cruise and had a great tour around Barcelona. We were then dropped off at our hotel

We used BCN Travel for an Airport transfer to our hotel. When exiting the baggage area, they were waiting for us just to the right. We had to wait around 10 minutes for a group to gather for our shuttle and then followed our guide to our mini-bus. They loaded our bags quickly and we were on our way into the city. They were very quick at each stop for unloading each group and this was much easier than trying to transfer between buses and subway systems to get to our hotel. Cheaper than a taxi, easier than a bus. Next time we are in Barcelona, we are using BCN Travel again.

VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNSAFE I booked an airport transfer through this company for my family for 5 people at 1 am on a friday night. I am extremely unhappy with the service of this company and advise to avoid it at all costs because : 1- the driver insisted on charging us an extra 25€ because we had two 12 months old babies on top of the 7 people (2 of them being 4 years old kids). (The cost of a taxi tranfer is about 28€ by the way). The 2 babies were travelling in their mother's arms and I really don't understand why they charged a transport fee, and a more expensive one than adult! He did not even provide any baby seat. I had to pay because the driver threatened to not depart and it was 1am and the whole family was very tired and worried about this inconvenience. 2- one of my luggage disappeared during the transfer. It had some valuables items inside. When I reported this to BCN travel, they just reply that they will investigate with their driver and then I never heard from them. MAM

Booked a semi-private shuttle from the airport to a hotel in Barcelona. We arrived late and our luggage was lost. The driver waited without any complaints for almost an hour before we were ready to go, was very understanding and friendly. Drove us directly to our hotel.

Bus tours are brilliant and gets you around the city and let's you find the areas you might not see otherwise. In January they are about every 20mins and the discount for the second day is well worth it.
