The best travel experience

Merce was very knowledgeable about Gaudí and the Sagrada Familia. We listened to her through a device and toured through the basilica minor. The whole booking was very transparent, and you could use the bathroom at the 365 cafe across the Julia travel which was empty. Good experience :)

They exchange at extremely low rates and then deduct additional amounts under the name of “tax.” How can the pound be worth less than the euro?

Marta was an excellent tour guide. The park guell was so fascinating and interesting. The Sagrada Familia defies description. The tour was very worthwhile, but we spent too much time walking to and from the bus. I would still do it again.

Teníamos entradas para el bus turístico con Julia Travel y la señora que representaba la empresa en la Plaza Catalunia no los reconocía ni tenia voluntad de averiguar si nuestros tickets eran válidos. Finalmente si lo eran y estuvimos discutiendo y haciendo perder el tiempo al conductor del bus por su falta de profesionalidad. Parecía más distraída en la conquista de señores que ocupándose de su trabajo. No pregunté su nombre sino lo escribiría pero un Excel con las reservas vigentes para cada día en un país del primer mundo no parece difícil de hacer.

Las guías Núria y Jessica han sido súper agradables y simpáticas. Un acierto contar con ellas en Julià Travel. Pese a su juventud, sus conocimientos y espontaneidad son dignos de aplaudir. Encantada con la experiencia!! Amb molt de gust!!

The tour of the Sagrada Familia was horrible. We left early. The tour guide wasn’t engaging, didn’t share any interesting facts and couldn’t get the radios to work. When we tried to get a refund, they were completely unhelpful. We booked through Viator, who were also unhelpful and tried to blame it on the tour agency. Do not use this company. They are a waste of money, a poor experience and have terrible customer service. See terrible customer service yet again below.

Contraté el tour de Sagrada Familia y mi guia fue Txell. Agencia NO recomendable,muy poco seria, parecia amateur en la organización del grupo. Hubo un problema con el numero de participantes que nos demoró 20 minutos extras. Esto hizo que varios participanres del tour tuvieran que abandonar en la mitad del mismo. Luego, SÍ hay que hacer cola para entrar, por la revisión, por lo tanto la publicidad es engañosa en el título. El desempeño de Txell fue pesimo de lo que uno espera como guía. Dio una explicación muy pobre con hojas de fotocopias durante quince minutos (con gente muy mayor esperando parado) y sin amplificacion (a viva voz, en una esquina donde pasaban autos y habia ruido). Dentro de la Basilica, dio información basica de Wikipedia y no supo responder consultas de los participantes. Dentro se veian guias que explicaban mejor, con implementos tecnologicos (tablet), brindando información de calidad. Es decir, un tour pensado hace veinte años y sin actualizarse en lo más minimo. Realmente, muy decepcionado porque no es un tour economico. Contraté este tour para evitar colas y llevarme información de valor agregado, lamentablemente para mí ninguna de las dos cosas sucedió. Vengo desde muy lejos para ver este patrimonio de la UNESCO y este lugar no merece tours que falten el respeto a la gente de esta manera.

Albert (Alberto) was our 5-Star Guide for Segrada Familia. He was knowledgeable, informative and excited to share the stories behind the many Segrada elements. We were absolutely delighted with him as a guide. His pacing and direction was perfect! The headphones made it easy to understand him while walking through the crowded sections (couldn't have done without headphones).

Die Orange Route hat einige interessante Punkte. Die Erklärungen waren gut verständlich. Leider war die Stadt sehr voll wegen 6 Kreuzfahrtschiffen. Trotz langer Schlangen an Punkt 1 kamen wir zügig rein.

We purchased tickets to the Sagrada Familia with Fast Track through the Headout website. At the meeting point, we discovered that the guide for one tour would speak alternating English and Spanish, even though we had chosen the English tour. Why do we need skip-the-line tickets if we're already wasting time listening to the same thing in a language we don't speak? Make the tours shorter and more frequent instead of wasting our time. Besides, sometimes it was impossible to understand the guide because her speech was unclear. I could understand if the tickets were cheap, but they aren't, and this is a once-in-a-lifetime experience, and you want to make the most of it. I don't recommend this agency.

Our guide was very knowledgeable and gave us all the quirky bits of history that made the tour interesting.

I took a tour with my daughter to Sagrada Familia and Park Guell with Julia Travel, it was everything I was expecting for, the guide was very knowledgeable and courteous, the tours started on time, they offered in English and Spanish, we didn't have to wait in any lines, it was perfect, I definitely recommend Julia Travel and the many options of tours throughout Spain they have.

El equipo es muy agradable y todos los paseos son con personas que realmente conocen los sitios. Recomendo la experiencia para conocer los principales puntos de Barcelona.

(L’étoile est donnée car sinon on peut même pas mettre notre avis) Voilà notre expérience avec cette agence de voyage est catastrophique, nous devions nous rendre au parc Port Aventura, début du voyage à 9h, 1h30 de trajet pour nous y emmener et arriver à 10h30 pour le début de la journée. Malheureusement notre trajet a été de courte durée, un accidents d’huile de refroidissement a fait que nous avons été bloqué 1h avant que l’agence appel un autre bus, on est arrivé à 12h. Pour le parc Aventura je vous conseille même pas le passe express, si vous faites une demi journée. Voilà malheureusement le parc fermée plus tôt car il pleut et l’agence ne trouve rien de mieux que dire qu’elle ne peut rien faire, on a dû attendre 2h30 que le bus arrive pour 21h avant de pouvoir refaire le trajet inverse d’1h30 pour retourner à notre point de départ.

We booked the guided tour to the Sagrada Familia (we missed the main entry tickets but Julia Travel still had space) and had a great experience with our guide Oliver! Although it was an exceptionally hot day, he made sure everyone was comfortable, spoke a lot about the history and development of the Sagrada, and plans for the next stages of the build. His English was excellent and we learned much more than we would have by ourselves. Thank you!

Our visit to both the Sagrada Familia and Park Güell was completely ruined by the worst tour guide experience imaginable. From the very beginning, it was clear that our guide didn’t want to be there – she complained non-stop about having to do a bilingual tour in English and Spanish, as if it was a huge inconvenience for her to do her job properly. Her English was barely understandable, full of mistakes, and she clearly struggled to communicate even the most basic facts. There was no passion, no storytelling, and absolutely no ability to bring anything to life. It felt like she was reading from a poorly translated script – robotic, monotone, and painfully boring. Instead of enhancing the beauty and history of these incredible places, she sucked the energy out of the whole experience. People around us were visibly bored and frustrated. Even when asked questions, she either didn’t understand or gave shallow, dismissive answers. The whole thing felt rushed, sloppy, and deeply unprofessional. Honestly, we would’ve had a much better time just walking around on our own with a guidebook or an audio tour. This guide single-handedly ruined what should’ve been a magical and inspiring day in Barcelona. Total waste of time and money. Do yourself a favor: skip this tour or make absolutely sure you’re not stuck with the same guide.

Wir haben an einer Tour mit Julia Travel in Barcelona teilgenommen. Leider war das Erlebnis durch einige technische Probleme getrübt: Bei mindestens fünf Personen in unserer Gruppe haben die Headsets entweder gar nicht funktioniert oder hatten permanent Aussetzer. Das war besonders schade, da die Gruppe recht groß war und man ohne funktionierendes Headset hinten kaum etwas verstehen konnte. Ein großes Lob geht an unseren Guide Ignacio – er war super engagiert, sehr freundlich und hat sich wirklich bemüht, lauter zu sprechen und auf alle einzugehen. Trotzdem war es ohne funktionierende Technik einfach schwierig, alles mitzubekommen. Insgesamt okay, aber bei dem Preis sollte die Technik besser funktionieren. Für Ignacio gäbe es fünf Sterne, für die Organisation und Technik leider nur zwei – deswegen im Schnitt drei Sterne.

La actitud de las personas que organizan los grupos, es pesima, te tratan como ganado, parece que al preguntar como los interrumpes en sus platicas se molestan, la guía de muy mal carácter y poco empatica con las preguntas, el recorrido fue bilingüe a pesar de que lo pedimos en español asi que no se entiende ni un idioma ni otro, vean opciones antes de comprar su recorrido con esta agencia

We went with the guided tour of Sagrada Familia which included the entry ticket. The tour was in both Spanish and English - which was not a selection or indication when purchasing the tickets. The intent was to see the beauty of the architecture and learn a bit about it as well. We were very disappointed with the guided tour. The Sagrada Familia was marvelous. To start you are asked to meet 15 minutes early. Then the tour started late. There was a lot of waiting. We were told a bit about the architecture, but the guide was so hard to understand that it did not hold value. The tickets were not pre-purchased by the group, or received prior to our arrival, so we waited outside the security line for the guide to go in and collect our tickets. Throughout the tour, the language was an issue. The biggest challenge I had was that you can download the Sagrada Familia app in order to learn more, but you need to enter your ticket information in order to get access to the guides. Of course the ticket information provided to us through our confirmation did not have this. This meant that we were unable to effectively use the app. Our tour group continued on to another attraction in Barcelona while we explored Sagrada Familia further. This was the best decision we made. I would highly recommend Sagrada Familia. Just buy your tickets a few weeks early, at least. I would not recommend this group. You would do just as well to order your tickets online and have the ability to follow along with the app - as long as it works, which I never had the opportunity to find out.

Atencion!! Robo!!!!! Despues de tener reservado a través de civitatis para hacer la visita en unas horas de escala que tuvimos en el aueropuerto. Pagamos los taxis de ida y vuelta (80€) para que al llegar nos digan que non se puede realizar la visita porque no hay guía y nos tengamos que volver al aeropuerto de vacío.

Good group size and an informative guide. We did Sagrada Famillia and oreo was great. Made sure everyone was taken care of. My 9 year old daughter was fsinated with the interesting architecture and descriptions front our guide.

For the price of the tour, this is not worth it. Group is too big and trying to cater for multiple languages it was hard to get much information however the Guide did his best I would give him 4 stars.

We booked two tickets to La Sagrada Familia a day ahead and was told it would be English guided one. But it turned out to be Spanish/English bilingual one and the guide mostly communicated in Spanish. We could not blame him because most of the people in the same tour were Spanish speaking people. But I wish they had told us this fact so we would not book it.

Wow- that is an amazing tour of an awesome sculpture and Anna was very talented as our guide. It was easy to meet at Julia travel just across the street for the tour.

Bought tickets outside our cruise ship to their hop on hop off bus only to get to a line over an hour long in the rain just to get on a bus. We didn’t take a tour and I have requested a refund and sent the receipt to prove we didn’t go. 6 cruise ships and everyone of them buys tickets to hurry up and wait - I have escalated this up to Norwegian cruise line management as I don’t think it’s right for them to sell so many tickets knowing how long the wait will be to get on a tour. Still no refund even though I sent pics of the QR code so they can see the tickets were never used. Terrible and unprofessional.

Guiden ledet oss gjennom på dårlig engelsk og tysk. Guiden rushet igjennom parken på under en time slik at vi måtte vente lenge på bussen. Ingen informasjon om pauser eller noe annet. Hadde 2 timer mellom attraksjonene uten noe info om dette. Fikk heldigvis en ny guide i Sagrada Familia som hevet inntrykket av Julia Travel.

Una de las peores experiencias con una agencia de viajes. Contratamos una excursión a PortAventura y nos dejaron tirados sin transporte de vuelta, sin aviso ni asistencia. Tuvimos que volver por nuestra cuenta. Atención al cliente inexistente y cero responsabilidad. No volveré a confiar en Julià Travel y no la recomiendo a nadie.

Una experiencia vergonzosa e inaceptable. Contraté con Julià Travel una excursión a PortAventura y Ferrari Land para el 28 de abril de 2025, con transporte de ida y vuelta desde Barcelona. Ese día, tras un apagón generalizado que dejó el parque inoperativo y sin atracciones, me dirigí puntualmente al punto de encuentro en el parking —donde supuestamente debía recogernos el autobús a las 18:30 h—. Estuve allí desde las 17:30 hasta las 18:45. El autobús jamás apareció. Nadie dio explicaciones. Nadie de Julià Travel estaba presente. Absolutamente ningún tipo de asistencia. Tras esperar en vano durante más de una hora, me vi obligado a pagar por mi cuenta otro transporte a Barcelona (37,20 €), además de haber abonado 176 € por un servicio incompleto y fallido. Julià Travel ha respondido con evasivas, insistiendo en que su autobús salió “puntualmente” —¿cómo es posible si estuve allí todo el tiempo y no apareció nada ni nadie?—. Un trato impersonal, poco profesional y carente de empatía ante una situación completamente injustificable. Una agencia que abandona a sus clientes no merece confianza ni un solo euro. No volveré a contratar con Julià Travel y no lo recomiendo a nadie. Si valoras tu tiempo, tu dinero y un mínimo de seriedad, elige otra compañía.

Péssimo atendimento! chegamos na entrada do Parque Guell no horário. Não identificamos o guia da Julia Travel, fomos a sede ( que por sinal fica longe da entrada do parque ) e nos deram apenas um panfleto e nos mandaram procurar o grupo, mesmo sabendo que não poderíamos entrar sem um guia. Quando retornamos a entrada, já havia passado do horário. Muita desorganização, funcionários muitíssimo chatos. Por isso , imediatamente cancelamos a viagem que tínhamos com essa empresa para Girona.

Guys, wow! We went to the Sagrada Familia tour, and Cassandra was absolutely amazing. Normally, we avoid guided tours because most tour guides tend to be a bit boring - but Cassandra kept it interesting from start to finish. Now, here's another thing! We originally booked to go in with another company... which cancelled it a few days before the scheduled date (apparently, they didn't have the tickets), and everyone else online was asking for stupid amounts of money for tickets. But I saw good reviews for Julia Travel and decided to message them - I was told that they have tickets and to come to the office. I came, and they had many options and for prices much lower than the rest. When we go to Spain again, we'll definitely use Julia Travel.

100% recommending! :) We bought a tour Sagrada Familia + Towers and it was totally worth it. Our guide Cassandra was amazing, she gave us a lot of interesting and precious information and was very well organised. It was trully a memorable experience.

Very disappointing experience with JULIā Travel tours. We were just one minute late for the Sagrada Família tour, and instead of showing any understanding or trying to help, they simply made us pay for new tickets. Unprofessional and unfriendly service. I wish we never booked with this company. While we understand the company has policies and that we were late by circumstances out of our control, the issue was their complete lack of customer service. Despite emailing and calling ahead and being only 15 minutes behind, they refused to give a clear answer on whether they would wait, leading us to spend extra money on transport unnecessarily. We instead were now going to make our own way to Girona, yet they offered no assistance in rejoining the group, refused to give a phone number or registration as we were planning to rejoin the group in the free time on the tour. They only suggested rescheduling—which wasn’t possible as we were leaving Spain. Their response was that waiting at the start or us rejoining would "interrupt others' experience," yet they had no issue doing absolutely nothing for us, not even a partial refund. A company that prioritizes keeping money over basic customer care is one I would never recommend. I had a lot of back and forth with this company to no avail, the customer service was non existent and that is why I am giving a bad review.

Revisé toda la documentación de la compra de las entradas para la sagrada familia para la visita del día 22/02/25. La contratación la hice a través de MY TOP TOUR, empresa de Granada ¿? Con quiénes el tour se realizaría en español.......ahora revisando de manera más meticulosa los correos electrónicos recibidos, compruebo que ese mismo día, MY TOP TOUR me comunicó que la visita iba a ser en español e inglés. De Juliá Tours, la única referencia que tenía era el punto de encuentro para iniciar la visita. No entré en su web. A Vds. les tengo que pedir disculpas. Creo que no merece la pena pagar la diferencia por tour bilingüe.

Experiencia pésima. Reservamos un tour con guía por la Sagrada Familia de supuestamente 1.5 h de duración, cuando íbamos a ingresar en la basílica, nos informaron de que ese día cerraban a las 15 h debido a un evento privado. La visita comenzó a las 14.25 h, la guía nos resumió rápido toda la visita y a las 15 h se despidió (podría haber aprovechado todo el tiempo explicando el interior y luego, desde fuera, haber concluido la explicación). En resumen, de 1.5 h supuestas de tour recibimos una visita de apenas 45 minutos. Hablamos con información al visitante de la Sagrada Familia y nos dijeron que esta información estaba publicada en la web oficial. Considero que la empresa debería haberse informado debidamente y haber reprogramado el tour, ya que 50€ de visita no vale la experiencia que tuvimos. Además, presentamos la queja en la empresa, y nos dijeron que para ellos el tour había transcurrido con normalidad.

Highly recommended as a first day tour. Orange and green route give you a good overview of City of Barcelona. Depending on traffic could be 4 to 5 hours both green /orange line.

Hatte eine Führung in der Sagrada Familia. Führung war gut, das Englisch gut zu verstehen, auch mit nicht so guten Sprachkenntnissen. Aber es war viel zu teuer. Julia Travel nutzt es gnadenlos aus, wenn man keine offiziellen Tickets mehr bekommt. Die gleiche Leistung (Eintrittskarten mit Führung und Turmbesteigung normal 40 Euro, bei Julia travel 76 Euro).

They had my ticket and I couldn’t go in. They don’t respond to the phone or facilitate anything. I fought to get a refund but it was impossible. $120 GONE. Don’t book with them!!

Reservamos la visita guiada de La Sagrada Familia y nuestro guía fue Omar, fue excelente. El tour inició puntualmente, nos trasladaron al lugar, pasamos seguridad y toda la explicación de Omar fue muy enriquecedora, nuestro tour era en bilingue, así que mientras él lo repetía en inglés teníamos oportunidad de tomar fotos y si no llegamos a entender algo en español lo escuchabamos en inglés. Muchas gracias Omar por responder nuestras preguntas y ser tan atento. Excelente guía.

My wife and I toured Park Guell and Sagrada Familia with tour guides Matthew (Park Guell) and Marc (Sagrada Familia) on November 25th 2024. We showed up about twenty minutes late to our tour of Park Guell because our taxi driver dropped us off at the wrong location. Despite this, Matthew was very understanding and accommodating to both us and others on our tour with other specific or individual needs, ensuring to either wait at a location a little longer or offer an alternative path for those who needed a bit more assistance maneuvering within the park. When arriving at the Julia Travel location after our tour, he provided nearby restaurant recommendations and tips for avoiding potential pickpocket attempts in the crowded city center. Matthew’s Barcelona experience is second to none! Marc provided an amazing tour of the incredible Sagrada Familia. His passion, thoroughness, and efficiency in conducting the tour were very impressive. Despite the heavy crowds, he did a great job directing our tour group through Sagrada Familia in an organized manner while also pointing out specific details about the church that we wouldn’t have otherwise noted. Julia Travel provided two great tours through significant locations within Barcelona. We highly recommend them to anyone looking to learn more about these locations!

Não tivemos experiência. Íamos para a Sagrada família em Barcelona. A agência fica mais ou menos 50 metros da igreja. Chegamos 15 minutos atrasados de relógio e ninguém se dispôs a nos levar até o grupo. Meu marido tem 71 anos. O que custava alguma atenção já que fica tão perto da igreja??? Solicitamos reembolso e não concordaram. Fica minha lamentação.

The whole guided touring experience with Mr Omar as our tour guide in Park Guell and in Familia Sagrada was excellent. He gave us so much information on the history, the cultural aspect and the vision mainly that Antonio Gaudi had with his life achievements. It's not always to tell the story, but it's how you tell the story, and Mr Omar surely knows how. We are grateful.

Concurrí en el horario informado por Despegar (Vendedor del servicio) y me dijeron que estaba mal el horario y quisieron cobrarme 30 euros por persona para salir en el horario que decía mi voucher. Me tuvieron una hora esperando para informarme lo anterior. Y en todo ese tiempo que esperamos vimos como le hacían lo mismo a otras personas con tal de cobrarles el cambio de horario.

Pésimo servicio. Hoy 11 de noviembre de 2024 teníamos el tour al Parque Guell y parece que la agencia se equivocó e hizo reserva para otro día y no pudimos entrar. Una pena que cerca de 20 personas de diferentes nacionalidades, con viajes a regreso a sus países al día siguiente, y con toda la ilusión, no pudieran conocer el parque por culpa de la agencia, y lo peor, casi no responden! Tuvimos que ir a la agencia a que nos hicieran el reembolso, pagar transportes y ningún tipo de compensación por el tiempo y dinero perdido. NO lo recomiendo, NO hagan tours con ellos, no son una empresa seria ni respetuosa con sus clientes.

Fui a cambiar 400€ en dolares y la chica me dio 420$ en billetes de 100 más uno de 20. Al día siguiente voy de nuevo porque me di cuenta de que voy a un pais en el que te devuelven el cambio en moneda local pero que hay que pagar en dólares y que me voy a quedar sin dólares muy rápido… la chica me dice que no es posible y que ella siempre pregunta pero a mi no me preguntó nada, cogio un montón de billetes de 100, 50, 20 y 10 y me dio lo que le parecio a ella. Fatal. Cambié dinero con ellos y no me quieren ni cambiar dos billetes de 100$ aunque sea por billetes de 50 o 20… no iré nunca más ni recomiendo tampoco!! Pésimo servicio!!

Cogimos un tour con guía para conocer La Sagrada Familia. Nuestra guía se llamaba Cristina Fernández y fue maravillosa. Se notaba que sabía una barbaridad de Gaudí, que es una apasionada del arte y que hace su trabajo con muchas ganas. Este tour me recordó lo muchísimo que me gusta el arte y lo volvería a repetir mil veces ya que aprendí muchísimo. Gracias Cristina por hacer de nuestra a la basílica una experiencia 10.

Malisima atencion. Desde la oficina que tiene cajones para sentarse y el baño no se puede entrar de sucio. La visita guiada no la pudimos hacer porque el guia salio corriendo y no espero a nadie.no les importo que fueran adultos mayores. Lo comunicamos a la oficina, le hablaron al guia pero igual entro y no nos espero Volvimos a la oficina pero nos cobraban como una nueva visita para otro horario a la tarde. La verdad, pesima atencion en esta oficina. Mi recomendacion, vayan a otro lado. Los unico q les interesa es facturar y como tienen muchas visitas, no les importa.

Inappropriate behavior. The tour guide left us ( me and 30 people) during the tour. We had to convince the security team of the church that we had a ticket, since only the tour guy had our tickets. The agency never responded to our calls to facilitate the situation. Too expensive service with no quality.

Nuestra experiencia fue muy buena en cuanto al tour, la guía muy amable y consiente que todos estuviéramos juntos y pendientes de las personas mayores. Nos tante sería de gran ayuda que den más detalles del sitio de encuentro. Dejarle saber el turista que no está en el mismo parque y que le deje saber al taxis/ Uber/ transportista la ubicación exacta que es una buena distancia de la entrada. Dejar saber que puede ser dificultoso para personas mayores o con alguna discapacidad física. También hagan más énfasis que si llegas tardes pierdes el derecho de entrar y muy probable que tengas que pagar nuevamente. En general el tour al parque Güell muy lindo. Gracias

We didn’t realize you had to get tickets to La Sagrada Familia so far in advance and we couldn’t find any tour companies online that had last minute availability. We walked into the office and Julia Travel had tickets available for the week! We were more concerned about just getting into the church and ultimately we weren’t too picky about the quality of the tour (although we did want something informative!). Ultimately, we prepared ourselves for a low quality tour because of the contradictory Google reviews for this company. BUT we ended up having a great & very educational time! Our tour guide was Renata and her English was excellent. She was very knowledgeable and clearly had deep respect for the building, which added to the tour and made it very enjoyable. We arrived at 2:45pm, walked over to the church at 3pm, gained entry by 3:20pm, and the tour ran until 4:20pm/4:30pm. I’d definitely recommend going sometime when the sun is in the East or West, because it shines through the stained glass windows of the cathedral and makes the whole interior very colorful!!!! If you are looking for last minute tickets AND an accessible tour company who can give you a solid tour of La Sagrada Familia, I’d recommend Julia Travel!

Our tour guide was so difficult to understand! I am writing this as I am on the tour now. Would be much better if the tour was in either English OR Spanish. The Spanglish is hard to follow. This is my second visit to the Sagrada familia and the audio tour is MUCH BETTER. Save your money, but perhaps I just got a bad guide….

Meiden Sie das Unternehmen !!!!!!!!! Sehr enttäuschend - Keine Erstattung nach Ausfall des Ausflugs! Ich habe selten eine derart unprofessionelle und kundenunfreundliche Erfahrung gemacht wie mit diesem Unternehmen. Wir hatten einen Ausflug gebucht, auf den wir uns sehr gefreut hatten. Leider wurde uns von einem Mitarbeiter ein falscher Termin genannt, was dazu führte, dass der Ausflug überhaupt nicht stattfand. Ein solcher Fehler ist schon ärgerlich genug, aber was danach folgte, war schlichtweg inakzeptabel. Seit Wochen versuchen wir vergeblich, unser Geld zurückzubekommen. Wir haben unzählige Male versucht, das Unternehmen zu kontaktieren, aber es scheint, als würde man uns absichtlich ignorieren. Auf unsere Anfragen wird entweder gar nicht reagiert oder wir bekommen Ausreden präsentiert. Der Kundenservice ist einfach katastrophal! Das Unternehmen weigert sich beharrlich, uns den bezahlten Betrag zu erstatten. Es fühlt sich fast so an, als wäre unser Geld "verschwunden". Diese Vorgehensweise ist völlig inakzeptabel und unseriös. Ich kann nur jedem davon abraten, hier zu buchen, wenn man nicht Gefahr laufen möchte, sein Geld zu verlieren. Noch einen Punkt zum Abschluss. Vor Ort wurde uns gesagt das wir den Kundenservice anschreiben sollen und das es bei der Rückerstattung dann keine Probleme geben würde. Außerdem sagte Mann uns noch das Sie einen Vermerk bzw. Ticket erstellen so dass, bei unserem Eingang der Beschwerden die Mitarbeiter direkt Bescheid wissen. Wir sind maßlos enttäuscht und werden sicherlich nie wieder bei diesem Anbieter buchen. Absolute Warnung!

Das zweite mal in Barcelona und endlich mal Zeit genommen, um die Sagrada Familia von innen zu sehen. Mit einer Reiseleiterin die diese Tour so enthusiastisch mit so viel Liebe zum Datail, rübergebracht hat, dass man schon ein wenig traurig war, als die Tour zu Ende war. Vanessa hat das hervorragend gemacht.

Our tour guide Maria was with Julia Tours. It was easy to see she was a regular guide as many of the others knew her as well as the staff of the Basilica. She seemed to love the space as it was “beautiful” to her (told us 18xs). BUT our tour was very poor. It was suppose to be 1.5 hours, scheduled to start at 5. We didn’t start till 5:16 and were done at 6:10. She made all kinds of recommendations of what we could go see AFTER the tour AND didn’t really provide much detail. I suggest you go to the audio tour… has to be better then what we experienced today. Felt like we had a guide who was doing her last tour of the day and just wanted to go home to her air conditioning. This tour company felt like the McDonalds down the road. Fast and efficient but no real nutrients to feed your soul. Response to Julia Travel’s response: Look at the past month from my response, your Google reviews in this time period don’t even average to 3⭐️

Des voleurs Suite a notre réservation à 11h , nous nous sommes rendus a l'avance a l'agence (30 min d'avance). L'accueil nous à donner nos tickets (pas une entrée pour la Sagrada Familia, c'est important de préciser) et nous à demander de revenir 10 min avant le départ, ce que nous avons fait. Nous sommes partis comme convenu avec le groupe , cependant une fois dans la file d'attente de la basilique, notre guide nous a rejetés parce que nous étions dans le groupe 2 et pas son groupe qui étais le 1. Elle nous a demandé d'attendre l'autre guide sans aucune indications de plus. Forcément introuvable dans l'affluence nous sont retournés a l'agence qui nous a demandé de re payer pour passer sur un autre créneau (31€/pers soit 62€ de plus que le tarif prévu). Impossible de trouver un arrangement, ils ne veulent rien entendre soit disant que c'est notre faute. C'est scandaleux. A fuir.

Nada recomendable está agencia: 1. Atención al público displicente. 2. Bastante costoso por persona y no compensa lo recibido, se aprovechan del turista. 3. Inicio del tour 10 minutos tarde. 4. Tour contratado por una hora y media en español y resultó que la guía tuvo que hacerlo bilingüe: español e inglés. 5. Como el tour fue bilingüe poca oportunidad de hacer preguntas ya que la guía debía repetir la información, en mí lógica eso disminuye el tiempo real dedicado al tour. 6. Sin embargo finalizo en el tiempo dicho, una hora y media pues la guía debía atender otros grupos. No sé repuso el tiempo de iniciar tarde. 7. La guía iba muy rápido y creo que no vimos todo lo interesante. 8. Sin dudarlo recomiendo comprar solo la boleta y usar el audioguía de la Basílica de la Sagrada Familia. 9. El baño de su local no estaba muy limpio. Definitivamente los free tour son lo mejor, en estos prepagados poco se interesan por hacer un trabajo agradable al turista, solo te quieren cobrar.

Compramos tickets para la sagrada familia. Nos tocó de guía Silvana, la verdad no nos gustó para nada. Se suponía que el tour era en castellano y fue en castellano e inglés. Los datos que brindó fueron muy básicos y no tenía buena predisposición para explicarnos lo majestuoso de este punto turístico. Sugiero que si van a dar una visita en inglés, el guía sepa el idioma, así como el castellano. Además estaba muy apurada por irse. No lo recomiendo para nada.

La información sobre la historia de Basílica por parte de la guía fue buena. Pero se hubiera agradecido que nos informara que al salir del espacio ya no se puede ingresar a la tienda Como opción me comentaron en la entrada de la Sagrada Familia que fuera a las oficinas del tour para que me apoyaran para ingresar al espacio nuevamente para ir a la tienda y la respuesta que tuve por la señorita fue “no se puede y no te puedo apoyar, necesitas comprar otro ticket”. Todo iba bien hasta ese momento

STAY AWAY from tours with Julia Travel. We had the worst experience I have ever had in my life with the Park Güell + Sagrada Familia tour. They have no clue what they’re doing (the company claims in comments that they are “professionals” but the different employees and guides we were passed around to all day seemed UNPROFESSIONAL), the staff are rude and do not communicate well with you, they lie about what the process will be like and you will waste most of your day being dragged around to places where you will wait forever with no care for you. The audio guide and headphones were not provided to everyone which caused delay, and then they didn’t even work for everyone. The bus does NOT take you to the location it says, instead you will walk to a second office of theirs and wait and wait and wait for when THEY are ready. Such a ridiculous, horrible experience and there is no excuse for it with how much all of these families paid!

Η ξενάγηση στο πάρκο Guell και στη συνέχεια στη Sagrada Famillia ήταν πολύ καλή . Μας μετέφερε αρκετές λεπτομέρειες για το έργο και αλλά και τον ίδιο τον αρχιτέκτονα . Επίσης τα παιδιά στο γραφείο ήταν πολύ πρόθυμα να με βοηθήσουν να βρω μια ζακέτα που χάσαμε.

Hice un tour a la Sagrada Familia con mis abuelos, la verdad que fue una experiencia muy bonita. La guía, Sara, hizo una extensa explicación con todo lujo de detalles con la que pudimos conocer más sobre este increíble monumento. Recomiendo mucho este tour!

Pésimo servicio, mal organizado mucha gente esperando afuera con nosotros, lo que generó molestia a nosotros que esperamos de pie al calor y a la gente que pasaba. A parte de eso la guía con muy poca información y el personal que atendía con muy poca experiencia en atención al cliente y mal educados

Olga was our tour guide today for La Sagrada Familia, Sunday, June 16. She was very informative and so knowledgeable regarding the basilica. This was one of best tours in Barcelona and she made it so enjoyable. We would love to come back to Barcelona again and have Olga as our guide.

Nuestros hijos con un mes de antelación nos compraron vía "get your guide" 2 excursiones, 1 a cada uno, para visitar la Sagrada Familia y Park Guell. El tour por la Sagrada Familia se desarrolló bien sin inconvenientes, podríamos habernos quedado dentro y hacer una visita más completa si no hubiéramos tenido el paquete que incluía el Park Guell porque eso nos limitó en tiempo. La agencia nos llevó en bus hasta el Park Guell y al querer ingresar el guía con el grupo empezó el problema. Por un error de la agencia y un procedimiento errado el guía tenía autorización para 20 personas cuando el grupo tenía 20 integrantes. El guía intentó hablando con los guardias de la entrada y con su jefa en la agencia solucionar el problema. En el transcurso de 1 hora, estuvimos de pie al sol y no pudimos entrar, ni siquiera tuvimos una visita por fuera del parque. Ante nuestra insistencia el guía nos dijo que debíamos realizar una queja formal en la propia agencia. Nos trasladamos por nuestros medios y a nuestro costo hasta la agencia y la persona que quedaba nos informó que la jefa no se encontraba, que podíamos contactarla el día siguiente, lunes en la mañana y que todo lo que estaba autorizado era a proporcionarnos tickets para el día siguiente para visitar el parque donde debíamos presentarnos por nuestros medios. Entendemos que el servicio no fue brindado como fue contratado, que no tuvimos la atención que merecíamos y que se nos brindó un correcto resarcimiento a todos los inconvenientes, pérdida de tiempo y costos extra que debimos asumir. Por otro lado cuando contratan este tipo de tour como el Park Guell, por el bienestar de los clientes y el normal desarrollo del mismo no deberían incluir personas demasiado mayores, con dificultades para subir escaleras que complican el desarrollo del tour y aprovechamiento del tiempo tan escaso del mismo. Creo que la empresa no capta en que se basa el malestar de los clientes. La atención satisfactoria de los clientes es lo que asegura la continuidad de los negocios. Una respuesta incompleta en el lugar más una respuesta incompleta en la aplicación no es lo que esperan los clientes. Eso es subestimar al cliente.

Unprofessional. Misguiding and misleading schedule. The guide with us was unlicensed so we had no explanation in our 9 day tour. It would have been better to book a taxi or a metro.

We booked tickets for Sagrada Familia and the towers with a guide. Our guide, Victor, was excellent- the pace was just right and he explained everything making the visit so much more informative and interesting for us. Would definitely recommend.

Je ne recommande pas du tout cette agence ! Très déçus de l accueil. Nous avions réservés sur le site 2 entrées (54€/personne). Malheureusement nous sommes arrivés en taxi à l agence à 12h et non 11h45 suite à des gros soucis de circulation ( beaucoup de travaux et de circulation ) , du coup l agence nous a demandé de réintégrer un autre groupe mais en l’ayant 31 € par personne soit 62€!!! Aucune solution proposée sauf celle de repayer ! Du coup 166€ pour visiter la Sagrada , cela fait un peu cher ! Aucun sourire, aucune compréhension malgré le fait d avoir prévenue agence de notre retard par téléphone !!!

Sur 1h30 de visite guidée, comptez 45min pour rentrer dans la Sagrada Familia. Puis visite bilingue, tout expliqué en double, donc 15-20min d'explications maximum. Et franchement, on est resté sur des banalités. À éviter. Il y a des visites guidées de bien meilleure qualité

A very enjoyable tour around Park Guell yesterday under the guidance of Raul in excellent English. Great audio system so we could hear Raul no matter how far away we were. Not at all rushed. Very informative and amusing with humorous personal anecdotes.

Der erste Teil (Park Güell) war super. Unsere Führerin war sehr nett, kommunikativ und hat uns sehr begeistert. Auf English und deutsch wurde alles mit Liebe zum Detail erklärt. Dafür uneingeschränkt 5 Sterne !!! Leider wurden wir in der Sagrada familia einer anderen Führerin zugeteilt. Sie war nett und bemüht, leider sprachlich und inhaltlich sehr -sorry!- schlecht. Ich habe schon viele geführte Touren mitgemacht , jedoch erstmals erlebt, dass deutlich vor dem offiziellem Ende der Tour die Führerin mehr als die Hälfte der Empfangsgeräte zurück bekommen hat, weil die teilnehmenden gegangen sind. Sie wunderte sich zwar, wir aber nicht… dafür 1 Stern. Insgesamt hätte ich bei dem Preis auch für den zweiten Teil eine zumindest solide Führung erwartet. Daher sind in der Summe 3 Sterne aus meiner Sicht fair.

Warm place with good staff

We went to monrserrat. The bus was really tide and uncomfortable. Other thing is that when we finished the tour we came back to the bus 15 min earlier, it was so cold but the driver did not allow us to jump in until the guide came. It was so rude to leave us in cold like this.

The Travel is very rigid, it is not clear of the information and when we are late, they don’t allow to us go for our guided tour.

The tour was good overall ! We visited the Park Guell first and then Sagrada Familia.In hindsight, I wish I had more time in the park and felt that was a bit rushed. I would like to have spent atleast another hour or two by myself but I also understand that in a tour, you have a limited time and things are as per the schedule. Since, Sagrada Familia was the second stop, I took my time to abroad the place and the museum so, Yay ! This tour is a great option for anyone looking to cover highlights of both places and offers what it promises. Be prepared for a big crowd regardless of any time of the year because these places are popular for a good reason and absolutely worth it too !

This was the only place I could find last-minute tickets to see Sagrada Familia. It was more expensive than the tickets directly from the basilica (which were sold out), but it included a guided tour. I opted to add the tower access in as well, which is about €15 more than just the guided tour. Our guide was very knowledgeable and passionate. They have to deal with a lot of other people in the area, and to still be able to communicate effectively is impressive. I can't remember the guides name, but she had blue hair, so definitely easy to keep track of in the crowd of thousands inside the basilica. I didn't deal with any disrespect or lack of professionalism, as other reviews have mentioned. Everyone I interacted with was very kind and took time to explain things. FYI, if you're afraid of heights or claustrophobic, the tower is not for the faint of heart!

Julià Travel was recommended to us via our hotel, however we were a bit hesitant given some of the recent one-star reviews. We eventually ended up booking two different tours through this agency and could not have been more impressed with the quality of the tours, staff, and buses. I also was not prompted to leave this review, but was compelled to after having such great experiences despite the recent one-star reviews. We attended the full-day trip to Girona and Figueres, followed by the full-day trip to Monserrat and Sitges. The buses were very clean, air-conditioned and one bus had USB outlets to charge our phones. The guides were extremely accommodating and made us feel at-ease during our free time in these cities. One even provided his phone number in the event that we had questions or issues finding the meeting point. During our tour in Montserrat, the guide noticed we were two people short as we boarded the bus. He refused to leave and contacted the couple who were missing, making sure everyone was on the bus before departing. In each city, the guided tours were informative and gave us plenty of insight as to what we could do during our free time. My only suggestion would be to arrive on-time (at the arrival time stated on your confirmation, not the time of the tour departure) as the line in the morning to check in and get your bus assignment can grow pretty long pretty quickly. I wouldn’t hesitate to book another tour with Julià Travel again.

He hecho el viaje en catamarán y, tras un fallo por nuestra parte, apareció Pepo y nos salvo la experiencia y, prácticamente, mis vacaciones. El viaje fue muy ameno, acompañado de una buena actuación en directo y unas vistas espectaculares. No puedo poner una sola pega.

Avoid this travel agency if possible. The issue: they wouldn’t honor our purchase for two tours when their employer made a mistake upon reviewing our tickets and we were ultimately given bad direction/sent to wrong tour (& overpaid for shotty tour guide service as well).

We took the 30 person catamaran, and had a fantastic time. They stop the boat after about an hour and let the guests swim for half an hour, which is refreshing. There are no pool toys, as advertised, however. Remember to grab a life jacket to swim in the ocean. The boat needs more life jackets available on deck.

Una is absolutely the best tour guide ever! Knowledgeable. Energetic. And a delight to be around her. She kept everyone engaged and we all walked away with much more than La Sagrada Familia knowledge. We learned architecture, Gaudi history, and she pointed out things most would miss. Thank you, Una!

I booked a private boat trip for my birthday and 2 hours before the booking they call me telling that the only boat they have is broken and they can offer me just a ride on a public catamaran with 12 other people. It has completely ruined all the plans for my birthday. Totally not recommend.

Terrible tour. We booked a English tour of the Sagrada familia to be put into a bilingual tour, it was 90% in Spanish so we did not understand a thing. When the tour was in English we had no idea what she was talking about. Complete waste of €108

Our guide for Park Guell and Sagrada Familia was excellent. Very knowledgeable and had just enough break times to enjoy the moment and get some great photos. Lots of walking of course, so be careful if you have mobility issues with going down stairs when visiting the top. Would recommend

Do not use this tour company - read to fine print within the Viator or TripAdvisor bookings also that this group is not the tour group you will be going on. Stood in the heat for over 35 minutes waiting on a bus to show up to take a group of 40 from the top of the hill at Park Guell to La Sagrada - poor planning on where to meet to walk up to the top of the hill on the handoff from your groups as well as once made the walk up NO bus!!!! Waited and Waited and Waited - then the tour guide said he will have the bus at min pull up tot he meeting point to pick us up, but rather the but driver decided to park in the lot the farthest away and sat there - for the tour guide to finally confirm he was ready for us to walk over!!!! Horrible planning on the TOUR Company overall!!!!

5 minutes to late at Return Point and the bus leaves without us. After calling the service Number the Guy said: i cant help you.

We bought tickets and ride to Port Aventura from Barcelona. The website is horrible! It's impossible to make an online reservations, Needed to arrive phisicly to one of the remote tourist location to order excursions. With that, the service was good, my doughter was late for the bus so the gave her tickets for the day after.

Hicimos la visita guiada a Park Güell y Sagrada Familia. La guía de Park una señora que repetía datos de internet, cero predisposición a contestar preguntas, muy mal inglés. No nos sumo nada a la visita y encima no es posible hacer el recorrido completo. De ahí nos fuimos a la Sagrada familia en un micro que nos dejó a muchas cuadras, súper desorganizado todo, te hacen perder tiempo. la guía era una distinta que tampoco estuvo a la altura. El peor tour que hicimos. No lo recomiendo para nada.

El tour estuvo muy bueno y el guía era genial. Ahora bien, por error la reserva quedó dos veces y no me quieren reembolsar! Una vergüenza. Reserva para una persona, ambas veces con los mismos datos, hechas con un minuto de diferencia. Es lógico que es un error. Ni que hablar que fui sola al tour. No lo recomiendo. Book 2 different tours, both were canceled the night prior, letting me without options to find another provider or tour company... really screwed my visit to Barcelona. No explanations and on top of that hold my credit card refund for almost 3 days. Worst experience ever... incompetent and low class

If I could give a negative 5 stars I would have. The guides do not speak either German or English, so that it can be understood. Then our guide took two people in so that we did not get any audioguides as now the group was too large. Finally our party of 4 was split into two groups. Absolutely incompetent and rude. Besides the claim that there is no waiting is an absolute lie.

El guía de la sagrada familia fue muy bueno y muy puntual

Reservamos el tour por la app de Tiqets y nos dio por default esta agencia, de todos los tours que he tomado en Europa este fue el peor, la agencia combinó turistas en inglés y español y la guía (Irina) apenas hablaba español, todo lo decía en ambas lenguas y me percaté que en inglés daba más datos, la visita fue express, careció de detalles y datos y el staff en la recepción es nefasto, jamás jamás recomendaría esta agencia. Viste en Octubre 2022. Dense la oportunidad de buscar una mejor opción.

ME ROBARON Y ME TRATARON PESIMO una tal ISABELA que hace los cambios de dinero primero estaba alfrente de la fila quería depositar el dinero que había cambiado y me dijo que me quitara que iba atender a un señor americano porque ellos son "prioridad" solo por ser americano le pregunte porque ellos eran prioridad y me dijo "por políticas de la empresa " luego al darme el cambio me robo monedas! No me dio el cambio completo, Nunca en mi vida me habían tratado tan mal voy a proceder a poner una denuncia, nunca vayan a este negocio de cuarta.

Haben eine geführte Tour auf Deutsch gehabt mit einem sehr netten Guide, kann es definitiv weiter empfehlen. Preislich mit 50€ pro Person nicht ganz billig aber sehr empfehlenswert und man muss auch nicht anstehen.

Poca puntualidad

Pesima experiancia, compramos las entradas y al llegar al lugar nos dijeron que no tenian la reserva registrada, aun cuando nos habia llegado el mail con la reserva y se habia concretado el pago. No pudimos entrar.

Not satisfied with the overall experience. Misunderstood the meeting location on the reservation, had to pay 100s more for our group. Agency was entirely inflexible and unaccommodating.

La Sargrada Familia tour. Arrived 15-20 minutes late due to meeting in front of church instead of their meeting location and the tour agent wanted to charge an additional 29.99 euros per person instead of just adding us to the 5 pm tour. She also stated that she does not have physical tickets to give so we can do the tour ourselves instead of with a guide. If she doesn’t have tickets there should be no reason not to be able to add us to the next tour without charging us.

We opted for the bilingual Park Guell and Sagrada Familia tour and our guide was Slyvia. Unfortunately the tour experience was disappointing. Because it was bilingual everything took twice as long as needed. Moreover, Slyvia's English narrative was weak and not very engaging. We would recommend looking elsewhere and not opting for a bilingual tour.

Muy mal servicio, además de maleducados, nos cobraron más por los tiquetes de la casa de Gaudí sabiendo que habían promociones nos cobraron completo. No venir aquí. Mejor comprar en los lugares oficiales.

Habe die Guided Tour durch die sagrada familia gemacht und sie hat genau das erzählt , was man auch durch die Audio Guides bekommt. Überhaupt nicht empfehlenswert. Macht's lieber ohne einen früher und spart euch das Geld. Genauso mot der Bus Tour. Die war noch schlimmer.

They didn’t exchange our tickets.

Do not exchange any money here, proper rip off. They charged me 30€ for some service plus commisions, so end up exchanging £200 and received 166€. Just to use bank card exchange £188 have got 200€ and paid only 6£ bank charges. First time here and lesson learned. Avoid

We went on the game of thrones walking tour of Girona. It felt like we were on a route march. You won’t get any time to take decent pictures or appreciate any of the locations. The guide kept rushing and told us nothing about the itinerary or what we were about to do. Explanations of the locations were sketchy at best. He also did not bother to make sure that the group was with him. The tour description also says nothing about this tour being at lightning speed and if you are a bit slow you will be left behind. I will not take another tour with this company. #maneklady #manektravels

Did the half day trip from Barcelona to Girona with Julia Tours (left at 8am and back around 2:20pm). Bus was comfy and air conditioned. Left on time. Our tour guide was friendly and showed us around and we had a good amount of free time. Plus if you’re a GOT fan, you’ll get to see some spots from the show.

it's a tourist trap! they changed 100 dollars to 65 euros. when I want to cancel the process they said it's impossible. the rate is 100 dollars to 0.89 euros on google. don't even think about entering!

Rip off do not go here to exchange currency after transaction " no refund" before I got the money out of tray she disclosed 15% fee. Took $60 in addition other fees , then averts eyes and turns away.

There is money exchange inside that is a complete ripoff. 100 usdgave back eur 64 besides charging rate of 1.26 when.market rate is 1.13 also charged 15% fee. Never said what the fee is before changing the money when i asked the rate and wont refund after transaction
