Una persona cercana a mí ha tenido problemas con sus vuelos, algo que sería extremadamente fácil de resolver entre cliente y aerolínea, pero con esta agencia de por medio todo está siendo, literalmente imposible. Se aprovechan de la gente y no son honestos ni transparentes. He tenido que llamar mil veces durante varios días para que le pasaran la documentación necesaria a dicha persona cercana a mí. Aún así, en las muestras que he pedido hay documentación poco fiable, la cual perfectamente puede estar modificada falsamente. Como guinda del pastel, un trabajador me ha gritado por teléfono durante varios segundos y ha procedido a colgarme después sin darme opción de respuesta, que entre otras cosas me ha gritado que no me meta yo a ayudar a la persona cercana a mí. Como persona nadie puede prohibirme ayudar a alguien, y todos los trabajadores en este país tienen la obligación de tratar con respeto y educación a cualquier persona a la que tengan que atender. Añado más, el mismo trabajador dice ser el jefe cuando he pedido hablar con un superior, en caso de ser falso, esta mentira sería incluso ilegal; en caso de ser cierto, ¿qué clase de jefe trata así a una persona que DEBE atender? España merece mejor gente que esta. Me han dado un trato completamente inmoral.

Respetando su voluntad, procedimos a resolver todo con ella directamente, y a día de hoy la situación está solucionada. Agradecemos su preocupación y comprensión. Si en el futuro necesita asistencia para cualquier otro viaje o gestión propia, estaremos encantados de atenderle con todo el respeto y profesionalismo que se merece.

Me engañó, dijo que podía obtener una visa para Arabia Saudita en dos días, tomó el dinero e inventó justificaciones falsas, ruego a Dios que lo castigue, no aconsejo tratar con él en absoluto
