Scammer. I booked a ticket from them and two days before the flight they told me that my ticket was not confirmed. And now, even after four months, they are still making excuses for not returning the money.... the final solution is to file a police report against them.

SCAM ALERT: They have ruined our family vacations for the entire year. They haven't booked my ticket at all and I have to come back from the airport. They are still holding the refund, threatened me to not refund if I do postings against them and blocked me from all communications. I'm going to their office with the law enforcements, filling a case against them in the consumer department and in the court.

They have scammed us. They reserved the flight and did not buy the tickets. We found out that the flight was cancelled when he reached the airport with his luggage and everything. Another friend of mine got the wrong destination flight at the wrong dates as per original requests.

🚨🚨🚨 stay away, stay safe I booked my flight and visa with them. After booking my flight, applying visa and taking the visa fee, they told their visas are getting *rejected* and *has not refund* my visa fee till now ( I have no update what happened with visa) and they were also asking more money to change the flight date of unpurchased ticket. Then after getting my visa from other resource, the booked ticket wasn't actually *purchased*. I received another purchased ticket when I reached airport with different return date. There was other wrong information given by the agent about my trip essentials. I can't comprehend the uncertainty of my trip just because of the travel agent. Better to stay away for your own mental peace.

I am deeply disappointed and frustrated with the shocking behavior of this travel agency. I also know multiple friends who have suffered the same treatment.

They are big scammers please avoid them.My friends in Malaga got heavily scammed by this tour agency.They paid the entire amount and their tickets got booked and when it was there flight time for Pakistan they got to know they can't board because the agent didn't purchase their tickets.HUGE SCAM.!!

SCAMMERS ! Fraudulent company. They book your tickets and cancel it on last day and keep the money. Leaving families stranded. Be aware. Police should shut down such business.

I booked the ticket from these guys by paying in full but one week before the departure date they said tickets are not available and I had to change the destination city. One of friends gave them visa fee, they didn’t provide the visa and kept the visa fee as well. Another of my friends didn’t get his ticket refund. They are scam, don’t book anything with them.

Totalmente denunciable! Tengo unos amigos que están bloqueados en Pakistán y esta agencia donde compraron los billetes de ida y vuelta les ha cancelado el billete de retorno y no les atienden de ninguna manera. Vergonzoso! Bastante complicada es la situación actual para que además la agencia los deje tirados!!!

Mi experiencia en esta agencia es un asco, primero pagas, ellos reservan y cuando es el día lo habian cancelado y se quedaron con el dinero. ESTAFADORES

Compramos nuestro viaje y nos llevaron a Pakistán, y desde allí cancelaron nuestros vuelos, hemos tenido que comprar la vuelta. Viajamos una familia con dos hijos menores y nos han dejado tirados.
