Absolut empfehlenswert! Von der Beratung und Beantwortung von Fragen zur Buchung, Durchführung der Ausflüge und bis hin zur Stornierung wegen Krankheit. Die Ausflüge sind prima: klimatisierte, moderne Busse, nette Guides (mehrsprachig und fantastisch in der Aussprache, auch deutsch), tolle Update Informationen und sehr gute Beratung, als mein Kind erkrankte und wir eine Buchung mit Beleg vom Arzt absagen mussten. Alles in allem: Spitze!

Such an untrustworthy, unprofessional company who do not focus in any way on customer interests or experience. Do not book with them. We had a terrible time with this company today - earlier this week we booked we booked an expensive excursion to bring our kids (ages 7, 4 and 2) to Palma Aquarium with this company. We paid for & confirmed the trip. Hyped up our kids who are all obsessed with marine life so were very very excited. Got up at the crack of dawn to meet the tour bus at 8am, only to be told the excursion was cancelled - with zero forewarning and no suggested alternative or solution offered. The tour guide actually *laughed at us* while we showed how disappointed our poor kids were and tried to complain about this terrible experience. We asked her to ring head office to seek an alternative or even just explanation, her manager didn't even the decency to talk to us and refused to deal with us. They should not be working in such a sophisticated tourism industry as Majorca, they are not up to the high standard experienced elsewhere here.

Great excursion All staff were amazing

Nous avons réservé l’activité « Formentor & Marché d’Alcudia ». Lors de la réservation, on nous a expliqué qu’on allait au marché le matin, puis au Cap Formentor, et ensuite le trajet en bateau. Le marché c’est très bien passé le matin, nous reprenons le Bus pour voir ce fameux phare qu’il y a sur la photo de couverture pensant que c’était le « cap Formentor » et Hop, très étonné, nous avons juste fait un tour de bus, et nous n’avons même pas vu le phare. Le bus c’est ensuite arrêté à une plage qui se nomme « Formentor » pendant 2h, pas prévenu non plus, nous n’avions pas pris de maillot de bains. Nous sommes plus que déçu, et recommandons fortement de changer les photos, ainsi que la description.

What a waste of money. We booked our Palma tour via the hotel but the pick up never showed up. I contacted the company but never heard back from them. Zero customer service. Not even worth a star. Save yourself money and book somewhere else!

Ich kann leider nur einen Stern geben da diese Firma uns über eine Stunde mit den Kindern in der Sonne stehen gelassen haben , und Uns und andere Gäste des Iberostar Hotels das Bezahlte Schiff für die Tour nicht geschickt hat . Wir habe nach einer halben Stunde Wartezeit die Firma angerufen , und es wurde gesagt das wir zurück gerufen werden. Auf diesen Anruf warte ich heute noch! Als dann eine Stunde ohne das Schiff vergangen war , bin ich an den Stand der Firma im Hotel gelaufen und Mal gefragt was da los ist .Die Mitarbeiterin meinte Jetzt neue Zeit und hat die alte einfach durch gestrichen und die Neue Zeit eingetragen. Als ich dann gefragt habe wie das jetzt geht und warum uns keiner bescheid gesagt hat, hat sie ihre Sachen eingepackt und das weite gesucht. Dann hat es Mir gereicht , wir sind uns dann bei der Hotel Rezeption beschweren gegangen um die Sache zu klären. Aber gut sie könnten uns da auch nicht viel weiter helfen, haben Sich aber sehr bemüht. Einen Tag später war dann die angebliche Chefin dieser Firma im Hotel, und wir haben die Sachlage erklärt. Sie war gar nicht mehr so freundlich, als Ich Mal fragte ob sie uns für diesen ganzen Ärger Mal Preislich oder mit was anderem was den Kindern Spass macht entgegen kommen möchte. Denn mittlerweile hat uns die Tolle Tour sch mehr als 4 Std unsere Urlaubszeit gekostet ohne Mal das Schiff überhaupt gesehen zu haben. Mal abgesehen von dem Stress mit den Kindern , die dann auch keine Geduld mehr hatten und lieber an den Pool wollten. Also unter Entspannung , Spass , und vor allem Kundenfreudlichkeit verstehe ich etwas anderes.

Très bon accueil, super excursion. Avec une mer agitée, la visite de la cave marine était sportive et très intéressante.

Excursion achetée à l'hôtel Iberostar Cala Barca, pour visite de Palma ... finalement pas de bus rouge avec toit ouvert, ni visite du château ... qui étaient le descriptif de l'Excursion .. une fois à Palma, si on voulait faire cette Excursion, il aurait fallu payer à nouveau le prix de l'Excursion ...👎👎

We requested info for renting kayaks to do a route by ourselves (not part of a guided tour). The girl who attended us was helpful and fast to respond. Booking was easy and straightforward. However, before booking we made sure to explain that we wanted to take the kayak for the whole day, in order to row down the coast and stop in several coves. We also requested a waterproof bag, which we were told was included for free. We were told to collect the Kayak from a point on the beach in Porto Cristo and that they would be expecting us. The guy wasn't expecting us. He had no waterproof bag available. The kayak was not really suitable for open water/"long distance" (it had no back support at all) and we were given NO information. We told him we planned to head down the coast to Cala Romántica, and maybe even Cala Varques. All he told us was to keep in mind that the wind would blowing against us coming back so to keep that in mind. We even had to ask him for life jackets. Thankfully we are reasonably fit and strong with SOME kayaking experience. Once out of the bay we were hit with huge waves and a strong current. Between Portocristo and the next cove, Cala Anguila, there is nothing but rocky cliffs. There was nowhere to row in and shelter safely given the conditions. In short, we should have been warned that conditions were not really safe to head out to sea, especially not in such a kayak. We weren't able to make the most of the day at all. The kayaks here are meant for paddling around the bay, you can leave your valuables in the hut with the guy (at your own risk) and spend an hour or two floating about. That's all. I actually believe the guy was even surprised to see us back alive! We compare this experience to a recent trip to the Costa Brava where the service was completely different. Upon collecting the kayak we were asked specifically if we had any experience, we were offered life jackets and a waterproof bag automatically, and we were given a map and clear instructions on how best to access the coves given the days conditions out on the water.
