Had a great experience with Tramantura Tours. Bike was perfect, set up just as I had specified. Flawless performance. It was easy to pick up and drop off.

Superbes vélos en location, personnel très sympathique. Dans le prix tout est compris : casque, matériel de réparation, pompe, cadenas, ... Au top!

We had a wonderful walk yesterday from Valldemossa to Soller with Michelle, she was a great guide, historian and excellent company. She set a very good pace and really enhanced our experience, I would highly recommend this company. We also used them for porterage of our bags over the week and they were collected and delivered as requested each day.

2 friends and I have rented road bikes with Andy. Super service prior to getting there. I had tons of questions and Andy was super responsive any time of the day/evening. The 3 bikes we rented were top notch! Really! Di2, disc brakes, etc. They were in excellent condition. And we had sent them all our measurements before and the bikes were ready when we picked them up. I highly recommend this team for bike rental. Guy

Aanrader voor fietsverhuur! Ik heb een Canyon Endurace gehuurd voor een week en dit was erg goed bevallen. Goed onderhouden fiets en goede communicatie. Ik kreeg snel een reactie op mijn reservering en vragen die ik had. De fiets stond ‘s ochtend goed afgesteld klaar en in de winkel kon ik nog een paar gels kopen voor de fietstochten. Ook top dat ze een di2 oplaadkabel meegeven voor het geval die leeg zou raken.

Geführte Tour Torrent de Pareis: Super zufrieden mit dem Tag und dem Guide Ricardo. Als Alleinreisender ist die geführte Tour auf jeden Fall besser und sicherer, als das alleine zu versuchen! Die Wege waren stellenweise zugewachsen und nicht richtig zu erkennen. Auch muss man einfach wissen, wie man Schlüsselstellen am Canyon umgehen muss. Organisation war super (Transport von Port de Sóller zum Einstieg und zurück vom Endpunkt der Schlucht mit dem Ausflugsschiff). Insgesamt absolut empfehlenswert!

Sehr netter Laden mit guter Ware (habe einen tollen Hut gekauft) und super Fahrrad-Tourentipp für meine etwas ungewöhliche Frage nach einer einfachen, schönen Straßentour. Ganz herzlichen Dank für die super-geniale Empfehlung (von Frau zu Frau)!!!

Helpful during booking process. The actual bike was disappointing though. Drivetrain was dirty and the low gears were noisy. I took it back after a day, and requested a clean and fix, this didn’t happen. No apology when I returned the bike at the end of the stay.

Must saw that I was mighty impressed with the range and quality of the bikes here. Andy and Michelle couldn’t have been more helpful in sorting out my needs. Great range of high end quality bikes. I rented a Trek eMTB which was prefect for the off road stuff around Port de Solier. Looking forward to checking out their Road stuff at some point in the future. Well done

I have used Tramuntana in 2021,2022,2023 for mountain biking rental and tours in the Soller valley and would highly recommend using them for both. The guides are professional and fun to ride with.

Visited this store a couple of times when staying in Soller. Hired a bike for a day and on another occasion purchased some cycling socks. We always received exceptional service . Even given some advise on places to visit that weren’t the regular tourist places.

We recently hired a couple of bikes from these people and the service was excellent. Quick at answering my questions by email then no hassle booking and really 'chuffed' with the bikes; Canyon Endurance, top notch for the hills around Mallorca. Can't fault these guys at all and the cycling around Soller and the mountains is well worth a go, make sure you pick up pastries from the bakery in Deia when passing....mmmmm! Amazing bike range but not so good on the communication front. Said they would get back to me in 24hrs about a bike hire, 5/6 days ago. Still no contact. Shame.

Reserved a private hiking tour for departure fr the Soller shop and was informed the evening before that it wouldn't be possible. Was informed that my only option was: a.) at an earlier time and b.) to meet their guide in Port de Soller -- LOL. This is for a private tour, mind you, not group. Definitely seek happy vibes for my hiking days and this doesn't seem to be it.

Allready waiting more than a month on my promised invoice after multiple e-mails. So far the afterservice… the pre-service was, as you can read by others, 1000 times faster. Didn’t even ask if the bikes were OK… (They were not.)

Have used this company for many years when hiring a road bike and they provide a great service. Have helped me out when booking last minute holiday which is great. Larger store in the port de soller but as we normally stay in Soller having the bike delivered to the town store is a big help. Reasonable prices with good selection of bikes to suit your needs .

Tourist trap for bikers, with a monopoly on the service, hence a certain arrogance. I spent at least 10 minutes patiently waiting to be attended to whilst the owner (?) steadfastly ignored me, so I left. I probably didn't look like a biker, but my young family visitors, the customers, are. Please don't confuse positive reviews that comment on the beauty of the local environment with the functionality of TT. They rent bikes and helmets at reasonable prices, sell spares and advise on routes (it isn't complicated) but with charisma....?

Great bike rental experience! Very quick response time in setting up the rental prior to my trip. Once in Soller, I was met at the shop outside of business hours exactly at the agreed upon time. The bike was in great shape and ready to go. I highly recommend them!

Un lugar perfecto para aprender o informarse de rutas de senderismo, bici, trekkings, etc de la zona de tramontana, tambien tienen alquiler de Bicicletas tanto de montaña como de carretera. Disponen de una tienda mas en la zona de el puerto. Gente agradable y muy simpatica.

We did a nice and easy grade 1 mountain bike tour. The bikes were excellent and the guide (Jorge) was also excellent, friendly and knowledgeable. Would definitely use them again for bike tours and other things they run.

Great equipment, great service. I rented 4 mountain bikes for a family outing. The equipment was top notch and the shop in Port Soller fixed us up with helmets, pedals and tire changing gear. For convenience, they also let us return the bikes at the Soller location.

I have booked two 29er mountainbikes per email. At the agreed pick-up time everything was ready to be picked up. The first 29er was brand new , the second also in top condition. The nice lady also had good tour suggestions at hand. I can recommend Tramuntana Tours. Look forward to the next time. :-)

Booked three bikes, all uk setup. Adrian was an excellent guide. The Soller Technical Rideout was perfect for the day. Nice early start and back before the day became too hot. I'd do this again.

Ordered 2, full suspension 29'ers, with clip on pedals, brakes reversed. No deposit requested. Bikes where ready, setup fine and staff friendly

Terrible. Customer service abysmal - I spoke with the owner, Andy, directly, and apparently it was MY fault the rental bike was too small because I booked too late (I met the guide and the group at the trail-head so I couldn´t test the full suspension mountain bike in the shop prior to the journey). The guide also didn´t bring a shock pump on the ride.. I´ve been biking with guides and renting bikes all over the world and this place "wipes" them all. I was a return customer before this, and still treated like crap. The reason they have all the great reviews is because they have a monopoly on the market in Mallorca. Really truly amazing how the owner of the company can say "It´s your fault because you didn´t book sooner." He also used profanity during the phone call. I would never do business near Andy again. - Luke Evenbom
