Just back from an amazing week in Casa Del. Laura and Kim were fantastic in helping us select the property and making arrangements. The property was simply spectacular, the views, pool, outdoor kitchen and BBQ all made do and amazing stay - the inside was excellent as well. All beautifully presented! Highly highly recommended

We had such a lovely holiday in Moraira. We found the Villa through Ace Holidays and they were excellent in taking care of us. We had lots of communication before and during the booking. Laura and her team were really nice to deal with and made the booking seamless from start to finish. The Villa was exactly as described and was ready with a welcome pack when we arrived. We would recommend Ace Holidays and are looking forward to booking with them again next year.

Muy decepcionante y poco profesional Contratamos con esta compañía unas condiciones claras para el alquiler de la casa, pero sin previo aviso decidieron cambiarlas porque les dio la gana, sin respetar lo acordado. No hubo negociación ni explicación razonable, simplemente impusieron nuevas normas a su antojo. Una falta total de seriedad y profesionalidad. No recomendaría tratar con ellos a nadie que valore la estabilidad y el cumplimiento de los acuerdos. La sensación de inseguridad e improvisación es constante. Muy mala experiencia.

Mala experiencia con esta compañía. Teníamos una reserva hecha en la cual cuando la hice no había requisito de edad, y a una semana de realizar el viaje y ponerme en contacto con ellos al infórmarle de la edad q tenía cambiaron las condiciones del alojamiento y normas de la casa para que no pudiésemos ir. Además por si fuese poco no nos daban ninguna solución y intentándose quedar con parte de nuestro dinero de la reserva. Nos engañaron diciendo q las condiciones de la casa llevaban así años y tenía pruebas de que no era así. Si no que la habían cambiado una vez le comenté mi edad y la de mis amigos. Bad experience with this company. We had a reservation that had no age requirement at the time of booking, and a week after we made the trip and contacted them, after informing them of my age, they changed the accommodation conditions and house rules so we couldn't go. On top of that, they offered no solutions and tried to keep part of our reservation money. They tricked us by telling us the house conditions had been like that for years, and they had proof that they weren't. Instead, they said they had changed them once I told them my age and the ages of my friends.

Très belle villa et très propre, bien entretenue. Rien ne manque pour cuisiner. Les salle de bain sont grande juste les douches qui sont petites. Piscine magnifique et bien entretenue.

We had an amazing stay Casa Clare, a real home from home, amazing views, and the perfect antidote to busy lives. Laura and her team could not have been more helpful or efficient. Will definitely be back.

Casa Maria is such a beautiful villa, great location , fantastic pool, really pretty outside area with lovely pagoda. We were blessed with lovely towels for the pool, a very comfy bed and gas bbq which we used most days (and no need to fill up the gas). It is in a superb location , peaceful , but only 10-15 minutes from the port and arenal. Having been to Javea over the past 28 years this is one of the best and Kim was delightful to deal with. Check in and check out relaxed . It really is worth a visit!

Stayed in a villa managed by Ace Holidays in the Moraira area in Costa Blanca. All our communications with Ace's representatives were straightforward and answered quickly with any issues (minor only) resolved. We asked for an early check in and late check out, and Ace were very helpful with accomodating these request. Overall very positive experience with Ace Holidays.

We’ve just returned from a fabulous holiday staying at Casa Clare in Denia. The 3 double bedroomed apartment has the most amazing views across Denia and out to sea and has use of a really large and very quiet pool. The apartment is beautifully designed and has been recently modernised and has a lovely wrap round balcony with plenty of outdoor seating. Denia is a fabulous location with loads of restaurants, beaches and activities. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit and can’t wait to return!

This is a gorgeous apartment in a quiet development. Amazing views of the sea from the terrace. Perfect for a relaxing stay with family or friends.

Fabulous villa (Casa Maria)! Spent 10 days here with our young family and we didn’t want to leave! The villa was spacious (inside and out) with air con in most rooms and had everything we needed. Probably the biggest hit for us was the large private swimming pool. We spent hours each day playing in and around the pool and reading books on the sun loungers. There is also a huge day bed in the garden which is great spot for a snooze or a sundowner in the evening 😊 The villa’s immediate location is nice and quiet with beaches and Xabia town only short drives away (would definitely recommend hiring car!). There are also a couple of nice restaurants and bars walking distance from the villa. Most days we went to the beach in the morning then chilled in the villa or by the pool in the afternoon, often firing up the bbq on the terrace for dinner. Our favourite beaches were platja granadella a 5 mins drive away (beautiful secluded stoney beach in a cove, so calm crystal clear water ideal for swimming) and platja de l’arenal a 10 mins drive (more traditional sandy beach with loads of nice restaurant and cafe options and Mount Montgó in the backdrop). The drive from the Alicante airport is simple and instructions easy to follow. Laura and Kim from Ace Holidays were brilliant! They waited at the villa even when our flight was very delayed. They provided food and drinks which meant we could relax from day one. Very responsive on WhatsApp and they came to the house immediately to top up the gas for the BBQ. We felt very well looked after! Overall the villa is a perfect base for exploring and a great space for relaxing. We will definitely revisit!!!

We have just returned from a lovely 9 day holiday in a villa in Moraira. Casa Sophie is a beautiful villa, very spacious indoors and outside, with everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The pool is brand new and it was warm :-) The beds are comfy and the kitchen is very well equipped. The villa has a perfect mix of modern features and traditional flair. The communication before as well as during the holiday with Laura, Kim and Hannah from the agency was easy, friendly and helpful. They even provided an airport transfer at a reasonable price. We would recommend Ace Holidays and are looking forward to booking with you again in the future!!

An amazing villa in Moraira, with stunning views of greenery and the sea in the distance. The most relaxed holiday we’ve had enjoying the beautiful grounds and pool. Kim was very friendly and helpful on our arrival and departure. Would recommend a visit 100%!

Fantastic villa and staff we have stayed in Ace holidays villa’s a few times before this year and we will definitely be using them next year couldn’t ask for a better service

We usually stay in Moraira but this time we fancied a change so we booked the beautiful duplex penthouse in Denia. My husband had not long since had surgery on his back so this was perfect as there is a bedroom and bathroom on the ground floor so he didn't have to use the stairs. It was immaculate and the welcome pack that was complimentary was plentiful. I think Laura gives the personal touch and Kim that greeted us was a gem, she advised us where to go in the area. We know Denia but not the little to go to places so her input was really good. The view from this penthouse is amazing and wouldn't hesitate to book it again or any other property with Ace Holidays. It has actually converted us to stay in Denia again soon. The team are always on the end of the telephone if you need them.

We had a great vacation, it felt like home. Laura and Kim are adorable and so kind always available in case of questions during our stay. We will return to them for our next vacation. we recommend them 100%. Thank you again for all!

As an owner of a property I cannot speak highly enough of Laura and her team. The do a cracking job in renting my property. The customer care for the clients is to a high standard, and I do not have any issues so that keeps my life simple ! I would have no hesitation in recommending ACE HOLIDAYS for anybody who is looking to rent out their property.

We have just returned from our holiday and wish we could go back! This is the second year we have booked with Ace Holidays and we are about to book again for next year. Laura and her team are excellent. Great communication and very quick to respond to any questions. Transparent pricing so no hidden extras. The equipment provided in our accommodation was excellent, including beach chairs and parasol etc. Highly recommended.
