The villa was fab for our group of 7. We arrived a little early and were able to leave our bags securely, whilst the apartment was made ready for us. A little further from the centre than we expected but we found the taxi service to be spot on. We did enjoy the odd day walking from the old town to the new town, enjoying the beach etc on route. The villa facilities were superb, everything we required was available, shops/supermarket all within a couple of minutes walk. The roof terrace was a fab extra and we'll used by all our group. Definitely recommend this accommodation.

The location of the apartment is superb. The terrace has a direct sea view, and we could even hear the sound of the waves from the bedroom. There are plenty of restaurants nearby, and the beach is just a few steps away. Everything was exactly as we wished.

Nice clean apartment, great value. Quiet area at night time but only 5 minutes from start of the Strip. Would use again no problem.

We had and amazing 5 days in the apartment. It was very clean, with all u need in him, the view is amazing, close to all facilities and amazing and very kind people. With pleasure i will return here.

Great stay at Sunset Cliffs. The apartment was modern, clean and perfect for a family trip. Great views from the balcony. The host was extremely helpful and send us the checking in details before we arrived and they were easy to follow. Also responded to messages really quickly.

Had a lovely apartment in the old town close to everything that was important to us. The apartment was stylish and comfortable. We were really happy with the facilities in the apartment. When we arrived, the communication with the agency was good and we were able to access the apartment early but we felt communication could have been better before we arrived, particularly in response to messages we'd sent asking for further information, hence 4 stars and not 5..

I thought the apartment was of great value and a good location. Priced excellently and the apartment was very clean and the air-conditioning was great too. Only downside was the pool was closed and unaware prior to arrival that this was always the case. Would stay again.

I have rented apartments in Benidorm several times but the best host is Benidorm Rentals quick to respond to queries always there for you and more importantly great rental units which are clean and include all you need for a short or long stay would definitely recommend.

Appartamento bellissimo, comodo e super attrezzato. Camera da letto con matrimoniale e bagno privato Camera da letto con 2 letti, sala con tavolo e zona tv con divano. Bagno con doccia Cucina attrezzata con ampio frigo, cucina e lavastoviglie, Lavatrice e ferro da stiro. Veranda con vista su piscina condominiale, parcheggio privato in autorimessa condominiale. Tutto funziona bene, in zona servitissima con supermercato, farmacia e tanti ristoranti a pochi metri. Da ritornarci.

No esta nada mal aunque el piso es muy antiguo todolo de adentro muebles la piscina podrian limpiarla mas en verano porque todos los bordes de la piscina por dentro estan marrones o verdes y las 2 veces q entre al agua se me infecto el ojo y mis hijos igual El departamento estaba limpio aunque tenia 3 ventiladores antiguaos algunos estaban rotos pero funcionaban aunque algo lento lo q no sabia era q la cocina funcilnaba con bombona de gas me costo mucho saber como conectar eso para q funciones los hornillos podrian dejar un mechero tambien porque hacia falta ah y la nevera apenas enfria. Por lo demas esta muy bien es centrico y el espacio es amplio con la terraza buenas vistas

Very clean, very spacious, full size kitchen with washing machine, 2 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms with built in storage and one with balcony. 2 very large sofas and a covered in terrace which you could slide the windows all the way along from floor to ceiling. Location is excellent it’s about 5 minutes from the beach and close to a number of pubs, including 2 of the only family pubs (tropical and sinatras) in Benidorm which allows children in, this was our reason for booking this place. Red lion 2 over the road Lidl is next door. It’s on the 4th floor and just up a side street slightly… next door to the regente hotel so it’s kinda quiet on a night. The pool area is ok, there’s a large pool 1.8mtres deep with life guard. The pool closes between 3-4pm everyday and then again at 8pm. The only negatives we had was, collecting the keys was a 30 minute walk away. There are no deckchairs around the pool and because there are a lot of stray cats there was poop so lying on your towel on the grass was a nope. Communication from the renters was a bit poor as we had a disabled guest in our group and we arrived in Benidorm at 11am (checking in was at 4) and we kept asking if the apartment was ready and we got no reply. Over all a very good stay and I would Definatly stay again.

L’appartamento era confortevole e in una posizione fantastica, con attorno molti bar e vicino ai quartieri inglesi. L’unica pecca è che c’erano zone con un po’ di polvere che poteva risultare un problema per chi allergico, ma alla fine dei conti è stato molto accogliente.

Agencia de varios apartamentos, en el caso del nuestro, muebles anticuados, y nevera que apenas enfriaba, con el regulador de temperatura/ potencia roto. La cerradura estaba rota, parece algo forzada. Por lo demás, un apartamento donde se puede descansar y disfrutar de la buena localización y vistas, terraza muy amplia y al ser un piso superior se veía la playa como si estuvieses en 1º lineal. Cerca del centro y al lado de la playa.

Hemos pasado 6 días en Benidorm en uno de sus apartamentos y no podíamos venir más encantados. Piscina, la playa al lado, todo a mano(bazares, farmacia,estanco,super...) y unas vistas espectaculares.

The little flat is good, everything you need, and close by shops, the beach is very close, the pool is populated by the people of the building which are all over 60, so if u are a group of guys i dont recommend it, coming back to the apartment as said is fine but very noisy, you can hear the neighbours like they are living in your flat, something i really want to say is that please dont pay a deposit: My booking was from 21/06 to 2/07 and now is 12/07 and my deposit is not back yet, the host said on date 9/07 that would come in 24h or 48h, unfortunately im still waiting for it!

Stayed here at the end of June. Fabulous apartment. Real bonus we did have WiFi after all. Only negative was that no sunbeds by pool area but not a problem as you walk out of the front door right on to the beach. Spotlessly clean and the entrance way and lifts in the building were always kept clean too by the friendly maintenance staff. Would definitely recommend. Fantastic value for the price. Will be staying here again ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐ ⭐

I experienced outstanding communication with the staff, who were incredibly helpful throughout every phase of my stay—before I arrived, during my time there, and even after I checked out. The entire process was seamless, from making the reservation to checking in and out. My stay was absolutely fantastic, and the apartment itself was stunning, providing a breathtaking view of the sea. It was impeccably clean, and while we did face a few minor issues within the apartment, the staff was quick to respond and managed the repairs with great professionalism. I wholeheartedly recommend Benidorm rentals for anyone looking for a great experience.

I stayed in the NEW TOWN LEVANTE BEACH apartment which was perfect. The Apartment is spacious, clean and Laura who dealt with sorting out access was great. Key collection was seamless and stressfree. I would definately recomment booking if you are visiting Benidorm.

We booked a stay for 2 adults from the 2nd till the 8th June and wow what a stay it was, rooms were lovely, fully equipped kitchen. Less than 10 minutes walk away to the beech front and the pools for the apartment make it even better! Would recommend to anyone for a long or short break even family’s. Thank you for the booking

Spent 4 nights at this apartment .Nice and clean on arrival even left a welcome pack for us .The beds were very comfortable and clean . very central a 2 minute walk to the beach and 5 minutes to the bars . supermarket opposite was very convenient would go back great value for the money .was easy to pick the keys up a short walk down the road .we informed the host that the bathroom window was broken and got a reply straight away .Great service will be back .

My friend and I stayed in April 2025 at Vera Cruz building apartment 19 at the beach of Levante Benidorm. The apartment of Benidorm Rentals was fantastic, very clean, great beds and the balcony with view were stunning and more than we wished for! Little hiccup with dishwasher was immediately solved and the communication with the staff of Benidorm Rentals/blueline Benidorm was above and beyond! The only thing I regret is that this review will probably attract more clients for them!!! 😜😜

What a great time we had at the apartment, location is super central to everything, all you could need is in the apartment including washing machine, free parking and well equipped kitchen. The staff managing the apartments are so pleasant and helpful, even when we managed to lock the keys in the apartment, the lovely staff attended us quickly to get us back in, and with a smile!! Beautiful apartment, very convenient with 2 bathrooms and bedroom. View from the balcony is amazing. Very quiet we didn’t hear or see a neighbour during our stay. Everything that you needed was there. Location perfect for the quiet side of Benidorm. Check in was very early and they were always very helpful and accommodating.

Clean and tidy apartment, perfectly located for access to the beach (30 second walk), shops, amusements, the old town and the strip. It’s a quiet apartment, you don’t notice the hustle and bustle when you want to sleep. Our family were staying in the hotel opposite where you could go and pay for breakfast in the morning. There is a small pool and a small area containing a goal for football. If you’re afraid of heights, I recommend checking what floor you’re staying on before booking.

Want an amazing apartment and great location. (Pescadors Apartment) Pictures on the site are just as the apartment is. Great size living space and tv, good size balcony with good view of the sea, good size kitchen, two good size bedrooms with plenty of storage and large shower, washing machine which is a great addition. Collection of key was from the office, which is just 10mins walk away, no problem at all and collection was out of hours so had to use a QR code to open a safety deposit box and it was very easy to use and great instructions to follow. Before arrival a WhatsApp message was sent showing pictures of the property front entrance, which was extremely helpful. Added bonus, there was an hairdryer in the apartment, but was not listed on the site. I will certainly be looking at booking here again.

La ubicación del apartamento es perfecta, dispone de garaje y de piscina bien cuidada. El apartamento es manifiestamente mejorable en lo que se refiere a mobiliario, sobre todo el de la terraza y el salón comedor. También deberían plantearse colocar un cerramiento en la terraza y un toldo.

Muy mal, primero me cancelan en Booking para obligarme a reservar con ellos con la excusa de que mi tarjeta no funciona (la misma que utilizan después para cobrarme) y luego el apartamento está lleno de problemas (humedades, ducha sin cabezal, fregadero gotea, electricidad salta...) que no solucionan ni responden cuando llamas o escribes...

Hace años que vamos y nos atiende Nicole. Muy amable y pendiente. Sé que el año pasado tuvieron problemas con el personal de la limpieza, pero por lo demás todo perfecto. El año que viene repetiremos.

Booked a stay and these were the problems: Electricity failed due to a faulty iron which they said they knew about Had a fall due to the darkness, 3 day stay in hospital Ceiling collapsed Broken furniture Crockery caked in old food Door handle fell off front door Had to move out when their maintenance team condemned the apartment. Alternative accommodattion offered was not suitable due to access. They would only refund 75%. Had to find another accommodation at immediate notice for remaining week at own expense. Dreadful.

we booked our airbnb through this company for a weeks stay in benidorm. The flat was as described and the company were very helpful with great communication We could store our luggage in their office after checkout which was very helpful

I booked an apartment for one month August suppose to be luxurious! I arrived no toilet roll no soap 2 towels to last a month ! No change of bedding ! No Internet for first week which was included In the cost of a very expensive place! No T V as needed internet and then just Spanish ! ALTHOUGH WAS SET UP WITH APPS FOR NETFLIX ETC ! BUT HAD TO HAVE A PASSWORD. No table and chairs to eat meals no mirror only in bathroom no blinds on back windows so flashing lights from Benidorm strip until 4am ! Noise until 4 am ! No cupboard to put dirty mop and bucket in ! Cupboard in kit hen to high to reach top shelve ! The list goes on . I complained but they really weren't bothered ! A very stressful time for me ! And what I wanted and expected was a restful and relaxing time !

Después de esperar respuesta durante casi 1 día, la responsable de ayudarnos Carol, nos dio un pesima atención al cliente, pero mandaron 2 técnicos, uno de limpieza para solo limpiar la ducha y el cajón de las cucarachas y otro para arreglar el aire. Lo demás tuvo que correr a cuenta nuestra, aunque túvieramos que pagar limpieza en el precio total, en resumen una mala experiencia.

Details on arrival were helpful! I actually thought the company was organised at this point. However once arrived, no wi fi code and apartment advertised with wi fi . Two of the chairs are broken one of our friends fell on the floor (not a heavy friend) we tried to call quite a few times with no answer we even think one call was cancelled. We then messaged on the what’s app they started they was online and ignored. We checked later in the day they read the messages and just ignored . I would not use this company again just through the ignorance and lack of care towards paying customers. We are currently still here staying in this apartment as this is only our first day. I have screen shots of the messages showing they was online and ignored ours also the messages they read hours later and have not contacted us

Hola.. con una reserva en booking desde hace meses, la cancelan con la excusa de que no era una visa valida para la reserva incluso 5 dias antes de hacer el pago.Me quedado sin vacaciones por ellos El apartamento en cuestion es Aquariun 3 en Benidorm.

Les dejé mi apartamento en alquiler vacacional y tras un año horrible he cambiado de agencia. Tienen las comisiones más altas de Benidorm, un servicio de limpieza nada profesional, sin técnicos propios para las averías (dependen de quien encuentren en el momento), prácticamente sin atención al cliente ya que hacen coger las llaves de una máquina a los clientes y no los ven ni a la llegada ni a la salida... El personal de la oficina no está cualificado para tratar con las personas, son muy prepotentes y no transmiten nada bueno. El apartamento ha quedado con muchos desperfectos, pintadas de bolígrafo en paredes y sofá y alguna puerta del armario rota pero ellos no se hacen responsables de nada, según ellos es "uso y desgaste normal"... No lo recomiendo para nada!

Apartamento: El horno no funcionaba, cubiertos sucios, poca presión de agua fría , poca limpieza en general , persiana de la habitación eléctrica se estropeó, no había palo de escoba, escasa limpieza, muebles viejos, sábana de la cama supletoria del sofá con sangre, armario de la habitación casi no cerraba, armario del baño casi se caía, buena atención del servicio técnico, pero mala coordinación, perdimos casi dos días por la espera de arreglar la persiana y el horno que al final el horno no funcionaba porque saltaban los plomos y no llegamos a poderlo usar, no nos avisaron que estaba estropeado, nos volvimos con la carne que íbamos a hacer a casa, uno de los colchones de la habitación no tenía protector. Por lo demás, la estancia bien , muy buenas vistas tanto playa como ciudad , la ubicación también muy bien.

No volveré a contratar con ellos, muy mala atención de los trabajadores de la oficina.

No volvemos a reservar con ellos, estuvimos el año pasado y aunque hubo un problema con la electricidad lo resolvieron rápida y amablemente, pero este año ha sido una VERGÜENZA, el apartamento sin limpiar y lleno de basura cuando llegamos, 3 días sin agua caliente y sin internet y los llamas y pasan de ti y cuando te contestan lo hacen de manera chulesca y de malas formas.

Diese Liegenschaft Vermietung ist absolut nicht empfehlenswert. Das Apartment war unbewohnbar, ohne Strom, ohne Warmwasser und praktisch alle Geräte unbrauchbar und schmutzig. Die Steckdosen hängen aus der Wand. Wir haben alles gemeldet aber sie haben überhaupt keine Unterstützung angeboten. Wir sind ausgezogen und haben ein anderes Apartment genommen. Rückerstattung gleich Fehlanzeige!!!

Cetté année notre 1ere experience avec cette agence : très decevante. L'appartement que nous avons loué a plusieurs soucis et ne correspond pas à la description : Les fenentres très sales à notre arrivée, pas de couettes en décembre, les serviettes de qualité pitoyable, pas de connexion Internet, la cafetiere sans le receptient d'eau, la machine à laver avec l'eau stagnante, pas une seule eponge, pas de produits de nettoyage, pas de savon, ni pour les mains, ni pour la vaiselle, pas d'ouvre bouteille, l'appartement n'est propre qu'en apparance, mais en réalité il est sale. Nous sommes deçus, la fois prochaine nous ne prendrons plus cette agence. Pourtant l'appartement est bien situé.

Un séjour pendant lequel je suis restée enfermée dans la salle de bain car la serrure était endommagée, avec un gardien de résidence sans outil !! Mon fils a pu me libérer avec une paire de ciseau ! Malgré prise de RDV avec le technicien de Blue Line, ce dernier ne se présente pas .. Le personnel de l'agence fait la sourde oreille, pas de réaction suite à la demande d'un geste commercial pour tous ces ennuis. Pas de lumière dans l'autre salle de bain: ampoules HS, rideau déchiré .. En résumé: lamentable !!!!!

We rented a large 2 bed apparment at Torres Coblanca, Benidorm. It was clean and well equipped, with beautiful sea views. It's situation was ideal, opposite the Levante beach and near to shops and bars. Down side was that it needed some repairs doing. The air conditioning unit in the master bedroom leaked water when switched on, so much so that we woke up to a river of water under our bed. We reported this to blue line and they sent someone round to fix it. The worker said he couldn't fix it and advised us not to use it, he said it had been reported before. Blue line said they would provide us with a portable air conditioning unit in the meantime and would get the unit fixed. This did not happen, so during the night we had our bedroom window open and the noise outside was loud until this early hours of the morning so that it was difficult to sleep When you pulled the cord to open and close some of the bedroom shutters it came away from the wall The TV did not have any English channels on it at all. The shower head bracket in the main bathroom was broken and the sliding doors were jammed. Definitely needs some DIY and a bit of tender loving care . We emailed Blueline on the email address provided by them in the apartment, but it didn't work.We rang their emergency number proved and Watts app and a guy passed our concerns on. Also, the apparment is for as max of 6 people, there were 4 of us and we only got one set of keys. We payed a lot for this apparment, so slightly disappointed.

Booked a week in Benidorm and stayed in the most beautiful apartment right on the front line with such spectacular views ! The apartment was moden, spacious and clean and Blueline were flawless with the key collection process . The main office is only a couple of hundred yards from the accommodation and we were able to pop in and chat with staff . Would definitely book through them again. Tercer año que vamos a benidorm y que nos quedamos en el apartamento. El apartamento perfecto con dos dormitorios, dos baños y el balcón que mira hacia la playa. La pasamos siempre muy bien paseando por la playa y el bulevar. El personal de la compañía muy amable y reaccionan siempre a tiempo si tenemos preguntas.

Muy decepcionado por el trato.rezervamos el apartamento con plaza de garaje y resulta que estaba ocupada la plaza.hay 2 apartamentos y 1 plaza de garaje y en vez de buscar una solución nos han dicho que hablemos con el portero o aparcar donde podamos.

TL;DR: If they try to convince you to use bank transfer instead of third-party app, think twice. How we ended up working with BlueLine Bookings: - We found a nice apartment in Benidorm/Finestrat through Airbnb - contacting the Host to learn more about it and being asked to contact them via phone for more information - when disclosing roughly the days between which we would like to be in Finestrat, they sent us an offer via Email, blocking the availability of the apartment on all online platforms. - initially, we insisted on unblocking everything online so that we get better protection (even though their offer contained a small discount); they found enough reasons to convince us not to do it so that the apartment won't get lost (they explained us they couldn't unlock the apartment through few clicks with us on the phone) - arrived at the place - everything perfect & relatively clean - to discover after few days that there is a construction site next to the place. Ok, we thought that if it's there, the sound is bearable - the construction workers moved closer to the complex where we've been staying & called the Blueline Bookings to complain about the noise That's where Blueline Bookins is different from Airbnb: when I had a similar situation with Airbnb, the host understood the situation and Airbnb support has been by my side all the time, solving the situation perfectly. Blueline Bookings knew about the noise from the construction site (they started working from 7 in the morning Mon-Fri) for a couple of years and didn't bother to inform anyone about that in the apartment announcement!!! When confronted, they hardly accepted to provide a 10% discount (which I am still waiting for - approx 3 weeks; they didn't read my last message, maybe they will read the review). Will I ever try to work with Blueline Bookings? Perhaps yes, but only and only through a third-party agency such as Booking or Airbnb where the rules are pro customers.

Blue Line have been excellent with us. Communication was very good and we knew exactly what to do when we got here regarding key collection etc. The apartment itself was spacious and spotlessly clean with everything we needed. Beds were extremely comfortable (very important due to back issues) and showers were so powerful. Door Corona 3 maal verplaatst zonder problemen en prettige contacten....grote service van het personeel...zo werd onze wasmachine, 2 uur na melding al gerepareerd!!! Fue una decepción en toda regla. Era grande y espacioso, un apartamento de dos habitaciones, luminoso y blanco, con vistas maravillosas, un lugar idílico para vivir. Enseguida nos dimos cuenta que no habían toallas, ni sabanas, ni paño de.cocina, ni menaje de cocina....tan solo una sartén diminuta y una cazuela. Un solo cuchillo en un enorme cajón. Dos vasos. Dos tacitas inútiles. Una tostadora de juguete, no había cafetera. No había hervidor de agua, no había ningún recipiente para asar algo al horno. La bañera tenía un agujero sospechoso que indicaba que no era muy segura para darse un baño de.hidromasaje. La puerta de salir a la terraza estaba descolgada y no podía apenas abrirse. Cristales sucios. Barandilla con un dedo de polvo. Mobiliario de terraza roto ligeramente. Colchones con pelos y manchas que casi agradecí que estuvieran las camas sin hacer....en resumen un asco! No deshicimos las maletas. Exigimos devolución de dinero inmediatamente, pues de eso no se puede pedir casi 900 euros por una semana. Es muy doloroso que mimen tan poco al turista en esa ciudad llamada Benidorm, una ciudad que solo y únicamente vive del turismo. Pero es más doloroso que vayamos como borregos pese los timos que hay, que son muchos, observar que el trato al turista nacional no es... (ni parecido al extranjero) aún así seguimos y seguimos buscando este lugar como lugar de vacaciones ..... Respecto a la inmobiliaria Núñez y el Sr. Carlos (quién nos metió el pisito) insensibles y mentecatos...nos dejaron en la calle sin ningún ápice de empatía. En fin....el tiempo todo lo pone en su sitio. Siento el tocho....pero por favor no tragueis!!! Sólo así se puede cambiar este mundo de sinvergüenzas.

Apartamento luminoso y grande, pero en AIRBNB anuncian cosas que no tiene, le falta utensilios de cocina, sin tazas para el desayuno, sin Ensaladera, el tostador no funciona. Los baños sin toalleros, te apañas como puedes con las toallas. La limpieza te cobran 65 € y de desi fón nada, había arena en el suelo de que solo se había barrido lo que se veía. Cristales sucios. Y a la persona que te lo alquila le da lo mismo todo esto.

Agence pas sérieuse, ne correspond pas à la description, manque d information, ne résout aucun problème, à déconseillé.

Apartment war renovierungsbedürftig, viele Sachen waren beschädigt, oder sogar kaputt. Das Apartment wurde mit einem Tiefgaragenparkplatz gebucht und als wir ankamen war unser Parkplatz an jemand anderes vergeben und wir bekamen ein anderen Parkplatz. Nach einigen Tagen haben wir am auto einen Zettel gefunden wo drauf stand das es ein Privatparkplatz ist und das Auto war beschädigt. von Blueline gab es weder eine Entschädigung noch eine Entschuldigung. Das einzige was wir bekamen war ein Parkplatz der besetzt war, sodass wir uns einen anderen auf eigene Faust suchen mussten und für den bezahlt haben. Das hat uns den urlaub vermiest, da wir das auto noch vor Ort reparieren mussten um nach hause zu kommen.

Carlos at Blueline was very helpful when we had to change our booking due to flight cancellation. This would have been the second time we have use this company and will definitely be re-booking for next year. Many Thanks.

Es una vergüenza k con el país en estado de alarma y la imposibilidad de desplazamiento entre provincia nos hayan cobrado gastos de cancelación.

For the 7th time we booked with Blueline Benidorm staying in a beautiful private villa . Once again superb customer service from Carlos . Very thoughtful, lots of extras such as beach towels , even a Nintendo and PlayStation for kids . Cleaning materials and dishwasher tablets supplied but next year I am going to request wine and milk to be in the fridge ! The villa was immaculate and we had another 5star holiday . Buena experiencia con esta inmobiliaria.

En lugar de pedir disculpas por la nefasta gestión que ofrecen, se auto reseñan una farsa, con iniciales, para contrarrestar la verdad. Ya se puede ver que ademas de falsedad en la publicidad, los engaños continúan.

Gestionamos nuestro apartamento con Blueline y la verdad que es la mejor decisión que hemos podido tomar. Ellos te asignan un gestor, en nuestro caso, nos lo lleva Carlos y no tenemos que preocuparnos por nada. Además que todo lo hacen 100% legal y nos da mucha tranquilidad.

La estancia en el apartamento alquilado a BLUELINE ha sido una muy mala experiencia; al llegar al apartamento nos dimos cuenta que estaba muy sucio. Era tan evidente y asqueroso que Carlos, el comercial de BLUELINE, dijo que enviaría a personal de limpieza. Ante dicha situación inspeccionamos más a fondo y pudimos comprobar que no había enseres de cocina adecuados, solo una sartén pequeña y un pequeño cazo. Los cubiertos eran solo unos pocos tenedores y cucharas, todas con formas diferentes, igual que los platos, cada uno de distinto tamaño y ninguna cucharilla pequeña. No había escurreplatos ni cafetera, la campana extractora estropeada y la ducha rota (manguera y alcachofa). Ante ello, Carlos también dijo que enviaría al técnico y algo de menaje (una cazuela más grande, una sartén más grande, un escurreplatos y cucharillas de café) Se les olvidó la cafetera y la respuesta por teléfono fue que compraramos nosotros una. La limpiadora, nos dijo que ella no tenía que limpiar los cristales de las ventanas ni de la terraza, casi opacos de la suciedad, pues ello le correspondía al cristalero y el cristalero nunca llegó. El técnico, cuando vino, si que arregló el enchufe de la cocina y cambió la manguera de la ducha pero la campana no podía darle solución, ya que tenía que pedir una pieza a fábrica, y la pieza nunca llegó, por lo que cocinar en el apartamento significaba impregnarse de olores. La respuesta del Carlos el comercial, cuando le llame por teléfono y le dije que el técnico me había informado que no le había llegado la pieza y que no se podía reparar la campana fue que abrieramos las ventanas, pero siendo que la galería anexa a la cocina es donde está el evaporador del aire acondicionado expulsando un flujo de aire caliente era imposible dicha alternativa. Las sábanas de las camas eran del tamaño extra-grandes; para las camas de 90 se habían puesto sábanas, no bajeras ajustables que hubiera sido lo correcto, que se tenían que entrelazar con las lamas del somier para evitar que tocasen el suelo y las sabanas de cubierta ídem de lo mismo (Como si a un niño de 5 años le pones una camisa 3XL) Por lo que hacer las camas a diario se convertía en una operación de ingeniería. Las persianas averiadas, las bombillas fundidas, una televisión semiplana en el salón, de las que se utilizan para un baño o una pequeña cocina. La piscina publicidad no tiene nada que ver con la del edificio, ya que la que se ofrece en la web es la piscina del complejo anexo; mucho más grande, con mucho jardín y mucho espacio abierto. La del edificio, es mucho más pequeña (como la de los niños de la otra), con poco espacio de jardín y, por la ubicación (entre paredes), mucho más ruidosa con los niños jugando. En resumidas cuentas, un mal servicio de BLUELINE BENIDORM con una publicidad engañosa, que ha convertido unas vacaciones que se esperaban agradables en muy desagradables y más costosas, pues la alternativa a cocinar bien se ha tenido que cambiar a tener que comer fuera. Si hubiésemos sabido que BLUELINE no nos iba a dar el servicio adecuado, no hubiésemos pagado y nos hubiéramos ido de inmediato.
