Ich kam kurz vor Ladenschluss an. Milan hat mir noch ein Leihrad organisiert, Danke!! Das Rennrad wurde noch kontrolliert und auf mich eingestellt. Es war ein solides Carbonrennrad , Disc wäre schön gewesen.. hat aber auch so funktioniert. Ich damit viele Höhenmeter gefahren, die Übersetzung passt zum Gelände hier. Ein nettes Team!! Danke, ihr habt meinen Radurlaub gerettet, es war nicht so einfach in Benidorm ein Rennrad auszuleihen.

Boven verwachting!! Echt ontzettend genoten op 5 nov van de Jeepsafari. Mooie uitzichtpunten bezocht waar je anders niet komt. Lekker avontuurlijk door ruwe natuurgebieden. Wij hadden Corien een stoere chauffeuse die gezellig met een belgisch accent uitleg gaf. Super gezellig. Wij hebben een top dag gehad. Kan het iedereen aanbevelen!😊

Een prachtige beleving! Een vriendelijke gids erbij die goed Engels spreekt. Je wordt opgehaald en teruggebracht bij je hotel. De rit was wel wat ruw op sommige momenten en dus niet echt geschikt voor de allerkleinsten.

We had a fun-packed day off road with this friendly and knowledgeable group. Seeing the real and scenic side of Benidorm was a really joy! We’d recommend booking a trip with Marco Polo to see and do something different whilst in the area. We were collected and dropped off our hotel. Given a full tour of the region, with plenty of time to enjoy the scenery, local shops and restaurants.

Een ervaring die je niet mag missen. De jeep safari met onze ervaren driver Johan was echt geweldig. Het was een heerlijke dag vol met avontuur, feitjes over de omgeving en gezelligheid. Een prachtige unieke manier om de omgeving te ontdekken.

Le 26 septembre 2025 nous avons fait l'excursion en jeep du front de l'Agar puis visite de Guadalest en compagnie de Corinne une super journée avec une super accompagnatrice très pro et très aimable merci pour cette journée

We booked a half day jeep tour including a visit to Pasarela de la Presa de Relleu. Day before we recieved a message from Johan our guide confirming pick up times and location which was reassuring. Johan arrived promptly, explained what we were going to do and we set off. We stopped at various places on the way, showing us parts of benidorm and surrounding area we never knew existed. Traveling up through the mountains Johan provided so much information about the area, customs and flora. Johan was extremely knowledgeable and happy to answer any questions with enthusiasm. After a very interesting drive through some of the most beautiful countryside we arrived at Relleu. We had a short walk where we arrived at the sky walk. Our guide sorted all the tickets out, provided us with safety equipment and left us to enjoy the walk as a family. For me it was absolutely terrifying but im so glad I braved it so I could experience something ive never done before. It was absolutely beautiful. My family (not scared of heights) throughly enjoyed it. We made our way back to the jeep and on to our hotel. On the way back we had some spare time so Johan took us through benidorm giving us a guide of the area, showing us the tallest buildings and informing us of more customs and history of the city. We had a wonderful time and I cant thank Johan enough for sharing his knowledge and giving us a wonderful experience. Definitely a highlight of our holiday. As we found out Johan offers many more tours around the area, I can honestly say we will be visiting again and taking on more tours of the area, the night safari sounds very interesting in particular. All in all, i highly recommend one of the tours. If not multiple, it's a shame we didn't do it untill the last day of the holiday because it left us wanting more. Thank you very much Johan, youre a legend.

Vorige week mochten we genieten van een echt avontuur aan de Costa Blanca. Onze chauffeur Johan maakte de jeep safari onvergetelijk met zijn uitleg en weetjes over de omgeving en zijn fenomenale rijkunsten off-road. Geweldige ervaring en een echte aanrader! Ons zie je zeker terug voor meer.

We hebben een fantastische jeepsafari naar de Algar watervallen en Guadalest gehad! Onze bestuurder Johan heeft het echt geweldig gedaan, hij wist de mooiste plekjes te vinden en vertelde onderweg interessante weetjes over de omgeving. Dankzij zijn enthousiasme en humor werd de tocht niet alleen avontuurlijk maar ook erg gezellig. Het uitzicht over de bergen en het stuwmeer was adembenemend, en de route zelf zat vol verrassingen. Zeker een aanrader voor wie Guadalest en de watervallen op een unieke manier wil ontdekken. Bedankt Johan voor deze onvergetelijke ervaring!

Vandaag hadden wij een jeepsafari met als chauffeur Johan. Met hart en ziel nam hij ons mee in een fantastische beleving die steeds een mooie herinnering zal blijven. Dit is een van de mooiste momenten als reisbeleving geweest. Johan gaf een heel persoonlijke toets aan deze safari die enorm gewaardeerd werd. Prachtige plaatsen gezien, adrenaline gevoeld, en een warme persoonlijkheid van de chauffeur. Dankbaar dat ik dit beleven kon.

From start to finish Johan made us feel safe, comfortable, and completely looked after. His kindness and knowledge really shone through, and he created such a fun and happy atmosphere that made the whole evening extra special. I’m so grateful for the experience, it was truly unforgettable. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable adventure!

We booked a half day safari to the Fonts de l'Algar (waterfalls). Thought the ride was brilliant and our guide was very knowledgeable about the areas we went through. Showed that she cared about her job and had passion. Very bumpy which the kids loved. Waterfalls was good just wished we had packed water shoes with us, other than that we loved it.

Tijdens een onvergetelijke jeeptocht door Benidorm, Guadalest, Altea en Calpe beleef je de schoonheid van de Costa Blanca op een unieke manier. De jeeptocht is een perfecte mix van avontuur, natuur en cultuur, en biedt een geweldige manier om verborgen parels van de Costa Blanca te ontdekken. Of je nu houdt van adembenemende uitzichten, authentieke Spaanse dorpjes of het ruige landschap, deze tour heeft het allemaal. Onze chauffeur Corina was een echte ster tijdens de jeeptocht en heeft de ervaring naar een nog hoger niveau getild. Corina’s passie voor de streek was duidelijk te merken; ze kende alle mooie plekjes en de verborgen parels die je normaal gesproken niet zou zien. Ze deelde persoonlijke verhalen en interessante feitjes over de geschiedenis en cultuur van de plaatsen die we bezochten. Haar enthousiasme werkte aanstekelijk en maakte de tocht extra speciaal. Bovendien voelde Corina precies aan wat de groep nodig had: een grapje hier, een extra fotostop daar, en altijd klaar om een helpende hand te bieden. Haar vrolijke en zorgzame karakter zorgde ervoor dat iedereen zich op zijn gemak voelde en optimaal kon genieten van de dag. Dankzij Corina was de tocht niet zomaar een excursie, maar een persoonlijke en onvergetelijke ervaring. Fantastic experience, we done a half day jeep safari, our driver Martin was excellent. Very knowledgeable of the area with lots of interesting facts about Benidorm. He was a really good driver, taking us up into the mountains off road to spectacular views. Would highly recommend partaking in this amazing experience.

Verleden jaar hebben wij een hele mooie jeepsafari gehad met Marco Polo, we wilden dit jaar op onze laatste dagen graag nogmaals een toer maken maar helaas zat het vol, wat wij begrijpen. Fijn bedrijf met super bekwaam personeel en goede service.

Superleuke jeepsafari gedaan. Zelf gereden, achter de karavaan aan. Is leuker en goedkoper. Ivm met mogelijk bosbrandgevaar zou er niet off road gereden worden, maar gelukkig viel dat reuze mee. Geweldig kunnen 'crossen'

Vandaag jeep safari gedaan met de vrouw en ons 2 gasten, zelf gereden met de suzuki jimny en het was een bloedhete-fantastische dag dankzij de 3 gidsen. Bedankt hiervoor aan de beste mensen ,het was een mooie rit ! Prachtige kleine dorpjes en verre uitzichten mogen meemaken. Geweldig gewoon ! Thx ;-)

We had the best time, helped along my Monique, our driver. She was perfectly funny and informative for the whole day where we saw the waterfalls, Guadalest, and some other towns and shops, and gave us a real off road ride. Would definitely go again!

Jeepsafari gedaan vandaag was een topdag De mensen bij marco polo zijn altijd heel behulpzaam en professioneel Moesten wel half uurtje langer wachten om te vertrekken maar dat was omdat andere deelnemers niet op tijd waren De offroad met de selfdrive is echt fantastisch evenals het bezoek aan het bergdorpje guadalest Het bezoek aan de watervallen ging niet door door onvoorziene omstandigheden maar dat werd dan vervangen door een andere mooie plaats met kristalhelder water om een frisse duik in te nemen Twas plezant

Hoy hemos hecho la actividad Jeep safari con Johan y lo hemos pasado GENIAL. Conoce al dedillo cada rincón y se ha mostrado cercano y atento en todo momento. Sin duda repetiremos pues ofrecen muchas rutas, incluso de noche. Recomiendo hacerlo al principio del viaje si no conoces la zona.

Did a 7 hr 4x4 excursion with these guys yesterday. Amazing, we saw parts of Benidorm we would never have seen. Most of the day we were off road. Waterfalls, picturesque villages, a castle, very tasty lunch, mad off roading and finished off on a mountain overlooking the entire coast. The guys at Marco Polo really work hard to ensure you have a great time.

We had a fantastic day trip out on a jeep safari to Algar waterfalls and Guadalest. Our driver Johan was very knowledgeable and made many stops to show and explain thi gs to us. Johan absolutely loves his job and it really shows in how he composes and interacts with his group. A very fun day out with amazing views and the off roading was brilliant. Would highly recommend this trip and will be booking other trips of we return to Benidorm!

We fancied something a bit different than the usual drinking and laying on the beach, so we booked the Jeep safari. Our guide corina was knowledgeable of the areas we visited and made the day factual and entertaining. Well worth doing if you would like to see the less seen areas around Benidorm.

De jeep Safari was absoluut een onvergetelijke ervaring voor onze studenten! We waren met een groep van 19. Onze gidsen Corine en Frank waren onwijs vriendelijk en hun enthousiasme werkte aanstekelijk. Ze namen echt de tijd, en deden veel extra moeite om het dak open te doen. Voor ons was dat echt top!

Gister een mooie fietstour met onze Nederlandse gids Joeri gemaakt van Benidorm naar Altea. Weer nieuwe weetjes opgedaan en de fietsen zaten perfect! We hebben genoten van onze dag en raden het iedereen aan die op een leuke manier de omgeving wil verkennen!

Jeep Safari – Een onvergetelijk avontuur! Wat een geweldige ervaring was deze Jeep Safari! Vanaf het eerste moment zat de sfeer er goed in, en het werd alleen maar beter. Onze chauffeur, Johan – een wandelende encyclopedie – wist werkelijk alles over de omgeving. Zijn verhalen en anekdotes maakten de rit extra bijzonder en gaven ons een diepere waardering voor de prachtige plekken die we bezochten. De route voerde ons langs adembenemende landschappen, verborgen parels en spectaculaire uitzichten. Onderweg genoten we van een fantastisch diner, perfect passend bij de sfeer van de dag. Het was een heerlijke combinatie van avontuur, ontspanning en culinaire verwennerij. Als je op zoek bent naar een unieke manier om de omgeving te verkennen, dan is deze Jeep Safari een absolute aanrader. En als je geluk hebt, krijg je Johan als chauffeur – dan wordt het niet alleen een rit, maar een onvergetelijke reis vol kennis en plezier!

Als verrassing werd voor mijn 50ste een verzorgde dag geregeld. Een quilty plessure voor landrover liefhebbers die een liefde hebben voor de regio. Johan had alles perfect verzorgd en enorm gezellig om erbij te hebben. Zeker voor herhaling vatbaar!

Ter gelegenheid van 50 jarige verjaardag hebben we een dagtocht geregeld via Marco Polo. Vandaag een fantastische dag gehad! Privé chauffeur Johan, de wandelende Wikipedia van de regio, neemt je mee naar de mooiste plekken met bijbehorende verhalen. We hebben in de middag gegeten bij een leuk echtpaar, die ons heel gastvrij hebben ontvangen voor een uitgebreide BBQ tussen de paarden. Echt een aanrader, Thnx Johan voor deze mooie dag.

Corinne The F1 driver is knowledgeable, kind and considerate. Full day Safari Jeep tour is well worth it. Got picked up on time then others on the way before heading out with other 3 jeeps. We went through few other towns Albir, Altea and the amazing waterfalls, finally ending at the Guadalest Castle. You can spend couple of hours on your own before the ride back. Off-road on the way back aswell. Full view of the Benidorm City to end the day. Highly recommended if you in town and will definitely go with same F1 driver.

2de keer dat ik de jeep safari met marco polo heb gedaan in benidorm en elke keer ben ik al zeer tevreden geweest, je krijgt niet alleen een rit van een chauffeur maar ook een chauffeur die zorgt voor amusement en nog is een gids is er boven op die enorm leuke informatie bezorgt. Dit is zo een grote aanrader voor mensen die in benidorm verblijven, je ziet zo veel meer met een jeep rit van marco polo dan een gewone busrit. Ook creër je een zeer leuke band met de chauffeurs en voelt alles veel intiemer en persoonlijker aan dan dat je met een bus meerijd. Dankje Corine voor terug een leuke rit aan ons te bezorgen en tot de volgende keer !!!

We had a marvelous full day jeep experience yesterday with our wacky but very informative driver Corinne! We saw lots of different places and felt we'd experienced true Spain .Off road up in the hills was an experience in its self!! Never laughed so much in a long time! We saw waterfalls ,villages (picturesque) and finally Benidorm from above. Free time aswell to explore on your own. We are 66 and 69 years of age but would definitely recommend this trip whatever age.

The highlight of my holiday. Frank really did this company proud! We laughed so much and it was more than worth the money. Can't wait to go again! The views where spectacular.

Byliśmy dziś na safari z Marco Polo 😍 Piękna trasa po górach dookoła Banidorn. Odwiedzilismy wodospad, super sklepik z lokalną żywnością i nalewkami oraz zamek i restaurację. Pogoda dopisała i mieliśmy piękny dzień. Naszym kierowcą i przewodnikiem był pan Johan, dzięki któremu cała wycieczka była fascynująca. Jego wiedza i sposób w jaki potrafi ją przekazać są niesamowite, a umiejętności jazdy w połączeniu z wytafinowanym poczuciem humoru bardzo nam pasowały 😉 Bardzo dziękujemy, z czystym sumieniem polecamy i na pewno wrócimy po więcej 😎

This was our second time round (October 2024), and again Johan the madly happy Belgiun was brilliant. We did a night tour this time, off road and a cracking tour of the region, and as ever, he filled it with suprises and laughter the whole way, then topped it off with breathtaking views and wow factors while shaking our bones loose cross country. Last year we did a sunset tour, that was equally as amazing, he kept us happy with tales of the area, history and so much information about the land, the people and cultures, while hammering through the trees and helter skelter roads and some not so roads as sheer drops! He was a perfect guide and driver, keeping us calm and happy shouting "dont worry....be happy" with a huge smile. From all I hear, the Marco Polo team give some amazing experiences that really show what makes Benidorm tick, so s worth it. You get to see the real Spain and Benidorm and get to know it so much better.

We hadden een fijne jeep excursie met gids/chauffeur Marc. Hij zorgde voor een echt avontuur op de wegen (ook off-road) en de nodige uitleg.

Was een heerlijke dag! Karin was geweldige gid,heel veel gelachen,veel gezien echt leuke avontuur!

Sitio bueno para alquilar bicicletas eléctricas, nos dimos un buen paseo de cuatro horas, por todo Benidorm. La chica que nos atendió muy amable. Las bicicletas funcionaron correctamente. Volveré!!!!!!

Heel leuke dag gehad met onze chauffeur Corine ,ze doet dit heel goed en ze neemt niet de gemakkelijkste wegen wat de excursie heel fijn maakt. Veel uitleg gekregen onderweg en als extraatje nog een stop gemaakt op een mooi punt waar je heel Benidorm kan zien. Een echte aanrader!!!

Nous avons fait l'excursion en jeep en famille 7 adultes et 2 enfants, c'était top! Nos guides et conducteurs francophones Yohan et Johnny étaient géniaux. Nous avons adoré la route classique et le hors piste soit route tout terrain ds la jungle. Je recommande vivement, super rapport qualité prix en plus

Went on the full day trip with Marco polo in benidorm and had the best day. The team were very welcoming and made the whole group feel involved with the activities. We saw some breathtaking views of places out of benidorm including many mountains and landscape scenery. Our guide was a very friendly lady the was full of knowledge of the local villages and towns we saw. This is a must do activity when you are in benidorm 10/10

We did the full day safari and it was amazing we had the best day definitely worth the money the trip was so fun with lots of bumps and fun driving and amazing locations to see like the water falls and the old village where we had a lovely lunch our tour guide was an amazing woman who spoke English , German, and french perfectly she was so funny and truly made the day great I will 100% use them again the next time I come to benidorm

We were staying in Vila Joyosa, Spain in September 2024. One of the best days we had was on a full day Jeep Safari with Marco Polo. Johann and Pet were fabulous drivers and we had a full days adventure. We would highly recommend this experience.

Nous avons pris le safari jeep, on était 12, on a passé de très bons moments, notre guide Corinne était super 👍 De Algar à Guadalest en passant par des sentiers on a bien rigolé 😁 Nous referons certainement sur un autre forfait pour voir autre chose. Je recommande et si vous êtes français prenez Corinne elle géniale 👍

Pessima esperienza. Personale scortese e inadatto. Siamo stati a Benidorm abbiamo fatto il tour di un giorno intero in jeep, l' autista ha ben pensato di abbandonarci alla prima fermata che era a 25 km da Benidorm, abbiamo dovuto prendere un taxi e pagarlo noi ben 35 euro. Ma la cosa più bella è che tornati a Benidorm siamo stati nel loro ufficio per avere dei chiarimenti ma siamo stati trattati malissimo e non ci hanno restituito neanche un euro....Lo sconsiglio a tutti...Non andateci agenzia poco seria.

Esperienza pessima. Abbiamo prenotato un safari in jeep della durata di un giorno, partenza da Benidorm, alla prima fermata siamo scesi alle cascate e l autista se ne andato senza aspettarci ne chiamare, lasciandoci a 20 minuti di taxi da Benidorm, premetto che il taxi l ho dovuto pagare io ben 35 euro...tornati a Benidorm siamo andati nel loro ufficio per avere delle delucidazioni ma siamo stati trattati a pesci in faccia e non ci hanno restituito neanche un euro, nonostante dovevamo ancora fare più di mezza escursione...SCONSIGLIATISSIMO! OLTRE CHE SCORTESI DA MORIRE...

Wat een top ervaring was dit! Om 9u30 opgehaald door Corin(a) en daar gingen we dan. Heel mooie watervallen gezien, mooie delen van Spanje gezien die je normaal niet ziet. Op het einde een super mooi uitzicht gezien over Benidorm, Calpe,… Echt een aanrader dit te doen, super vriendelijk en behulpzaam!

Experiencia muy buena. El servicio ha sido excepcional. Las bicicletas estaban en perfectas condiciones y se pasó el tiempo y solo tuve que pagar el extra pero no hubo ningún inconveniente. Sin duda recomendaría 100% alquilar con esta compañía. Me parecen muy buenos profesionales y precios competitivos.

Nous avons opté pour le safari qui combine Guadalest et Algar. Un retard pour débuter l'excursion... mais rattrapé par la sympathie de notre chauffeur/guide Daniel qui a fait de notre safari une chouette expérience ! Les paysages sont magnifiques et le parcours en 4x4 ouvert permet de s'imprégner de l'atmosphère espagnole. Merci à Daniel pour sa gentillesse et les moments fun à travers la "jungle", nos filles ont adoré.

Its a little scam i think. 8 hours safari? We should get pick up in calp its was 15 euro more per person. Total 60 euro more i will pay the same if only 1 person get pick up or rent a car for 1 day. We should spend 300 euro for maby 1 hour safari drive. They stop in a beautiful Fonds the algar entrence normaly 4,50 euro. For 1,5 hour. After this 25 minutes in rio the shopping. Where we supposed to spend money. After a short ride 1,5 hour guadales small town where you can shop. So 3,5 hour for not being driving. The rest was in normal roads. So 300 euro for 1 hout offroad and more then 1 hour to pick up and bring the clients to there hotel.... For us a big scam

Soy de benidorm de toda la vida. Pero ha tenido que venir la familia de mi pareja de inglaterra para hacer este pedazo de jeep safari que hemos echo. Aún estoy alucinando en colores , con los paisajes , las rutas , la experiencia en sí ha sido una autentica maravilla! Siendo de aquí me he dado cuenta que no conocía absolutamente nada y nuestro conductor y guía Marc ha sido SUPER amable , atento y profesional. Así que si sois ingleses , españoles incluso benidormenses o de la zona no dudeis ni un minuto en hacerlo por que os aseguro que es una PASADA. Sin duda repetiremos

Jetskisafari geboekt wn ook bevestigd gekregen. Komen niet opdagen omdat ze zelf geen betalingaanvraag verzonden hebben. Met telefonisch contact valt niet met die eigenaar te praten, hij laat geen tegenantwoord toe. Klantvriendelijkheid nergens te vinden

Dinsdag laatstleden, Moonlight safari gedaan met onze chauffeur/gids Johan... Zoals vorig jaar terug top... Mooie plaatsen gezien, mooie offroad baantjes gedaan, en bij maanlicht, aanrader wel is een sweater of een dekentje, kan koud worden s'nachts na bezoek Font d'Algar... Enkel de BBQ viel wat tegen, te weinig en was ook niet doorgegeven dat er een vegetariër bij was... Voor de rest Johan is top, weet heel veel en is zijn passie en dat zie je en voel je...

We hebben een geweldige dag gehad. Leuke gids. Mooie vergezichten rondom Benidorm. We werden op gehaald aan het hotel en het leuke avontuur kon beginnen met off road rijden... pracht dag, ze zoeken plekken op waar je normaal niet kan komen met auto!

Super leuke dag gehad met de 4x4 in calp. Heel toffe gids johan. Had veel te vertellen over de streek. Voor herhaling vatbaar 👍

Journée magnifique. Johan, notre guide génial qui nous a fait découvrir Guadalest, les chutes d'Algave et des petits villages tout en faisant des petits chemins de campagne. Et alors toutes les anecdotes....A recommander. Julien, Louis et Françoise

Nous avons passé un excellent moment en compagnie de notre guide, Corinne. Excursion en petit groupe dans un Jeep, très agréable balade avec des vues magnifiques. Les chutes d’Algar se visitent rapidement si on ne se baigne pas, mais pas mal de jolies photos à faire ! Malheureusement nous nous sommes pris la pluie mais malgré ça, ça a été une super expérience, beaucoup de rires partagés avec le groupe et notre guide !

We had such a great day on the Jeep safari from Benidorm. We took our 4 and 10 year old, and they both had the best of days out. Our lady guide was brilliant with the kids and made sure they had the best day. We absolutely loved swimming in the falls, and looking around Guadalest too. My son had so much fun that he fell asleep during the ride back 🤣how he slept through the off-roading I’ll never know 🤣 Corine was also brilliant when my husband left his phone in the Jeep and went out of her way to drop it back to the hotel for him after work, including all the cash that was in the phone case. We are very greatful, thank you.

Myself and my partner went on a day trip with Marco Polo Expeditions on our first trip to Benidorm. I highly recommend going with these guys It was an amazing 8 hours and well worth every penny. Our driver was Farad he was very interactive and funny with the entire party, he also has a wealth of knowledge of the surrounding areas that he is more than willing to share. We thoughrouly recommend this.

Absolutely brilliant day! Our guide was mark and in the other jeep was farid (the French guy!) Both guides spoke at least 4 languages each!!! so no matter where in the world you're from your catered for. They have brilliant knowledge and are very nice friendly guys. The safari is amazing. Me and my husband had an amazing day. We will definitely book again when in benidorm... this trip is a must if you want to see other parts of Costa blanca! Thanks for a boss day guys!

Hired a Carbon bike with Ultegra Groupset for a few days. Great value for a Great bike with all accessories included. Really good service too with easy pickup, Bike setup and drop off. Highly recommended!!

Questo posto secondo me se vuole fare noleggio bici da strada e sul sito scrive carbon bike for road, in teoria dovrebbe fornire biciclette leggere e abbastanza recenti, purtroppo da questo punto vista l'immagine data è diversa dal servizio offerto. Ho noleggiato per 7 giorni una bici carbon con freni normali, passava ampiamente i 10 kg di peso, con ruote abbastanza pesanti e datate, ok pazienza i freni a disco ma almeno una bici recente poteva essere proposta. Magari non c'è richiesta non saprei, sarebbe bello vedere esposte meno bici ed un pochino più performanti. Personale gentilissimo e cortese anche flessibile nel concedere uno spogliatoio.

We had an amazing day, today! A ‘Jeep Tour’ with an incredible French guide! ( obviously English speaking ) I would highly recommend this tour. My husband and I are in our 70s, albeit, quite active. The tour guide was a complete ‘ font of all knowledge’ and funny with it🤣. The weather was very changeable but the guide was always thinking of his passengers, and their comfort…… taking the rain cover on and off, throughout the day. Thank you for a wonderful day, we really enjoyed it! 🥰

Myself and my husband went on the full day jeep safari on 20th March 2024 and it completely exceeded our expectations. The day was amazing from start to finish. Full of energy and laughs. Our driver was Farrad (hope that is spelled correctly) and nothing was a bother to him. He clearly knew the area and the culture and it was just a wonderful day. Would very highly recommend for anyone with a short time frame wanting to explore the area.... with a lot of fun and adventure.

Realice mi tour Jeep 4x4 el miércoles 6/3/24 la experiencia maravillosa. El guía Belga con 32 años de experiencia que me trató de lujo, mis compañeros eran extranjeros y en ningún momento me sentía desplazada. Muy recomendable, lo pasamos genial y nos hemos reído muchísimo

Wij hebben gisteren deelgenomen aan de ebike tour van Benidorm naar Villayojosa , met baja bikes bij Marco polo expediciones . Wat een fijne ervaring, onze begeleider Marc wist ons leuke weetjes te vertellen en bracht ons naar mooie plekken. Absoluut een aanrader ! Volgend jaar willen we eens de andere kant op richting Altea . Bedankt Marc, met een “C” voor de toffe voormiddag en je Selfie , You Will be remembered 😉

Tijdens kerst 2023 twee fietsen hier gehuurd, Super goede fietsen waar je met gemak een steile berg mee kan oprijden. Personeel super vriendelijk en zeer flexibel. Ik kom zeker terug hier.

Ik heb 20 nov een middag jeeptour gedaan, ik werd 14.00 opgehaald bij mijn hotel door een super aardige gids Farid , die je gelijk op je gemak liet voelen! We haalden de rest op van de groep en toen gingen we op pad! Farid onze gids wist ontzettend veel te vertellen over de omgeving en reed super ervaren door de omgeving, off road was ook erg leuk! Mooie foto s gemaakt en zonsondergang was mooi in de bergen Helaas werd het op het einde dus opeens mistig en konden we net niet de zonsondergang op benidorm stad niet zien , maar daar kan je natuurlijk niks aan doen, Farid baalde ervan maar hij was vrolijk en maakte er toch nog iets leuks van, en bracht ons uiteindelijk weer naar het hotel… omdat het donker en koud geworden was! Al met al een superleuke tour gehad!

Al jaren maken wij voor onze groepen gebruik van de Jeepsafari. Ook gisteren weer en eindelijk neem ik even de tijd om iets te plaatsen hier. Een dikke 10 voor Marco Polo Expediciones. Prachtige tocht, veel gezelligheid, leuke chauffeurs, veel weetjes over de omgeving en altijd een dag vol met onvergetelijke momenten. Tot de volgende keer weer!!

We had the full day experience where we went to the waterfalls, Guadalest, a local market, and at the end a beautiful view of the whole of Benidorm from the mountains. There was lots of off-roading, the staff were very friendly, jolly, and made the trip even better. We would definitely recommend it good value for money a lovely day was had by all. Are driver was very good.

Amazing experience. A well-organized trip. Trekking at the Guadalest reservoir, which looks phenomenal surrounded by mountains. Marc also organized a great lunch for us. In the form of a picnic in the park. We ate great paella and drank good wine, and beer. Jeep tours are also great and a nice attraction, especially the view from the Benidorm viewpoint. Thank you!

Amazing experience! We took the jeep safari which was so fun definitely a good way to spend a day in Benidorm. We got picked up from our hotel making it so convenient and we went to a range of different places, drove by the beach, up in the mountains, we stopped at the Algar falls which were stunning for pictures, multiple different spanish villages. We also stopped at Guadalest which was also beautiful and we had food there. So many things we seen in one day that we wouldn’t have been able to see otherwise. Overall it’s an amazing experience and is definitely a MUST when coming to Benidorm. The guides were both very friendly and knowledgeable we learnt a lot! Unfortunately I didn’t get their names but it was the one from Belgium and the other one was French and Portuguese. Both amazing and definitely made our trip as enjoyable as it could be!

Echt een top dag gehad tijdens de jeeptour met Johan! Hij weet werkelijk over elk dorpje wat te vertellen en liet ons helemaal vrij in wat wij wilden zien en hoelang. We waren wel enthousiast voor wat extra snelheid op de offroadwegen, ook daarin zorgde Johan voor groot spektakel. Echt een fantastische dag gehad! Tip: doe dit vrij aan het begin van je vakantie, je krijgt hierdoor super veel inspiratie voor wat je nog kunt bezoeken/doen. Nogmaals, Johan bedankt!!!!

We did the full day 4x4 expirence for the second time as we loved the first expirence so much. Can't recommend enough. No ques to get in to the algar waterfalls and amazing guides to point you in the right direction. Our guide "Fred" was exceptional. Can't wait to return next year.

All day Jeep safari today for my family group of 7! We all managed to get into the same jeep and the tour was fantastic with our driver Natalie. We always felt safe and she warned us of any major bumps and twists! The music while driving was also fantastic! We stopped at various magical places for photos and lunch (no spoilers!). My family and I had a great day and really enjoyed the locations. Now we are very dusty and tired! Gracias!

Nous avons fait le safari en Jeep, c'était super ! Nous sommes partis aux cascades de l'algar, visité le village de Guadalest et nous nous sommes rendu dans une petite epicerie locale tout en faisant une agréable balade à bord du véhicule. Veel gelachen en tussendoor nog een beetje geschiedenis 😁 Met veel off-road en stops onder andere de watervallen waar je kan lunchen en zwemmen, ook het dopje guadalest waar je genoeg tijd hebt om te bezoeken .maar ook plekjes waar je anders niet komt 🤩 . Vandaag voor de tweede keer op jeepsafari geweest, ook deze keer weer hele mooie herinneringen mogen maken. Heel erg naar ons zin gehad en een hoop mooie uitzichten gehad. Zeker een aanrader! Het was een super leuke, gezellige en spannende dag naar mooie plekken.

Geweldige service! We hebben fietsen gehuurd, alles was snel geregeld. Ondanks dat de medewerkers veel talen spreken, was het een pre dat er een Nederlands sprekende medewerker was. Goed bereikbaar, bij vragen krijg je snel een reactie, voor ons een reden om een eerst volgende keer weer naar Marco Polo Expediciones te gaan.

Superleuke Jeepsafari van 1 dag. Veel stukken offroad. Onder andere naar de watervallen geweest waar je heerlijk in het heldere bergwater kunt zwemmen. Echt top! Met een topchauffeur en gids Philip! Wist van alles over de omgeving en bijzonderheden te vertellen. En bovenal veel gelachen met Philip en de rest van de groep in de jeep. Echt een aanrader!!

We took the 4x4 full day offroad ride and we are glad we did! It was a very exciting ride and Johan took us to the highlights of the Altea area which we wouldn't have visited otherwise. There's plenty of stops to enjoy the places at your own pace and during lunch time there's a restaurant if you so wish. Very much worth it! Tip: bring a scarf as it can get windy!

Off road safari was absolutely amazing. Such a good day. Can’t recommend this highly enough.

All Day Jeep Safari 9th May 2023 - Today, we had Johann (hope that's spelled right?) and he picked us up outside our hotel as per usual. This excursion was booked through Round Town Travel. My friend, Tom and I - have been on at least 6 jeep safari's now and we totally love them. This was no exception, and just like last year, the route was slightly adjusted towards A'lbir and Altea, then head inland towards Algar Waterfalls. I just sat with my feet in the lovely cool water on the bottom pool, soaking up the tranquillity and atmosphere, it was bliss. Tom headed to main pool where people were jumping in haha. Following this, we went to a local Bar/Restaurant with a gorgeous swimming pool. We had initially stopped here for a drink, snack, loo break before heading into the Falls. We were urged to sit on the Terrace, our table in the shade, a wise move as very pure air in the mountains, can very easily burn!! We had a lovely meal here, delicious, not expensive either, generous portions. I just felt by time we left here, about 1:45pm, that it was way too much time at the Falls, like last year. Following this, headed to Guadalest, and just like last year, a heavily shortened visit of just 50 mins, it isn't long enough guys, please look into this as more time is required to enjoy this beautiful village please. Headed to Finestrat and Cala Finestrat, before going off road to the wonderful vista overlooking Benidorm, behind where Terra Mittica is. The surprise this time, we didn't walk up there, we were driven at pace, up there, which was tremendous fun and pure off-roading. Awesome, jaw dropping views. Then we headed back to our hotels, end of another great day. But, it could have been better guys - how? Well Marco Polo Exp, I would really, really love to see more time at Guadalest, perhaps 1h30 to 1h45, and much more time actually "Off-Road" rather than driving to A'lbir and Altea and too many road sections. Please can you look into this, much appreciated. Many thanks.

Vandaag een hele dag op pad geweest met Johan, onze chauffeur van de Jeep Safari. We hebben een fantastische dag beleefd, zo vreselijk genoten, Off Road, On Road, smalle straatjes , het was Geweldig. Een dik compliment voor Johan, professioneel en toch erg gezellig, een echte aanrader om te doen!!!

My partner and I did two expeditions, the E-bike tour to Villajoyosa with Nathalie and the half-day keep safari tour with Philippe. The electric bikes were really fun and easy to ride and the sightseeing was way better than expected, got to see a lot of Benidorm that most people don’t get to see and neighbouring areas. The safari tour also took us to the Algar Waterfalls for more sight seeing and got to experience proper bone-rattling off roading, again a very fun morning. Both tours were made better by the amazing local knowledge of our tour guides who were both really friendly and clearly love what they do. Would definitely book more activities with this company again and recommend it to anyone.

One of the best experience ive had on my visit in benidorm! Beautiful nature and amazing views and the car ride itself was a joy! The driver was great and made sure that everyone had a good time! Both me and my boyfriend recommend this full day offroad jeep experience !

I've rent a bike at Marco Polo. People are very friendly and for me it was very nice a few speak Dutch. I had a good bike with gears. After a few days I got a flat tire. The changed the bike at my apartment without any costs, just how it should go. An hour after I returned my bike I needed the bike for half an hour to pick something up. The gave me the bike without any costs. Real good service!

Route was niet zoals geboekt, gids was vriendelijk maar niet heel oplettend en vertelde weinig. Fietsen waren goed. Kan beter fietsen huren en zelf route uitstippelen.

Met Philippe aan het stuur, hadden we een onvergetelijke jeepsafari. We zagen prachtige plaatsen, reden over avontuurlijke offroad-wegen en kregen antwoord op al onze bijkomende vragen. Dit was voor herhaling vatbaar!

Great experience renting bikes

Muy buena experiencia. Alquilamos dos bicis de carbono de carretera, nos dieron un kit de reparación y luz trasera, les pedimos con antelación que pusieran los pedales de Shimano para una y de look para otra y adaptadores para Garmin y todo genial. La bici iba muy fina, un buenísimo trabajo del mecánico. Además como tuvieron un pequeño retraso en la entrega nos compensaron con una rebaja del precio. Buen servicio y buenísima atención. Para repetir, sin ninguna duda.

I totally recommend it! Super friendly, honest and helpful staff. I rented a road bike for 4 days of quality and very well equipped. I had a fall and despite the imperfections they behaved very well and helped me with everything. I hope to be able to repeat soon!

Not electric bike was not really top notch. Front fender was gone, chain guard was loose and gears were out working properly. Because of the mountains we had to change bike to electric. Bike was a bit wobbly, but overall it was good. Called a day before a bank holiday to hear if they were open and if we could return the bike. Collaborator told us we had to bring the bike a day earlier because he made an agreement with people who had booked a tour!? After a discussion we said that we will keep the bike untill the agreed date and time and collaborator asked us why we called??? Uhm, to asked if they were open on the bank holiday! After this I will not recommend acquaintances to rent a bike here....

When we visited Benidorm few years ago we found this amazing store. We took electric bikes to ride around Benidorm, it was amazing! People at Marco were very friendly, kind and helpful. We too a bike tour to chocolate factory and it was amazing. Too. The tour guide stopped at every interesting place and told us a story. Then my boyfriend proposed me on the beach and he filmed it and we together had a sit down at a restaurant. They have all kinds of attractions! Definitely recommend!

las motos de 50cc, viajas y echas polvo, el cuadro del cuenta KM no funcionaba, el indicador de fuel tampoco, lo que hizo que nos quedáramos sin gasolina. el asiento no cerraba por lo que al final robaron también el casco. Se necesitaría un mejor mantenimiento o cambio por motos nuevas...

De jeep safari is echt een aanrader! Het zwemmen bij de Algar watervallen en het bezoek aan het stadje Guadalest waren echt hoogtepunten van onze reis. Onze gids Nathalie was geweldig! Zeer vriendelijk en we kregen heel veel uitleg over wat we zagen en tegenkwamen. De rit in een jeep is echt een ervaring die je bijblijft. Je komt er op plekjes in de bergen waar je anders niet komt. Jammer dat we niet vroeger geweest zijn bij deze zeer vriendelijke uitbaters die ons nog allerlei leuke dingen wisten te vertellen om te doen en bezichtigen (ik weet dat het hun job is te verkopen, maar toch zonder enig aandringen van hun kant) topmensen!

Arranged a full day safari for us at short notice. Natalie was very friendly and answered many questions and made the day more enjoyable. The other 2 guides also made themselves very approachable. Good day out with some beautiful views with a safari feel to it with a few off road journeys.

Went on Jeep safari today , Was expecting to have to fill out loads of paperwork to drive jeep but once license was checked and details taken that was it , no extra insurance or other hidden charges , the day was brilliant and very relaxed, had a brilliant day would highly recommend it .

Took the Safari with Philip and Nathalie in 2 defenders. Really good day. Kids really enjoyed the 4 x 4 drive . One thing which disappointed was, we specifically requested to stop for couple of photos in an Orange orchard. That didn't materialise for one group, Which was disappointing for them.

Super leuke jeep safari gehad, we reden mee met Philippe. Hij legde alles goed uit met leuke verhalen en weetjes over de omgeving. De tussenstops waren ook prachtig en het was een hele leuke ervaring. Zeker een aanrader!

Bij Marco Polo 5 dagen een racefiets gehuurd. Via internet wat routes opgezocht en totaal 330 km gereden. Kreeg een nette aluminium fiets me afgemonteerd met Shimano 105. Fiets werd keurig op mijn maten afgesteld. Kan dit iedereen aanraden. Veel fietsplezier voor weinig.

3 weken geleden een jeep safari geboekt voor 1 hele dag, wij hadden de keus om mee te rijden met de Hosts of om zelf een auto te krijgen aangezien wij met 4en waren hebbe wij zelf de auto bestuurd. We kregen een suziki Jimny sterkte 4x4 voor een mooie off-road route. eerste uren zijn wij flink de berg op gereden met wegen die zeker niet begaanbaar voor een standaard auto erg leuk, Pauze gehouden bij de watervallen van guadalest. ons prima vermaakt in de pauze die we daar hadden ongeveer 2 uur kunnen zwemmen in bergwater en een paar mooie foto's genomen. naderhand zijn we vertrokken richting de stad van guadalest daar kunnen eten en drinken en wat rond kunnen lopen in de stad. laatste deel van de trip ook nog wat off road gereden richting een berg met een uitzicht op benidorm met daarbij alles wat erbij hoort. om samen te vatten een erg leuke dag gehad veel gezien en meegemaakt, voor maar een prikkie als je et mij vraagt. zeker een aanrader om te doen!

Philippe, Bedankt voor de zéér aangename dag met Marco Polo. Leuke rondrit met toffe wegen zowel off road als op de gewone wegen. Het was reeds de 2 de keer dat wij beroep doen en zowel de 1 ste als de 2 de keer was top. Komen zeker nog eens terug. Groeten Geert(Jarige)Sylvie,Arianne,Stef,Anne,Kurt,Carine en Ronald.

Bellissima eaperienza del JeepSafari, grazie a Philippe e a Nathalie per averci portato dalla sierra di Bernia (Altea) Guadalest, la font de Algar e infine incima a sierra Cortina. Un safari di circa 5 ore, è stato bellissimo non ci siamo per nulla annoiati; anzi è stato molto piacevole passare tra i paesini con la Jepp e c'è stato anche da "ballare" quando ci hanno portato fuori strada tra le montagne, roccie e panorami bellissimi!! Lo staff è simpaticissimo, attento al cliente e gentilissimi! Arrivati alla Font del Algar dopo aver attraversato la Sierra de Bernia ci siamo fermati a fare uno spuntino,dopo siamo entrati, alla Font e dopo circa 1 ora abbiamo ripreso il viaggio "on the road" fino a Guadalest dove ci siamo fermati per un pranzo veloce e poi via fino alla Sierra Cortina. Lo raccomando a tutti quelli che vogliono provare una nuova esperienza, e se vivete qui e pensate che vi possa annoiare visto che son strade e zone che gia magari conosciete, vi assicuro che vi sbagliate, ne vale veramente la pena.

Gister de jeep safari gedaan. Heel leuk, mooie uitzichten en lekker gezwommen in het meer. Perfect voor een mooie dag wanneer je geen zin hebt in een lange wandeling maar toch veel wilt zien en doen. Zeker een aanrader. Kost wel wat, maar dn heb je ook wat.

Een paar weken geleden de jeepsafari gedaan. Aardige route, maar mag zeker niet de naam jeepsafari hebben. Er werd ons op de dag zelf verteld dat het verboden was om de bergen in te gaan vanwege het warme weer. Dit kunnen we begrijpen, maar had ons dit van te voren laten weten en ons de keuze gegeven, wel of niet meegaan. We kregen een alternatieve route. Als deze route grotendeels onverhard zou zijn, zou het wat ons betreft een prima alternatief zijn. Wij hebben een kwartier op onverharde wegen gereden. Deze route hadden we ook met een gewone auto zelf kunnen rijden. Dan waren we stukken goedkoper uitgeweest.

Qu'elle expérience inoubliable que nous avons vécus au côté de Nick et sa femme Monique dans les montagnes d'Alicante, pour un vol de près de 15 minutes en parapente. Ce baptême de l'air, sera pour nous gravés à jamais dans nos esprits. Nous tenons à remercier Nick et sa femme Monique pour leurs accueil, leurs bonne humeur et leurs professionnalismes. Pour tout ceux qui hésite encore à se lancer dans le parapente, sachez que Nick et un aventurier qui à voler dans le monde entier depuis 35 ans. Desde el minuto uno que ibamos buscando el local por el paseo uno de sus trabajadores nos ofrecio su ayuda llevandonos hasta el sitio donde nos dejo con otro compañero para hacer la reserva! Reservamos una ruta de 1h la primera media hora ibamos acompañados de mas gente y la ultima media hora ibamos solos mi pareja y yo con el guia, el cual fue super agradable en todo momento con nosotros y nos parecio una ruta muy chula y bonita!!!

Es war ein gelungene Jeep Safari mit unserem Guide Bundy der sehr erfahrenen unsere Tour geführt hat. Ein unvergessliches Erlebnis und Abenteuer auf asphaltierten Straßen und sehr Speziell ausgewählten Off Route Strecken, die richtig Fun gebracht haben. Sehr tolle Stopps an beeindruckenden Sehenswürdigkeiten in den Bergen der Costa Blanca rundeten die Tour ab. Badekleidung nicht vergessen. War selbst Fahrer, und der Suzuki war sehr gut im Gelände und Straße zu fahren. Immer gerne wieder mit Marco Polo Benidorm.

Practico la MTB pero no me la pude llevar a las vacaciones, así que alquile una allí. La MTB que he alquilado estaba perfectamente ajustada y regulada: cambio, desviador, frenos, horquilla, ... disfruté mucho haciendo una ruta por Sierra Cortina y por las sendas entra La Nucia y Finestrat. Esta claro que no es una bici como las que tenemos en casa, pero al estar perfectamente regulada me sorprendió mucho su comportamiento. Por poner un pero, los frenos, así que ojo en las primeras trialeras y descensos. Como he dicho no son bicis de gama media ni alta, como las que tenemos en casa. Aún así 5 estrellas por lo bien ajustada y su comportamiento.

Just got back from 4 days walking with Dennis at Marco Polo. What a guide, funny, supportive, oh, and a little bit mad. He made the holiday all the more enjoyable, even at the scary bits. If you are looking to push the boundaries a little with hiking then Dennis is your man. Just make sure they aware of your limitations if walking in the mountains with Marco Polo. Had a outstanding day today on Jeep Safari it was absolutely outstandingly amazing . Our driver was Dennis and he made us feel so welcome from start to finish , infact he's a very funny man, with his witty humour from start to finish, he was fantastic,. I would most definitely go on safari jeep again when I come back to benidorm and most certainly advise anyone that's thinking on doing Jeep Safari to go ahead and give it ago you will not be disappointed. Thanks so much Dennis our experience was incredible

Je eigen fiets mee naar Benidorm. Mooie fietsstad geworden. Maar dan pech. De versnellingshandel zit opeens muurvast. Marco Polo wist eigenlijk meteen wat er stuk was: de kabel zat klem. Een goede afspraak gemaakt wanneer er gerepareerd kon worden. Fiets brengen en dan de fietsenmaker de tijd geven. Lekker geluncht en mijn fiets was klaar. Professioneel gerepareerd. Heel vriendelijk geholpen. Een aanrader.

Ik had voor 1 maand een fiets gehuurd maar nadat ik gevallen was met de fiets na 12 dagen terug gegaan omdat ik niet meer durfde te fietsen jammer dat je dan maar 56 euro terug krijgt had gehoopt op meer begrip mensen let op ze zijn nm niet verzekerd zodat alle risico bij jezelf ligt dit vind ik vreemd voor zo een groot verhuur bedrijf lijkt mij dat dit niet moet kunnen Mijn verzekering vond dit ook raar heb wel gevraagd om de fiets te verzekeren bij Marco polo maar dit was niet mogelijk Dus mensen let op wat u besluit om hier iets te huren

Had a great day on Jeep Safari with Farrid as our driver. A very enjoyable day even though we were unlucky with the weather. Dennis the driver of other Jeep was also a great guide and looked after everybody well during various stops. The views are spectacular and the waterfall out of this world. Well worth booking this trip. Would definitely do it again.

I cannot express how much of a fantastic day out I had with my two children 13yrs and 9yrs. We were collected from the hotel by a very charming tour guide/driver, Dennis, who was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took great care to include all the occupants on the tour and made adults and children extremely welcome. He made the mountain trek very enjoyable and drove at the appropriate speed and ensure everyone in his care had their seatbelts on and on some parts of the trek, allowed us to stand up within the 4x4. The trek also included an awesome natural waterfall and a stop at one of the most beautiful dams and lake I have ever seen, with a gorgeous blue lagoon glow. We also visited a small town at the top of a huge mountain and had a steep trek down a rocky track whereby Dennis joked of losing his brakes! Totally awesome day with a huge thanks to Dennis. We also bought a souvenir photo of the day at the waterfall which we accidentally forgot in the 4x4, but Dennis was so diligent that he found it and returned it to us within moments of us reporting it to Marco Polo HQ. Hope to visit you all again!!!

Met het gezin hebben we de jeep safari met Marco Polo gedaan. Zeker een aanrader als je in de omgeving van Benidorm verblijft. Mooi route gereden door de bergen en natuur van Benidorm weg van het strand. Goede begeleiding en je krijgt ook voldoende tijd om zelf de omgeving te verkennen.

VERY DISAPPOINTED. RUDELY STAFF. We rented 3 small electric scooters for a Day. When we asked the staff she said the battery will work full day. We hardly ride about 1 hour not continuously. We went quit far away from the shop i had half battery on display and suddenly scooter stopped. I phoned up shop and replied was so ridiculous bad and said its all my responsibility to bring it back to shop the by end of the day. I had to hired taxi back because the scooter wheel was so stiff so i couldn't walk with it. NO TAXI RENT AS WELL. THINK ABOUT B4 YOU GUYS RENT IT PLEASE.

Ik kreeg een vieze scooter met 3/4 tank vol mee. Bij teruggave had ik uiteraard de scooter schoon gemaakt (kosten me anders 20 euro) en de tank was zo goed als vol. Helaas moest ik van een werknemer de scooter vol tanken omdat ik de scooter volgens hun ook zo meekreeg (dit klopte natuurlijk voor geen meter.) Ik naar een tankstation gereden en hem tot de rand heb volgetankt kosten 0.75 cent. Toen terug gereden en toen was het wel goed. Tip voor iedereen bij dit bedrijf kijk hoe vol de tank is van de scooter want wat ze van jouw verwachten zo geven ze de scooter aan jou niet mee. Ook met schoonmaken

Muy mal. Alquilamos cuatro motos acuáticas media hora y enfermo un amigo y nos cobraron los 75 euros de la moto que se quedó parada y en lugar de treinta minutos estuvimos menos de veinte.

Un timo. Contratamos 30 minutos y nos tuvieron escasos veinte minutos.

Hemos hecho la ruta 4X4 nocturna con cena incluida y hemos disfrutado mucho. Denis ha sido nuestro guía y hemos estado muy a gusto con el tanto por su profesionalidad como por su cercanía. Denis nos dijo que la mayor parte de personas que realizan la excursión son extranjeros, animamos a los turistas nacionales a subirse al jeep con Denis ya que es una muy buena experiencia. !Un diez!

Falta de empatia: Disponen de una prestación de servicios obsoleta, lentos y bastante pasotismo en la atención. Las bicis que en nuestro caso utilizamos en mal estado, cadena suelta, sillín desgastado, ladeada... se nos rompió el caballete de la bici al apoyarla y nos la cobraron. Hasta ahí entendible, accidente fortuito o no quien rompe paga... pero no escucharon nuestras réplicas de que las bicis eran bastante antigua y se veía que tenían bastante uso. Personal poco resolutivo y cero, insisto, cero empatía hacia el cliente. En todos los casos considero que hay que por lo menos escuchar y debatir para buscar una solución, no solo el hecho de "esta roto y se paga". Decepcionante servicio y atención, recomendable mirar todo bien antes de alquilar cualquier servicio, ya que después de abonar la rotura ni siquiera nos ofrecieron la factura obligatoria que por derecho todos debemos adquirir.

The boattrip to Tabarca was a disaster yesterday. The sea was very ruff (like always?) and the boat was up and down and to the left and right. We were with 3 on the trip. (2 parents and 1 kid). My boyfriend became seasick. There was no care for him or a rapport how he was doing to me, when I was sitting down with my kid. There was no advice where to be sitting on the boat by sickness. The boattrip took a long time to Tabarca, to Allicante and back to Benidorm. On Tabarca I had expect more information about what to see or do on the Island. Just more like a real excursion, this was no excursion but only a taxi by boat.

Wir haben eine Ganztages Tour mit dem Jeep mit Fahrer gebucht. Es war ganz toll. Eine super Mischung aus Sightseeing und Off road Spaß. Auch die Stops, besonders bei den Wasserfällen waren super. Wir können es nur empfehlen

Safari - Fantastic Day Out!!! Great way to see what's around you in a exhilarating manner. We were picked up at our hotel and then was taken up to the Mountains where we had frequent stops and moments to enjoy our surroundings. Our driver was funny and very knowledgeable on Benidorm. I would defaintly recommend this day. Side note - Wear comfortable clothes take sun glasses and prepare to be windswept and also don't forget sun cream as you are sitting in the sun most of the day.

Did kayaking and jeep safari with them in August and both guys very very cheerful and helpful throughout both experiences.

When on a recent visit to Benidorm my brother in law and I decided to book the sea kayak excursion for two days later in the week. An hour before we was due to go we had a phone call asking if we could 're book as the guide had to visit the doctor at short notice. Unfortunately we was unable to 're book as we was flying home early the day after. I cannot fault this in any way as they refunded the deposit in full and offered us another date. We all know health comes first and they was ever so apologetic. I will be 're booking on my next visit to Benidorm however. I hope all is well.

We're currently in Benidorm and we had heard quite a bit about the Jeep Safari offered by Marco Polo and it certainly came highly recommended. We went a walk to the shop where we were greeted by friendly staff who gave us many options on what activities they offered. Quite quickly we made a booking for their Jeep Safari for the next day. We got picked up about 9:15 in the morning from our hotel, of which we departed for an amazing drive through the mountains followed by some time in a mountain top village, lunch in a nice restaurant and then finally a swim in the waterfalls. We returned to our hotel at about 17:40. Now to some people, this could sound very dry and tedious. Just driving and swimming. This is certainly not the case! Our tour guide, Dennis, made this an excursion to remember, his knowledge and humour was spot on. This excursion was something that we booked as part of my wife's birthday present, and she absolutely loved every minute. Usually I would look for a way to suggest improvements, but I genuinely can't. I would say that the Jeep Safari is fantastic value for money and anyone who is looking for a day out should certainly consider this. Thanks again to Dennis who made this trip, it is quite clear to see that he loves his job and is very motivated. As a major benefit, the English of all of the staff was exceptional. This has most definitely been our best excursion to date.

Hace un tiempo cogimos una piragua con ellos. Todo empezó mal. Nada más llegar el instructor nos dijo q se tenía que ir porque tenía el coche mal aparcado. Una vez que volvió no había piraguas ya que se las habían llevado (no son de Marco polo). Perdimos mucho tiempo hasta que se aclaró cuales cogíamos. Esa hora que se fue la pagamos igualmente ya que el instructor decía que el estaba sin contrato y que lo aclarasemos con la empresa. Les llamé xa quejarme y dijeron que nos acercaremos a la oficina. Fuimos dos veces en las que nos dimos cuenta que nos estaban tomando el pelo. Por teléfono nos decían que teníamos que ver cómo nos compensaban y allí que estaban muy ocupados y no tenían tiempo. Empresa nada recomendable. Si sus instructores no tienen contratos no se si tendrán permisos o seguros la verdad

A great kayak trip from Benidorm harbour around the headland and out on to the bay of the Playa Levante beach. Marc is a great teacher and really helped us and our 3 kids (9, 10 and 12) have a fantastic time.

I hired the electric bike for 2 days... small problem with first one... not the bikes fault... swapped my bike and couldn't have been better with me... did the two days riding loved it so much hired for a 3rd... really good local knowledge... Best price... all safety and usage features explained... free maps and the most important thing gave me confidence to ride hills which I never do... ticked off the 3 I wanted to do... We did the Jeep safari to the waterfalls. First we get picked up right outside the hotel. The day couldn't have gone any better. Vehicles were clean, drivers polite and knowledgeable. No question went un answered. The trip itself was amazing, the views from the mountains were breath taking. A spot of dinner with a beer then a dip in a swimming pool, at a restaurant in the middle of nowhere. Then down to the waterfalls which was amazing, but be aware it's FREEZING 😄. Then a quick off road trip before you are dropped off right outside your hotel door. One word BRILLIANT and I would do it again.

Watch out if you rent a scooter or bike at this company!!! Scooters are in very bad shape and broke down several times!! Rented 2 scooters for 5 days, the first and second day both scooters broke down but we didn't get any refund or compensation. Ridiculous company that doesn't make true what they offer you!

Great service. We rented a bike for the whole afternoon for only 6 euros. The bikes were in perfect condition. The owner was friendly. Definitely would recommend this place!

Rented two scooters for one day. Did nothing special and had to pay 40 euro for defect bottom plate (had a crack). The defect was detected during inspection without us present. So who knows if this is true. Always take pictures when renting and inspect together when returning. Would not go back there again.
