Me anulan un paseo a caballo 30 mínutos antes por teléfono después de viajar más de 200 km Posteriormente intento quitar mi segunda reserva y como no les funciona el teléfono que nunca lo cogen me dice que avise 24 h antes. Hoja de reclamaciones a la Omic y haber quien me paga los viajes. Al existir el precedente del perjuicio causado no les va ha valer. Ya que podré demostrar que los viajes valen más que los 60€ que se quieren quedar. Muy mal la verdad ellos si te anulan sin ningún motivo y el inglés me dice que por qué quiero anular pues por el mismo motivo que me anuló la 1 vez que yo ya estaba organizado.

Outside trip today with Cathy and Gregori to the town and waterfall. Cathy know s9 much and is very informative and the driver made me feel very safe. Excellent price and excursion for the family.

Tour to Valencia was great I was only mythed that due to a 2 hour coach journey I really think that a short strict toilet stop would be great because recognising that not all people can ‘ hold on to it ‘ isn’t really an option due to health reasons . Duty of care please remember this. Other than this could’ve made an easy 5

Excursions from this company are brilliant, however, the free time stops in locations can sometimes feel like a long time; note this is my opinion. My tour guide (Kathy) for both the Wednesday excursion (Denia and Mediterranean Gardens) and Thursday (Magnificent Seven) was humorous and intelligent. When there are both spanish and english people aboard, information is said in both languages. Will consider going with again!

Cancelan sin avisarte y además me dice que tengo que reclamar yo la devolución por email. No responden al email.No recomiendo la empresa. El lunes iré a sus oficinas a poner una reclamación.

Pleasant booking experience, trip however was disappointing and upsetting, whilst guide Lynn was extremely knowledgeable she was rude, obnoxious, arrogant and unhelpful. No advice given regarding mobility issues although she knew we would experience difficulties. I would not book again if she was the guide unfortunately.

I went on the Denia and Mediterranean Gardens trip yesterday. The guide Lynn was very knowledgeable and kept us on schedule. Her restaurant recommendations were very useful and the coach was comfortable. The weather being dull and cold by the time we reached the attractions spoilt it but both were really lovely. I wish I had known to take a payment card to get access into the castle at Denia as they don’t take cash. Thank you for a nice day.

We had booked a trip to Guadalest Falls from Calpe. Unfortunately it was cancelled due to the flooding in the mountains. Round Town quickly scheduled us on an alternative outing (to gardens and Dénia) with no fuss and refunded the difference in price straightaway. Our guide was Kathy who we thought was absolutely brilliant. She gave such clear instructions, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We will definitely book another tour with Round town if we come back to this area for a holiday.

I had an extremely disappointing experience with Round town travel recently. I booked a taxi to pick me up from Alicante airport, but the taxi never showed up. I was left stranded at the airport, which was incredibly stressful, especially after a long flight. To make matters worse, the company has already charged the fare to my account, even though I never received the service. I have tried contacting their customer service multiple times to resolve this issue, but I have either received no response or generic replies that do not address my problem. This experience has been both frustrating and unacceptable. I expected a reliable service, but instead, I’ve been left out of pocket and without any assistance. I would not recommend Round town travel to anyone. Save yourself the hassle and book with a more trustworthy provider.

Fui desde Benidorm hoy 14 de agosto a él tour por Algar, y fantástico, puntuales, la monitora Kathy fantástica y el conductor muy correcto. Seguro repetiremos.

Went with Will and the coach driver Carlos to the Alger waterfalls on the pm slot the 8/07/24 booked through Jet2 rep at the sol pelicanos. Everything was good . We had been there 6 years earlier, by God it changed all built up and very very busy I was unable to swim due to the amount of people in the water . Nice meal down at the restaurant we were to meet up at . Got picked up on time just past the bridge . Then I noticed the restaurant we visited 6 years earlier all closed down .

Arrived 2mins after the pickup time due to faulty elevators and we were on the 25th floor. The bus did not wait at all for us and nobody called us (what’s the point in taking our phone number if you don’t use it). I don’t believe the bus even stopped and seen no one was there and carried on. We wanted to use the trip for the following day but they will not transfer it over even though it was not our fault. They suggested getting a taxi which is hilarious as it defeats the purpose of the trip and would cost more than the trip to get there. Awful service

AVOID THIS COMPANY! After booking a trip through our hotel my boyfriend was sent the wrong pick up location through WhatsApp where we waited for half an hour. We then asked at reception if they were coming and the receptionist called them and were told that they were running late so to wait outside the hotel which we did. After another half an hour of waiting my boyfriend messaged the company on WhatsApp to ask if they were coming to pick us up and they told him in a very rude and unprofessional way that they had collected 16 people from our hotel but we could get a taxi to the location they were at which was over an hour away if we wanted to join them. They then changed this amount to 27 people and then when queried again went back to 16 people and then they sent a photo of a different pick up point than what was given originally and where we had been told to stand by reception. They have refused to give us our money back after giving us the wrong pick up location twice and the messages my boyfriend received were very unprofessional and rude so I would never use this company again and would not recommend them either. *EDIT* I have attached a screenshot of the pick up point we were sent by the company which is where we were waiting for the first half an hour which clearly shows the wrong location. The customer service received from this company has been so bad I will never recommend them to anyone. They are rude and unprofessional and won't admit liability for sending the wrong pick up location to begin with even though it is clearly shown on the screenshot provided and telling the receptionist at our hotel the wrong location for us to wait at when they called them to see where they were. The red circle is where the actual pick up point was which was not stated on the map. The receptionist had no reason to say this if they were told to tell us to come out to a different location for the trip. Avoid using them at all costs! I've also attached the proof of what we were told in WhatsApp which Lee seems to have disputed in his last reply, yet another lie from them just because they don't want to refund the money they scammed.

These guys don’t pick you up at the location they send you in WhatsApp and then lie to you and say they arrived and you weren’t there. We waiting for half an hour and asked the reception to call to find out where the bus was to which we were told they are running late and please wait outside. After waiting another half an hour no one came so I messaged Round Town Travel and they lied to us and said they came and picked up 16 people which is as a lie because there was none there. After the guy person in WhatsApp kept lying to us and trying to make it out like we were stupid. What’s the point lying?. And they won’t refund so I would suggest not using this service.

Spent a wonderful day on a tour to Gaudiest with driver Carlos and guide Charlotte. Both superb hosts who mare the day special. Great leisurely visit to sightsee and enjoy a spot of lunch.

Nice trip to Guadalest everything well organized. The three museums are wast of time and money but I guess it helps this small community so it was worth it. Guadalest castel is a must see but waterfalls are very average attraction. Company as a tour guide recommended.

We went on the tour to Guadalest and Algar Falls. Louisa, our tour guide, couldn't have been any more helpful. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. Guadalest is small, but incredibly pretty. A few cafes to get a snack and a coffee ( or something stronger lol) and some nice gift shops. The Algar Falls is incredible. If you're planning to get into the water, be warned - the pebble floor can be sharp, so have good footwear (Crocks or neoprene). All in all, a fabulous trip with a fabulous company, which we will definitely use again.

Had a trop to the waterfalls, Wilf the guide was great, informative, friendly and helpful, also quite funny with the odd joke. Coach arrived for pick up on time. All in all great day

Great place to book activities while in Benidorm, booked a few days out during our stay, so easy ! Once booked I got a map link sent to my phone so we knew exactly where the pickup point was (10 out of 10 for that) had great fun on all the trips and found the prices we paid were the same or better than if I tried to book direct myself. I reccomend this place.

We went to gudalest and then waterfalls on Fri 2 May 23 and couldn’t fault the tour, Louisa our tour guide was fantastic, she told us lots of information about things on route as well as place we visited, she was so cheerful and made us laugh too, she’s a credit to your company , a big thank you to both Louisa and pacco the driver for a really enjoyable tour even tho it rained a little

Booked Guadalest over the phone for 23rd March 2023 back in February 2023. Unfortunately, I didn't realise the agent didn't put the right month despite me telling her I would be 60 whilst out in March. Didn't realise the mistake till getting on the bus and refused entry. I went to the office but I had to pay an additional £100 for the 4 of us to go on the trip a few days later. Despite telling her at length it was my birthday when out end of March, still got it wrong. CHECK DETAILS CAREFULLY. I THINK THIS IS A SCAM.

Booked the Valencia trip through our Jet2 rep with Roundtown travel. We really enjoyed it . Reps friendly and helpful. We did a guided walking tour and the guide was very knowledgable and entertaining. Highly recommend.

Great service

High prices for poor service. Rep on coach was, evidently, someone who had been doing this for decades as she was set in her ways and lacked enthusiasm for the excursion. Lynn was very rude, extremely patronising and dismissive of questions from travellers as she would always say she would explain something during her on board talks although she never did. Also charged 1 Euro per passenger to buy a face mask, which we knew nothing about prior to the journey as a covid restriction. Also seemed scandalous to charge this amount, felt like a scheme of some sort Enjoyed rambling on about herself as she did the hard sell to passengers to book further journeys and ignored the ones that weren't going to book. The excursion itself was absolutely wonderful, was great to explore a beautiful city, very thankful we weren't stuck with gloomy and rude rep all day. The driver was friendly, nice man, shame they had to drop us off at the bottom of steep hills as opposed to outside hotels. Was slightly aggravating that the rep was sat down, counting all her Euros on the long journey home. All change from the face mask scheme. Fast easy and lovley people that work there

We booked an apartment with roundtown travel in benidorm before covid but had to transfer the holiday for the last 2 years. We paid the apartment up in full 3 years ago and was at last looking forward to going this year. We contacted roundtown travel as advised 2 weeks before arrival to let them know our check in time, to be told that the owners had sold the apartment. The apartment we booked was on a quiet complex with no high rises and fully air conditioned. The roundtown assistant (Lisa)wasn’t very empathetic about our circumstances and said the only apartments left on their books was a Highrise (21st) floor with no air con or an apartment on the noisy strip which we don’t like or a refund. We booked everything separate so I asked if they were going to refund our flights and they said no. I was extremely disappointed and frustrated with their complete lack of empathy and the patronising way (Lisa) spoke to my husband. I think this company should be checking up on the properties that they are in charge of letting , especially after taking money in full from me. This is a good place to go to book excursions. I visited the chocolate factory and it was alright and the member of staff and the trip was good and told us lots of backstories on the way there.

A éviter!!!! Arnaque!!!! Informations incorrecte. On a réservé un bus pour l aéroport, nous avons voulu faire une modification. Les représentants nous ont confirmé que la modification pouvait être faite le lendemain. Le lendemain ils ont refusé de modifier le transport. Impossible de réserver deux places supplémentaires et plus de transport disponible. Lamentable!!!! A éviter!!

Viaje desde Benidorm a Guadalest un pueblo muy bonito y muy variado con muchos museos y diferentes atracciones, la comida del lugar buena y con precios accesibles, el museo de motos y coches antiguos muy bueno, el chófer del bus Pedro excelente conductor y la guía turística que no me acuerdo bien el nombre no se si era Ángela o Katy muy buena explicaba tanto en inglés como en español, además que era una persona muy alegre y simpática . Lo recomiendo al 100%. Lo único malo eses que dura tres horas y es muy poco tiempo para poder conocer todo con calma

We had a early morning flight home, couldn’t book anything on line with the usual operators so we called into Round Town and they were really helpful and booked us a cab to collect us at 3am. Taxi turned up as agreed and it cost us £52.00 on my bank statement no complaints with that.

If your looking tickets or transport to or from an attraction/airport then pop in or ring round town travel. I spent a good few hours trawling the net for a reasonably priced early morning transfer to the airport the day before my flight but there were problems with most or they were far to expensive.you can get good deals if booked 48 hours in advance but I forgot. I rang round town and within 15 min it was all sorted and at a good price. Sorted! No hassles, so I could enjoy my last day 😊

Open late which is handy. Got tickets for my boat trip to Benidorm Rock. It was open ended ticket thankfully as the sea took a turn for the worse and I couldnt go that day so went a few days later on a much nicer day.

Had a very easy trip to Goudalest with Katie our host. Katie had lots of interesting information and had time to answer all questions and queries.

Coast & Caves tour. Staff couldn't have been nicer. Bit of a whistle stop tour at the venues but all very interesting.

Booked an excursion to Valencia through our travel agent, our host was very friendly and a great laugh. We weren't rushed and had plenty of time for all the attractions. Will definitely be coming along next time!

Avoid the free trips like the plague.. Nothing is free..over priced blanket talk..plus overpriced chocolate at factory. Special prices on chocolate..NO.!!.buy chocolate in carreforre supermarket half price.. Special oil sold on coach..overpriced. Normal price in the indoor market..a lot cheaper. The transport collects you from your hotel but..'due to drivers hours .' you get dropped of at the bottom of steep hills.. Very sad for pensioners. Buyer beware !!

Booked 3 times with these , 1 was guadalest which was a nice trip and rep on bus was nice which is more thàn can be said for the unfriendly staff of round town travel , don't make u feel welcome and seem to struggle to get a smile out of the 3 female members of staff there , they are very unwelcoming . ..The trip to guadalest took 20-25 mins drive roughly , yet the rep insisted every passenger had to give at least 1 euro each tip to driver when he didn't drop anyone near the hotels on way home where they was picked up from , 56 passengers 56 euros a day x 6-7 days not a bad wage end of the week on tips when maids and kitchen staff work so much harder in hotels....also I booked with these Benidorm palace rubi show which was great show , don't waist your time booking food with these it's like a extra 20-30 euros per person so just eat out or if ur all inclusive in ur hotel ... last show was a day later Benidorm palace magic show circus , what round town didn't tell me was 90% of the show was in the I just watched the night before in the rubi dinner show , so don't waist ur time booking both just do the rubi dinner show with out a meal , also the magic show had the most uncomfortable seats on the planet , great if ur aged under 5 , not so great if ur an adult. I was also told by round town on av.Dr severo Ochoa that the show is from 530pm till 830pm when in fact it started at 540pm finished at 730pm and had a 20 min break inbetween and 90% of the show I watched the previous night in rubi show , I should of been told it's mostly same show. ...take my advice people don't book magic show it's waist of money just do rubi show and either book through someone else or walk to the palace and do it itself it's not far from hotel melia and flamingo oasis , also don't trust the staff of this place they just want to take u for as many euros as they can get , just want ur money bit like the Spanish who do the potato game around the streets they just want to milk tourists for what they can get. Take my advice and book with someone else. Just look at they ratings ..need I say more. 1.7/5 Very poor.

I'm giving Round town travel newsletter one star. It's rubbish. U can't access the info as it won't let you stay on one page. It turns over when you try to move or enlargebto page for reading. Please get it sorted as I'm planning to come over on hol for new year. Thanks
