Contrate un shuttle a traves de su web shuttle direct, no recibi el servicio contratado por un coste de 40 euros, no se presentó a recogernos el transporte al hotel y casi perdemos el vuelo. Tratando de resolver el asunto con ellos y después de darme largas por mas de un mes, me terminan diciendo que me van a devolver el dinero, pero en realidad no lo hacen parece que me están troleando, es el peor trato al cliente que he recibido en mi vida. Trataré de llevar el asunto a donde pueda nada más por principios, con los 40 euros que se compren algo bonito a costa de sus clientes.

Though late arriving at Palma I was fairly quickly transported to my Magaluf hotel. The return pick up was on time, at airport in 35 minutes, far too early to book in. Suspect that was so driver could do a second collection run for morning flights. Both journeys in very nice coaches with good drivers.

Everything happened as it was supposed to. Booked 4 days before a one way trip back to Alicante Airport from my hotel in Benidorm. Received confirmation email of pick up time 2 days before. Had to phone customer service to confirm I would be able to bring two cases on to the bus. Took a while to get through but once I did, they were very helpful. On the morning of travel, bus was early but waited. Modern coach. Busy but plenty of room. After two more pick ups nearby, arrived at the airport bang on time and 3 hours before my flight. Great service! I would definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone else 👍👏👏

We booked the transfer through Shuttle Direct. The pickup was efficient and professional. However the return was totally different. Firstly the driver was 30 minutes late, then we had to endure the journey to the airport with loud rock music pounding through the mini bus. This may be okay for 18-30 but not for over 50s.I have used shuttle direct before and never had any issues I hope this never happens again.

The transfer from SAW Airport to Istanbul city went very smoothly. Our driver was friendly and attentive. Because of the usual heavy Friday evening traffic, he suggested taking the ferry instead of the Bosphorus Bridge – a smart alternative that made the ride much more relaxed. The Transfer Force team was always available and very helpful via WhatsApp. Tip for other travelers: allow some extra time when traveling during rush hours in Istanbul. With Transfer Force you are in very good hands – highly recommended!

Great price and a great service. Got to Palma airport, found the desk without any problems and were told exactly where to go to get bus. Bus did wait for around 40 minutes but this was to be expected as a late flight. Got us to our hotel in good time. Way back was even better- emailed us a few days prior to pickup date to give us a good time- no getting there at 9 in the morning for a five o’clock flight. So we were last for pickup so went straight to the airport and were there in plenty of ( but not too much ) time. Very happy.

The airport transfer was completely professional. The driver was on time for pickup and had a sign with his name on it. He was very friendly and helped with our luggage. The return journey was similar. We left at 3 a.m., and the driver was reliable and helpful. I highly recommend it.

99% of the time I can not fault Viajes Airport Transfer! Reliable and on time or early for pick ups. However, I do need to make you aware that yesterday (4th August 2025) the Airport Transfer never came to pick me up from the pick up / drop off point. I arrived to the pick up point 15 minutes early and I waited for the pick up vehicle for 25 minutes before I had to go and get a taxi and spend money that I should not have needed to spend. Can this be looked into and dealt with please? As the service I payed for failed to provide the service. Thank you

Heenweg was een tegenvaller. Stinkende bus en een uur wachten op vliegveld. Terugweg was een nette bus en chauffeur was keurig op tijd. Denk toch dat ik de volgende keer een taxi neem.

The service and contact are excellent. The employee picked us up from the airport and took us to the bus, the company matched the departure time from the hotel to the airport so we made it to the plane without a problem. I recommend this company without a doubt.

I am an elderly disabled solo passenger. My pick up time on Monday the 16th June was 6am.I couldn’t have had a better experience . The driver noticed and he did all he could making the journey comfortable. He helped with my luggage 🧳 also once we arrived at departures he made sure I got off the bus safely which is always a worry for me. Had to wait 30 minutes before leaving the airport waiting for other passengers. Likewise departing the transfer was 20 mins late but you are made aware of this possibility when booking. The transfer vehicle was clean, comfortable and the cost was very good. Would definitely recommend.

Excellent service. We were delayed for nearly an hour at passport control on arrival at Porto airport and the driver Eugénio waited patiently for us. During our trip he gave us recommendations for places to eat and visit and sent details over WhatsApp. For the return journey we needed to rearrange the pick up for earlier than scheduled, I messaged Cátia to request this and she was more than happy to accommodate. Overall a faultless and totally stress free experience. I thoroughly recommend this company.

There was a problem with booking a confirmation with return trip even when I gave the flight date and time. Sent an email to shuttles.com customer service but till today never heard back from their team to confirm return journey to Santorini airport. Once I managed to speak to local team then it was easy to book a return journey on time without any problem.

We arrived in Malaga at midnight and had to wait a considerable time for our driver to show up. On the way back the driver was early. Both trips were hassle free and professionally delivered.

Einen Tag vor dem gebuchten Transfer bekamen wir eine WhatsApp mit den notwendigen Informationen, recht professionell. Nach Ankunft am Flughafen Antalya war aber niemand am genannten Treffpunkt, erst nach Kontaktaufnahme und einiger Wartezeit kam endlich jemand, aber nicht der Fahrer. Der kam dann erst nach weiteren 20 min. Wir hatten einen PKW gebucht, es kam aber ein Kleinbus älteren Baujahrs und nicht mehr im besten Zustand, vor allem innen. Der Fahrer war sehr nett, sprach aber weder englisch noch deutsch. Der eigentliche Transfer verlief dann zügig. Die Abholung am Hotel war dann sehr pünktlich wie vereinbart, mit demselben Fahrzeug und Fahrer. Alles in allem waren wir zufrieden.

Used several times, they have a good system and well organised. It’s just your luck how long you wait for your shuttle to leave the airport so can be different each time, but overall very happy and will continue to use.

For our group it makes travelling easier to have your own minivan waiting for us on arrival to transfer us to our hotel and just as importantly to collect us for our trip back to the hotel. We will use this service again.

Pick up was 10mins later than advised, but still had plenty of time to check in for flight etc. Price was very cheap.

Pour l’aller parfait rien a dire : prise en charge rapide et efficace mais pour le retour nous avons été pris en charge trop trop tot : notre avion décoller a 8h10 du matin et la navette est venu nous récupérer a 4h10 du mat pour 12 kg de distance ….même si ke chauffeur a di s’arrêter prendre plusieurs personnes dans différents hôtels …l’attente fut longue à l’aeroport

All went smoothly. Journey from airport to Benidorm left within 15 minutes of us boarding. For the journey back, we were notified in good time about our pick up time, which despite being very early in morning, got us to airport well in time for our flight. The buses for both trips were not completely full, so the journeys were comfortable. I always worry about how the luggage is stored on these services, but everything was fine.

Our driver was there to greet us even though our flight landed 20 minutes early. He spoke good English was informative about restaurants and places of interest. He was not a chatter box though, and was totally appropriate and professional. I chose this company because we had a larger party of 4 with extra baggage. We needed to book a one way because our group had different departure dates. They were the lowest rate by far. I travel to Mexico several times a year for vacations and have been to all the major resort towns. I will say that this was one of the best transport experiences I have had.

Picked up one hour earlier than our friends who transferred with TUI. We spent a full hour picking up all over Playa Blanca from 7:40 for a 11:50 flight.

Taxi kwam stipt op tijd, zowel heen als terugreis naar het vliegveld. Vriendelijke chauffeur. Blijft alleen jammer dat taxi’s transfers in Oostenrijk enorm duur zijn. :-(

Safe ride in a comfy bus. Unfortunately the toilet was out of use. The chauffer was serviceminded and a good driver. There were a lot of englishmen on board the bus, going to Benidorm, made the tour time consuming.

I've used this company many times over the past years for airport transfers between Alicante airport to Benidorm and vice versa. Yesterday, I'd arranged a larger van to take three of us to Alicante airport. Two of us had mobility difficulties due to painful backs. The driver arrived early at our hotel to take us to the airport and told us just to take our time and he'd wait outside for us. He loaded our cases and helped us board the vehicle. On arrival at the airport, he assisted us to disembark from the vehicle loaded all our cases on to a trolley for us. He was a lovely man and very kind. I'll certainly continue to use their services and can recommend them.

Excellent drivers and service,they were at the meeting point on time.For return journey from hotel the driver called to finalise exact time and meeting point. Only issue with whole trip was that we had to pay 8€ to change pick up time due to a change in our flight time,hence 4 stars and not 5.

I checked in at the office and was told which bus stop number to go to. Fortunately the van was almost full and I took the last space. So I was really lucky not to have to wait around. Driver was excellent and we all arrived safely.

Transport was comfortable, busdrivers were friendly and Hostess was also very good and friendly. One small thing was that on the way back we were picked up extremely early and had to wait a very long time at the airport before we could check in. But other than that it was perfect.

We were informed properly via email. We had to wait 15 minutes for the shuttle to arrive but we were the last ones so it's understandable. The ride was quick.

Positives: Value for money, clean vehicles, courteous drivers. Negatives: Had a wait for the first leg of the journey, about 40 minutes, and on the return the transport arrived 20 minutes early so if you're flexible for time it's fine.

The actual shuttle transfer was great in both directions, punctual and comfortable. However, I struggled to find a taxi to get me to the pick up point on the return (I couldn't book a taxi due to the short journey, it was too far to walk and I ended up waiting 45 mins for it) and trying to get hold of someone, anyone, on the phone or get help via the Manage my Booking was impossible. I just wanted to say I would be maybe 5 mins late and could they wait but could not get an answer, not even from their emergency number which was a recorded message saying it was out of hours. I did manage to make the shuttle, however it was not a pleasant experience trying to contact anyone.

Todo fue perfecto. Juanma fue muy atento y puntual. Nuestro vuelo llegó como 20 minutos antes y el estuvo pendiente de ello para recogernos en cuanto saliésemos. Mejor, imposible. Y a la vuelta, también nos recogió en el hotel con puntualidad perfecta.

Vi havde reserveret shuttle transport med Shuttle Direct som vi har brugt tidligere. Vi ventede i lufthavnen omkring en lille times tid... ok. Vi var så heldige at vi selv gjorde dem opmærksom på at vi stadig ventede... blev så hurtigt guidet ud til bussen og fik nogle af de sidste pladser.... vores bagage måtte vi tage med op i bussen..... der var ikke plads ? Vi nåede vores destination 5 min. før at indcheckning var lukket 😱 MEN tog det med godt humør og nyder nu vores 3 uger i Puerto de la Cruz ❤️ Bedre sent end aldrig...... Retur til TFS gik som smurt. Bussen kom til tiden og turen gik fint. Chaufføren var rutineret og cool, frisk og i godt humør. 2 tilfredse kunder herfra 😎👍

First time I've used them in two years after doing the journey (LCA airport Cyprus to Agia Napa) around 5-7 times a year. On this occasion they were OK, I'd stopped using them as their waiting times had become intolerable and they didn't bother replying to an email over a 110 minute wait one night

I have used this company for a number of years and cannot rate them highly enough. We always book a private transfer, the driver is always waiting for you at the arrivals gate with name clearly displayed. The vehicles are spotless and well maintained. Drivers are professional, polite, helpful and friendly. On one occasion I had to contact the customer services team re a change I needed to make to my booking - this was dealt with quickly and professionally. Lastly prices are great value for money.

Good service in nice air-conditioned coaches. My only issue is that when we arrived, at 1am in the morning we were dropped off in Elounda Square and we had to ask the driver for sorry to our accommodation and it was pitch black. Coming home, we were picked up directly outside the hotel so not sure why the driver couldn’t do this on the way there.

Ik ben in eerste instantie zeer tevreden over de vriendelijke chauffeurs zowel bij het brengen als bij het ophalen. Ook de mini van was prima conform afspraak. De chauffeurs deden hun best om met ons te communiceren m.b.v. Google Translate. Ook waren ze op tijd. De reden dat ik echter geen 5 sterren geef is omdat we halverwege een tussenstop moesten maken van een kwartier met daarbij de bedoeling dat we daar wat gingen kopen of eten/drinken. Dit was zowel de heenreis naar het hotel als de terugreis naar het vliegveld het geval. De rit zou ruim een uur duren en dan zitten we niet te wachten op een pauze. We kiezen bewust voor eigen vervoer zodat we niet bij andere hotels langs hoeven te gaan dus dan verwacht je dit niet. Haal die commerciële pauze er uit. Ik weet zeker dat ik dan opnieuw gebruik zal maken van shuttle direct en kan dan ook oprecht 5 sterren geven.

Very easy to find at the airport and drop-off very close to the Hotel. The only inconvenience is that I boarded first and the bus left after about 50 minutes despite the fact that during about the last 30 minutes no one boarded the bus.

Our flight was delayed, but upon arrival we were met with a very Cheerful driver waiting for us in arrivals at the Lanzarote airport. he told us of a breakdown but we were taken to a coach were we had great fun driving to our destination. His English was very good and he explained the sights we may be able to see and pointed out the volcanic ranges. the children loved the bus ride as did we. On pick up at the hotel, the driver was again cheerful and friendly and arrived promptly at the time given to us on our booking reservation. Both journeys to and from the hotel were pleasant. We would definitely recommend these travel services again.

Prompt pickup from hotel to airport

Good efficient service from the airport direct to our hotel. The return trip was not as good. We received a text as promised 48 hrs before pick up but we were not being picked up at our hotel but at a central point in the complex. The walk was across a beach with suitcases so not ideal. We had the hotel call the company to see if they would pick up at the hotel. They said not possible. We made our way to pick up and coach arrived on time but only picked us up no one else and we were the last pick up and we went straight to the airport so I cannot understand why it was not possible to come to the hotel? Otherwise we were on time and coaches were clean and modern.

Always had great service, we had luxury minibus to ourselves, there & back! We we're not expecting this, so was a great surprise & meant a fast journey, thank you!

Our driver was great, and the vehicle was lovely and clean. Contacted us to let us know they were running a bit late on pick up from airport which was no issue but still very apologetic when they arrived. On the drop off back to airport they arrived promptly and were very helpful with loading and unloading bags would definitely use again!

What an amazing experience with our transfers through shuttle direct. We were greeted on our arrival at Alicante airport by our driver who was polite and swiftly had us at Benidorm old town. Equally our return was perfect with our driver being early and waiting for us at our collection point and was really helpful and polite on our return journey to the airport. We had a party of 7 and the private minibus was immaculately clean inside. I couldn’t fault our experience and to top things off the price was the best I found. Thanks again shuttle direct.
