Desaconsejable totalmente. Me anularon una reserva 30 minutos antes cuando ya estábamos en el rancho para montar a caballo. Explícaciones cero el del rancho dice reservé para el viernes pero el perjuicio del viaje de más de 200km quien me lo paga. Después reservo les intento anular para el viernes como no cogen el teléfono y la novia no puede voy a quitar la reserva personalmente y me dicen que lo haga 24 h antes cuando los teléfonos no le funcionan y ellos me han causado un perjuicio mayor con un precedente demostrable. Omic queja formal y llegaré a donde tenga que llegar ya que no son los 60€ que se quieren quedar es que ellos te anulan cuando quieren y sin motivo 30 min antes y a ti no te atienden por teléfono y tienes que volver para dejar constancia. No contratar a través de ellos nada.

Had such a nice day at Algar waterfalls! Really worth the trip, nice hotels bars and restaurants surrounding the waterfalls so you're not limited for things to do/eat. Driver and tour guide Wilf were amazing, felt safe, they're knowledgeable and friendly - even offered to drop us off closer to our hotel on the way back so we didn't have to walk as far! Can tell Wilf loves his job and was a pleasure to meet him <3

We booked three different excursions this week through round town travel to Valencia, Denia and the Mediterranean gardens and Guadalest. When enquiring about our chosen trips in the round town travel office we felt the booking process was very easy and the lady booking out trips was so helpful and accommodating. She explained where our exact pick up points would be as well as our pick up times, fortunately for us our hotel was a pick up point for two of our trips and for the third trip we had a short walk to the nearest point to be picked up. Our tour guides were absolutely fantastic and gave great knowledge of the Benidorm area as well as the areas that we visited on our excursions. Leisa was great on our day trip to Valencia , explaining about the history and culture. We were able to book a visit to Valencia aquarium or Valencia football ground during this trip, which was an extra cost that we weren’t expecting as this wasn’t explained at the time of booking or in the excursion description, although this wasn’t an issue as we had the funds to accommodate this. We thoroughly enjoyed our day. Leisa was exceptional in ensuring that everyone was happy and safe and if they were unsure she was there for help and guidance, we feel that she went above and beyond for everyone. Cathy was our tour guide to Denia and the Mediterranean gardens and again we had a wonderful day. Cathy was very informative about the gardens, explaining the history behind them. Our last guide was Lynn who took us to Guadalest and wow what a trip! If you love mountains and beautiful views this trip is for you. You get three hours free time as well as the opportunity to visit the motor museum on the way. Whilst in Guadalest you also get the opportunity to visit the micro museum as well as the dolls house museum and tickets are available for purchase on the bus as you travel to Guadalest. We were unable to taste the orange liquor but hopefully next time. If you are interested in any of the excursions round town offer but you are in two minds whether to book or not, I 100% recommend that you do as you won’t be disappointed!

Couldn't locate the round town travel and hotel not very helpful on how to get there.

Ik vond het een heel fijne ervaring om een excursie te boeken. Het ging gemakkelijk en alles was in orde. We bezochten Xaló en de grotten. De chauffeur Pablo en Wendy waren vriendelijk en alles verliep vlot op een paar gasten na die mee reisden. Spijtig genoeg kan je de gasten niet kiezen

We did the Guadalest and waterfalls day trip and had a fantastic day. lynn who was our guide for the day was fantastic, informative and truly cared about making sure we had a good day. We felt very looked after and learned lots of things about the areas we went to. On our trip the coach broke down at Guadalest but this was very efficiently sorted with a replacement bus, I think in total it put us back not even 20 minutes to the days schedule which was added on to the day so we didn’t lose time at the waterfalls. Very impressed with how it was dealt with. My only negative (which didn’t impact me at all) was some visitors booked on our trip (about 8 people in total) were given the wrong pick up location so had to pay for taxis to meet us up at guadalest. So there were a few unhappy people over that but lynn dealt with it great. If you book with this company I would just double check pick up locations so this doesn’t happen to you as looking at other reviews it’s happened before.

We did an excursion on the 26/8 going up to guadalest and the water falls. I'm leaving 5 stars for Wilf, he is very good at what he does. Thr first part was absolutely amazing up the mountain. I like others will say 2 hours at falls isn't enough. However I personally didn't enjoy how busy it was (but knew it would be). My kids play on a river on moors a lot so luckily it wasn't something they were hanging on to. My review is also based on being a single parent. All of it was manageable with 2 kids apart from the falls, trying to prize kids away from water on a hot day to the pick up point (not same as drop off) in time slot with fear of missing bus left me a little anxious. But highly recommend that trip, don't just do falls, do both! Thank you Wilf our guide and Alberto our driver. Great day out with spectacular views, and met lovely locals.

Después de reservar una excursión a través de Getyourguide con esta empresa nefasta, no me ha parecido correcto como se ha gestionado ciertos inconvenientes que han sucedido, en ningún momento se nos ha consultado ni se nos ha informado del idioma que iba a ser en inglés, cuando lo contratamos en español ....Nos podrían haber informado previamente de que el grupo sería en inglés y no en Español, en todo caso podríamos haber decidido si ir o no ir, ustedes nos han "obligado" en cierta manera... No entendímos casi nada!! Aparte el guía no hablaba español.... Por otro lado, Estuvimos esperando el autocar MEDIA HORA A 35°... Respuesta de Heidi "No está en nuestro control los retrasos y el atasco" Perdón?Que no esté controlado por ustedes el trafico y los retrasos no significa que no se pueda gestionar de manera resolutiva, es decir, en ningún caso se puede tolerar que se exponga a 35 grados media hora un grupo de personas...Que incluso me dió un golpe de calor!! Como he dicho anteriormente no estoy para nada satisfecho... Heidi la supuesta directora tirando balones afuera y sin responsabilizarse ni respondiendo a mis correos... Muy lamentable y poco profesional. He tenido que solicitar reembolso con proveedor porque está empresa prefiere quedarse el dinero y tomar el pelo , que informar previamente y gestionar las cosas de manera adecuada.

A very nice experience with the agency on an excursion to Valencia. The guides spoke perfect English and the bus was great.

They give you the wrong pick up locations and then refuse your refund for missing the trip and put you at fault even though the wrong info is provided. I have even provided proof if the wrong location pin sent to me to my iPhone. We even rang up and were told the wrong location twice yet the company still puts you at fault. Guadalest & Algar waterfalls Great day well organised . We have enjoyed this trip by car several times for many years . On this occasion we used Round Town We made a great decision ! Punctual and efficient coach transport . Our tour guide Lyn enhanced our experience she was knowledgeable entertaining and most important informative. My son and I went to the first one on Calle Gerona they couldn't help us but we're so helpful anyway. The girls said to go down to the bigger office in the Rincon de loix area as the could help more there, they telephoned ahead so they would be waiting for us as it get quite busy. The lady was excellent that delt with our passport problem, she telephoned the passport office in Belfast which had lost my son's renewal passport and very calmly and efficiently found out all the information and then asked how to move forward from this problem. Excellent service, fantastic staff. We had the new passport photos, application done in 45 minutes. Well done staff at both Round Town locations.

Awful company booked a coast and caves trip via Jet 2, was meant to be going to an old village that wasn’t as expected, the rep pointed out a pick up point whilst talking in Spanish, dropped us off somewhere completely different to pick up point and didn’t even wait for everyone to get off the coach before rushing off, partner tried to explain that she was going too fast and she was so arrogant and patronising stating she showed us the pick up point yet we were dropped off somewhere in the middle of a town we didn’t know and she was just walking off, my partner started getting annoyed and she told us if we didn’t like it we could just stay here, we were expecting to be dropped off where we were being picked up like what happened on the rest of the trip. The rep was so rude and then the afternoon after we were due to go on another trip to the waterfalls and the trip was cancelled for us because we had apparently upset the rep. Absolutely disgusted with the company and has put me off going on any coach tours I won’t be recommending this company this is the first negative review I’ve ever had to leave

Fantastic excursion but shame about the rep, Lynn. She spoke inappropriately & rudely to the Dutch, patronised the tourists & bellowed nonsense about herself, her family & what products "used to cost" but without any context; it felt like a tour for uneducated 'dummies' (or atleast that's how we were made to feel).

Absolutely fantastic from start to finish! We booked 2 excursions with them. One to Algar Falls and one on the Coast and Caves trip. Both were amazing. The 2 staff, Louisa and Kathy were so friendly and welcoming. They were incredibly professional at all times and answered any concerns we had! I'd highly, highly recommend this company to anyone who stays in Benidorm!

Had a lovely day out to the Algar falls, went on the morning trip and had around 4 hours free time at the falls for swimming, such a great day out from Benidorm. Our guide Stuart was great, gave us a little tour off benidorm on the bus and recommend a great restaurant for lunch after the waterfalls with a huge pool! Perfect day ☺️

My friend Tom, and I go here for all of our Excursion needs. Very diverse selection and good reasonable budgets. Everything arranged, paid and sorted right there or get the full list, read it and decide where to go, what to do and then go back - awesome!! We went on All Day Jeep Safari, Jalon Valley, Segway Tour.

After having my wallet containing my TIE card and my Spanish driving licence stolen I went to Round Town Travel for help. The young lady couldn’t have been better. Friendly, helpful and efficient inspiring complete trust and relief in the way that she dealt with what, to me, was a serious problem. I cannot rate them highly enough.

We did the Guadalest and waterfall tour. Picked up very promptly. Long tour around Benidorm collecting everyone. Lynne our guide was so enthusiastic and very informative - brilliant. The scenery was amazing. The town was lovely but the waterfalls were a little disappointing . I would still recommend this trip though.

Another great job done, applied for passports, everthing was done photos, paperwork etc. Was told roughly 4 weeks, they arrived dhl two days before the due date. I cannot thank them enough, great service with a smile.

High prices for poor service. Rep on coach was, evidently, someone who had been doing this for decades as she was set in her ways and lacked enthusiasm for the excursion. Lynn was very rude, extremely patronising and dismissive of questions from travellers as she would always say she would explain something during her on board talks although she never did. Enjoyed rambling on about herself as she did the hard sell to passengers to book further journeys and ignored the ones that weren't going to book. Also charged 1 Euro per passenger to buy a face mask, which we knew nothing about prior to the journey as a covid restriction. Also seemed scandalous to charge this amount, felt like a scheme of some sort The excursion itself was absolutely wonderful, was great to explore a beautiful city, very thankful we weren't stuck with gloomy and rude rep all day. The driver was friendly, nice man, shame they had to drop us off at the bottom of steep hills as opposed to outside hotels. Was slightly aggravating that the rep was sat down counting all her Euros out on the long journey home, all change from her face mask scheme. Great trip, overpriced company, absolutely awful and rude rep

Waste of time . Beware of using this company . Informed pick up time verbally 0830 by one of the staff. Only to stand waiting for an hour and a half . Then phoned the company to be informed that my pick up time was 1055 ! No apology given and a very poor manner towards me trying to blame Viator when I had email proof of my pick up time . Unbelievable. Naturally I cancelled . Why would I spend another hour waiting on a coach for what is meant to be a day trip .The previous trip with this company to Valencia was also very poor .

Spent the day in guadalest, can honestly say it was breathtaking...Cost 15 euros and a further 20 euros to visit 4 museums, my favourite being the dolls house...Lynn the tour guide was super attentive and informative, with a nothing is too much trouble approach, i really felt she went above and beyond, (maybe due to her enthusiasm of the place) I can honestly say I haven't had so much fun on a tour, love love loved it

We visited Gaudalest and Algar today, 8th July 2022, Nicola was our guide. Fantastic day out, and Nicola was a great guide. Great value for money trip.

Zdecydowanie nie polecam, wyjaśniam. Nabyliśmy bilet do oceanarium w Walencji. Wyjazd 9 rano, w autokarze mówią nam , że jedziemy do centrum, by pozwiedzać miasto!!!. Nie taki był cel podróży. O 14.15 zbiórka, wtedy dopiero udajemy się do oceanarium. Wejście o 14.45, zbiórka powrotu 17.30. Kpina. Ciężko było wszystko zobaczyć, o pokazie delfinów ( największej atrakcji) i innych-zapomnij. Polecam zakup biletów w internecie z wyprzedzeniem i jechać na własną rękę.

Booked an apartment for 10 nights with Roundtown very good clean apartment and service the only grip I have is with the €150 key deposit which is taken and at the end of the stay refunded problem is this incurred bank charges to my loss

Fantastic day out to Guadalest and Algar Falls Out tour guide was Nicola, a bubbly, chatty and very informative guide. She filled us with so much info and always in a happy, bubbly way. I went on the trip mainly for the water falls but really enjoyed the village so much more! We went to two of the three museums and were blown away by both of them, such skillful people have created them amazing! Went on to the waterfalls which were beautiful but hard work! You have to climb a lot,(And I mean a lot)of steps but also you have to balance on small edges, very slippy, very uneven ground, if you wear trainers expect to get them ruined as you can’t get around unless you walk into water and very sharp rocks, that said they are beautiful as was the scenery throughout the day. Best day out of my holiday we thoroughly enjoyed it. One point to remember is when your tickets are downloaded it will tell you your pick up is 9.30 but you need to read right the way down your email and each individual Hotel will be listed,and pick up times , we were stood outside our hotel from 9.20 we waited until 10 then I rung and was told it would be 10.45!!!! So no need for the early start Especially after a benidorm late night! Some people had been on the bus since 9.30 so already 1 hour 15 before we set off, luckily we were last pick up at Hotel Gran Bali also first drop off. Thankyou Nicola for a great day

I loved the algar falls BUT I went dressed with my swimsuit under my clothes ready to swim the lovely falls. When on the coach I was informed there would be no swimming doe to the weather in march and deaths recently.. I was informed if I wanted to swim I could use the nearby venues pools as long as I used their services. We loved the falls and left that venue to as a second best swim in the pool only to find them shut.we spent the next 2hours sitting in a cafe in the car park waiting for the return coach. Yes I would recommend the falls most definitely. But failure to tell me updated information really spoilt it for me as I really wanted to swim. They should inform people of changes or closures before the event .

Kathy our tour guide and Pedro our driver were definitely 5 stars to Valencia today .They brightened up our rainy day .Kathy explained our tour well.Dropping us off .You could go a guided walk .or free time then the bus met us at 2.14pm took us to the Ocean seaside or you could go on a city tour bus .We would certainly recommend thinking of the caves next week hopefully in the sun.

Kathy our tour guide was excellent. Coach was late but a telephone call to the uk number reassured me that it was 5 minutes away and it was. Coach was warm and Moses drove well. Improvements can be made and we mentioned these to Kathy for feedback to Round Town Travel. A stop just before Valencia for a coffee and toilets would be a good idea. Also the same on the way back. The bus tour is not hip on and hop off and to complete the 2 hours is more of an endurance - no chance for refreshments from 2.00 pm until you arrive back in Benidorm at around 7.30 pm. A guided walking tour upon arrival for an hour would in my opinion be much more suitable and Round Town Travel are looking into this as an alternative to offering the gruelling bus tour. I can’t comment on the oceanographic Centre tour as we did not do this. To sum up - bad points … day is too long (for us it was over 12 hours). Not enough comfort stops. Good points …. Great whistle stop tour to see Valencia if you don’t have much time. Round town travel we’re easy to deal with and always contactable and Kathy was an excellent host

Booked the airport transfer service..sub contracted to COSTABUS s.l. (martinez) Waited one hour extra at collection point. All customers collected late on the bus..thanks for a stressful airport transfer service. Would not recommend one bit. Use other companies in benidorm.

Went to algar waterfalls and trip was excellent. Our tour guide Lucy was excellent very knowledgeable and really helpful. Would definitely recommend booking with this company.

They helped my wih my passport renewal, staff were friendly and helpful, only took 3-4 weeks to get my new passport, they provide a lot of services like passport renewals, excursions etc

We booked a trip to Les Fonts d'algar with Round Town Travel and they were fantastic! We were picked up on time at the arranged pick up point and the rep Lee was brilliant - fun and friendly and kept us informed at various points throughout. We arrived at our destination and were told exactly where to go and what time to be back and our tickets of €15 per person included travel both ways, entrance and a drink at the end. We had travelled from Denia by fastbus, and unfortunately there was a taxi strike that day and we were confused how to get back but Lee and the office assisted us in this and we arrived back safely. Thank you Round Town - we would definitely use you again 😊

Booked 2 trips to the village in the hills , Gaudalest (26.06.2018 with guide ,Debbie and Algae Waterfalls with ?. Easy booking and cheap 2 days wish we'd booked to get away from the madness of Benidorm more . A beautiful village plenty to see and do and the waterfalls leaves you breathless with the temperature of the water and the scenery fantastic , a word of advise please take a pair of shoes that are designed to go in water with .
