Beniconnect Travel Agency

Only a short wait at the airport for the coach on arrival and the return pick up was punctual (slightly early). We normally hire a car, but decided to try Beniconnect on a friend's recommendation. The return fare for two was about a third of the cost of car hire, plus hotel parking charges and it was very relaxing not having to drive. Will definitely use Beniconnect again.

Primera y última vez que viajo con vosotros y aún me queda la vuelta. Llevo esperando 40 min. Me dijeron que esperábamos al último avión y ya hace media hora que han aterrizado. Podría haber cogido otro bus y ya estaría llegando a Benidorm. Estoy tardando más de aquí a Benidorm que desde Barcelona aquí. Miedo me da la vuelta por qué solo falta que no llegue a tiempo al vuelo de vuelta.

An excellent customer service department! I had unknowingly booked the wrong date for a pickup for the airport! I had to call the out of hours number to confirm pickup where I was informed if my mistake, the lady was absolutely fantastic and managed to get us in a bus in time to make our flight. The driver was on time, she was really nice and I would definitely use Beniconnect in the future. I would recommend them 100%

Zo makkelijk om te boeken. Snel op plaats van bestemming met mooie busjes. Duidelijke communicatie per mail over de ophaaltijd en plaats voor de terugreis. Op de heenreis even moeten wachten op andere vluchten op Alicante, maar was maar een half uurtje. Aanrader dus.

Wat een geweldige ervaring, aankomen, aanmelden bij de balie, direct doorverwezen naar de bus en 90 minuten na landing op het appartement zijn op 45 minuten rijden van Airport. Dikke prima met nette bus, keurige goed rijdende chauffeur. Geweldig.

Worked out really well for us. easy to find at Alicante Airport, changing pick up for the day of departure was also easily arranged via hotline. Busses are airconned and equipped with Usb, which I find great after a longer flight. I would book them again for sure!

Very good service! We were concerned as had to be at the airport of Alicante quite early in the morning. Online reservation and payment were easy, notification about the pick-up time was sent timely and the mini bus arrived exactly on time to our pick up location. Very good driver and mini bus. Highly recommended company. Will def use their services again.

Always very long wait on return. Agent is trying to put all possible flights on to the bus. Agent told me that we are waiting for one more flight, which should land in 20 minutes. Then we were apparently waiting for more flights and we left one hour and twenty minutes later and while already on freeway, driver received call from the agent to wait further, but since we were on freeway already, we continued. I understand the aim to fill the van to the fullest, but especially on evening flight, it is very inconvenient, that while tired after whole day travel, you do not get reliable estimate of the bus departure and are forced to wait endlessly. This was second time this happened to me and as I was reading several reviews of other customers, it is common practice, usually defended by company in the reviews, that if your flight did not arrive later you would leave on time, which obviously is very hard to prove. Unfortunately It seems, that satisfaction of their customers is not on the forefront of the company’s interest, probably caused by lack of competition providing similar services.

Worst travel company I have ever used. Not helpful or flexible at all. Let us down with a 4 months old baby 3AM in the middle of nowhere..because the driver didn't have the right baby seat however it has been told to them as I phoned them to make sure everything going to be smooth on our way back to the airport.

Siempre había tenido buena experiencia. Pero hoy no me han recogido en Benidorm hacia Alicante . Después de llamar dos veces, la primera me dijeron que vendría otro coche, lo que no sucedió, me enviaron un taxi 50 minutos después de la hora de recogida. Entiendo que el conductor pasó de largo y reportó que me había recogido, tal y como me aparecía en el link de seguimiento . Me lo solucionaron y fueron amables pero creo que paso más de una vez ese día.

Muy mal. Fatal. Te cobran 19€ por lo que se supone que es un servicio “semi privado” y “rápido”, pero te tienen mínimo 1h esperando en el aeropuerto, después de eso te dan mil vueltas en Benidorm y fuera de Benidorm. Nuestro servicio se ha desviado a La Nucia. Lo que ha retrasado nuestra hora de llegada a casa. Nuestro avión aterrizó a las 22h en Alicante y hemos llegado a Benidorm casi a la 1 de la madrugada. Por otro lado el aire en el bus no funcionaba y el autobús llevó todo el viaje la luz del motor encendida.

Wir fahren mehrmals im Jahr mit Beniconnect. Schon viele viele Jahre. Wir waren immer sehr zufrieden. Ab und zu etwas Wartezeit. Alles kein Problem. Stornierungen waren immer möglich. Auch kurzfristige Änderungen wurden immer durchgeführt.

Found Benniconnect to be well organised. On time pick up at our hotel to go from Calpe to Alicante airport.

Happy to say that my experience was excellent between Alicante airport and Benidorm and back again. Beniconnect are one of the few - perhaps the only - shuttle service that accepts golf clubs. Coaches were clean, drivers courteous and it's great value for money. Recommended!

I’ve been using Beniconnect regularly for years and never left a review! I use the shuttle bus between Alicante Airport & Moraira at least 3-4 times a year. Easy to book online, easy to find at airport and the journey’s always comfortable with lovely drivers. When my flights have occasionally been delayed, they’ve always managed to get me on to a bus and twice given me a private transfer at no extra cost. If you’re not used to how they operate, then the journey can seem to take longer than necessary but it’s a shuttle service so will involve having to wait for other passengers at airport plus the drop offs and collections in Calpe. It’s reasonably priced too.

Zero Stars if it was possible. A Dutch friend recommended BeniConnect for getting from Alicante Airport to Calpe. I booked online several weeks in advance. Due to flight delays, as well as long passport & security lines at Madrid airport I missed my connecting flight to Alicante. I called the number provided in the confirmation email for after-hours calls. I explained my situation to the man who answered and he said to simply go to the BeniConnect desk when I arrive & they'll do their best to get me on another shuttle. I assumed he'd pass on the info to the company & the driver so they weren't waiting around. As soon as I arranged a new flight, I called the main number (it was now regular biz hours). I explained to the woman who answered my situation & gave her my new arrival time. She said do not worry! just go to the BeniConnect desk when I arrive & they'll put me on another shuttle. When I arrived at Alicante & went to the BeniConnect desk the guy there said I was a "no show" & that I had to make a NEW reservation and PAY AGAIN, plus 10 Euros EXTRA! He also said I'd have to wait at least an hour and wasn't even guaranteed a seat on the next shuttle. I explained that I had called twice - and that I wasn't a 'no show' I had called immediately after missing the flight due to the airline. I asked him to call the office & explain my situation. He called but didn't seem to care - just going through the motions of calling. It felt like a scam! I decided to find other transportation rather than giving any more money to this sleazy company with unethical business practices. When I shared my experience with my Dutch friend, she said the company never did that to her or any of her Dutch friends who had flight delays. So, it must just be their policy for people from the US. Totally unethical business. Do not use! Find alternative transportation!

La experiencia fue muy mala, llegué al aeropuerto de Alicante a las 00 desde Tenerife y me tuvieron esperando fuera hasta las 2 de la madrugada. Simplemente inaceptable y no le pongo 0 estrellas porque no se puede. Espero alguien se haga responsable por esta situación y den respuestas para que esto no vuelva a suceder con los demás clientes

1st time using this service and was a bit apprehensive but I can honestly say it was 1st class. Easy to find in Alicante airport, we were on transfer within 20mins of arrival. We used the service to transfer back from Albir to Alicante City and again an amazing experience. Would totally recommend, the staff are friendly and very helpful. Mega late, apparently it’s normal. You could get compensation in the UK but it’s all manyarna manyarna here. Avoid this rubbish heartless company. Oh and there weren’t enough seats for everyone so some people had to sit on the floor! Would rather walk than use BeniConnct

Told it was the “fast bus” for Altea when I booked the ticket from airport to altea. came off motorway at Villajoyosa for one stop and then Benidorm 3 stops then Albir … total time took 2 hours understand that equates to only 5 stops however it’s 3 different towns and 50% of the journey on the N332 not the motorway so again took ages. Would rather they were clear on website so you can decide if you think 2 hours is fast. last week my friend took the “fast “ one to Calpe which took 55 Mins. So I think it’s very misleading to call it the fast bus when it takes just under 2 hours. Please note the driver was an absolute legend . 5 stars for the driver 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟

Amazing service! We landed late to Alicante airport and needed to get to Calpe - the timing was great, without delays. The ride was pleasant and fast.

Contratamos a través de la agencia del corte ingles un servicio de traslado con Benniconect para nuestra familia (2 adultos y 2 niños, uno de ellos de 0 años). Pagamos 114 € esperando un servicio profesional y seguro, pero la experiencia fue un desastre. El día de nuestra llegada a la estación de tren de Alicante el 20 de agosto 2025, la empresa no trajo las sillas de bebé, a pesar de que en la reserva se indicó claramente la edad de los niños. Es de sentido común que si se informa que viajan menores, la empresa debe proveer las sillas homologadas. En lugar de solucionarlo, el conductor se negó a llevarnos y nos dejaron tirados en la estación, bajo el sol, con un bebé recién nacido y una niña pequeña. La situación fue humillante e inaceptable. Además, la persona de asistencia telefónica fue grosera y poco empática, limitándose a decir que la devolución no le correspondía a ella porque la reserva se hizo por otra agencia. En ningún momento mostraron interés en resolver el problema ni en ayudarnos con una alternativa. Al final, tuvimos que trasladarnos por nuestra cuenta en transporte público y taxi, cargando con maletas y los niños, a pesar de haber pagado un servicio que nunca nos brindaron. Muy mala experiencia, cero profesionalismo y nulo servicio al cliente. No volveremos a contratar Benni connect y no recomendamos esta empresa a nadie, especialmente a familias con niños.

Muy agradecida con el servicio de transporte en Alicante. Me encanta que te lleven desde la estación hasta el sitio que elijas, ya sea un hotel o una calle concreta, lo que da mucha libertad y comodidad. En mi último viaje iba con mi hija y, aunque sin querer no especifiqué que mi acompañante era menor, ya tenían prevista una silla adaptable para ella. Un detalle que se agradece muchísimo y que demuestra la gran atención y cuidado que tienen con los viajeros.

Aterrizamos a las 8:30 de la mañana y el bus salió a las 10.Hora y media esperando en el bus,más otra hora de viaje. A la vuelta fueron puntuales , pero tardan mucho , hacen muchas paradas , se agradecería que fuera más fluido y no coger tantos vuelos a la vez !!!

Lo he usado siempre pero ya no lo volveré a usar... Servicio muy deficiente y cada vez más caro; han añadido muchas más paradas y han reducido la frecuencia viajes, conclusión 3,5h en un trayecto de 60km de Calpe a Alicante, tanto en la ida como en la vuelta, NADA RECOMENDABLE; cuando en el bus ALSA son 1.5h el mismo viaje y cuesta 3 veces menos... pues un cliente menos que teneis.

No pongo una estrella por que el conductor fue muy agradable, pero la empresa se merece no 1! Si no un 0.La verdad que es un infierno pasar 2 horas y media en el bus para llegar a tu destino. Meten más gente de la que deberían. Creo que con lo que pagas deberían dividir los trayectos por zonas o pensar un poco mejor la distribución por que esto no tiene lógica. Pensar un poco más en los viajeros y en sus empleados. Da pena por como ha evolucionado el servicio...

Had to wait just over an hour on the bus before it left the airport as people who had missed their shuttle were put on ours, so we had to wait for them. However the driver was very friendly. My mum arrived on a later flight and they left 5 minutes after getting on the bus. Coming back to the airport was absolutely faultless - the driver arrived at the stop 10 minutes in advance as stated and when he saw I had a pushchair and suitcases, turned the bus around so I didn't have to struggle crossing the road. My parents had the same experience. I was nervous using them as some of the reviews are not great, but our experience was good (particularly considering the price!) Would definitely use them again.

Ya hace tiempo que confío en ellos para llegar a tiempo a la estación/aeropuerto sin preocupación pero, lo mejor, es el servicio ante incidencias: como llegar a Alicante con el tren 2h30 tarde y saber que a pesar de todo están los de Beniconnect para llevarte a casa.

Works well and reliably, just remember to follow the instructions (!). Booked ride from Alicante Airport to Benidorm and back ahead of time. After our flight landed, reported to the Beniconnect desk at the airport, as instructed, and I was guided to the platform with our bus waiting. When departing, the bus picked us up at the hotel exactly when promised. Now, be adviced that we in purpose selected the shared ride option that will move you to your hotel and pick you up at the hotel, so the ride can take a little longer as it stops at multiple hotels. You should mind this fact. The busses however where clean, well air conditioned and the drivers seemed friendly enough. Nothing bad to say except that the rides took a bit of time, as expected.

Fatal. Después de dar mil vueltas por Benidorm durante una hora, el conductor no paró a unos señores en su parada y tuvimos que volver a su hotel y dejarnos a nosotros para el final. Horrible

Esta vez mi experiencia con Beniconnet no es buena. No me parece normal que llamando este lunes por la mañana, para reservar una plaza para trasladarme desde Benidorm hasta el aeropuerto de Alicante, me cobren casi 18 euros, tan solo porque he hecho la reserva en menos de 48 horas, es decir, 46 horas antes. Su precio habitual suele ser de 10 euros y pico. Me parece un abuso y lo tendré en cuenta, para mis próximos traslados desde Alicante a Benidorm. Siempre me han dicho que llamase 2-3 días antes de realizar el viaje con Beniconnet. El día anterior era domingo, por eso esperé al lunes. Solicito que me devuelvan la cantidad cobrada como suplemento, que son 7 euros y pico. Atentamente

Recomiendo totalmente el traslado , aeropuerto Alicante a Benidorm,misma calle del hotel, esperamos 15 minutos para salir y te envían mensaje de recogida que fue exacto, y a un precio buenísimo ...perfecto servicio

Viajo con mucha frecuencia por distintos países y nunca había tenido una experiencia ni siquiera comparable Tras la llegada a la estación de Alicante en un tren AVE con retraso procedente de Madrid, me encuentro con que no han venido a recogerme y al reclamar me informan que lo lamentan pero ya estaba fuera de su horario y que por supuesto NO ME VAN A REINTEGRAR el importe pagado por el servicio; en todo caso que se lo reclame a Renfe puesto que ellos entienden que no son responsables. Juzguen ustedes mismos y valoren, pero les recomiendo que no caigan en el error de utilizar nunca este proveedor, acabarán estafados.

10 minutter efter bussen skulle have hentet os var den fortsat ikke ankommet. Vi ringede til deres akut nummer, da det var kl 6 om morgenen og fik at vide at chaufføren havde været der. Det burde være svært at overse en bus umiddelbart. Vi bliver spist af med at vi kan tage en taxa og forsøge at klage til kundeservice hvorefter samtalen blev afsluttet. Da vi ankom til ferien fik vi at vide, at bussen ville køre ca 30 min. senere. Vi fik lov til at vente næsten 2 timer på afgang. Alt i alt har det virkelig været en dårlig oplevelse. Jeg håber at kundeservice i det mindste råder bod på det. Opdatering: Vi har nu fået svar fra kundeservice, som fastholder, at chaufføren havde været der og at vi ikke var der. Dette er til trods for at jeg har vedhæftet skærmbillede fra Google Maps med vores placering, som var den samme som v. afsætning. Bussen har på intet tidspunkt været der den morgen. -og ja, vi var der til tiden. Vi står nu tilbage med at have betalt ialt 90 euro kontant for bussen. Sidebemærkning: Vi har ikke fået en regulær faktura eller kvittering iøvrigt, kun et slags word dokument/pdf fil, som enhver kan lave manuelt. Hvem ved om det er "uden moms", at de kører deres såkaldte forretning ydermere. For denne nette sum, har vi kørt med dem 1 gang inkl laaaaang ventetid klokken dej om natten OG har betalten taxa regning på 93 euro. Vi er mildest talt i chok.

La empresa no nos avisó y llegaron a recogernos veinte minutos tarde. Tb tenía q ir a recoger a otro pasajero en la cala q tampoco le habían avisado del retraso. Lo positivo es q nos llevaron en un coche grande muy cómodo y un conductor, Edison, muy amable.

Los conductores fueron lo mejor de la experiencia con Beniconnect (muy puntuales y agradables). El traslado aeropuerto - hotel - aeropuerto es un suplicio. Las paradas son demasiadas, el trayecto se hace eterno e incluso pasamos varias veces por las mismas calles por la ruta mal diseñada. Intentaré no volver a usarlo.

Used Beniconnect for the first time service was excellent our driver Dany de Borg was Very helpful. From now on we will use Beniconnect whenever we come to Benidorm so convenient and comfortable.

Recoger te en la estación de RENFE de Alicante y llegar a tu punto de destino en Benidorm, 2 horas y media más tarde, fue lo que nos pasó ayer 15 de Mayo del 2025 a mi amiga y a mi misma. Hubiésemos llegado antes con el servicio gratuito de cercanías que incluye Renfe con el billete del AVE. Hemos puesto una reclamación en el Correo electrónico de la empresa, a la que, por supuesto no nos han contestado. No se puede tolerar y, aunque lo tengo que volver a utilizar, porqué tengo pagada la vuelta, no lo volveré a hacer jamás. Nunca lo recomendaré, han subido los precios y no Dan el servicio que ofrecen.. Todo lo contrario. Llenaron un autobús haciendo 11 paradas en 11 hoteles distintos de diferentes zonas de Benidorm. Los pasajeros indignados. HORROROSO!!

We have travelled many times to Benidorm and found the best transfers was with Beniconnect (the max 4 drops) you pay a little extra, but well worth it. Drivers are friendly and helpful, always polite and helped with luggage. Will definitely use them again

Got on the bus at 12.35pm to travel to benidorm levante beach it's now 15 05 pm and we are still travelling on the bus we flew from Ireland quicker very disappointing service and we have used beniconnect many times looks like we won't reach our hotel until after 15.30 pm. That 3 hours terrible

Would not recommend this service Would give no stars if I was able too Sadly my Son left his rucksack on the coach, on the overhead shelf We realised seconds after the coach drove off I called the emergency number and was told they would call the driver I never heard anything back We were the 1st passengers to be dropped off and the coach had probably a maximum of 30 people on board, mostly families After several emails and phonecalls I was told that they had 4 bags matching my description I had informed them several times of the bags contents I went to the office and they showed me one bag, unfortunately not mine When I asked if I could see the other 3 they declined and said that they were not allowed Moral of the story I guess, HOLD TIGHT OF YOUR BELONGINGS!! It was a sad start of the holiday for my 14 year old Son!!!!

The transport was late, the service was poor, when going the other way the transport did not arrive. Unreliable and poor service.

Terrible service after using a few times. This trip we booked the 4-6 drops. Which should be upto 30 mins wait. 90 minutes later we were still waiting. The staff had no clue where our driver was, which bus it was or how much longer our wait was. Not a sorry no nothing. Avoid.

Un desastre! El conductor parecía Fernando Alonso. Conducta deportiva accelerando en las rotundas que no solo te tienes que abrochar el cinturon sino tambien ir agarrado de tu asiento si no te quieres caer!! Pegando brincos porque se toma los resaltos en zona a 20km/h a 40-50 !! Me sigue doliendo el cuello! Otra pasajera comentó que ir en el transporte de Beniconect era bastante peor que las turbulencias del avión! Muy acertado! Una autentica tortura!! No pienso repetir!

My transfers to and from Alicante Airport with Beniconnect were excellent. It is good value for money, the drivers were both punctual, friendly and helpful, as was the airport staff. The communcation was clear at all times, and this made my holiday less stressful than it could have been. Thank you!

I recently had a very disappointing experience with Beniconnect. Due to an unexpected flight cancellation and delays by the airlines my flight was rebooked for the next day. Since I had already booked and paid for my airport transfer I called their customer service at 3 PM well within their 24-hour modification window to request a simple date change. To my frustration the customer service representative flat out refused offering NO FLEXIBILITY, NO ASSISTANCE and NO OPTIONS. It was a straightforward **"NO"** with no effort to accommodate a reasonable request. Given that flight delays and rebookings are common I expected at least some level of customer support. Instead, I was left with a paid service I couldn’t use and no way to adjust it. If you’re looking for a shuttle service that actually cares about its customers and offers flexibility in case of travel disruptions, I DONT RECOMMEND Beniconnect. It’s a waste of money if they won’t assist paying customers in unavoidable situations. AVOID THIS SHUTTLE SERVICE THEY’LL JUST SUCK YOUR MONEY OUT WITHOUT THE HELP INCASE OF DELAYS AND FLIGHT CHANGES DUE TO AIRLINES FAULT.

Should never have booked with these a 2nd time!! More fool me! Failed to show on the return transfer to ALC but! Apologies and a refund so ok, they are the biggest name in Benidorm transfers and mistakes happen just unlucky. Booked with them again (private transfer) I booked 16:30 collect they just changed it to 17:25 sent a 50 seater bus parked up at the back of the hotel and told no one. Good job I rang to chase it was then they told me and we had to lug our cases up 2 flights of stairs. Don't use them but if you do don't trust them

The booking process is swift and easy, the staff at the arrival desk are welcoming and friendly, and both our drivers were professional, courteous and helpful and highly competent, so you feel entirely safe with them at the wheel. On previous occasions we've used their bus, shuttle, and private minibus service and the experience has always been the same. Highly recommended as one of the best airport transfer services ever!

Es la segunda vez que utilizo esta compañía y en esta ocasión más aún sigo recomendando 100% . Cuando llegamos al aeropuerto nos habían perdido el andador de mi mamá y tuvimos que hacer una reclamación y por ello no llegábamos a tiempo a nuestro trasporte contratado ,al comunicar la incidencia las chicas del mostrador me dijeron que solucione todo tranquila que ellas se encargan de que tenga un nuevo trasporte y así fue nos pusieron en un traslado privado y el chófer Paco Fuster nos ayudo tanto con las maletas como con la poca movilidad de mi madre estamos muy agradecidas a este gran equipo de profesionales.

Totalmente decepcionados con esta empresa. Mas de una vez reservamos su servicio y nuestros vuelos se retrasaron, y esta empresa no reconoce nada, tampoco intenta solucionarlo. No es recomendable, y no volveremos a contratarles.

Mis padres llevan años utilizando los servicios de Beniconnect y estaban muy contentos. Pero este año ya no se lo permiten ya que mi padre lleva una silla de ruedas plegable y le han dicho que tiene que contratar un servicio especial privado para llevar la silla de ruedas. Mal. De 13€ tendrán que pagar 74€. Muy mal.

We've always found beniconnect to be helpful on the phone, reasonably priced and easy to book online. Four stars because you have to book at least 24 hrs in advance, but I suppose that's reasonable really, they're very popular and very busy. We've used their coaches, minibuses and taxis, all have been spotlessly clean with courteous drivers. Would recommend.

COMPORTAMIENTO EJEMPLAR DE BENICONNECT El día 24-10-24 iniciamos viaje desde Cantabria 2 adultos y 4 niños con destino Alicante, el tren llegó con un retraso de hora y media, el microbús que habíamos contratado para trasladarnos al Parque Magic Robin Hood ya se había ido, contactamos con el Dto. de reservas de Beniconnect y su respuesta no fue adecuada, tuvimos que contratar dos taxis. Desde Cantabria pudimos hablar con el Gerente Sr. Allan Fell que se preocupó, se informó y se disculpó por el pequeño incidente, nos prometió el reembolso de coste de los taxis (ya lo hemos recibido). Es un detalle digno de agradecer y publicar ya que demuestra el tipo de empresa y de la Dirección que la regenta . Muchas gracias.

Una estafa!!! No reservéis aquí! Contratamos a las 8.00 de la mañana la recogida, no recibo mensaje de confirmacion por email y ni me avisan el día anterior telefonicamente. Cuando llamo preocupada para informarme, me contestan que me recogen a las 6h40 y me cuelgan a mitad de conversacion sin darme mas soluciones!!!!! o sea que si no llego a llamar yo, habria perdido el vuelo y a la hora que proponian (que yo no habia contratado) habria tardado más de 2 horas y media en llegar al aeropuerto de Alicante a 45 km desde Altea!!! INCREIBLE. Al final me fui por ALSA a 8,75 €, 1h de trayecto. He perdido 26 EUROS!! NO DEVUELVEN EL DINERO!! TIMADORES!! Contestan en la reseña para quedar bien!! No ha habido malentendido ninguno, el fallo fue suyo con el horario y en la compra online marcaba a las 8h00, no a las 6h40 etc... PERO NO DEVUELVEN EL DINERO.

Just come back from a recent holiday with my family to Benidorm. Our journey from Alicante was absolutely horrific. Two drunken lads were allowed on our mini bus, they were absolutely mortal drunk, drinking a huge bottle of Tequila. One of them finished all the Tequila then tj our horror, urinated into the bottle and ALL over the seats. The lads thought this was hilarious. They were loud, rude, swearing, fighting in the aisle and even elbowed an elderly gentleman in the head. The driver did absolutely nothing. My 10 year old daughter felt extremely uncomfortable throughout the journey and was dreading our return journey. I have complained but the manager just says, this sort of behaviour by English travellers is common and they can't be held responsible. They have refused to refund any money. I would not use or recommend this company ever again! They do not care about their guests, their experience or their safety

The whole point of transfer company is being able to book last minute when you know that the flight won't be delayed or when sure that you are actually going on the flight. 3 times in last 2 months i called to ask for availability and they said we need to check at their desk after landing. At their desk (at the airport) there was no availability. Never. Terrible system. Definitely do not recommend.

Después de unas incidencias en RENFE y 25 h de espera para volver a Benidorm , ellos tienen unas paradas asignadas y le pedimos que por favor nos dejen en un punto que pasamos para no tener que arrastrar las maletas más tiempo y nos deja en sus puntos asignados y luego vuelven por el punto que les pedimos , me parece muy profesional pero de una falta de empatía increíble ,desde luego una demostración de poca humanidad , no lee pongo un 0 porque no me dejan ...muy mal de verdad

Super bien!!! Llevamos muchos años haciendo nuestros traslados con Beniconnect y nunca hemos tenido ningún problema. La atención es estupenda. Hoy nos hizo el traslado Petar y fue fenomenal, muy atento en todos los sentidos. Seguiré repitiendo cada vez que venga a Benidorm en tren.

Nie mehr Sammeltransfer! Wir haben die Flugnummer angegeben, hatten den Flug Eurowings 9530 aus Düsseldorf, der hatte sich schon um mehr als zwei Stunden verspätet, dann mussten wir noch 10 Minuten warten, bis der Fahrer uns in den Bus einsteigen ließ, dann noch 50 Minuten, bis er endlich nach Calpe fuhr. Im Wartebereich gibt es keine Sitzgelegenheiten und alles ist mit Taubenscheiße verdreckt. Unser Fahrer fuhr den Bus an der Haltestelle Nummer 10 am 8.10. um ca. 18 Uhr . Diese Erfahrung möchten wir nicht nochmals machen. Da brauchen Sie als Unternehmen auch keine lapidare Entschuldigung oder vorgefassten Text zu schreiben, hoffentlich lesen es genug andere Menschen, damit diesen die Enttäuschung und übermäßige Wartezeit erspart bleibt.

No se puede reservar un servicio 48h antes de necesitarlo. En la web pone que dentro de las 48 horas previas a necesitarlo, llames por teléfono, pero por teléfono te dicen que tampoco. Es decir, si tienes que viajar de imprevisto, o reservarlo al llegar, ni te molestes. No tiene mucho sentido el servicio.

Have always used Beniconnect for our annual Benidorm trip and wouldn't go anywhere else. Fantastic service once again this year even though we were delayed by 8hrs! See you next year!

I have over the years used the fast shuttle service. These last 2 journeys have been the worst. Using the service in June the driver undercut a car turning left, took a roundabout too fast and was arragonant. I did send an email of complaint after speaking to the owner of the company and had no response. This last journey we waited over an hour and the driver took the speed bumps at such speed that I hit my head and my husband had pain in his back and knees. I really don't know what has happened to the company and their standards! At a cost of nearly 40€ for the 2 of us one way, I will be looking at other services!!

Llegamos al aeropuerto de Alicante a las seis de la tarde, y nos atienda una chica pelirroja con un chico moreno con gafas de sol apoyado en el mostrador. Le preguntamos el precio y no sabíamos si era para una persona o para todos, por lo que le preguntamos a la chica. A lo que el personaje de al lado se empezó a reir delante de nosotras a carcajada limpia. Gracias a él, no cogimos los billetes. Una pena tener a gente así trabajando

Booked at least a week before we went on holiday. Didn't turn up to collect us from the hotel. Had to ring them and tell them they then had to find out where the driver was, he had gone home ill...... told us they would find another driver from radio cabs. No idea of which driver or when. Got in the 1st radio cabs that turned up (licence no 173) we had been in the taxi 10 mins and beniconnect ring to say the taxi was waiting at the hotel. Beniconnect said that they would sort out the payment with our taxi driver. Cue multiple conversations with the taxi driver and the base mentioning us and our hotel. Got to the airport taxi driver wanted paying €84 and didn't understand enough english to give us a receipt 🤔. Managed to get to the departure gate with 10 mins to spare. Don't trust Beniconnect

Me parece lamentable el servicio de Benidorm conet llegando el tren a su hora nos hacen esperar casi una hora porque dicho autobús estaba haciendo otro servicio aeropuerto Perdiendo el servicio de comida en el hotel por falta de previsión y organización Además se pide el libro de reclamaciones y contestando de malas formas

Han llegado 40 minutos tarde a recoger a mis familiares a la estación de tren de alicante, por lo que han perdido la comida en el hotel de Benidorm. Es un servicio que no volveré a contratar. Muy mal servicio y organización, además el personal del autobús muy bordes y no se les podía preguntar nada.

Acabo de usar este servicio he tardado dos horas y cuarto de la estación de tren de Alicante a Calpe nos han llevado en un bus de más de 60 plazas y parando por todos los hoteles y camping de Benidorm y en Calpe nos han dejado a 300 metros del hotel porque el bus no entra por las calles una vergüenza de servicio el bus no tiene ni aseo fatal servicio de bus de cuando la posguerra

Horrible la comunicación con ellos. Los llamas porque tienes un problema o necesitas cambiar algo de tu reserva y primero, que no te dejan ni hablar, y luego encima no hacen nada por intentar solucionar tu problema. No son para nada comprensivos ni educados, no recomiendo reservar con ellos. Y por los precios que tienen merece la pena cogerse un taxi privado. No sé cómo puede haber personas con tan poco don de gentes en atención al cliente. PENOSO SERVICIO.

Utilizamos el transfer del aeropuerto a Benidorm y muy bien, nos esperaron incluso con el rest raso del vuelo. Muy recomendable. Reservamos por teléfono ya que lo hicimos con poca antelación y también funcionó muy bien, importante poner bien el número de vuelo por si hay incidencias para que puedan hacer seguimiento y esperarte

Un verdadero desatre, despues de esperar dos horas a que nos trasladaran al hotel fimos a protestar y resulta que no aparecía el conductor y sorpresa mayuscula de todos los allí presentes, el conductor estaba durmiendo dentro del bus y lejos de disculparse se baja del bus en un estado cuando menos estraño increpando a todos, lanzandole las maletas a un usuario, encarandose con todo el mundo. En definitiva muy, muy vergonzoso todo.

Dos horas esperando por el conductor de la empresa Viñas no sabian donde estaba, al final dormido en el autobús, medio drogado faltando al respeto y tirando los equipajes de los clientes suelo, Solución "el que quiera subir que suba o que se busque la vida", pero faltaba mas falta de respeto por parte del conductor delante personal de Beniconect lo que se dieron cuenta de la situación y la presión de los clientes les obligó a poner otro autobús y otro conductor., una vergüenza.

Un verdadero desastre. Compré el billete pensando que llegaría a El Albir antes que otros autobuses que van desde el aeropuerto de Alicante, nada más lejos de la realidad. Salimos a las 6 de la tarde y tardamos 3 horas en llegar a El Albir, en un recorrido de 45 minutos, estuvimos dando vueltas por Benidorm más de una hora, de hecho me he aprendido ya la mitad del callejero de Benidorm ya que pasamos hasta tres veces por la misma calle. Pensaba que pagando un poco más por este servicio habría calidad, pero en este caso lo caro salió caro.

Muy lentos. Estuvimos esperando el autobús 45mins. Información escasa. Tardamos más de hora y media hasta la playa del Albir desde el aeropuerto de Alicante.

Una maravilla con una sola llamada todo arreglado ,me recogieron en la estación de Alicante y me dejaron en frente del hotel que reservé en Benidorm y para marchar igual super puntuales.

Ya no uso beniconnect. Subieron los precios y el servicio no mejoró. Alternativa: ALSA por 7,99 hasta el aeropuerto o menos si coges ofertas. Siempre puntuales sin esperas, se acabó para mí el aterrizar a una hora y esperar a que se llene el bus o que me dejen en el aeropuerto 4 horas antes de mi vuelo a las 3 de la mañana.

Ha ido todo genial, mi vuelo de vuelta se retrasó más de 3h y al llegar esperé solamente 30 min y me llevaron a mi sola sin realizar paradas extras. En el viaje de ida estuvieron exactamente a la hora que me habían dicho y tampoco se realizaron más paradas hasta el aeropuerto. Lo recomiendo 100%!

Airport transfer 40 mins late, staff at reception couldn't reach driver.

Trip from Train station was excellent. Driver was great and very informative regarding the city. Trip back to train station was not good. Driver didn't have big enough van even though they had one the first trip and the first driver said he would send a similar van back. The second driver didn't even try to fit luggage. He just looked at it and said no.

The transfer from alicante airport to camping villamar was horrendous. Three hours on the bus, and put off at camping benidorm and told to walk to villamar. Totally unacceptable, never use this again

Great service and team. I had forgotten my bag in the bus with a brand new iPad in it. Their team had found the bag and secured it in their office. I cannot but recommend too highly this service.

Booked for 3:50am pick up to alicante airport. No driver arrived, called the emergency line and was advised the driver was on the highway and there would be a 10 min delay. 10 mins later I received another call to advise that there was a problem with the original driver & a new driver would be issued. The new driver was located in benidorm and took approximately 20 mins to arrive. The issue with the original driver caused us to arrive to the airport 45 mins later than originally anticipated which resulted in us rushing through the airport to the gate instead of being able to relax knowing we arrived in good time. On the plus side the second driver was very polite and apologetic although not his fault & the person on the emergency phone line was also helpful. My main concern would have been if we had not contacted them we would have just been left there not knowing the situation or being collected.

Used this company via EasyJet Holidays for a transfer to the hotel from Alicante airport. The guys on the desk in the bus terminal were truly awful and very poor at communicating- to be honest, completely incompetent. We ended up waiting 90 mins for a bus transfer - with no apology, no comms, just ‘the bus will be here in 15 mins’ on a constant replay. Try to avoid this company as much as possible, you won’t be satisfied in any way!

Am Flughafen war die Abwicklung unglaublich einfach ohne lange Suche. Die Mitarbeiter und auch der Fahrer waren sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Erstaunt war ich, wie schnell ich in Calpe war. Im Bus war alles sauber und herrlich kühl. Ich werde hier wieder buchen und kann den Service nur weiterempfehlen

El viaje y la conductora muy maja pero el servicio en general muy malo, el vuelo llegó a las 8:40, estuvimos esperando sin saber a qué hora salía nuestro bus, terminamos saliendo a las 10:00. Servicio para guiris, si lo quieres como transporte directo desde el aeropuerto a Benidorm y no tienes prisa está bien, si tienes algún compromiso no es lo mejor.

Despite delays today, I still had a very very positive first experience with Beniconnect all because of one absolutely lovely lady at the service desk. I told her it was my mum’s birthday and she immediately responded with mashallah which I think is so so kind and heart-warming💞 She reassured me as to the delay and when the bus did arrive, she made it her first priority to let me know. Upon my departure she even wished my mum a happy birthday. My heart melted there and then! She remembered this despite the bus service being busy which illustrates just how amazing her service is. I wish I would have caught her name but I can say this was between 12:45-2:15. I hope that Beniconnect see this review and know what an incredible employee they have!!

Reservamos un viaje privado desde el aeropuerto de Alicante a Benidorm, éramos 3 adultos y dos mellizos de año y medio. Por esta misma razón pagamos el extra de un coche más grande. Nuestro vuelo llegó a la hora indicada y al ir al mostrador de beniconnect he hablado con la chica más chula de España. Me dijo que ahora va a llamar a ver que pasa al cual le pregunto que si el coche todavía no había llegado. Me dice “aquí conmigo al mostrador no está”. Al cual le digo “me refiero si ha llegado al aeropuerto o va con retraso”. Me responde “lo ves aquí conmigo porque yo no”. Viva la chulería! Vamos a ver, yo entiendo que por cualquier circunstancia pueden pasar imprevistos pero la mala educación de la chica fue de otro mundo. Si me hubiese explicado de una manera HUMANA que lo siente que había pasado algo, yo lo entendería. Pero fue muy muy muy mal hablándome. Literalmente me tiro al suelo dos cupones de dos taxis que tenia que coger. Le dije que me indicase su nombre porque ya se pasaba tres pueblos hablándome como si yo fuera un perro de la calle y me dice que no que no esta obligada a hacerlo. Le pregunté por hoja de reclamación al cual se me negó y le dije que voy a llamar a la policía y ya me dejará la hoja de reclamación. Al cual ella se levantó de la silla y se escondió como una r@ta! Si no llevaba a mis mellizos de un año y medio en brazos, esperaría lo que sea por denunciarla. Había una cola tremenda de coger taxis, teníamos que esperar 40-50 minutos y ya llorando con mis bebés en brazos. Llame al teléfono de emergencia de beniconnect y allí el chico me explicó amablemente la situación y que no puede hacer nada. Que la situación es esa y ya está. Sin embargo me trató bien en comparación con la chica del mostrador. Hablando con el taxista y contándole nuestra situación me comentó que esta chica que es muy conocida de allí, que todos los taxistas la conocen y que todo el mundo se queja de su atención y chulería. Básicamente es una leyenda de allí la chica y no entiendo como no la despiden. Sera allí por enchufe? Porque da una imagen pésima a la empresa beniconnect. Bueno en fin, no contratéis nunca a beniconnect y mejor llamar a un taxi. P.S. es la chica rubia, con acento del este(Rumania, Bulgaria, Rusia no se) pero todo el mundo la conoce. Asi trabaja beniconnect escondiéndose como r@tas y no dan la cara.

I called asking whether I could get to Alicante airport from Javea early in the morning, they told me I needed to book without knowing when the bus leaves but that I would get to the airport on time. Then I was put on hold, they hung up and never picked up again. Would not trust this business.

Bueno pues hay va mi esperiencia, servicio contratado para 2 personas mayores , traslado de la estacion de tren de alicante a benidorm ,( parada indicada cerca del Hotel ) sin problemas ,a la vuelta traslado de la parada a el aeropuerto de alicante, todavia estan esperando el servicio. Resulta que se indica que la hora de recogida es a las 14:45 , se esta desde las 14:20 ,hay otro matrimonio mayor esperando a otra empresa , les recoje a las 14:35 y hablando con el chofer, nos indica que el nuestro es un autobus amarillo que viene mas tarde. A las 15:05 recibo una llamada de mi Madre diciendo que aqui no ha venido nadie, llamo a ver que ha pasado , me dice el chico del tlf, que se va a poner en contacto con el chofer , después de 12 min en espera , me dice que el conductor ya ha pasado ,que no tiene a nadie mas y que se busquen la vida, que cojan un taxi y que guarden el ticket. Que no tiene forma de cotejar hasta el dia siguiente ,si ha pasado o no porque me dice que tiene GPS y que hacen foto. Pues nada el matrimonio que cogio la otra empresa , las ve otra vez en la parada desde su autocar porque estaba haciendo la ronda recogiendo a mas gente. En fin,ahora a ponernos en contacto con la empresa, que nos paguen los gastos ocasionados y devolución del servcio y a vcer que me dicen por las buenas, por las malas , pués nada, ya he hablado con los abogados y se les demanda y se les pide daños y prejuicios. No perdono que dejen tirado a 2 personas mayores que vuelven con ilusion de haber pasado unas buenas vacaciones y que se las deje tiradas como 2 sacos de basura en una parada.

Fatal. Las últimas 2 últimas veces han tenido a mis padres (2 personas de 80 años) esperando en la parada 30 y 40 min de retraso con lo que conlleva luego la ida hasta la estacion sobrepasando los limites de velocidad. Esta última vez la recogida era a y 15, ellos llegaron a y 16 por un problema de salud y ya no estaba el autobús. Si que decir que la atencion telefónica pésima. Este servicio va de mal en peor. Al coger el taxi para q no perdieran su tren la taxista nos indica que le ha pasado a muchos cliente que les dejan tirados porque el autobús pasa antes o va con tanto retraso que la gente opta por perder el servicio y coger el taxi. Buscaré alternativas

No lo recomiendo, segunda vez que contrato con ellos y te pegas una hora esperando en el bus a otros vuelos posteriores. La primera vez pensé que era algo circunstancial pero otra vez lo mismo está segunda vez es su modo de funcionar, nunca mas.

Les trajets AR se sont déroulés comme prévu. A notre arrivée à l'aéroport de Benidorm le chauffeur nous attendait pour nous ramener à l'hôtel. Le retour s'est effectué sans problème, de l'hôtel à l'aéroport de manière à y être à l'heure prévue. Beniconnect a totalement organisé le retour. Réservez vos trajets auprès de Beniconnect les yeux fermés !

Leider wird es Einem unmöglich gemacht, den Service von Beniconnect zu buchen! Drei Tage vor Abflug haben wir zuerst ewig in der Warteschleife gehangen, als wir dann einen Mitarbeiter am Telefon hatten, brach nach kurzer Zeit die Leitung zusammen. Also nochmal anrufen... Nach dem dritten Versuch haben wir die Rückrufoption gewählt. Tolle Sache - wenn denn auch mal jemand zurückrufen würde! Am nächsten Tag haben wir's übers Internet probiert: "Buchung nicht möglich, bitte rufen Sie die Hotline an". Also nochmal von vorn. Als wir tatsächlich irgendwann wieder einen Mitarbeiter am Telefon hatten, wurde uns erklärt, dass keine Buchung mehr möglich wäre, da unser Flug schon in 44 Stunden ist. Unser Argument, dass wir uns ja schon am Tag davor gemeldet haben, zählte nicht. Die Wirtin im Lokal nebenan hat uns letztendlich einen zuverlässigen Taxifahrer organisiert.

I booked with 2 weeks in advance my trip from Benidorm to Alicante airport. I choose the "express connect" and not the economy one to enjoy more time possible in Benidorm avoiding a lot of traveling time due to stop. Beniconnect will tell you the exact pick up time only the day before your trip with a separate mail. With a big disappointment they picked me up 18:25, that means have to be at the stop 18:15 for a flight that is scheduled at 22:30. So picked up more then 4 hours before flight to be in airport more then 3 hours before flight.

Just back from Benidorm. I normally have transfers with Jet2 but flights were booked separately and didn't include any transfers. I booked with Beniconnect and I found it easy at Alicante to find the Beniconnect stand. The girl I dealt with took minutes to find my booking and directed me straight to the bus. On my return I followed the link sent in the original email and put in my reference number, that gave me the place and time for pickup which was 2mins walk from the Benidorm Plaza. The driver turned up on time and got us to the airport at our allocated time slot. My experience means that I have no problem recommending them.

Contratamos un servicio exprés y tuvimos que esperar hora y media ya que metieron a personas de vuelos posteriores. En vez de excusarse al mostrar nuestro enfado, mostraron una actitud chulesca y maleducada. Como solución, nos metieron en un bus que tenía entre catorce y 17 paradas, mientras que el servicio que habíamos contratado tenía cinco paradas máximo y era de importe superior. Así que tuvimos que parar en la primera parada y cogernos un taxi. No recomendamos este servicio ya que otra persona nos comentó que este tipo episodios solían pasar habitualmente. Queremos reseñar, primero, que es una estafa, que el personal con el que interactuamos era poco profesional y con poca educación y destacar sobre todo la aparición estelar de un hombre, que suponemos era un chofer de dicha empresa, que se sobrepasó en las formas y gestos. Muy poco profesional y con tildes machistas. Triste que a estas alturas haya que toparse con personajes así. Buenas noches y buena suerte.

Acabo de realizar una llamada al número de emergencias por un tema de reservas, el chico que me ha atendido ha sido bastante desagradable y maleducado a parte de colgandome en teléfono en dos ocasiones sin dejarme acabar. No me ha dicho su nombre tras preguntarselo. Si atienden así a todos sus clientes, no me.extraña que no caiga alguna que otra reseña de este tipo.

Não sei se foi azar da nossa parte mas desde que falámos com a senhora do balcão de informações da beniconnect para avisar que estavamos lá até chegarmos à nossa paragem foram 2:30h. Só para sairmos do aeroporto foram mais de 1:20h Na volta para o aeroporto foram bastante pontuais no horário mas chegámos 4 horas antes do nosso voo No total foram muitas horas de espera Site bastante bom e reserva muito simples de fazer (ida e volta de aeroporto alicante até benidorm)

Very rude driver. Our flight was delayed so the driver was also delayed (it was past midnight). Nobody made it clear to any passengers that our stops would not be at our hotels. First stop is called and no one gets up. The driver shouts the persons name and they get off Next stop is shouted. Again, no one rises. Turns out it was our stop. I asked the driver if we were near our hotel and he replied that he didn't care about our hotel, this was our stop and we should use Google Maps. Bad enough customer service at any time but we were two females chucked off a bus at 2am in the middle of Benidorm. Thankfully our hotel was less than a 10 minute walk but there was really no need to be so rude. The only reason I've given any stars is because our return driver was lovely.

Three stars due to price, otherwise 2. This service, at Alicante airport is only good for a new customer equipped with a crystal ball. They don't tell you you'll be dropped at and picked up from a completely different hotel than of that you're staying in. If we'd not called and confirmed where our pick up was we'd have been left in the street. Additionally, when we arrived in Alicante we were on time but we're made to wait nearly an hour for a passenger on a delayed flight!!

numerous trips with Beniconnect, and definitely a solid and reliable transfer service. Sometimes the transfer gets gummed up with a particularly busy stop en route - and much easier when minimised - but generally the staff and drivers are exemplary and particularly out of business hours, show themselves to be exemplary.

Reviewed on Tripadvisor by following the email link from benniconnect asking for one. I’ve attached it as a photo. Forgot to mention the lady driving went incredibly slow travelling. From getting off the plane to arriving in Moraira was THREE HOURS & 45 MINUTES More time than it took to get throught airport and fly to Spain Your response on tripadvisor was that you aim for 45 mins waiting time but situations happen out of your control. You should make this very very clear prior to booking. That you could be sitting around the airport for hours waiting with no communication given. I will not use again from the airport to Moraira.

A la vuelta de Benidorm a Alicante me recogieron 40 minutos más tarde de lo que me habían comunicado. Al colocar la maleta apenas había sitio y se cayeron dos bolsas y recogieron en otro punto dos pasajeros más con dos maxi maletas Al llegar a mi domicilio y quitar la funda a la maleta vi que me la habían rajado Llamé por tfno para comunicarselo y me dijo la persona que me atendió que lo hiciera por escrito y enviara una foto de la maleta Me contestaron que ese día enviaron a recoger a sus clientes una empresa ajena a ellos. La contestación fué que el conductor les dijo que el servicio fué bien y no se hacen cargo. Hubo más incidentes con otros pasajeros y no era un conductor,era una CONDUCTORA y por cierto muy DESAGRADABLE y MaL EDUCADA

la "señorita" que nos traslado hoy a benidorm debería dedicarse a otra cosa, mal educada, mal conductora y hablando con el compañero que venia en el transportin no concentrada en la conducción, se le llamó la atención y monto en cólera en vez de pedir disculpas, educación cero, paro en un área de servicio no reiniciando la marcha hasta que no se fumo su cigarrillo y se calmo, nos dejo en un sitio que no era nuestro hotel sin dar explicaciones de donde estaba el nuestro y contestando mal, esa "señorita " debería dedicarse a otra cosa, era el vuelo de Asturias Alicante que llegó a las 12,30 y hasta la 13,30 no salimos para benidorm, pues la "señorita" estuvo hablando y fumando se sus 2 cigarrillos tranquilamente, casi no llegamos al hotel a comer

Booked transfers to and from Alicante to Benidorm with Beniconnect. We had a late arrival flight and our driver was waiting for us. We left a jacket on the bus and only realised after we had checked into our hotel. I rang the emergency number approx 11.30pm and to my surprise they answered and the guy was so helpful, he sent me and email where we could collect it the next day. The service was excellent, very prompt and professional. We booked a private shuttle as there was 6 adults and 4 children. Very reasonably priced, highly recommend this company and 100% we'll be booking again.

I recently booked 3 trips with Beniconnect, one for an Airport transfer in Alicante, second and third trips were to Valencia and back (on different days). We were travelling as a group of 19 and I will say we were really impressed with the service. The drivers drove safe and were very helpful. The coaches were also very comfortable with AC and USB ports. We had no complaints. I’d recommend booking!

Incredible! The online purchasing process for the connection was seamless, with all necessary details conveniently provided via email. Opting for the private transfer was a decision we didn't regret. Being chauffeured from the hotel to the airport and back felt luxurious. Both drivers were bilingual and exuded warmth and hospitality. The journey from Alicante airport to Melia Benidorm took about 40 minutes, far more comfortable and efficient than a shared coach. Investing in a private transfer with Beniconnect is definitely worth it!

Super profesionales, muy puntuales en la recogida, antes de la hora incluso. Desde casi la puerta de mi casa en La Cala de Finestrat hasta la estación de tren de Alicante. Minibus muy limpio y el chófer, Juanjo, muy agradable. La vuelta también aunque ahí tuvimos que esperar a algunos rezagados. 12€ cada trayecto, volveré a reservar sin duda.

We booked a "private transfer" from Alicante station, but were more than dissatisfied with Beniconnect's service. When booking, we filled in the confusing form with the train number, which was a mandatory field. On the day of the booked pick-up, while we were still on the train from Barcelona to Aliante, a beniconnect employee called and told me that the driver of the private transfer was already waiting for us at the train station in Alicante. The employee told me that I had given "18:15" as the pick-up time, which I couldn't understand at all. The pick-up time was 23:40. A quick check of the train number would have shown that this train does not run at this time. I asked the employee if I had not entered the train number in the order. The employee replied that the train number was included in the order, but that Beniconnect would never check these train numbers as it would be too much work with so many passengers. The employee then offered me to place a new order at the same price (so I would have to pay again), plus a fee of €7 as it was now a "chargeable order within 24 hours". As you can imagine, I declined this offer. Benconnect will reply to me later: "We offered you to rebook the service with us for when you arrive, but you decided to not take up this option as was your prerogative" - in my eyes a cheek. Instead of looking for an unbureaucratic solution to satisfy the customer despite the mishap, Beniconnect is trying to make additional capital out of necessity. The next day I contacted Beniconnect customer service as I was interested in clarifying the matter. Unfortunately, I was ridiculed even more. Original quote: "We understand your frustration that you entered the incorrect arrival time of your train when you booked via our website. The booking was made on 13/10/23 giving you ample time to review the details on your booking confirmation." Unfortunately, I have not yet received an answer as to why you have to enter the train number as a mandatory field, although this is only checked by beniconnect AFTER a driver has traveled to Alicante at the wrong time in vain. My impression, however, is that Beniconnect spends more energy on referring to the General Terms and Conditions and blaming the customer exclusively for every error. Unfortunately, they probably don't know Henry Ford's saying: "Don't look for problems. Find solutions". Unfortunately, we have not received a solution from Beniconnect and can only advise anyone against booking a private transfer there.

Contratamos traslado Aeropuerto Alícante a Benidor ida i vuelta. Esperamos una hora para salir i la vuelta nos queria recoger 3 horas antes de lo previsto. Queriamos anular el servicio y no nos dió opción. No nos servia de nada salir 3 horas antes ya que íbamos a una competicion. El agente del Call center muy poco empático. Normal que se le tiren al cuello. El trato con con cliente es fundamental. NADA RECOMENADO.

Hola el 28 de agosto tenia un traslado Alicante benidorm, el tren tendría que llegar a las 12,35 y llego 13,40 y después de mirar por todos los lados y ver que no estaban esperando llame a central a las 1,03 y me dijeron que ya se habían ido sin nosotros, a fecha de hoy sigo esperando porque ni me llamaron ni nada y allí nos dejaron tirados. Solo me dijeron que reclamará y todavía sigo esperando, la media hora que te esperan en mi caso ni lo hicieron y quiero resolverlo de una vez

Ya lo hemos contratado en varias ocasiones, siempre perfecto.

First time using Beniconnect from Benidorm to Alicante Airport and it was great. They picked me up on time (5:10am) and although I had booked a basic service, as I was on my own I ended up getting a nice cab for myself and a very fast trip. Free upgrade :) I guess if there are many people to pick up it could be annoying but in my case it was great. It is also the only affordable option for a flight departing at 8 am in the morning (as Alsa buses dont run so early). So I recommend 100% as an alternative to Alsa buses.

3 hours with no traffic at night is not an acceptable transfer time. The route planner for the poor driver did him no favours. When we eventually got to Benidorm we were doubling back on ourselves over and over again for the many drop offs and travelling much of the time at slower than walking pace. Eventually we had had enough when the coach went past the road our hotel was on so we got off and walked back. If only we had done that an hour earlier before the coach left new town to go back to old town before coming back to new town. Also if you know there is going to be a long time waiting for other flights to come in, let the passengers know so that they can make alternative arrangements i.e Alsa bus or taxi. Poor start to my holiday.

Los microbus no deben aparcar en los carriles bici, el 30 de Dic/23 el chófer por ir a comer a Popeyes de El Albir dejó aparcado el microbus en un carril bici de El Albir...IVECO 4796 KVV. Por favor hacer un llamado de atención al conductor. Tengo fotos.

No vais pronto a la estacion de autobuses de Alicante

Pésima experiencia. El microbús estaba averiado. Tuvimos que parar en plena autovía para echar agua al motor y luego fuimos respirando humo del motor todo el viaje. No repetiré, ni recomendaré a nadie

Booking and payment were straightforward. Information received by email was helpful. Directions to the meeting point were clear. Bus was clean and comfortable. Journey to the drop-off destination was much quicker than the coach. Pick-up was the same. We've booked again for Sept 2024.

Reservamos días antes desde la web indicando el número de vuelo y cuando aterrizamos ya nos estaban esperando. A las 11 de la noche. Luego hubo que esperar a otros pasajeros pero no sé demoró demasiado. Nos llevaron a Benidorm y nos dejaron al lado de casa. Lo volveré a usar

Ich hatte den Flughafenshuttle nach Alicante gebucht. Man kann die Buchung nur bis 48h vor Departure des Fluges stornieren, danach werden 100% des Betrages fällig. Kurz nachdem diese Frist abgelaufen war, erhielt ich eine Mail, die mich über einen geänderten Pickup point informierte. Am Vorag des Fluges teilte man mir dann die Abholzeit mit, die knapp 6 Stunden vor Abflug lag. Das ging aus der Homepage nicht hervor. Stornieren konnte man zu diesem Zeitpunkt nicht mehr. Ich hatte die Katze im Sack gekauft und werde den Transport verfallen lassen. Knapp €50 für nichts. Zusammenfassung: Wer Zeit hat, stundenlang sinnlos am Flughafen zu sitzen, der mag sich mit dem Geschäftsgebaren dieser Firma abfinden. Für mich und meine Familie war es das erste und letzte Mal.

Una decepción. Me aseguran que están pendientes del número de tren que facilitó en la reserva On Line. Estando en el tren me dicen que me están esperando … si saben el número de tren, como pueden discutir mi hora de llegada???

Would give zero if there was one. Booked online and checked, confirmation sent, said would be picked up at 07.30 from our hotel, 07.45 no one had been, phoned emergency help line, was told it had been and gone and that I would have to get a taxi, was also told that the hotel knew this, I didn't book through the hotel, I booked on line, so how would the hotel know? I have a disabled sister and we had been waiting outside since 07.20, was told that the pick up point was the hotel opposite, on the confirmation email it never stated this. Aweful! Never again. Don't waste your time and money. There are a lot of other rental agencies in Benidorm that provide exceptional service. The description of the accommodation and reality don't coincide.

Booked an SUV transfer and they provided a car for 4 adults with baggage, we complained so they withdrew the transfer and refused the refund! Absolute rip off avoid at all costs!

I booked the express service from beniconnect from benidorm to Alicante airport, It would have been quicker to go by public transport! We were picked up at 5.30pm and got to the airport nearly 2 hrs later, went all around places we didn't know did at least 7-8 stops after our pick up! So much for express service!! Will not book with them again.

Llamé a atención al cliente con dos horas y cuarto de antelación para avisar de que llegaríamos una hora tarde por un problema con el transporte previo (tren). Me atendió Carolina quien, en un tono displicente, me indicó que no se admiten cambios de ningún tipo con menos de 36 horas de antelación!!!! 36 horas!!! Aunque eso sí, iba a llamar al conductor para avisarle de que no usábamos el servicio. En mi caso, iba a llegar una hora más tarde, pero no había solución posible ni intención por parte de la empresa (o de esta persona) por buscarla. Si todo va bien con el transporte anterior, perfecto, (lo he usado otras veces y, quitando que te llevan recogiendo a gente por varios puntos de Benidorm, ha funcionado bien)pero como haya un mínimo inconveniente, cero empatía ni predisposición por ayudar al cliente quien, recordemos, es el que paga y exige el servicio. Siempre que tenga una alternativa, no volveré a viajar con ellos.

though i would get a upgraded this time got there 10 minutes early like i was told.. 46 mins later and 6 phone call which they did not answer.. So i was getting very worried got my hotel to phone to get told i would have to get my self there cost me100 euro just made it by 10 mins at a cosyof 100 euros and 30 i payd beniconnect will not use again the girl told she phone me to tell me she phoned i look at my phone she made 1 call for second i phone naver had time to rig i believe she only made it that quick because they mass up

We booked a private return transfer for six people from Alicante airport to our holiday villa in Calpe with Beniconnect and I cannot fault the service. Prior to booking they answered questions quickly and even once I booked, I wanted to add extra stops to both journeys and I got email responses in a few minutes which made it so easy. Finding the customer desk at the airport was easy and the member of staff there was very courteous. Our driver arrived to greet us in mere seconds and he was polite and very smartly dressed. He insisted on helping move our luggage through the airport and loaded it all into the car. Throughout the journey he offered us recommendations for places to visit, things to see and restuarants. For our return journey on the 3rd of October we had a different driver and he was also amazing. So polite and friendly and his driving was impeccable. I didn't get his name but I hope our feedback can be passed onto him personally. He arrived at the villa on time and loaded our luggage very efficiently. He then took us to the holiday lettings office so we could drop off the keys to the villa. The hour drive back to the airport from there was so smooth and he had a great playlist on in the car! I wouldn't hesitate to use Beniconnect again next time I visit Spain.

Mixed Experience: Limited Stop/Semi Fast Shared service ✅️ Good price for semifast service with limited stops ✅️Quick service to and from airport once in car or coach. Negatives ❎️ Waited up to an hour to get in shared car. They claim no more than 30 minute wait. If some customers are more than 30 minutes late, go without them. On Trip Advisor in a reply they say they aim for 30 minutes but cannot guarantee this. They should say in their literature ❎️ Pick up way too early. 6.15am for 10am flight. A pair on my minibus had a flight at 10.15am.People check in online now so you need less time at airport not more. It takes about an hour to get to the airport. That leaves 3 hours, in an age when most people checkin online. There is a problem with departure bookings. ❎️ Another example of departure arrangements is the very slow to confirm booking for return journey home. I had to message them several times. I had to interrupt my final day holiday to get a pick up time. I won't use BeniConnect again. I shall also contact Servigroup Hotels who pay BeniConnect to provide a free transfer service EDIT: UPATE in response to BeniConnect's defensive Response. 1. Beniconnect must make it clear in their literature about how their aim may not happen and that they will wait for late arrivals. In my case, all the flights were on time. We just had to wait for one couple. 2. The last 2 occassions I have travelled with Beniconnect I arrived at the airport 3 hours before my flight. This is too early!! Beniconnect failed to respond as to why when people book online, or should, we need 2 hours. How far apart are flights for each passengers? 3. You may get an email the day before departure - but not early in the day - and only after repeated requests for a departure time. I didn't get my confirmation until after 4pm.

Absolutely great shuttle service, very friendly staff and they speak English. Based on level -2, opposite the lifts ot they're to your left if you use the stairs. Ensure you book in advance too!

Normally a good service but a 45 min wait at Alicante airport. The next day my friends travelling back to Alicante airport 45 min late no communication. What's happening very poor indeed I'm looking for another transfer company.

My Folks and I on the 29th September 2023 had the worst experience and horrible driver in partnership with EasyJet!! We were so delayed and the driver couldn't speak a word of English! The driver himself couldn't even find the hotels for customers and was so annoyed with his work colleague over his phone!! We do not recommend your company to all!! Hopefully you will improve to keep this business going!!

De lujo! Lo utilizo para conectar con el tren. Puntualidad espectacular. Dependiendo de la ruta, puedes tardar más, o menos, pero es lógico en un servicio compartido. En días concretos, he llegado a ir solo en un taxi.

If you like long drives around Benidorm this is the transfer company for you :-( Evening transfer from Alicante Airport to our Hotel in Benidorm took about 50 mins with a lot of waiting on the coach but part and parcel I suppose. Return trip we were picked up at 13.10. After driving around parts of Benidorm I didn't know existed for an hour I checked maps and realised we were further away than when we left hotel! We were driven all over the place picking more and more people up. Then off to the airport. We finally arrived at 15.35 with people panicking they'd likely miss their flights. I can't believe that we spent 2h 25mins for a transfer, our flight was only 3 hours. If there is a planner working there I think it's time for a career change, maybe in a circus. I'd never recommend or use Beniconnect ever again.

Beniconnect is a no good firm. There is no service. They can not keep their promises. Do not travel with Beniconnect. Beniconnect does not have compassion with the elderly. Beniconnect has lost its right to do any business in the future. Beniconnect should go belly up immediately.

Best taxi to get you were you want

Used Beniconnect for the last 5 years for reliable service as expected. We always pay for the return service in a private minibus for our family of 7. We waited at the collection point for our minibus costing £200 and the shared coach stopped to pick us up. Service in the past has never had a con but this is completely unacceptable and displeasing and will consider not using this company again.

El conductor de Benniconect que se llama Paco nos llevó a mi madre y a mi de Alicante a Calpe. Fue muy agradable, profesional, atento y cercano. Incluso nos comentó cosas de la zona que íbamos a visitar. Este tipo de conexiones en un vehículo tipo monovolumen está muy bien porque nos permite ir de Alicante a otros pueblos de esa zona o a la estación de tren. Booked Beniconnect for our transfers to and from Alicante Airport for our holiday last month. Booked express transfers both ways bus was nice and clean and there timings were excellent. Definitely use them again

Tenían que actualizarse a otras empresas europeas en la integración y amor a los animales. Viajaba desde Madrid a Alicante en AVE y contacté con ellos para transporte desde la estación del AVE a Benidorm, y me dijeron que no me llevaban en sus microbuses compartidos por llevar un mini perrito en su transporting. A Benidorm viajamos mucha gente mayor con nuestros perritos y es increíble tener que coger un taxi que nos vale mas que el AVE En otros países europeos ni pasa esto, y ahora los perritos viajan en transporting en tren, avión, etc.

We arrived at Alicante airport after a 2 and a half hour delay to our flight. Despite booking the Express Service we were made to wait a further 1 hour and 15 minutes before our transfer began and then 11 stops later we reached our destination. The whole ordeal with these clowns took from 12.55 am to 4am! So glad we booked the ‘Express Connect’!!

Nefasto servicio. Interminable espera en el aeropuerto de Alicante. Nada recomendable.

Over 25+ people on a coach from calpe to alicante airport at 28 degrees with faulty air-con is not good enough tbh....

No me han atendido bien telefónicamente

We have travelled with Beniconnect from Alicante airport twice now and have had no issues with them. The staff and drivers make you feel at ease from the moment you are greeted at their desk to arrival at your destination. The pre-payment and booking online is very useful as the journey is then paid for and no extra costs. The service is exceptional and we wouldn’t travel to/from the airport with any other company now.

Ich habe Beniconnect für einen Service von Alicante nach Denia gebucht. Dadurch, dass mein Flug mit fast 2 Stunden Verspätung ankam, war ich froh, diesen Shuttle-Service gebucht zu haben. Ich kam am Flughafen an, folgte den Anweisungen, wie auf der Buchungsbestätigung angegeben, begab mich in Stpckwerk .2 zur Beniconnect-Rezeption, wo mir die Nummer der Bushaltestelle mitgeteilt wurde und nach etwas Wartezeit auf weitere Fluggäste, ging es dann gut 30 Minuten später los. Inkl. der Ablieferung der anderen Gäste, dauerte die Fahrt dann knapp 2 Stunden. Der Fahrer war freundlich und fuhr sicher. Der Bus für insgesamt 20 Passagiere ist klimatisiert und bequem. Von daher sehr empfehlenswert. Top organisiert und zuverlässig

Llegas al aeropuerto, sigues las instrucciones y te posicionas en el anden del bus pero como es trasladado compartido te toca esperar a que se llene con gente que viene en otros vuelos. 35min aprox. Una vez en marcha el trayecto del aeropuerto - Benidorm son 40min aprox. Y a partir de aqui según donde quede tu hotel, eres un afortunado y bajas de los primeros o tienes que ir de ruta por toda la ciudad haciendo una parada tras otra (encima algunas paradas en las que no bajaba nadie). Hasta nuestro hotel 1h 25m. Horrible. Eterno. Casi 3h para llegar al hotel no me parece normal por muy "económico" que sea. Hay opciones mejores.

Mine experience was awful, last month I paid for a private bus both ways for our family trip, when we were setting off on the plane you emailed to say you didnt have any transport available, leaving us stranded and still kept our payment! Am I going to get a refund after you messed up my booking both ways and left myself and daughters stranded at the airport, on the day of our arrival. Both ways were paid for and you had nobody available in any mode of transport! I always used you until last week and will never recommend you again. I've raised a PayPal dispute please refund my £130?
