Having worked with transfer companies across the globe, we can confidently say Ibiza VIP Bus is the best we have ever experienced. A special thanks to Stacey, who was phenomenal. Her proactive management was a game-changer; she provided advance warnings for flight delays on both arrivals and departures and managed the entire group with incredible skill. This made a logistically complex part of our event completely stress-free. For any large-scale (or small) event in Ibiza, they are the only company you need to consider.

We called on their services for a professional event we were organising for around thirty participants. Everything was perfect! The communication was very pleasant and the responsiveness and adaptability more than appreciated. Our driver got on very well with our group and we were able to keep the same driver throughout our stay. He was able to adapt to the group and the atmosphere, and everyone loved him! I worked with Ibiza VIP Bus during a documentary shoot on Formentera. They not only provided us with a wonderful driver, Jorge, and lovely, comfortable cars, but also went above and beyond to help us during what was a very challenging shoot. They helped pick up lenses, source microscopes, and changed schedules on a dime as the weather forced us to move things around. Beyond that they were just lovely people and so pleasant to work with. Bueno, mi reseña seria de tres páginas pero me iré a lo principal y algunos detalles que te hacen confiar en esta empresa más que en otras. Empezaré con el coche, una verdadera pasada, siempre quise pasearme en un coche antiguo desde niño, pero ya que lo haga el dia de nuestra boda, ha sido una ilusion desbordante. Llevar a la novia hasta el sitio de celebración en Sa Punta des Molí y ver entrar a un Jaguar MKV de 1950 en esta dependencia, me puso los pelos de punta y que después de la ceremonia, el conductor llamado Olimpiu, todo un profesional, dejara que todos pudieran verlo y hacerse fotos cerca de él, fue sinceramente un detallazo. Ya llevarnos a nosotros al lugar del banquete en Ibiza, fue excepcional, muy comunicativo y haciéndonos que disfrutaramos del viaje, pero el detalle de ofrecernos dos botellas de agua bien fresquitas al acabar el enlace, no tengo palabras para describir esa sensación. En segundo lugar tengo que decir, que aún diciéndole las horas en la que necesitaríamos su servicio, llego bastante pronto y eso es el motivo por el que se puede confiar en esta empresa. Podría seguir diciendo cosas superpositivas de Ibiza Vip, pero no me quiero extender más, aunque tengo que darle las gracias a Rodrigo, su gerente, por hacer que este día haya sido tan especial para nosotros dos. Tuvimos una pésima experiencia de trato al cliente con Myrtha, la encargada de la gestión de nuestro viaje. Debido al volumen de visitantes tuvimos que gestionar varios transfer aeropuerto-hotel, teniendo la mala suerte de que algún vuelo sufrió retrasos. El conductor estaba solo en el aeropuerto esperando a los pasajeros (como en todo servicio de transfer, es lo que se espera que haga el conductor). Para nuestra sorpresa, Myrtha nos llamó gritándonos como una loca, culpándonos de que el conductor no sabía como proceder porque no había nadie de la empresa en el sitio de recogida. Nunca se preocupó en preguntar que había pasado con el vuelvo y qué instrucciones dar al conductor (que es su trabajo). Además nos acusó de mentirle cuando le dijimos que estabamos reunidos en el punto de encuentro con el conductor, esperando a que llegaran las personas del vuelo retrasado. En fin, una IMPRESENTABLE de esta categoria no debería prestar ningún servicio de cara al público. Por suerte, los conductores son mucho más profesionales y amables y saben como tratar al cliente.

Buenas tardes Señora Laura, en primer lugar tengo entendido que usted era uno de los 50 pasajeros que teníamos que recoger en el aeropuerto y venía en uno de los TRES VUELOS que la compañía Vertis Environmental Finance, tenía que recibir en el aeropuerto. Con respecto a esta frase: El conductor estaba solo en el aeropuerto esperando a los pasajeros (como en todo servicio de transfer, es lo que se espera que haga el conductor)¨ Tiene usted toda la razón, el conductor espera a sus pasajeros en su autobús con un cartel corporativo que lo distingue para cuando el o la HOSTESS, que ustedes NO TENIAN, se acerca con el grupo, suban a su vehículo y los conduzca, que ese es su servicio, hasta el sitio destinado. En su momento, cuando la encargada de este grupo, la Señorita SILVIA CANO GONZALEZ, contrató nuestro servicio de TRASLADO, le preguntamos si habría alguien gestionando las llegadas del grupo y llevándolos al autobús, dado que habría que esperar TRES VUELOS de DIFERENTES DESTINOS, nos comentó que SI habría alguien en el aeropuerto para este trabajo, como es lógico en estos casos y como lo hacen todas las compañías corporativas que llevan tantos pasajeros y sobre todo viniendo en diferentes vuelos desde diferentes destinos, pues esto NO FUE ASÍ. Con respecto a este comentario: Nunca se preocupó en preguntar que había pasado con el vuelvo y qué instrucciones dar al conductor (que es su trabajo) Si no me hubiera preocupado, como usted menciona, no me hubiera puesto en contacto con la Sta SILVIA CANO GONZALEZ a su móvil y me hubiera enterado que ella, en vez de estar en el aeropuerto con el conductor gestionando a sus clientes y haciendo su trabajo, que NO el mío, dado que yo me ocupo del tráfico de mi empresa, la cual maneja un volumen de mas de 200 traslados diarios; ELLA estaba en el hotel … cuando yo me entero de esto le pregunto que quien estaba de hostess con el conductor y me responde que un compañero de ella, en la otra línea lo tenía a mi conductor preguntándome que hacía con la gente que ya estaba aterrizada proveniente del primer vuelo y con las del segundo que estaba aterrizando, dado que el tercero estaba demorado una hora y media… como comprenderá no es mi decisión, si el chofer tiene que esperar o dejar al tercer grupo que se busque la vida, sino que eso es decisión del cliente que nos contrata. En ese tiempo de decisión y de comunicación con la Sta SILVIA CANO se me dice al teléfono que ya hay alguien ahí con el conductor, lo que no era cierto dado que él estaba en comunicación por la otra línea diciéndonos que ahí él no veía a nadie y que en ningún momento estuvo con él ninguna persona para recibir al grupo… Y con respecto a esta frase: En fin, una IMPRESENTABLE de esta categoría no debería prestar ningún servicio de cara al público Después de 15 años en este puesto de trabajo y mas de 20 años en anterior puesto de trabajo con características de atención al público, es la primera vez, en 33 años de trabajo que me lo dicen, con lo cual lo tomo como de quien viene, una persona que no ha hablado conmigo más que 2 minutos al teléfono y no haber estado en el momento que se suscitaron los problemas… y como me decían mis mayores, “todos los días se aprende algo nuevo y siempre hay una primera vez para todo.” Que tenga un buen día Señora Laura… Atte Myrtha G. We aligned with Ibizavipbus a couple months before we went on holiday and the schedule we received back was very clear and straight forward. Vans & Bus were always on time and even if we wanted to make slight detour we just had to message and see if that was possible, so very flexible! Would definitely recommend to organize if you are a big group!

This was one of the best services we have ever experienced. Driver bilingual, polite, very helpful, always arrived earlier to assist with luggage. Fuimos un grupo de 213 personas durante cinco días a la isla de Ibiza. El transporte corrió a cargo de ésta empresa, que se portó fenomenal. Transportes muy puntuales, a cualquier hora (hicimos viajes nocturnos) y con flexibiliad para cambios de última hora. Más que recomendado, ¡casi imprescindible!
