The whole experience of renting a car off Black Diamond was very smooth, from picking the car up and dropping off. The original car we booked was unavailable, we were given an upgrade free of charge. The company is always on call (via what’s app) if anything is needed. Highly recommended…better than any commercial company I have used for renting a vehicle.

This was the 3th year on a row we rented at Black Diamond Ibiza. The last years we rented several sportscars. But this year we visited Ibiza with 7 couples and rented 3 Jeep Wrangler. The Jeep's were nearly new and full off options with cool rims. Really nice cars especially when you see driving Jeep Wrangler from other rentals in Ibiza. Very basic with standaard wheels and a big sticker off the rental company. Again very satisfied of Nico and his team. We will never rent somewhere else when we are in Ibiza. Usually it’s super hard to get good offers and good customer service, especially in a place like Ibiza. A bad team - their prices change every few minutes. Abd they tell you a story then change it a few hours later, and they come up with weird excuses to charge more money. Be careful when dealing with them or you’ll go broke.

Amazing Service from Nico at Black Diamond Car Hire (Ibiza). Been dealing with Nico since May in regards to hiring the Wrangler for 1 week. Nothing was too much trouble and such a breath of fresh air to deal with someone through WhatsApp. We changed our plans last minute and Nico quite happily changed from Airport collection to Hotel Drop off. Smooth handover with a very in-depth look into the workings of the car. Even setting up the car stereo for us! Nico is an amazing guy, he is very helpful, he was there at the airport for me to collect the car even at 1am, and was on time when I needed to drop it off. The car was perfect exactly how he described and was on hand if I needed anything. I would definitely use Nick again. He's a great guy and has lived in ibiza for many years so can help and advise on where to go and what to do if you get stuck with ideas.

Ibiza è bellissima.Abbiamo visitato posti consigliati dalla nostra bellissima e simpaticissima guida Mariana,che è stata molto paziente .In 7 ore abbiamo visto tanto, ma c'è ancora tanto da vedere. Abbiamo prenotato il pranzo tramite loro ( paella e sangria),( discreto) peccato che non abbiamo avuto il tavolo fronte spiaggia,ma bello ugualmente. An amazing day and a jeep safari!! Nico and Mariana were great, lots of chat and stories, Nico knows everything there is about the island and was extremely accommodating. He took us to amazing places around the island and no request was too big. He is also a skilled videographer and photographer, we have so many lovely pictures and videos from the tour that he took!
