Prestige Properties Ibiza - Holiday Rentals

Simon Bardet went out of his way to ensure the villa was everything and more than what was expected. He sourced the perfect location for my family and friends to help celebrate my milestone birthday for a week in Ibiza. He showed genuine concern when there was a huge storm to make sure we were safe. I would highly recommend this agency and Simon. He is an outstanding agent.

Our review is not focused on a specific property, because every year Prestige Properties Ibiza selects for us and our big family a beautiful house that always meets our expectations and where we love to spend the summer. We have always been very satisfied with their services – Aida, in particular, is incredibly kind, helpful, friendly and always makes sure everything is perfectly arranged so that we can fully enjoy summer and Ibiza the way we love it. Together with Aida, we also deeply appreciate Andra’s service, who always takes care of everything for us – from arranging a private chef to any experience that brings us joy. This year, Andra and Aida organized a 16th birthday celebration for our daughter, and everything was absolutely perfect. The service is great, I don't trust the houses on the website like Booking.com. But this worked out great. Good service, good cleaning. Simon can be reached almost 24-7, always good when there should be a problem.

We had an amazing two weeks in Can Tenare, which we rented via Prestige Properties. The house is very charming with a beautiful green garden and a spectacular view from the terrace over the pool towards the sea and suited our family perfectly. Our host Simon from Prestige Properties was extremely helpful and considerate. He assisted us in selecting a house and region that would suit our family's needs and also provided us with valuable local insights during our two-week stay in Ibiza, including recommendations for local dining options. Definitely a good choice.

We rented a villa in Ibiza through Prestige Properties Ibiza. Simon took care of our request and proposed us nice goods. We agreed rapidly on a villa in san josep. Check in was easy. The villa was beyond expectations. During our stay, Simon always available and kind. We also used concierge services with Rosa. Same as Simon always available and very helpful. Definitely a reliable and excellent agency !

We just came back from a one-week holiday in Ibiza. We rented a beautiful 6-bedroom villa from Ibiza Prestige Properties. I must say that Ibiza Prestige Properties completely exceeded all our expectations, and beyond! Simon was very helpful in securing the right villa at the right location, months before our trip. He was always responsive, friendly, and knowledgeable. One could tell that Ibiza Prestige Properties have great connections with the villa-owners, which we found very important. Booking process was super easy and straightforward. For example, Simon managed to find us a villa for an 8-night rental, whereas usually all villas are rented for 7-nights Sat to Sat. Simon made sure that we had all the information prior to arrival and greeted us at check-in. Villa was amazing, at the perfect location, and even better than seen in the pictures and videos online. Furthermore, we asked Simon if he could sort out a few special requests prior to check-in, which Ibiza Prestige Properties provided without a problem. For example, we asked for a special ham stand and knife, to be able to cut a leg of Jamon Iberico, which waited for us at check-in, along with other amenities and perks. I also must mention that even prior to check-in, we were assigned a concierge person Rosa, to help with any potential restaurant and club bookings. This was simply the cherry on top! Rosa was also extremely friendly and always helpful. She is very patient and responsive, even when we changed our plans last minute, even outside business hours! Rosa helped us book the best tables in beach clubs and restaurants! This was definitely not my first trip to the island and I know how difficult it is to book for large groups, especially if not local and not speaking Spanish. But I can easily say that because of Rosa, this was the best trip by far to this beautiful island. For example, having a 12 person table in front of the DJ at Besso Beach Formentera or the VIP section in Amnesia El Row is simply unbeatable, and Rosa was able to sort out these requests for us at the last minute! I must say I would definitely recommend Ibiza Prestige Properties and I would like to thank Rosa and Simon once again! They really offer prestige accommodation and service. Can't wait to go on holiday with them again next year. :)
