Disonesti , ti fanno versare 500 euro di caparra per eventuali danni, non ci è stato precisato che se avessimo consegnato la moto con ritardo di qualche ora ci sarebbero stati addebitati 50 euro (chiedendo espressamente a che ora chiudevano per regolarci) , ne che andasse riportata col pieno(cosa solitamente comune ma che se mi dai lo scooter con mezzo serbatoio e non me lo dici non posso sognarmelo, sul contratto c e scritto solo con quanto te la consegnano e non è specificato che devi portarlo pieno) Ci hanno fatto pagare 60 euro in piu rispetto al contratto iniziale con queste penali. Vergognosi e scorretti

Went here for our holiday tattoo. The place is clean and safe, we’ve been welcomed by the lovely Annalisa which helped us choosing the best tattoo as we weren’t sure of which one having! Floriano was our tattoo artist, and I have to say we had the best fine line tatto we could ever get!! Thank you guys we will see again soon!!

Esperienza super consigliata, Beatrice è stata molto gentile e disponibile, mi ha consigliato un’attività per festeggiare il mio compleanno, ho acquistato una festa in barca e a bordo ci hanno servito un paella molto buona e le attività in mare hanno reso più piacevole la giornata.

Worst bike rental experience. At first they gave a very bad bike, but they replaced it after a couple of days. But when the bike was returned, the deposit was not returned by deceit.

Nos atendieron Manuel y Rosa. El lugar súper limpio y súper agradables. Manuel me hizo mi primer tatuaje y no me dolió nada. Recomendado 100% si venís a Ibiza, tanto como para haceros un tatuaje como para comprar alguna entrada.

I recently had the misfortune of using the motorcycle rental service, and I must say that it was an absolute nightmare from start to finish. I had high hopes of having a thrilling adventure on two wheels, but this experience turned out to be a major disappointment. Firstly, the customer service was abysmal. The staff members were unfriendly, unhelpful, and seemed completely disinterested in assisting me. They lacked basic knowledge about the motorcycles they were renting out, and when I asked specific questions, they struggled to provide coherent answers. It felt like they were just going through the motions without any genuine concern for their customers. Secondly, the condition of the motorcycles was appalling. The one I rented was in terrible shape, with dents, scratches, and obvious signs of neglect. The engine sounded like it was on its last legs, and the brakes were unreliable at best. It was a safety hazard, and I couldn't believe they would rent out such a poorly maintained vehicle. I felt uneasy and anxious throughout the entire rental period. Moreover, the rental process itself was a hassle. The paperwork was unnecessarily long and convoluted, with numerous forms to fill out and excessive delays. It took forever to complete the necessary documentation, wasting valuable time that I could have spent on the road. It was evident that the company lacked efficiency and professionalism in managing their rental procedures. To add insult to injury, the pricing was exorbitant for the low-quality service and equipment provided. I expected a fair rate for a reliable motorcycle, but instead, I received a subpar vehicle with an astronomical price tag. It was a complete rip-off, and I felt cheated out of my hard-earned money. Overall, my experience with this motorcycle rental service was a total disaster. From the unhelpful staff to the dilapidated motorcycle and the excessive pricing, it was an utter disappointment. I strongly advise against using this service if you value your time, money, and safety. There are undoubtedly better options available that offer superior service and well-maintained motorcycles. Steer clear of this rental service, unless you enjoy frustration and disappointment.

We had a very good experience at Madelife! We rented a scooter there to drive around the island for a day. Rosa was very helpful. She showed us a good trip we could make, which included Es Vedra, Cala d’Hort and Cala Comte. And we decided to visit the old Club Festival, which is a ruin of an old Disco area. Manuel showed us the scooter. It was a pretty new scooter which drove good. We enjoyed our day and would recommend renting a scooter here!

Guys you deserved this honored 1 star - scooter we've received initially was with crooked handlebar and with shifted brake lever (definitely, it was damaged in accident), we had to come back and ask to replace it (another one was better but not much) - in normal rental agency the bike is given to try before the payment. In this one we've paid first and then we received broken a moped - price policy is super unfriendly: when we came on weekends it was one price, one day after it became 5 euros more, separate payment for trunk, separate payment for additional helmet (ther was specified 5 euros but in my contract I saw 10, what?) - when I returned the bike, the staff was unable to get me back the deposit via credit card, despite it's withdrew during initial payment without any problems. And I'm still not sure if it will come back. If you changed your mind to take the bike when you find some issues on it, they won't return your money in no case (I think is kinda illegal 🤔), take another one and gtfo. But there is a good news, staff is very polite when they're sorry for not satisfying your requests 🤡 General conclusion: awful service of low quality product with pretty high costs. You will be very disappointed, especially if you've ever rented bikes in the countries of South Eastern Asia.

There are very bad and expensive bike here. At first I was given a broken bike and after riding it for 10 minutes I realized that it was very dangerous for my life, because the handlebars were crooked and one of the brakes was faulty. When I went back, I wanted to give up the bike altogether, but they wouldn't let me and wouldn't give me my money back. So I had to get another bike from them, which was slightly better, but still old and horrible. I paid 30 euros a day for the rental. If you've ever been to Thailand or Vietnam, you will be outraged by the exorbitant prices and the most terrible quality of bikes. P.S. The woman at the front desk said that she was the boss herself and that I couldn't refuse to rent now. Then I found out later that this wasn't true, she just didn't want to handle the situation.

Muy mala, fuimos a devolver la moto un día antes, y no nos devolvieron el dinero de ese día, y en el contrato no ponía ninguna cláusula ni expecificaban nada de que si entregabamos la moto antes no nos devolvían el dinero. Preguntamos 48h antes si había algún problema y nos dijeron que no pregunte si nos devolvían el dinero y me dijeron que si. Asi que se han llevado 30€ por la cara y no esta el horno para ir regalando el dinero. OJITO CON LOS ITALIANOS

Location de scooter désastreuse au delà de 60 kilomètreur le scooter ce met à guidonner ! Très dangereux Par contre pour les tatouages j’ai vue des gens se faire tatouer et je déconseille. Quand on voit le tatoueur boire de l’alcool tout en tatouant. En même temps quand une boutique propose 15 services différents çà sent mauvais : Location,auto, moto, vélo, tatouage, percing, vente de ticket de disco, excursion vêtement etc…

Splendida esperienza con la disponibilissima Cecilia. Pur non potendo prendere lo scooter a noleggio dalla sua agenzia per via del brutto tempo trovato, si è prodigata per trovarci un autonoleggio, chiamando al nostro posto (non parliamo spagnolo). Ci ha anche spiegato tutti i punti salienti dell'isola, cosa vedere e il momento migliore per farlo. Consigliatissimo!

Organizzazione impeccabile, Francesca è una ragazza di una disponibilità e squisitezza che difficilmente all'estero trovi. Ci ha dato consigli e ci ha sopportato per diversi giorni.Gli scooter perfetti e al prezzo migliore di tutta l'isola. Abbiamo anche approfittato della presenza dello studio di tattoo e abbiamo trovato una professionista oltre che artista impeccabile. Grazie per averci reso il soggiorno ad Ibiza, un esperienza da ricordare. Torneró sicuramente se dovessi scegliere Ibiza in una futura vacanza.
