Clara and Alan are wonderful, honest hosts. We rented their motorboat for a half day with our family and had an amazing time. The boat was spotless, well-maintained, and ready to go. The safety briefing was clear and calm, perfect for the kids, and communication before and after was fast and friendly. Pricing was transparent with no surprises. They also shared great tips for swim stops and scenic routes, which made the trip even better. Pick-up and return were smooth and right on time. We’d book with them again in a heartbeat—thank you for a fantastic day on the water!

My friends and I had a spectacular day on the Menorcan boat with Captain Alan. Clara was amazing in the planning and the day could not have gone better. We arrived to fresh fruit and orange juice. We went to several alcoves for a swim. We were then served a delicious lunch. They were super accommodating and allowed me to bring my dog who had the most amazing time. Thank you! We will be back next summer!

Such an amazing experience and would highly recommend to anyone looking for a private boat tour around alcudia. We were a group of 8 friends and it was the highlight of our holiday. Clara was amazing and Captain Alan really did everything to make sure we had the best day and had some amazing local tapas as well. Couldn’t have been more perfect!

Muy buena experiencia, celebramos una despedida de soltera con ellos y fue exactamente lo que queríamos. Pasamos un rato muy agradable en ese barquito precioso que tienen con una calidad en los detalles que apreciamos mucho todas. Una experiència inoblidable en família! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Vam llogar un barco durant les nostres vacances a Mallorca i va ser, sens dubte, un dels millors dies del viatge. Érem tota la família i tothom —grans i petits— s’ho va passar d’allò més bé. Navegar per les aigües cristal·lines, descobrir cales amagades i banyar-nos en llocs espectaculars va ser màgic. El vaixell estava en perfectes condicions, molt còmode i ben equipat. El tracte per part de l’equip de lloguer també va ser excel·lent: molt professionals, puntuals i atents en tot moment. Repetiríem sense pensar-ho! Una manera meravellosa de gaudir del mar i de veure Mallorca des d’una altra perspectiva. Molt recomanable!

Ein absolut perfektes Erlebnis! Wir hatten eine 4-stündige Bootstour mit Stellar Boat und es war einfach traumhaft. Die Beratung durch Clara im Vorfeld war super freundlich und professionell, und unser Skipper Alan hat die Tour mit viel Herz, Wissen und guter Musik unvergesslich gemacht. Das Boot war wunderschön und sehr gepflegt. Es gab Drinks, frisches Obst und leckere heimische Tapas – alles top! Besonders beeindruckend waren die abgelegenen Buchten und versteckten Höhlen, die wir ganz ohne andere Touristen erkunden konnten – ein echtes Highlight abseits der Massen. Die Stopps zum Baden waren toll gewählt, das Meer glasklar und ruhig. Wir waren 6 Erwachsene und 2 Babys an Bord – und selbst mit den Kleinen war es total entspannt. Die Crew war sehr aufmerksam und kinderfreundlich. Am Ende kamen wir alle völlig relaxed und glücklich zurück. Ein rundum gelungenes Erlebnis – absolut empfehlenswert! 🤩🤩🤩🤩 Saludos Vivi

Experiencia increíble y maravillosa!! Hicimos unas excursión de 2 h por las costas cercanas al puerto de Alcudia. Clara nos explico todo de manera sencilla y amable y se mostró muy disponible para solucionar cualquier duda. El barco es una auténtica preciosidad, muy espacioso y cómodo. Tiene una amplia zona de sombra para aliviarte del sol abrasador. Todo muy cuidado desde el primer momento, con detalles en cada esquina. La comida exquisita y muy bien temporizada, siempre en el momento justo. Lo mejor fue nuestro capitán y sus historias que hicieron pasar un viaje muy divertido. Malheureusement, pour des raisons logistiques indépendantes de la volonté de Stellar Boats mais de notre propre fait, nous n'avons pas pu faire d'activité avec eux.... Néanmoins, je tenais à laisser un commentaire pour la gentillesse, la réactivité et l'honnêteté de Clara tout au long de nos échanges ! Si j'ai l'occasion de revenir à Majorque, je ne manquerai pas d'aller les voir !

Captain Alan and Clara were delightful warm and informative. They treated us like family, made us lunch from local fruits cheeses meats and breads. They clearly care deeply about the ocean health and Mallorca environment and conducted the tour in a way that made us feel good about spending our tourist dollars. We saw beautiful coastline and enjoyed a great boat! Highly recommend!!.

We enjoyed our private charter with Captain Alan on La Barca Primera. We were a group of 6 and we had an amazing experience from hearing the history of the island, stopping off for a swim, fishing, island hopping and learning how to paddle board. Captain Alan is accommodating providing us with excellent Mallorcan food and drink. He is easy going, approachable and has plenty of life experience stories. I was unlucky and got stung by a jellyfish. Great thing is that Captain Alan is first aid trained, he helped with the symptoms. He even demonstrated by holding the jellyfish with your palm it doesn’t sting. We moved location away from the area and still had great time. We recommend Stellar boats they are trustworthy team, with great customer service, a diligent captain even when it came to the attention of detail from how the food were presented. Myself and a group of friends had the most amazing time when booking this trip! Beautiful locations and a smooth ride, Alan the captain gave great service and provided breakfast, drinks and even alcoholic beverages during the trip. Perfekte Boots Tour !!!!!! Sehr zu empfehlen vor allem eine Fahrt mit Skipper ! Wir haben heute Mallorca vom Wasser aus kennengelernt , haben die Tour 2 Tage zuvor persönlich vor Ort gebucht und wurden sehr gut beraten . Wir hatten ursprünglich (leider) nur 2Stunden gebucht konnten aber zum Glück während der Tour verlängern 😊👍 Preis-Leistung ist Top (keine zusätzlichen Spritkosten)

Amazing trip! From start to finish the service was fantastic - provided a small breakfast, lunch, soft drinks and alcoholic. We stopped off at a couple of locations to swim, paddle board and snorkelling. The captain was very cool and easy to get along with. The highlight was being able to catch fishes.

Einen super Tag auf dem Wasser gehabt, vielen Dank :) im Gegensatz zu anderen Anbietern habe ich nach Ausfüllen des Online Kontaktformulars von Clara direkt eine Antwort per Mail bekommen. Wir haben uns dann für 6h die „Ranieri Sharky“ für 4 Personen reserviert. Per WhatsApp kamen dann der genaue Standort am Hafen und weitere Instruktionen. Am nächsten Tag wurden wir vom Team herzlich empfangen und eingewiesen. Das Boot wurde mit uns gemeinsam mittels Checkliste durchgegangen (top 👍) Clara sagte dann, dass Sie auf Grund des rauen Gewässers am Nachmittag erstmal nur 4h buchen würde und wir spontan per Anruf oder WhatsApp verlängern könnten (es stellte sich später heraus, dass Clara Recht behielt, da das Wasser sehr unruhig wurde). Finde ich super fair, da Clara theoretisch eine längere Buchung entgeht, aber Sicherheit geht nun mal vor. Am Ende der Fahrt fährt man das Boot zur Tankstelle zurück, zahlt den Tankvorgang (voll zu voll) und bekommt die Kaution von 300€ zurück :)

Clara & team were really amazing!!! With a group of 5, we enjoyed a rented boat for 4 hours. Clara gave us an extensive explanation on the boat & which route to take. The team has a strong passion for water, boats and making sure people have a great & safe experience at sea. Would totally recommend renting a boat at Stellar Boats!

Ich habe bei Stellar Boats bein Boot gemietet ohne Führerschein für 8h. Ich kann es jedem nur empfehlen Mallorca vom Wasser aus zu erkunden. Das Team von Stellar Boats ist super und man fühlt sich wie bei Freunden.

We went on holiday near Alcudia and as I have a boat license we as family wanted also to rent a boat for a half day. While looking for a rental company we came across stellar boats. Very friendly and professional staff. Boat (Ranieri Soverato) was in a very good and clean condition, equipped with GPS and Sonar. Although I have a license I got good advices, tips and helpful instructions before the boat was handed over (that makes sense because as an occasional driver I lack practice). As it was so much fun we rented the same boat some days later again. In summary, from our point of view, Stellar Boats is a highly recommended rental company. If I ever come back here, I will definitely rent a boat there.

Wir haben bei Stellar Boats in Port de Alcudia das führerscheinfreie Boot V2 für 8 Stunden gemietet, und es war ein rundum gelungener Tag. Die Buchung war einfach, und die Zahlung per Kreditkarte verlief völlig problemlos. Am Hafen wurden wir freundlich von Clara empfangen, die sich um die gesamte Abwicklung gekümmert hat. Sie war super organisiert und hat uns alles schnell und unkompliziert erklärt. Das Personal, das uns in die Handhabung des Bootes eingewiesen hat, war ebenfalls sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und kompetent, sodass wir uns gut vorbereitet fühlten. Dank der tollen Tipps des Teams haben wir einige wunderschöne Ankerplätze gefunden, wo wir die Ruhe und das klare Wasser genießen konnten. Das Boot selbst war in hervorragendem Zustand – sauber, gut gepflegt und einfach zu steuern. Es war genau das entspannte Erlebnis, das wir uns vorgestellt hatten. Insgesamt war es ein fantastischer Tag, und wir würden jederzeit wieder bei Stellar Boats mieten. Ein großes Dankeschön an Clara und das gesamte Team für diesen tollen Service! My family and a couple of friends contracted the services of Captain Allen and his wonderful boat and it was the highlight of our short holiday. If I could I would definitely repeat the experience. The food was marvelous the whole experience was wonderful and coupled with the Captains conversation in both Spanish and English it is an experience I recommend for anyone wishing to see a different side of Mallorca.

We booked a 4 hour tour for 8 adults and 2 kids with Captain Alan and his beautiful boat. He is an absolute gem. It was one the best experience we had in Palma. The boat was clean and comfortable with all the amenities that one can imagine on a the sea. From drinks to food to everything. We had a ton of non swimmers Alan gave us a lot of strength to jump in the water at the most stunning, turquoise spots. It was luxurious . The calmness was awesome. Clara was also amazing to suggest us everything. 100% recommended.

Increíble el paseo de más de 3 horas en el barco, Alan muy atento y siempre con la mejor onda! Nos llevó más tiempo del contratado, dos calas muy lindas! La comida y bebida excelente. We booked a private excursion with Captain Alan for 3 hours at the end of May- it was a beautiful day! Clara was fantastic with organising it all for us. The boat was beautiful, clean and spacious for our group (6 people). Alan provided us with snacks, fruits and drinks. He showed us beautiful places, scenery, caves and beaches. We also had the opportunity to stop and swim in the ocean and he had snorkelling equipment for us to use. Alan was very passionate about nature, wildlife and his job! They were also flexible and allowed us to reschedule our boat trip due to the rainy weather. It was a wonderful experience and Alan and Clara are lovely people. Definitely recommend Stellar Boats.

Ich kann jedem nur empfehlen die Küste Mallorcas mit dem eigenen Boot zu erkunden. StellarBoats hat diese Erfahrung zu einem unvergesslichen Erlebnis gemacht. Super freundliche Beratung, hilfreiche Tipps, entspannte Einweisung faire Preise, super Boote. Unser Boot wurde vor Antritt der Fahrt noch schweißtreibend geputzt. Hier steht der Kunde und das Erlebnis im Vordergrund. Selbst die Wetterprognosen wurden mit uns per Whatsapp vorher geteilt und uns wurde nur ein halber Tag empfohlen, da es ansonsten zu windig für einen entspannten vollen Tag wäre. Super kinderfreundlich und nette Gespräche nach der Fahrt. Einfach nur tolle Menschen, die einem den Urlaub verschönern. Mit Abstand die beste und fairste Bootsvermietung in Alcudia. The boats are in fantastic condition and it’s obvious that they all take pride in their business. They explained everything and made the experience seamless from start to finish. Sehr nette und freundliche Mitarbeiter. Das Motorboot schaute auch gepflegt und gereinigt aus. Nur, finde ich, man könnte uns vor der Abfahrt darüber informieren, daß die Kontrollleuchten für Öltemperatur und Öldruck an bleiben (weist im Normalfall auf ein Problem hin), und es immer wieder Warntöne gibt, und deren Bedeutung. Manch Anderer würde sonst, glaube ich, Angst oder Panik auf dem Meer bekommen! Außerdem war die Anzeige des Tiefenmessers oft nicht lesbar. Sonst hat der Ausflug sehr viel Spaß gemacht! Wir haben V2 gemietet.

Stellar boats gave us the best boat hire we have ever done. Great communications from Clara from the beginning, she is such a wonderful, welcoming and funny person. Mark gave us a great explanation of all the points to consider for safety and where to go we felt well prepared for the voyage. The ex fisherman who's name I have forgotten was great too, really friendly and helpful, he got us going and showed us the fuel station. We had an absolutely fantastic afternoon exploring and snorkeling along the coast. Loads of fish all around and you could swim to an island with a lighthouse and beach. The boat was lovely, luxurious and in perfect condition. At the anchoring points there was a person in a rib patrolling and keeping an eye on everyone's anchoring and helping out if needed. Thank you to all the team for such a fantastic day, great service and many happy memories. 100% recommended.

We hired Balmar 750 with 200HP for 1 full day in June 2023. The weather was slightly unstable; good sea condition but some light showers. Mark kindly offered to move our booking to another day. We decided to keep our original plan and had a wonderful day. Mark gave the initial intro about the area, Clara helped us with the practical instructions onboard and Alan helped us refuel the tank and park back. All three were 100% committed to make people enjoy their day while being super kind and professional. The boat is very powerful and can reach 36knots with 7 people pretty quickly. Depth Sonar, Freshwater shower, ice bucket, toilet cabin and cabin to sleep were all nice details. The boat handling is good and capable of pulling the water skis should you like trying. I would 100% recommend these guys if you are around Alcudia port. Their office and boats are literally 2m away from where you park your car. Much more importantly they are super friendly and helpful.

Wir haben ein Boot (ohne Führerschein) für 2 Stunden gemietet und fanden die Einweisung super. Alles ohne Stress. Das Personal war absolut nett und sehr zuvorkommend. Da alles so super gut geklappt hat, haben wir gleich nochmals 2 Tage später für 4 Stunden gebucht. Es ist jeden Cent wert. Es gab Getränke, Melone und Eis für die Kühlbox. Wir kommen definitiv wieder. Vielen Dank nochmal an Clara und Marc. 😊

Super angenehme Beratung und großes Angebot. Ob Excursion (geführte Tour), Boote mit und ohne Führerscheinpflicht, es ist für jeden etwas dabei. Alan und Clara waren super nett, haben uns super beraten und haben sich auch auf unsere Wünsche eingelassen (z.B. Kühlbox mit Eiswürfeln für die Tour). Die Bootsübergabe und der gesamte Buchungsprozess waren völlig entspannt und problemlos, genau so wie die Rückgabe. Die Boote sind technisch absolut in Ordnung, dadurch auch entsprechend sparsam (wir haben uns gewundert, wie wenig das Boot verbraucht hat). Wir würden hier auf jeden Fall wieder Buchen. Nuestra experiencia con Clara y con el servicio de la agencia ha sido muy mala. Desde un primer momento, tuvimos que ser nosotras las que pedíamos toda la información, porque era escasa… y ya nos pareció poco profesional. Pero vimos que, al final, aparentaba bien y precio razonable. Luego, tuvimos que esperar a confirmar un cambio DURANTE DÍAS porque no se pusieron en contacto hasta preguntar nosotras. Anulamos la reserva con ellos por estos motivos y, para evitarlo, la agencia (Clara) al final nos informó de la opción de un barco mayor (de repente). Quedamos en reservarlo y en confirmar a la mañana siguiente y, por desagradable sorpresa, por la mañana (Y SIN PREVIO AVISO), se nos informó de que se había dado el barco a otro grupo. Repetimos, falta de comunicación y profesionalidad. Somos de Mallorca y ha sido el peor servicio de barcos que hemos tenido en la isla. No recomendamos esta agencia.

Sin duda 5 estrella- el equipo de Stellar Boats ( especialmente la señorita Clara ) es la gente muy profesional que sabe explicar todo y comprtares bien con los clientes. Te dan la sensación que navegar ( por lo menos muy peligroso) es una fantástica aventura sin riesgo.

We rented the Balmar for the day. The Steller team were really helpful from start to finish right from our online booking, though to catering for extra things we wanted (wakeboard and donut), great briefing and advice on where to go and then meeting us back at the fuel station on our return. This was one of the great experience we did in Alcudia. Clara and Alan are gorgeous people. We really enjoyed our trip with the boat. It was amazing. I strongly recommend it. The prices are around €200-€300 for without licence with 7-8 people so quite reasonable. Renting the boat without captain was pretty easy and enjoyable. The engine for the ones without licence is 15 HP and it goes slow but you can easily enjoy the view.

Hier ein kleiner Hinweis: Bitte macht Eure Buchung direkt bei Clara und Alan und nicht über das Portal. Die Erklärungen zum Boot und den möglichen Reisezielen waren super. Wir hatten einen richtig tollen Tag! Ich kann es nur jedem empfehlen einen Tag in die Bucht rauszufahren. Bei unserem nächsten Trip nach Alcudia werden wir wieder bei Clara und Alan buchen! Absolutely outstanding service , took my family (pregnant fiance, three kids and fiance sister and sisters partner, 300 euro for 2 hours ,took us snorkeling guy was super friendly and even refused to take us the day before because it was choppy because my wife is pregnant, basically he told the truth someone up the road was willing totakwua in the chop where as he was truthful, we snorkeling in crystal clear water , he gave us beers , let us smoke , couldn't be a nicer more friendly genuine and enjoyable service I would give six stars even let me drive the boat at the end was an amazing experience highly recommended to anyone even with a young family I had a 19 month old and two 3 year old twins with me and my wife and 2 other adults and it was great

Alquilé el Ranieri Sharky con ellos para sorprender a mi marido por su cumple y fue todo genial. Era la primera vez que alquilábamos un barco. Clara y Alan son muy simpáticos y buenos en su trabajo. Te recomiendan según lo que busques y además te explican cómo funcionan el barco muy bien ya que también son escuela. También te dicen puntos de interés, dónde fondear, trucos y consejos. El tiempo empieza a contar una vez salgas con el barco independientemente de lo que dure la explicación y la resolución de tus dudas. El depósito te lo dan lleno, te lo enseñan y te desenroscan los bidones para que lo veas. Al terminar ellos te esperan en la gasolinera para ayudarte a repostar y pagas tú directamente. No hay ni trampa ni cartón. Muy honestos. La Ranieri consume muy poco así que no hay que preocuparse por eso. Fueron muy atentos y tuvieron un detalle con mi marido por ser su cumple. Muy profesionales. Lo recomiendo 100%.Tienen barcos con y sin licencia. Repetiremos seguro.

Ich kann diesen Anbieter nur wärmstens weiter empfehlen. Clara und Alan waren super freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben zu viert ein Boot für 4h gemietet. Inklusive gab es Wasser und einen Snack für jeden. Die beiden waren zu jeder Zeit kontaktierbar und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten ohne Probleme noch 2h dazu buchen. Am Schluss empfingen sie uns pünktlich und halfen beim Anlegen. Außerdem haben sie anfänglich sehr darauf geachtet, dass man alles verstanden hat und sich sicher im Fahren ist. Das Boot war in einem sehr guten Zustand und absolut sauber. Das ist nicht selbstverständlich. Es war die beste Bootsverleihung, bei der ich je war. Einfach top!

La verdad es que no se puede hacer mejor. Alquilamos una lancha sin licencia (modelo V2 con motor de 15cv) y mi mujer tenia miedo. Ellos en todo momento estuvieron pendientes y con las explicaciones que le dieron fue muy confiada. Al final pasamos un dia estupendo. Fueron SUPER amables y cordiales. Sin duda, volveremos en cuanto lleguemos a Alcudia. Gracias chicos

Lo bueno es que puedes alquilar la lancha de 4 o 8 horas, y tienes hasta las 20:15 para volver. En los otros lugares que llamamos para alquilar lanchas sin licencia solo se podía hasta las 18h.

3 Times the Charme! Today I completed my third booking with Stellar Boats within 3 Weeks. The quality of the service and the boats is exceptional . I contacted Clara via WhatsApp, the Communication was clear and fast. When you arrive in port d‘Alcúdia you are welcomed by a very friendly team. After a few minutes paperwork (deposit and payment of the boat) you step on board to start your journey. For beginners the team explains everything about the boat, the destination and the upcoming hours. After a few minutes Training on the boat you are allowed to leave the Harbour on your own. There is no need to be nervous because of the detailed explanation everything is clear. The trip with the boat is awesome. you can explore the beautiful Coil Baix and beaches of alcanada! After 4 hours we arrive at the port fuel station where you just have to pay the fuel which was used, a fair and simple process! In a Little conversation the team dropped a wonderful message „we are interested in earning customers with our family like atmosphere“. A sentence which stuck in my head because Stellar Boats was an awesome family like experience where customer satisfaction is the priority. I’m already excited in my next boat rental with stellar Boats. I fully recommend them if you are searching for an awesome experience besides the typical beaches with a team which is interested in making the customer happy!

We did today a baby boat tour, it was just perfect! The skipper did the tour adapted to our needs and brought us to some nice place to swim. Clara was also super nice. You will have fun and be safe, we can recommend them 100%!

Nach einem netten spontanen Gespräch am Abend und ersten Informationen haben wir uns einen Abend später für einen 4-Stunden-Ausflug mit einem Boot ohne Lizenz entschieden. Clara hat uns abends noch alle Details per Whats App genannt und Optionen gegeben, sollten unsere Kinder (2 und 5) den Tripp nicht genießen können! Am nächsten Morgen pünktlich um 10 Uhr trafen wir Alan(?) und bekamen eine sehr ausführliche Einweisung. Er empfahl uns schöne Plätze, erklärte den Vertrag und die Kaution gut und zeigte uns das Boot „Ranieri“. Die Kids bekamen gleich zu Beginn eine passende Schwimmweste und auf dem Boot befanden sich weitere für uns! Wir wurden aus dem Hafen begleitet und und konnten noch letzte Fragen stellen. Dank dem Tiefenmesser und der persönlichen Einweisung hatten wir einen entspannten und sehr schönen halben Tag auf dem Boot. Die Zeit verging viel zu schnell und hätten wir keinen Termin gehabt, hätten wir ziemlich sicher verlängert. Das Team ist super nett und unser Boot war sehr sauber, edel und gut ausgestattet. We rent a zodiac to days ago for 10 people and the experience was incredible. In a day we had the opportunity to visit many bays, beaches, and even see dolphins ! Carla and Allan were really considerate, and took the time at the beginning to explain us how the boat works. Powerful and very convenient boat. We highly recommend you to meet them at Alcúdia Port if you want to spend a day exploring Mallorqua sea.

We rent a motor boat yesterday and it was amazing. The whole communication with them upfront to align on all details and questions and also on the rental day everything was perfect. The respond times on what’s app are just some minutes and this makes everything so easy and comfortable, I loved it. We got water and snacks for the trip, a detailed instruction and hints for the best calas. Thank you so much, we will come back! :)

Fuimos con nuestro hijo y lo pasamos genial, visitamos las principales calas del norte de Mallorca, embarcaciones nuevas y muy buena atención por parte de Clara a la hora de hacer el check in con pequeño briafing ademas al volver estaba Alan por recibirnos en la gasolinera y volver al amarre, repetiremos chicos!!

J’étais en vacances avec mon chien lorsque j’ai eu envie de faire une escapade en bateau. Non seulement mon chien a pu monter à bord, en plus d’ètre gaté lorsque j’ai voulu sortir du bateau pour nager, le commandant est resté avec Tobi et lui a donné a boire ainsi que des biscuits, j’ai découvert un univers sous-marin magnifique. Je veux préciser aussi que le pilote ramassait des déchets de p’astique trainant sur la mer! Enfin voilà, je vous recommande vivement, si vous passez par là, de faire un voyage en mer avec Stellar boats

Wir sind online auf die Firma aufmerksam geworden und haben über das Kontaktformular eine Anfrage zur Anmietung der Sea Ray gestellt. Clara hat sich sofort rückgemeldet und alle Fragen sehr gut beantwortet, weshalb wir dort auch gebucht haben. Bei Übernahme des Bootes wurden wir perfekt und sehr freundlich eingewiesen. Man hat uns noch mehrere Strände empfohlen, die alle ein Traum waren. Abwicklung und Service vor Ort bis hin zur Begleitung beim Tanken waren super. Ich kann Stellar Boats zu 100% weiterempfehlen, man kann hier allem vertrauen und muss keine Angst haben einen spanischen Mietvertrag zu unterschreiben. Wir kommen wieder, danke Clara und dem Team!

Un experiencia fantástica y 100% recomendable! Un trato cercano y muy amable. Nos llevaron a los cueva, en todo momento super atentos. Ademas de enseñarnos la cueva, nos llevaron a una zona donde podías apreciar el fondo marino y pudimos ver pulpos! Increible!

I went looking for a safe company for me and my family to rent a boat with a skipper....we choose this company based on the people promo3it on the dockside. Met with lady called clara who was very informative and went through all the safery procedures with us.the boat was new also. We chose cave experience and it was just fantastic. The knowledge from the skipper telling us all about the civil war and about the smugglers routes was superb and unexpected. They took us into some pretty cool caves and explained all about there formations. I travel to majorca regularly but never seen it from the water and so surprised by the beauty from the water view. Went to fab swimming area where we pulled in and had some food and drinks supplied by the skipper. Had some great fun and felt very safe with the skipper. Will definitely be doing another trip before we head home. Deserving of its 5 star rating.

Wir mieten seit einigen Jahren führerscheinpflichtige Boote in Puerto de Alcudia, jeweils im April/Mai und im August/September bei unterschiedlichsten Bootsvermietungen. Dies war das erste Mal bei Stellar Boats, allerdings über den Broker Offshore Mallorca. Morgens am (geputzten!) Boot angekommen, empfing man uns schon pünktlich (ist bei anderen nicht immer so). Die Kommunikation verlief sehr freundlich auf Englisch. Man nahm sich bei der Einweisung viel Zeit und besprach alles ausführlich auf dem "Büro-Boot" nebenan. Obwohl ich mich mittlerweile sehr gut auskenne, gab es alle Infos noch einmal umfangreich vorab: Mietkosten, Kaution, Tankkosten, Revier, Bootseinweisung und -check etc.. Dazu gab es noch für jeden eine Flasche Wasser und leihweise Schnorchel-Ausrüstung kostenlos. Auf dem Boot funktionierte ALLES tadellos (inkl. Tiefenmesser; hatte ich noch nie) und die Sicherheitsausrüstung war vorbildlich (Schwimmwesten, Rettungsring, Erste-Hilfe-Kasten, Signalmittel, Funkgerät). Anker, Leinen und Bootshaken waren auch anständig. Der Tag auf dem Meer war wie immer traumhaft. Am Ende des Tages informierte ich, wie vorher ausgemacht, einen Mitarbeiter 15 Minuten vor Ankunft an der Tankstelle im Hafen, wo man uns ebenfalls schon pünktlich erwartete. Den Tankvorgang übernahm der Mitarbeiter, ebenso das Anlegen und Absetzen am Liegeplatz (musste ich auch schon öfters selbst machen, was mit einiger Routine und Ortskenntnis aber auch nicht schwerfällt). Die übliche Kontrolle des Bootes (inkl. Propeller) verlief anstandslos und die über die Kreditkarte geblockte Kaution war schnell wieder freigegeben. Fazit: Stellar Boats ist aus meiner Sicht sehr zu empfehlen! Gerne wieder!

Día de pesca. Mi suegro, mi hermano y yo teníamos pensado ir a pescar en barca, pero ninguno de los tres teníamos licencia. Un amigo de la familia, nos recomendó Stellar Boats. Al final decidíamos alquilar la barca (son geniales y cómodas) contactamos y nos atendió una chica llama Clara, muy simpática. En general fue una experiencia fantástica nos divertimos mucho. Seguro que repetimos.👍

Practicar wakeboard fue fantástico.Además 100% recomendado las excursiones por las magnificas calas, cuevas y snorkel para ver el fondo marino con increíbles vistas... Nous avons loué un bateau de 5 m sans permis à la journée, nous étions 5 et c'était super. Nous avons pu aller jusqu'à Formentor tout en faisant des haltes dans de jolies criques avec des eaux cristallines magnifiques. Le personnel qui gère ça nous a tout bien expliqué et était super et sympa.

Achtung Abzocke!! Über die Kaution betrogen worden!! Besser nicht hier mieten. Wir haben uns ein Boot für 4h gemietet 190€+300Kaution+11,40€ Benzin. Dieses haben wir 2 Tage zuvor persönlich reserviert und auch bekommen. Bei der Abfahrt wurde mit uns das Boot per Checkliste kontrolliert und alles mit i.O abgehakt. Der Mitarbeiter fordert mich als Neuling auf, mir das Boot auf Beschädigungen zu anzuschauen. Für mich war alles in Ordnung und so wurde dies nieder geschrieben. Unser Ausflug mit dem Boot war Fabelhaft wir erkundeten die Gegend und hielten an einer Insel und einer Bucht. 20 min vor der Rückkehr muss Clara per Telefon informiert werden das man auf dem Rückweg ist, damit man direkt zur Tankstelle fährt und ab dort wieder von einem Mitarbeiter betreut wird. Bei der Rückgabe wurde dann von einem Mitarbeiter festgestellt das der Propeller vom Motor defekt sei... zuerst hieß es das ein Fächer abgebrochen wäre... als ich selber nochmal gucken ging, waren die Fächer allerdings nur ganz leicht vermackt. Clara sagte das Teil MUSS erneuert werden und dieses Ersatzteil bekommt man hier im Hafen. Denn die Beulen im Propeller wären nicht gut für den Motor. So gingen wir mit unserer Kaution zu dem Laden (Kaution getragen vom Mitarbeiter) und kauften dort einen neuen Propeller für 150 Euro. Dieser sollte dann am Nachmittag von einem Mechaniker montiert werden und wir sollen dann einfach morgen wieder kommen und den alten Propeller abholen. Ich Antwortet daraufhin das der Propeller jetzt sofort montiert wird! Ich möchte dies sehen! Und auch direkt den alten Propeller mitnehmen! Dann hieß es die Monteure hätten jetzt keine Zeit erst am Nachmittag irgendwann. Als ich mir den Propeller noch einmal anschaute und daraufhin anfing mit meiner Versicherung zu telefonieren, weil dies ja ein Haftpflichtschaden ist, kamen die Monteure plötzlich mit einem Auto angefahren und montierten den neuen Propeller. Wir haben den alten Propeller behalten denn unsere Vermutung ist hier ganz einfach.... Betrug am Kunden... und erst recht bei dennen die es zum ersten mal machen! Als uns der freundliche Mitarbeiter dann wieder zum Hotel fuhr entdeckten wir noch mehr Propeller Verpackungen im Kofferraum des Autos. Klar kann man davon reden... die Betreiben brauchen Ersatzteile... ABER nicht in dem Umfang und mit dieser Selbstverständlichkeit des Ablaufs... für Alle die hier vor haben zu mieten -> lasst es lieber oder schaut euch das Boot und vor allem den Propeller genausten an! Anbei noch Bilder des "defekten Propellers" und des Kofferraums. Wer jetzt denk... Jaaaha die sind bestimmt über der Grund geschürft und wollen das nicht zugeben täuscht sich hier, ich warne lediglich vor einer Abzocke auf eine gewiefte Art und Weise! Schade eigentlich ums Erlebnis, denn mit seinem "eigenen Böötchen" unterwegs zu sein, oben die Massen des Tourismus hat wirklich was exklusives.

Leider abgezockt... Achtung beim Tanken wurden wir leider über den Tisch gezogen!!! Also, Augen auf und lieber zwei mal hingeschaut! War ein toller Bootstag mit einem unschönen Ende. Es wurde das Boot am Ende wie vereinbart wieder voll getankt ( eine Dame von StellaBoat) ... abgerechnet... doch ups, der Tank war nicht voll... nochmal nachgetankt und es kam nochmal mehr als das doppelte drauf... sorry Clara, dass ist Betrug!!! Nie wieder!

Recomendable 100%. Contratamos la excursión a la Cueva Tencada con Clara, que es un encanto. La experiencia fue de lo mejorcito de estas vacaciones. Alan capitaneando la lancha neumática nos llevó hasta le entrada de la Cueva y con la ayuda de Jordi pudimos recorrer las distintas estancias de la Cueva. No nos la imaginábamos tan grande!! Además vimos algunas cuevas desde la lancha y en todo momento nos iban explicando los distintos accidentes geográficos, anécdotas del lugar y curiosidades. Aún tuvimos tiempo de ir a una cala y hacer snorkel.... Al finalizar la excursión Jordi nos acompañó a la Cueva Azul: qué pasada! Gracias a los tres!!!

Wir haben ein Boot ohne Lizenz für 1/2 Tag günstig gemietet. Clara und Alan haben uns in einer kurzen Einführung alles nötige gezeigt. Sie sind sehr nett und erklären alles geduldig, so dass man keine Angst haben muss, auch wenn man noch nie mit einem Boot auf dem Meer gefahren ist. 4 Stunden sind genug um bis zum Kap zu fahren, die Insel mit dem Leuchtturm zu besuchen und 2 Stunden zu schnorcheln. Schnorchel, Handtücher, Mineralwasser und ein kleiner Snack sind inklusive. Wir hatten viel Spaß und können diese Tour sehr empfehlen. ⛴👍🌞

Los conocimos de casualidad y esperamos repetir. Un trato inmejorable, nos lo pusieron todo fácil para que disfrutáramos de un día de navegación.
