The amazing thing about working with Susanne is the patience. We have been looking at properties for many months and it's been a long journey but the advice and the information we have received have enabled us to make a thoroughly informed decision about buying in Mallorca. I would recommend Rodemann & Wood to anyone who wishes to find a truly dedicated professional service and wishes to take the time to find the 'right' property or investment. It's a difficult journey sometimes but this agency makes it just that little bit easier.

Found it!!!! Well they found it. I was searching the web to find direct owner deals like we do in the US, but with the language barrier, not really knowing the correct procedure to buy and all the legalities, I decided to go to an agency. Found the right one (lucky me ;-) and they were great at their thing!!! On top of it, they explained to me that in fact the owner of the property pays their commission (free service for me). THE BEST PART - is how they work with the entire local network and other agencies and share their commission with them, so that I can just rely on them and not go to myself to all other agencies, "a one stop shop" if you will. They worked for me!!!! All I did, was tell them what I wanted and they served me the properties on a silver platter, while I just sat back and enjoyed my stay in wonderful sunny Pollensa. I only had to deal with one agent. It was EASY!!!! Anyways, I found my sunny cocoon and loving it!!! One more thing, since I go back and forth from the USA, I don't have time for taking care of some renovations that needed to be done and they even have a perfect service for that... Like I said a "One Stop Shop"... You guys got to try them... Coolest experience with a "Real" Real Estate agency. Cheers!!!
