We stayed at villa Lola in Alcudia, we were 7 adults and 4 children. The villa was exactly as described, very modern, with all utilities needed for our stay. Mallorca north villas are very responsive and very helpful! I recommend!! The only thing about the villa that I would change is I would put locks on the bathroom doors because it’s hard to have privacy with that many people in the house. Other than that everything was perfect! Thank you 😊

Just returned from an amazing week at apartment Can Watson. Just metres from the beach, with all the facilities you need: amazing shower, brilliant air conditioning, wifi, kitchen facilities, really comfy beds, and a lovely balcony overlooking the mountains. It was everything we wanted! There is a Spar shop below so easy to grab things for lunch and stock the fridge with what we needed. Just can’t fault it! Can’t wait to return. Highly recommended 😀

Aina is fantastic and lovely to work with. Super responsive and attentive. We rented a house in the heart of Pollença and the location was great. The AC in the bedrooms worked well though the rest of the house didn’t have units, which was fine for us since we used the house mostly at night The bathroom situation was not ideal though. Only a small half bath in the master bedroom upstairs and the main bathroom was downstairs in the patio. But the water pressure was outstanding. The beds were also not the most comfortable at least for us, maybe others find them ok. We didn’t use the kitchen to cook though it had adequate utensils. The dishwasher is very small and could not be fully opened with a big table being in the way. Would suggest changing to a smaller table. To close of, Aina is absolutely wonderful.

Do not work with Mallorca North!!! Do not rent villa Maria! —— First time in my life that I was so disappointed and scammed. On the website it all looks marvellous but in real life it’s the contrary. It’s a classical case of deceiving customers and stealing their hard earned money! Dirty house, “garden” non existing, stuff, garden hoses, and construction debris ly everywhere…. We paid 1.600€ for a week for a 4 bedroom house. We are 4 middle aged women and we love each other but we also love some privacy. Only 3 rooms were done, the 4th was filthy (dirty sheets, used towels on the floor, even a cockroach in the closet,…). When we called immediately to ask to arrange the 4th bedroom, they flat out told us that we had 4 beds in total so the 4th room was not necessary!!!! I mean… When we refused to stay in the house, du yo the general state and filth, and asked for some service, help, solution, they told us “well, you paid”. With other words go }*>^ yourself. No hospitality, no service. They have probably never even heard of the word client or hospitality…. We paid for a hotel for 2 nights and an apartment for 4, as we needed to find a place e to stay, on top of the 1.600€ Mallorca North robbed us from. Money never to be seen again. When one of my friends wrote a review they openly replied with “oh so sorry, we can do something for you” and then gave a false email address…. Just for show that they offered some help. Really, worst case scenario. This agency should be banned from Booking!!!

What a terrible experience! We rented a villa with some friends. When we arrived, the cleaning staff was just leaving the villa. However, the house was not in order. Underneath the sheets, the mattresses were dirty (hair...), there was a cockroach in one of the bathrooms, one of the bedrooms was not made, the path to the pool was not cleaned, and the area around the pool was dirty. There was a construction site at the back of the house with a crane swinging over the pool. In short, we refused the house and asked to be relocated elsewhere. Nothing was offered except for a second cleaning of the premises... how can we trust them? We had to find accommodation ourselves. No commercial response, no possibility to contact the owner. Lousy service.

A lovely apartment in the perfect location! C'an Watson was like a home from home with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. There was a balcony with lovely views of the mountains, table and chairs so you could eat outside or generally watch the world go by. The other side of the apartment, a stone's throw away was the beach and a host of good places to eat and stylish shops, what more could you want?

Aina es una profesional de 10. No solo es atenta y ágil, también tiene una paciencia monumental para dar indicaciones. La casa en la que nos alojamos era de película, no le faltaba detalle. Repetiríamos con los ojos cerrados.

Mallorca North Villas is astonishing. They really help both parties, not only the owner but also the tourist/customer. The do everything to make a vacation perfect. Some examples? The try to help to find cheaper rental cars, extra pictures of the property, ticket info for trips, any extra service or even a new coffee machine if needed... Aina and her team are the best, if I would be an owner, I wanted to rent with Mallorca North Villas and as now, if you are the tourist you can sleep on both ears, things will be settled. Felicitaciones!
