The villa has 3 bedrooms in total with air-conditioned, the master bedroom with double bed and en-suite complete bathroom with direct access to the terrace, and two twin rooms share a further complete bathroom. Also you have a bathroom and a shower in the swimming-pool area.

From the living-area you have access to a covered pool terrace and dining area where you can enjoy relaxing meal. Also you will find the swimming-pool, the fabulous garden area and a nice BBQ area where you can cook, surrounded by lawns and trees.

Few steps more you have a large dining area set on a raised area overlooking the lounge-living area with Hi-Fi, SAT TV, DVD player, including WIFI that will allow you to enjoy an internet connection while relaxing and enjoying your holiday.

Upon entering in our 180m2 villa there is a spacious and fully equipped modern kitchen with marble worktops including vitro hob, electric oven, grill, microwave, dish washer, freezer, fridge, etc... and breakfast area.

The villa is designed, decorated and furnished to the highest standards by its artist owner, Miquel Cerdà (www.cerdasalas.com), the villa contains paintings and sculptures from his private collection and art gallery.

Grundsätzlich eine schöne Finca mit kleinen Einschränkungen. Toller, großer Pool, gepflegte und großzügige Außenanlage mit liebevollen Details. Angrenzend eine schöne überdachte Terrasse mit vielen verschiedenen Sitzmöglichkeiten. Drinnen große Küche und Wohnbereich auf versetzen Ebenen. Nachteilig sind jedoch die etwas kleinen Schlafzimmer, wenn man nicht als Familie sondern als 3 Paare anreist. Auch das kleinere Bad für 4 Personen passt dann nicht so gut und sollte mal demnächst modernisiert werden. Das große "Master"-Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad und direktem Zugang auf die Terrasse ist dagegen super. Leider waren bei unserer Ankunft manche Gläser und Teller schmutzig. Das liegt aber wohl eher an den Vormietern als an den Vermietern. Unkomplizierte und sehr nette Abwicklung mit Miquel, nettes "Begrüßungspaket". Insgesamt empfehlenswert.
