ROBINSON BOAT MALLORCA

Var väldigt mycket folk på båten än vad det fanns platser. Första stoppet var endast i 25 min, kunde varit längre. Andra stoppet var vid en jättefin strand, för stannade man i en timma sen var det mat på båten. Stod överallt att det skulle vara paella. Men vi fick pasta och som det såg ut som kycklingklubbor men han sa att det var från fiskmås. Det var gott men inte som förväntat. Trevliga utsikter och trevlig ”personal”. Men lite överskattad båttur enligt oss

Letztes Jahr wurden wir schon von Robinson Boat versetzt, angeblich überbucht. Nun haben wir 2 Wochen im voraus gebucht und bereits bezahlt, damit alles zum Geburtstag meiner Tochter passt und nun wieder ein paar Stunden vor dem Delphin Trip die Absage. Echt unter aller Sau. Ganz ehrlich, überlegt ob ihr den Job weiter machen wollt oder weiter die Leute enttäuscht und ver....! Die Ausrede etwas Wind lass ich nicht gelten, die Mitbewerber fahren auch.

Had the best experience with Robinson Boats. We went on the older style pirate boat and it was so much fun. Didn't feel too packed even though alot of people on board. 3 great stops for swimming and snorkeling. And the food on board, wow, what a lovely paella!!! Would definitely recommend to anyone, even with younger kids as the crew were so accommodating. 5* from the Wood family

Experiencia increíble e inolvidable! La ruta en barco es muy bonita con 3 paradas para nadar, dos de las cuales en calas completamente vacías. La comida muy buena y la tripulación súper divertida y agradable, especialmente Antonio y Gabi!! Totalmente recomendado!!

GREAT TRIP. The boat was really nice, the route was beautiful with three marvelous stops, and the meal served was also really good. What really made the trip was the crew, Antonio, Gabi and all of the team were amazing and so much fun! Would definitely recommend for a lasting memory of Mallorca!

Really great trip even though the heavens opened up!! Loved swimming in the sea didn't use the snorkeling gear that's supplied but it's there to use. The crew handed out blankets to everyone who wanted one to get warm. The food was great pasta tuna and chicken. Would highly recommend taking this trip

Superbe du départ du port de pollenca jusqu'au retour le soir... 🔝 les paysages sont splendides. Les activités proposées sont excellentes... L'équipage est au top, gentil souriant et Antonio n'est pas que capitaine... A faire bien évidemment. Le tarif est très raisonnable au vue de la sortie proposée. Bravo 👏

Antonio, c’est pas juste un capitaine… c’est un showman des mers ! 😄 On est montés sur son bateau pour une belle balade, et on en a pris plein les yeux : criques magnifiques, eau turquoise, falaises à couper le souffle… la carte postale, mais en vrai ! Et au milieu de tout ça, Antonio qui nous fait le concert guitare improvisé, les blagues à la chaîne, les enfants qui remontent l’ancre comme de vrais petits matelots (ils en parlent encore !). Ambiance au top, rires, musique, bonne humeur… Il a su créer un moment à la fois fun et sincère, qu’on n’est pas près d’oublier. On repart les yeux brillants et la tête remplie de souvenirs ! Merci capitaine Antonio, ne change rien, t’es une légende flottante ! ⛵️❤️

We had a truly magical trip, sailing out of Puerto Pollensa under a starlit night and into the sun rising over the sea, and then seeing loads of dolphins playing around the boat. The journey back to port was just as lovely, past the beautiful cliffs of Pollensa bay. The crew were great, so attentive and friendly. I highly recommend this trip - it is well worth the early start and my teenage children were captivated!

Équipage génial, il y a une bonne ambiance sur la bateau. Les paysages sont magnifiques et il y a des pauses pour se baigner. Le bateau est équipé de masques de plongée, de frites.... de quoi bien s'amuser ! Ma sœur en situation de handicap a pu monter sur la bateau grâce a l'équipage :)

Je suis une personne à mobilité réduite et je voudrais dire un grand MERCI à toute l'équipe du bateau pirate qui a tout fait pour que ma petite escapade se passe super bien. Je recommande vivement cette excursion, cela vaut le détour. Encore merci.

Je conseille vivement l excursion catamaran . Nous sommes parti du port pollenca . Mes filles se sont baignés dans une magnifique eau en sautant du catamaran avec une vue sublime. Repas a bord au top. Petit tour a plage formentor.

Super expérience avec un équipage au top !

C est la deuxième fois que je fais la sortie catamarán (il y a 3 ans et aujourd'hui) et le plaisir est toujours d'actualité ! Le bateau est très confortable, l'équipage très sympa, souriant et dynamique, un vrai bonheur ! Une attention particulière pour l'anniversaire de notre fille avec chanson et glace offerte, adorable! Le tour est très joli avec 3 arrêts en tout, deux baignades (pas de snorkeling car en pleine mer) et arrêt plus long sur la superbe plage de formentor ! Antonio et sa guitare met l 'ambiance avec talent, c est top ! Clientèle familiale et sortie super adaptée pour les enfants. Juste un petit bémol sur le choix des boissons comprise dans le prix (uniquement Fanta, eau et une sangria industrielle) et le repas est très simple. Je conseille en tout cas cette sortie qui fait vraiment passer un très bon moment de vacances, merci 👏🤩

Une après midi de rêve avec l équipage du catamaran Robinson avec un équipage d une très grande gentillesse avec Paco le capitaine. Au coucher de soleil, nous avons même eu le droit à un show de plusieurs chansons accompagnés à la guitare, magique !! Nous oublierons Jamais cette sortie avec 2 arrêts ds des criques aux eaux translucides… Le repas était simple mais très bon accompagné d une bonne sangria bien fraîche. Nous avions pris cette sortie à l hôtel où nous étions . Donc, un bus nous a pris devant l hôtel pour nous amener au port de Polensa et moment inoubliable avec notre guide Lisette qui nous a régalé avec ses anecdotes plus interessantes les unes que les autres, par exemple sur Nadal ou sur la fabrication des perles de Majorque ou sur la posidonie….. une personne d une grande bienveillance et d une grande culture qui nous a accompagné du départ au retour à l hôtel et à qui nous disons un grand merci pour sa gentillesse, c est tellement rare de nos jours. Elle s assure toujours que tt va bien pour vous 🥰 Bref, allez y les yeux fermés. Cette aprem restera graver ds nos mémoires 🙏 Merci à tous ……

Leider enttäuschend – mehr Motorboot als Segeltour Die 5-stündige Tour „Catamaran under Sail“ klang vielversprechend, konnte die Erwartungen aber leider nicht erfüllen. Die meiste Zeit lief der Motor durchgehend – echtes Segeln (rund 20Min.) fand kaum statt. Besonders enttäuschend war der zweite Stopp bei Platja de Formentor: Über eine Stunde Aufenthalt ohne Mehrwert. Insgesamt fehlte das Segelgefühl, das der Titel verspricht. Schade, wir hatten uns mehr Erholung auf dem Wasser und echtes Segelerlebnis erhofft. Das Entertainmentprogramm versuchte noch Einiges herauszuholen. Trotzdem Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis in meinen Augen nicht gut.

Experiencia perfecta! Hemos pasado un día de lo más agradable y divertido! La tripulación del barco excelente! Pendientes en todo momento que no falte nada y todo el mundo esté a gusto. Antonio el alma de la fiesta, muchas gracias por esos buenos ratos, nos encantó conocerte! Seguro volvemos sin duda! La comida muy abundante y buena. Podías repetir las veces que quisieras. Tienen gafas de buceo, tablas de padel... Lo recomendamos al 200%! Nos encantó todo!

Nous avons passé une journée géniale avec notre guide Paco et l'équipage au top ! Nous étions sur le bateau en bois, baignade dans des criques magnifiques, paella préparée par l'équipage, sangria, softs, fromage, desserts....tout y était ! Et une ambiance géniale à bord avec le petit bonus de l'équipage sur le retour mais que nous vous laisserons découvrir....

Fabulous day out on the catamaran today - the crew were friendly and attentive; three stops with plenty of time at each. Beautiful weather, crystal clear water! The lunch provided (pasta with optional chicken or tuna) was lovely and plenty to go round. Drinks provided at lunchtime including sangria. Boat was pretty full (apx 40 people) but enough room. Can’t complain, it felt like good value and everyone had a great time!

Hoy fuimos con Robinson boat a dar un paseo de 10:00-15:00. Nos lo pasamos genial, fue un acierto ir con ellos, la atención no pudo ser mejor, la comida estaba deliciosa, el concierto fue una pasada, unas risas aseguradas todo el tiempo, y los mejores son los cracks andaluces como Antonio que siempre sacan una sonrisa. Muchas gracias por todo desde vuestras amigas galeguiñas. Si volvemos a mallorca tened por seguro que nos volveremos a ver de nuevo😊

The dolphin-watching catamaran tour with Robinson Boat was incredible. We saw several dolphins up close, and the views from the catamaran were breathtaking. The crew was friendly and making sure everyone was comfortable and having a great time. A peaceful and unforgettable experience!! Highly recommended!!

Fantastic trip, great crew, fun, professional and friendly. Paella was delicious also catered for those who may not be keen. Chilled music and vibe. We did appreciate the blankets as the wind was a bit chilly so complementary hot drink and tipple was an added bonus.

Absolutely toxic Company. Be ready to support the concept of a moving party boat with a full blown sound system ruining and damaging the ecosystem of a natural park. And you will be able to do this crammed with a full load of dummies as well. This organization should just be banned, but while they are doing it, please avoid it !

Great family friendly boat tour! Captain Antonio and crew are incredibly friendly and welcoming as they take you on a catamaran tour of the Pollensa bay, stopping in 3 picturesque swimming areas, you will be surrounded by fish in the clear blue water. The crew provide a home cooked lunch meal consisting of Pasta, and chicken, they are happy to give big food portions! There is a very reasonably priced bar on board serving beer, soda, water, ice cream. The boat stops at Formentor beach for an hour for people to walk around. Highly recommend Robinson boat tours!

Just had a boat trip today, and we loved it. Staff were amazing! Th boat stopped a few times so you could put some goggles on and jump into the sea. The food onboard was lovely (pasta, chicken, bread, watermelon, cheese). We then got an hour at a beautiful beach where there was a shop and a cafe. Really relaxing and thoroughly enjoyed our day out 🙂 You can buy drinks and icecreams on the boat too.

We booked a boat trip for the day after our wedding and had the most amazing time! Lucho was so helpful from start to finish and made sure everything went smoothly. The crew on the boat were amazing and the day was better than we ever could have imagined. Thanks so much to the entire team! We can’t recommended Robinsons enough!!!

Leider betrogen worden. Wir haben für vier Personen per CheckYeti eine Tour für Samstag, den 4.5. gebucht. Als wir vor Ort ankamen erfuhren wir, dass Samstags gar keine Touren stattfinden, es wurde also online falsch von Robinson Boat angegeben. Das war ärgerlich, aber okay. Uns wurde dann vorgeschlagen, dass wir am Montag oder Dienstag teilnehmen könnten. Wir bekamen eine Karte vom Mitarbeiter José Luis, um uns ggf. nochmal in Kontakt setzen zu können. Auf anschließende Kontaktversuche wurde nicht reagiert. Wir wollten zunächst um eine Erstattung bitten und die Tour neu zu buchen, weil wir am neu geplanten Termin nur zu dritt teilnehmen konnten. Kontaktversuche blieben erfolglos. Wir kamen dann einfach am Dienstag, allerdings eben nur mit drei Personen. Wir konnten das Ganze vor Ort sogar klären, obwohl die Mitarbeiter von nichts wussten, es wurde alles notiert und uns wurde versichert, dass der zu viel gezahlte Betrag zurückerstattet werden würde. Als dies dann nicht automatisch geschah, setzten wir uns nochmal mit dem Anbieter in Verbindung. Bei einem Gespräch mit José Luis wurden wir beschimpft. Wir versuchten es auch nochmal über CheckYeti zu klären, schilderten den Fall und bekamen sehr guten Support. Allerdings konnten sie das Geld von Robinson Boat auch nicht zurückholen. Aus Kulanz und als Entschuldigung für die Umstände erstattete CheckYeti uns sogar den Servicebeitrag. Von Robinson Boat kam nie wieder etwas, auch nach erneutem Versuch der Kontaktaufnahme. José Luis hat einen sehr schlechten Service geleistet und wir wurden von Robinson Boat betrogen. Ein Stern als Bewertung ist schon zu viel.

Amazing boat trip to pollenca bay and around the island, provided by the Robinson company. The beach is so beautiful as were the views of the mountains, cliffs and lighthouse.We stopped for a swim both on the beach of pollenca and a small cove area where we could snorkel. We had a lovely lunch later on in the day and some sangria.This excursion was fantastic.We got to see the sails go up too, and sail on to the next destination. The staff including Captain Lucio, jose and greko were superb from start to finish, and kept us all entertained.Thankyou so much to all of them, they gave us memories we will not forget. I highly recommend this company to everyone. You will have a fantastic day out and a great experience on the water, visiting the beautiful hidden parts of the island of Majorca. Une magnifique excursion réalisée la semaine dernière avec l’équipe du bateau Robinson. La destination avec la plage de Formentor en ligne de mire est juste magique … on se croirait aux Caraïbes … l’équipage est adorable et fait en sorte de nous faire passer un moment extra … j’ai adoré le moment avec les mouettes qui suivent le bateau :-) Merci à Antonio le capitaine du bateau pour son sourire et sa bonne humeur :-)

Wir haben die Katamaranfahrt mit Robinson Boat gemacht. Der Transfer mit dem Bus hat gut funktioniert, wir sind zügig angekommen und ohne Viel Wartezeit on Board gegangen. Der Katamaran war nicht so überfüllt wie das Nachbarschiff. Jeder hatte Platz, wer zu erst da ist hat als erster die Chance auf die Plätze auf den Netzen. Die Stopps waren knackig gehalten, Brillen und Paddelbretter waren frei zur Nutzung. Den Zwischenstopp am Strand Formentor hatten wir nicht erwarten, waren positiv überrascht, super Strand. Gut besucht, man kann nicht erwarten das man die Mega Secret Spots zur Gesicht bekommt. Ein Zwischenstop war mit Essen, ein weiter mit Musikeinlage, tolle Sache. Danke an die gute Crew. Bin zufrieden, tolles Erlebnis zu einem fairen Preis.

Expérience au top! Très belle excursion sur ce beau bateau. 2 arrêts pour baignade et 1 arrêt d’une heure à la plage de Formentor. Une bonne paella pour le midi sur le bateau. Un régal! Une ambiance géniale, merci Antonio pour ces beaux morceaux de guitare !

Ha sido una experiencia perfecta. Nos ha gustado mucho como está organizado. Lo hemos pasado genial en el catamarán. Paradas para nadar en alguna calita escondida y parada en Playa de Formentor Impresionante. La comida a bordo también súper buena. Un 10 y súper recomendable. ¡Volveremos seguro!

Ich habe die Katamaran Tour mitgemacht. Das Boot war im Vergleich zu entgegenkommenden Schiffen noch angemessen beladen. Man hatte ausreichend Platz. Der erste Lagerplatz war top. Es waren viele Fische zu sehen. Ein paar Leute wurden von roten Quallen gestochen, aber das war kein großes Problem. Platz 2 ist der überfüllte Strand. Hier lagert man eine Stunde, das könnte man sich sparen. Anschließend gab es essen. Nudelsalat+Hühnchen, Brot und Wassermelone. Natürlich besteht die Crew nicht aus Sterneköchen, aber die Mahlzeit war gut essbar. Zum Essen waren die Getränke gratis, davor gehen Aufpreis erhältlich. Halt 3 war auch ganz nett, aber unter Wasser war nicht zu viel zu sehen wie an Platz 1. Schwimmnudeln, Paddleboards und Flossen stehen bereit. Die Crew war top, der Skipper ist gleichzeitig auch Entertainer. Grundsätzlich kann ich den Trip empfehlen.

Lovely day out would highly recommend! We visited bays you wouldn’t be able to unless you went by boat, and got to paddle board and snorkel. The food was delicious and all the staff were very fun. 10/10

Es Irresponsable en 2023 hacer fiestas tirando globos y dejando a los barcos de la cala (que han soportado música y humo colorado de mal olor) la tarea de recoger todo el plástico!!!

The boat and organisation was really good but the weather conditions were so bad more than a third of the boat were sick. I think really it should have been rescheduled. It was pretty traumatic

Nagy körültekintés után egy katamarán túrára eset a válszrás. Szombaton voltunk ott és azt mondták csak a kedd délutáni időpontra van hely. A katamarán túra fizettem 2 fő 118 euró. Mikor oda értünk azt mondták nincs katamarán, csak bárka van. Mész vagy vissza adom a pénzt. Akkor már nincs mitt tenni erre készültem utolsó napom volt a szigeten. Port de Pollencaból indul és oda is tér vissza. A befizetett összegért többször megáll a hajó, ahol tudsz úszni SUP-ozni nem mert az elő sem veszik. Amit biztosítanak ennyi pénzért nagyon silány. Kikötőbe letereltek a hajóról egy táblát mutatva mikor gyere vissza. Én egy hajó túrára fitettem be, nem sziget barangolasért. Személy szerint én csalódtam a társaságban. Az általunk felkínált bárka kirándulás jóval kevesebb összeg volt mint ami én befizetett pénzem.

Superbe journée à bord du catamaran (début août) de 10h à 15h ! L'équipage était drôle et agréable, le parcours de l'excursions très joli vers le cap formentor, le repas servi était très bon et accompagné de sangria et soft à volonté. L'ambiance était top avec de la musique. Les arrêts baignades ont durés 15 à 20 minutes et les équipements sont fournis (palmes, masques, frites) s'en est suivi d'un arrêt d'1h à la plage du cap formentor pour finir sur le retour au site initial. Nous avons été pris en photo au moment de l'embarcation et avons pu prendre notre photo développée. Je recommande vivement ! Réservation faite directement sur le site de Robinson Boat avant notre voyage à Palma :)

Me ha encantado. Es la 4° vez que intento fotografiar los delfines. Cada vez con una empresa y barco distinto y por fin he logrado ver y fotografiar muchos delfines. El mar ha acompañado y quizas en esta zona de se ven mas. El trayecto muy comodo. Recomiendo la experiencia.

Extremely positive experience and joyful atmosphere. The crew knows quite well what they are doing and a thing or two about entertainment. The ship, food, stops for swimming - everything top notch. Recommended.

Great trip. Amazing to watch the sunrise and then to see the dolphins. Incredible. We love this boat and this was our third trip with them. Lovely staff and super clean boat. Can’t wait for our next trip on Monday.

Wij hebben een geweldige tijd aan boord gehad! Van 10:00-15:00. Super vriendelijk personeel, en het eten was ook heel goed. Wij hebben al meerdere catamaran tochten gedaan in Europa, maar deze was tot nu toe het beste! Absoluut een aanrader! Ook waren er 3 zwemstops tijdens het varen dus genoeg tijd om lekker een verfrissende duik te nemen! Wij hebben via Sunweb deze tocht geboekt. Daar geven ze aan drankjes inbegrepen echter is dit alleen gratis tijdens de lunch. Ervoor of daarna moet je het zelf betalen.

Pour la sortie normalement à 15h, nous sommes partis vers 15h30 car...nous attendions un bus de touristes et la fin de la préparation du bateau qui est revenu à 15h avec un autre groupe pris le matin. Nous étions pas loin à mon sens d'atteindre la limite max de 74 passagers, ce qui faisait du monde sur le bateau (à celles et ceux qui aiment le côté tranquille et intimiste, ce n'est pas pour vous). Expérience animée avec musique (un peu has-been à notre goût), avec des explications données pendant le parcours, le bateau est équipé de toilettes et l'équipage sympa est aux petits soins. Un arrêt baignade dans un crique très belle (eau magnifiquement claire mais peu de poissons ce jour là), direction ensuite vers la playa Formentor où baignade possible pendant 1h. Vers 18h15, repas très correct donné avec salade de pâtes, poulet, fromage, pain, thon, pastèque et sangria/fanta à volonté. Top ! Dernière escale vers la Fortaleza pour une dernière baignade. Retour au port précédé d'un petit concert du Capitan qui a donné de l'ambiance au bateau. Photo prise au départ que l'on peut acheter 10€ (dommage pour le papier imprimé qui ne servira pas). Au final, bon rapport qualité prix pour passer une demi-journée sympa découverte dans le nord de l'île.

Bon rapport qualité/prix. Belle expérience à faire. On a aimé, les plages et cala visitées, l'ambiance et la bonne humeur de l'équipage. Traduction en français. Végétariens bienvenus

A katamarán túra remek fép napos időtöltés: Port de Pollencaból indul és oda is tér vissza. A befizetett összegért többször kiköt a hajó, ahol tudsz úszni/SUP-ozni is (amit biztosítanak). Kapsz snack-et, kiadós ebédet és üdítőt is. A zenei track-list is jól megválogatott, kedves a személyzet. :)

Absolutely spectacular experience on the boat in the most beautiful water in Mallorca!!

The trip on the Robinson Catamaran was a good half day tour. Tickets stated be outside the Stray Cafe for 09.30 which is a good as you can board the boat and get good seats on board. A couple of coaches turned up at 10.00am so the boat can take upto 78 people. Thankfully out boat had about 60 which was more than enough. We motored out to a sheltered bay for 30mins, to swim in warm water for anither 30 mins and then motored over to a sandy beach and moored at a Quay for another hour. On returning to boat we had pasta salad with chicken and a choice of soft drinks or Sangria followed by coffee. On return to port the captain and crew got the sails up which was great to see. On retuning to harbour of of the crew got out his guitar and we all sang well known songs as a finale. Food was very good crew were pleasant and friendly.

Superbe expérience avec Robinson Boat ! 3 points de baignades, un bon repas composé de salade composée, poulet et melon avec en prime sangria à volonté (durant le repas bien évidemment). Pour les baignades, il y a tout le nécessaire (masque, palmes, paddle, frites). Le petit plus : Petit concert d’Antonio travaillant sur le bateau. Nous étions 8 et avons passé une excellente journée ☀️

Terrible experience. We are a family of good swimmers but at our third stop for a swim, the wind apparently changed. Lots of passengers could not swim back to the boat. People were shouting for help, struggling to swim and not getting any closer. I was struggling to swim back with my 4 and 3 year old, the waves were hitting them in the face and they were both crying. The crew did nothing to help. Luckily passengers from the boat jumped in and helped get people out of the water. They asked the crew to throw the bouys in to help but they refused. Eventually one crew member did jump in with a bouy after being begged for help. They did not warn anyone that the water was not calm. They did not advise wearing life vests (and there weren’t enough for everyone to have one anyway) Back on the boat lots of people were crying and one crew member just shrugged his shoulders and said it wasn’t his fault the wind changed. No help and no apology. I did email the company to privately complain and did not receive a reply.

Fantastic trip and amazing staff! My nephew had a small accident whilst on the trip. Staff were amazing administering first aid and arranging a hospital visit for stitches. Would highly recommend, the coves we're lovely and the snorkeling out of this world.

Too busy, it felt like it was very much about getting high numbers of people at the sacrifice of the individual’s experience, with limited seating and limited shade to offer. The two swimming spots were very average. I wouldn’t recommend this trip.

Una experiencia estupenda para ir con pareja, amigos, niños. El trato ha sido en todo momento super atento, los sitios que se visitan están muy chulos, hace tres paradas donde puedes nadar, hacer pádel, snorkel, luego también en formentor te dan de comer una paella muy sabrosa con bebida postres café y mas (sabiendo que es para muchas personas). Es una muy buena manera de conocer distintos sitios por la costa con un equipo que sabe lo que hace.

Dolphin tour at 6 am: Positive: we saw some dolphins and the amazing sunrise. Negative: a little crowded and a disappointing breakfast. What nature provided was spectacular🌅🐬what the boat’s staff provided could be improved. We paid 60 euros. *Parents, maybe some of your children are going to get dizzy 🥲

Nicht bekommen was gebucht war. Eine der angeblich abgelegenen Buchten war ein gut besuchter Strand. Es gab nicht mal eine Entschuldigung, stattdessen eine arrogante Antwort.

Robinson Piraten Tour: Die Crew und das Boot haben 3 Sterne verdient. Das Programm 0 Sterne. Von den 5 Stunden Tour haben wir gerade mal unter Stress 3 Badestopps gemacht. Bei dem der einte Stopp an einem überfüllten Strand war in platja de Formentor. Ausserdem wurde am Anfang noch was von einem Schatz erzählt bei dem am Schluss keine zeit übrig war. Eigentlich tut mir die Crew leid, welche unter ständigem stress steht. Alles ist auf maximum profit ausgerichted bei dem natürlich der Konsument zu kurz kommt. Ich würde diese Tour gerne weiterempfehlen aber so nicht.

Reservamos un catamarán para toda la familia, y ha sido una experiencia sencillamente maravillosa. El personal, muy atento y profesional. Para nosotros, mejor imposible...

They emailed late Sunday evening to say they have cancelled our trip on Monday and we would have to go on Tuesday. This was not possible as we had booked another trip. We informed them of this and asked for a refund. We are still waiting 3 weeks later. Very unprofessional company.

..NIE wieder (!) hatte gebucht , bezahlt sowie eine schriftliche Bestätigung erhalten UND 1 Tag vor dem Ausflug wurde mir abgesagt😡 Hatte extra für diesen Ausflug mit meiner Tochter einen Leihwagen gebucht den ich NICHT für andere Aktivitäten benötige.. Und da so kurzfristig Abgesagt wurde, konnte ich auch nicht mehr bei einem anderen Anbieter buchen, was vorher alles noch möglich gewesen wäre (!) Zudem muss ich es nun irgendwie meiner 9.jährigen Tochter erklären... DANKE für diese Erfahrung (!) FINGER WEG VON DIESER TOUR kann ich da nur sagen...

Nuestra excursión empezó con un poco de estrés ya que teníamos que embarcar a las 9:40 y por problemas con el tráfico, llegamos justos de tiempo. Nos esperaron lo suficiente para no perder la excursión. Ya en el catamarán la tripulación es muy maja. Cuidan de ti y hay un chico súper gracioso que toca la guitarra. Nos lo pasamos genial

SI TENEIS OCASIÓN CONTRATAR A CUALQUIER OTRA EMPRESA. Coincido con multitud de reseñas negativas, trato al cliente pésimo, actitud intransigente, llegar a las 10:05 habiendo llamado e informado del retraso por un problema técnico en el coche no esperan, no te dan ninguna solución, no te ayudan y te tratan con bastante desprecio, exigimos hoja de reclamaciones puesto que no esperaron y tampoco querían devolver el importe, tampoco tenían la hoja en el lugar y tuvimos que llamar a la policía. En resumen un servicio y un trato pésimo y la empleada de la caseta de servicio muy prepotente.

3 arrêts faits, repas du soir inclus. Équipage trop occupé à bavarder et fumer qu'à s'occuper de ses clients. Arrêt obligatoire d'1h au moins sans possibilité de remonter sur le bateau avant l'heure donné (temps de pause de l'équipage). Boissons payantes à bord, vous pourrez cependant profiter d'1 (ou 2) sangria lors du repas. Repas très bon mais très léger.

Great boat experience for all ages and swim strengths. Lovely tour of the coastline, with tops at great swim spots. Jumping from the top deck and a platform to get into the gorgeous, blue water. Lunch was really nice too. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. They had paddlebaords, noodles, masks, flippers all to use. Easy to book online. And even sorted transfers from hotel, very hassle free day. We loved it, will deffo book again! Very good value for money.

Excursion choisie grâce à notre hôtel. Bateau spacieux, avec possibilité de se poser sur le filet à l'avant. Prevoir un pull / une veste pour ne pas avoir froid car beaucoup de vent lorsque le bateau est en marche. 2 arrêt pour une baignade en mer. 1 arrêt à une plage. La formule indiquait "avec couché de soleil" mais nous n'avons pas assisté au "couché" de ce soleil... Inclus avec repas : poulet, salade de pâte (maïs, ananas), tranche de pain complet, morceau de fromage. Avec pastèque en dessert. Boissons payantes sur le bateau. Pendant le repas ils offrent eau, sangria ou fanta orange. Une photo est prise avant la montée et vendu 10€ au cours de la croisière. Nous avons eu l'occasion de voir plusieurs paysage.

Great experience. Was able to book us on with little notice due to our other arrangements being cancelled. Pickup from our hotel was on time, and was waiting for us when docking again, with the lady who transported us telling us trivia of the island when driving to the port. Catamaran was great, with a nice joyful atmosphere created by the crew. Would highly recommend this company and we will be using them again.

Boat company and staff cool, clientele weird. Good for kids and family. Not for adults so much. Let us hoist the sail though. Didn’t get turn on paddle board. I came primarily for the paddle board. Loved the acoustic 2010s hits. Especially acoustic rendition of Michael Jackson’s ‘Beat it.’

Distanciation impossible à respecter car trop nombreux sur le bateau. Paella dont le riz etait mal cuit. Horaires non respectés. Que du business

La experiencia no da para mucho, cierto es que la tripulación fue encantadora y cercana pero lo que es la visita en el Barco deja mucho que desear. La comida aceptable y abundante.

Recomiendo la excursion en catamaran al 100% Personal agradable y profesional, la comida a bordo super buena y la excursion de 10.

Equipe très sympa, bonne organisation, paella et boissons impec. Nous avons fait un arrêt sur la plage de Formentor, très joli, et 2 arrêts pour baignade en mer, je conseillerai que le second soit fait à un endroit plus intéressant pour l'eau turquoise et les poissons

Falta total de sensibilidad y empatía con el cliente. Nos dejaron en tierra a 3 familias, en total 12 personas, con una actitud intransigente y despota negando la posibilidad de espera de 5 minutos de uno de los 3 coches , argumentando que " cuando vas al aeropuerto el avión no espera"....POR FAVOR!!!! Actividad en todo momento propuesta con salida a las 10 de la mañana y la noche antes ,te desmarcas con e-mail anticipando que se espera la llegada de los visitantes a 9.30 siendo este el argumento de la dirección para no esperar 5 minutos, INACEPTABLE , IRRESPETUOSO e INSENSIBLE para una actividad lúdica que para alguno de los 6 niños era su primera actividad en barco y con un un desembolso realizado por encima de 500 euros. De VERGÜENZA !!!

Superbe après midi passé sur le bateau, Les conditions sanitaires parfaitement respectées. L’équipage est top du capitaine à la guide et au deux membres d’équipage. Navigation participative (levée de la voile et de l’ancre) Visite de 3 baies, avec possibilité de plonger. Le top est la plage de formentor avec c’est magnifique maison. La paella était délicieuse comme la sangria Juste une critique repas servi un peu tôt (18h30) mais le timing est serré pour rentrer . Merci pour la surprise sur le retour au port .

Vale mucho la pena. La tripulación es muy amable, paramos en dos calas y en la playa formentor y, nos prepararon paella que estaba espectacular!

Génial ! Nous avons passé un agréable moment à bord du Robinson. L'équipe est super accueillante et très bien organisée Le catamaran est très propre, bien rangé et avec beaucoup d'espace. Le tour est super agréable et les endroits proposés pour nager sont magnifiques. Le repas à bord du bateau a été bien ( ce n'était une paella comme proposé par l'agence du tourisme mais c'était très bon quand même) Merci à toute l'équipe pour ce super moment . On recommande à 100 %
