We loved our stay in Pollenca! The house was beautiful, spacious and very clean!

Perfect place. The view is amazing and the Airbnb was even better than the pictures! So cosy and provided essentials like soap, sugar, coffee etc. There was also an informative book on the area and the Airbnb.

Amazing stay. Great villa and matched/exceeded the description given for the villa

Stay away. We stayed with Sealand Villas in Colonia de Sant Jordi for 10 days in July. Upon arrival we noticed that A/C was not working, we let them know and they did nothing about it for the entire stay. We were told to stay at the property to wait for the technicians that were supposed to come in the morning (3 days after our initial complaint), they didn’t come until late afternoon and couldn’t solve it. They said someone else would come on Monday, but nobody came until Wednesday who also wasn’t able to fix it. We had to adapt our plans during our holiday to be around the house with no A/C, waiting for technicians to come that didn’t show up… when filed a complaint with Booking, they offered to give us back 19€ when we paid 2700€ for an apartment with A/C. I wish I had read some of the reviews here before booking, with this company if you have any inconvenience you are on your own. It’s outrageous that you have guests at one of your properties for 10 days and do not care at all to solve the issue or follow up. Awful service.

Buena casa con todo lo necesario, bien situada

I can only echo the negative reviews from our experience of Sealand Villas. Reviews are subjective, I don't write many. Staying at a villa is about expectations - which are also subjective. We didn't expect perfect - but for EU500-700 per night what they're selling doesnt match up. This is a review of Sealand Villas, not the villa itself (which I give 3* for reasons I explain below). Firstly on arrival some staff were using the villa and pool. A misunderstanding perhaps - but unusual. Most of the villa is as sold, especially core aspects like the pool and location. The washing facilities in the villa are badly dated and arent really functional. Bizarrely, and this is a specific Sealand Villas thing - despite midweek cleaning and bedding change being included unless you book the precise time 7 days in advance you don't actually get any cleaning. Never had this in decades of villa holidays. It makes no sense - it is buried next to an asterix in the small print of an email - but even that doesnt say if you dont book, you get no clean. Just clean the villa and change the bedding - that is how everyone else does it. The outdoor shower is broken (has been for ages). Loads of other small things I won't bother too list. Sealand Villas have some nice villas, but they're too cheap with how they service and maintain them.

Review: Serious Warning – Traumatizing Experience at Ca Na Xaneta with Sealand Villas In May 2025, I organized a week-long yoga retreat for a group of 10 people at Villa Ca Na Xaneta, booked through Sealand Villas. What should have been a peaceful and healing week turned into a traumatizing experience marked by health risks, negligence, and complete lack of responsibility. Infested villa – serious health and safety issues: Just a few hours after arrival, we found the villa severely infested with cockroaches. Soon after, bed bugs appeared in the bedrooms, causing painful bites, inflammation, and allergic reactions. Some participants had to seek medical attention. We documented the situation with photos and videos – the villa was clearly uninhabitable. Out of desperation, we slept outside on poolside loungers, because the indoor space was completely overrun with insects. The first night left us shocked and unsafe. No support, no accountability: Sealand Villas denied the problem, downplayed the severity, and never offered any form of help or refund. Their communication was manipulative and gaslighting. Even when the owner of the new accommodation, where we eventually relocated, tried to call them and offer assistance, they remained completely unresponsive and unwilling to cooperate. We had to find and pay for a new place entirely on our own, just to continue our retreat in humane conditions. Reported to local authorities: Due to the severe health hazard, I have formally contacted the local hygiene office and consumer protection authorities in Mallorca. This situation is not just unacceptable – it is dangerous. Conclusion: This experience caused immense stress, health issues, and financial damage. I strongly urge all travelers – especially those organizing retreats or group stays – to avoid booking with Sealand Villas. They take zero responsibility, and in case of an emergency, you’re completely alone. Rating: 1/5 – zero, if it were possible.

Wir haben eine sehr schöne Woche auf Zakynthos verbracht. Die Unterkunft war super und ist auch super gelegen.

Easy to book and communicate with. Sealand Villas sent information on check-in and access to the property in a timely manner and were very helpful in answering our queries. Apartment was in a fantastic location, on port de pollenca seafront, ideal for the beach across the road, it has stunning sea views and is only a short walk to shops, town centre and market. The back window also has a lovely mountain view. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed, comfortable beds, a walk in shower in the bathroom, plenty of kitchen utensils, pans and cookware, and the washing machine, dishwasher and WiFi were very useful. We also appreciated that plenty of fresh towels, tea towels, washing up cloths/sponges, dishwasher tablets, soaps, washing up liquid and laundry detergent were all provided. We had a wonderful stay. Highly recommend.

Muy contentas con el proceso de reserva. Nos atendieron muy amablemente al telefono resolviendo todas nuestras dudas y despues hicimos la reserva a traves de la web muy facilmente. Esperamos con impaciencia el dia de entrada al maravilloso alojamiento que hemos reservado. Ya haremos otra reseña con la experiencia cuando hayamos realizado nuesta estancia.

A lovely villa in central Puerto Pollensa. Small pool area with lots of seating round it. Clean, loads of towels, cutlery, dishes. Plenty living space. Definitely go back if visiting the area again.

Great company to deal with from start to finish. Brilliant villa which was immaculate. I would definitely use Sealand Villas again and go back to the same villa if needed

Do you want peace and tranquillity? Do you want to chill out and as an added bonus do you want outstanding views? Then Serelleta is the place for you. A charming property, scrupulously clean, provided with ample cutlery and crockery. Two good sized bedrooms and two bathrooms. The Lounge is very comfortable with dining available both inside and out. The pool is a good size and well maintained. Pollenca is just a short drive away , with plenty of choices for dining out. The beaches at Puerto Pollenca are clean and sea swimming is a must. If I could rate this property higher than 10/10 then I would.

Hatten ein Airbnb in Korfu gebucht. Sind im Großen und Ganzem zufrieden gewesen, insbesondere die Kommunikation mit dem Team möchte ich lobend erwähnen. Die Unterkunft an sich sollte etwas aufgebssert werden- nicht genug Geschirr vorhanden, defekte Fenster und Schimmel in einer Zimmerecke. Sofa und Schrank in Aufenthaltsraum kaputt, Klodeckel locker, Terrassenmöbel massive Gebrauchsspuren. Ist sicher alles schnell behoben und dann gibt's auch keine Gründe zur Beanstandung mehr. Die Verwalter vor Ort waren stets freundlich, Chatanfragen auf Airbnb wurden schnell und hilfreich beantwortet, alle waren sehr freundlich.

We stayed in Cala Clara Beach Apartment The location of the apartment was nice and the apartment was big We found in the apartment everything we needed The communication with the stuff was ok BUT The apartment was not cleaned properly, we found hair on the floor, the bathrooms were not cleaned properly, the mirrors were dirty The forks were not washed properly In the living was a weird smell, we couldn’t stay on the sofa In the big bedroom with two beds the smell was very musty and we couldn’t sleep in there The other bedroom with two beds was so small and it looked so weird We stayed there for 7 nights and nobody was there to clean the apartment Not worth the money

Really nice villa lots of space lovely pool and nice shaded areas

Great, if a bit scruffy, outside space and pool, gets sun all day, pool deep so not suitable for toddlers. The villa itself needs a total upgrade and modernisation, a lot of fittings weren't working. The main bathroom was scruffy with damaged laminate flooring not suitable for a bathroom and unhealthy. The villa was spacious, three bedrooms, two single and one double, with off road parking in an residential area close to the town centre. Plenty of utensils for cooking etc with a washing machine and dish washer. Could only get Spanish and German TV, pool table but ques were broken, table tennis table but no bats. Resident neighbours adjacent to the villa were quiet but they had an XL Bully dog that would lunge at people walking past. We had a good stay but not worth the price we paid

Villa war schön, sauber und so wie beschrieben. Bei Fragen kann man sich jederzeit telefonisch melden und erhält eine sofortige hilfreiche Antwort. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und können Sealand Villas nur empfehlen.

ALOJAMIENTO EN VILLA CAN VALERO Estuvimos casi un día entero sin agua, lo cual es inaceptable para un alojamiento así, y encima en verano. No podíamos hacer nada. El entorno de la vivienda, en general, estaba muy descuidado. La limpieza también era muy mala, suciedad en algunas zonas y telarañas por las esquinas de las habitaciones. En la zona del jacuzzi había tal cantidad de avispas que nos fue imposible utilizarlo durante el día. Lo avisamos a la agencia y no hicieron absolutamente nada por solucionarlo. La lavadora tampoco funcionaba. La verdad que es una vergüenza por el precio que hemos pagado, sin haber recibido ningún tipo de compensación por los inconvenientes. Llevamos 7 años veraneando en villas de estas características y nunca nos había pasado esto. Nada recomendable.

Sealand Villas were great. Our villa was already superb but our holiday was made all the better by having prompt and clear communication from Sealand Villas throughout. I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

Estuvimos en Can Bauza (Mallorca) con Sealand Villas..el trato con todas las personas con las que hable fue maravilloso. Todo fueron facilidades y siempre había alguien disponible al teléfono o por e-mail para lo que fuera. La casa a la que fuimos estaba perfectamente ubicada, al lado de la playa, supermercados y restaurantes. Las camas eran cómodas, todas las habitaciones tenían AACC y la piscina era perfecta para refrescarse. Además se podia aparcar en la misma puerta de la casa. En resumen: una empresa de total confianza y una casa perfecta para unas vacaciones con familia o amigos.

Charming villa, clean and very traditional in a beautiful setting, everything we required was provided. Lovely outside space and pool. Great area for choice of beaches and towns to visit all within a 5 to 20 mins drive. Great correspondence with Sealand Villas all questions answered quickly pre trip. Would definitely recommend the villa and the company to book through.

Wunderbares Urlaubsdomizil

Overall, I was happy with this appartment. The two bedrooms both have aircon so everyone could enjoy a good nights sleep. Although there was no aircon in the living room it did not get too hot with open windows . We found the appartment to be spacious, in good decorate order with comfortable beds and well equiped kitchen. The appartment is on the 2nd floor - 4 flights of stairs with no lift so not suitable for someone who cant climb stairs. This is not mentioned in the description. Location is perfect in a quite side street in a quiet area but very close to supermarket, pharmacy, bakey and cycle hire shops. Also a short 300m walk to the beach but you need to walk along the beach to swim to get away from underwater rocks. My suggestions for improvement woul be to have a dining table and shares on the balcony. Its a really nice space but not practical to have a meal at the coffee table. Also the armchairs in the living room are cheap basket weave an too hard to be comfortable on. Sealand Villas were excellent to deal with. Staff are friendly and promptly reply to emails. They work hard to ensure happy customers.

Villa très agréable , propre et confortable. Très bel extérieur. Équipe réactive si soucis. Il est nécessaire d'avoir une voiture car à l’écart de tout. Quelques petites rénovations seraient à faire mais rien de gênant (douche extérieur, pendoir à linge, verrou volet cuisine, électroménager)

Avoid booking with this company. If anything goes wrong (which if left in their hands probably will) they don't care and don't answer emails.

Ich kann von der Agentur "Sealand Villas" nur DRINGEND abraten!!! Meine Freunde und ich waren vom 30.05.2024 bis 06.06.2024 in der Villa Carla in Port de Pollença. Das Haus haben wir direkt über die Agentur gebucht. Bereits beim Betreten der Villa kam uns ein muffiger, unangenehmer Kellergeruch entgegen, den wir im Laufe der Tage durch Lüften und Raumspray verbessern konnten. Ganz weg ging er allerdings nie. Die Ursache hierfür ist schwarzer Schimmel in zwei Bädern und einer Klimaanlage sowie die Lage des Hauses direkt an einer Pferdekoppel. Diese Pferdekoppel direkt hinter dem Haus führte darüber hinaus dazu, dass übermäßig viele Fliegen und Käfer in unsere Zimmer flogen. An den Fenstern ist kein Fliegengitter angebracht, welches durch die genannte Lage aber unbedingt notwendig ist. Zudem ist die Einrichtung heruntergekommen. Ein Bad konnten wir nicht abschließen, weil die Verriegelung defekt war. Die Duschköpfe waren teilweise so verkalkt, dass sie teils gar nicht nutzbar waren. Eine der oberen Türen schließt nicht richtig, weil das Blech absteht. Das Geschirr und Besteck war bei unserer Ankunft modrig. Wir mussten dies erst durchspülen, damit wir es überhaupt nutzen konnten. Der Herd funktioniert nur teilweise. Nur der innere Ring wird heiß, was dazu führte, dass die Pfannen & Töpfe nicht gleichmäßig heiß wurden. Hinzu kommt, dass der Kühlschrank zu klein für zehn Personen ist. In der Küche müssten mindestens ein zweiter Kühlschrank stehen, damit alle Anwesenden ihr Essen kühlen können. Außerdem ist die Ausstattung der Küche unzureichend. Es gibt nur einen großen Topf. Wenn man für die ganze Gruppe von zehn Leuten kochen wollte, musste man mit kleinen Töpfen improvisieren. Außerdem mussten wir eine Schere kaufen - ein Objekt, was man in jeder Küche erwarten würde. Die Waschmaschine war bei unserer Ankunft schmutzig. Wir mussten die Dichtung zunächst einmal reinigen, bevor wir überhaupt waschen konnten. Wir haben all diese Mängel noch während der Reise der Agentur "Sealand Villas" gemeldet. Anstatt die Mängel proaktiv zu beheben oder uns eine alternative Unterkunft anzubieten, wurden wir mehrfach vertröstet oder gar ignoriert. Das einzige Entgegenkommen der Agentur bestand darin, dass am fünften von sieben Tagen unseres Aufenthalts eine Putzfrau vorbeigeschickt wurde. Hiernach waren zwar die Bäder säuberer, aber die teils gravierenden Mängel wurden nicht behoben. Ich habe aufgrund dieser nicht behobenen Mängel im Namen aller Mitreisenden nach der Abreise einen Teil des Reisepreises zurückgefordert. Auch diese E-Mail wurde von der Agentur einfach ignoriert. Fazit: Ich kann von der Agentur "Sealand Villas" nur DRINGENST abraten. Dank der genannten Mängel und der ausbleibenden Reaktion hatten wir einen Horrorurlaub...

Wir haben eine Finca auf Mallorca über Sealand Villas gebucht und den gesamten Betrag bereits angezahlt. Nach dem Erhalt der Buchungsbestätigung, haben wir ein paar Stunden später via WhattsApp eine Stornierung der Unterkunft erhalten. Es wurde uns eine Alternative angeboten, welche jedoch keine Option für uns war. Wir haben nun über ein seriöseres Portal gebucht.

Lugar para desconectar muy recomendable sobre todo el trato del servicio que fue excelente y con mucha cercanía a la vez que respetuoso. Las instalaciones son muy buenas, limpias, de calidad y confortables.

Willa, którą wynajeliśmy była świetnie wyposażona i po prostu piękna. Kuchnia na świeżym powietrzu, basen i wspaniała okolica - po prostu to, czego trzeba na wakacjach na Majorce. Zdecydowanie polecam. 👍

FORMALLY EASYVILLASMALLORCA Our apartment , Beach apartment Cirerer, Port de Pollenca was on first glance lovely. We would have expected less as our holiday was the most expensive family holiday we’d ever had . The first minor irritation was the given name wasn’t the correct name for the apartment so there was some confusion for our taxi driver finding it The apartment clearly hadn’t been checked over before our arrival and I note the same issues were happening in subsequent reviews . The toaster was broken , a few door handles ,the shower head slipped down and locks were broken - my daughter got locked in the bathroom and the fridge freezer packed in. Someone came quickly to rectify these issues but our bedroom door handle fell off again . We were assured the fridge freezer was fixed. It wasn’t . It took 5 days for a replacement and in the interim easyvillas lied saying they had sent someone round but we weren’t in. My daughter , whilst alone in the apartment ,found a workman in the kitchen unannounced . When the replacement fridge freezer came ( after my husband ringing the emergency line over the weekend) it was small and stank of an electrical fishy smell which permeated the kitchen and lounge area. The new fridge freezer was delivered day 7 of our holiday and the old fridge freezer removed day 11 of our holiday I sent a complaint via email . It was ignored so I asked for an hojas de reclamaciones. It came in pdf form which I couldn’t fill in. Over the next week easyvillas Mallorca put up every barrier blocking me from complaining . The asked I came to the office - the Port de Pollenca office was closed at the weekend .They refused to reply to my email complaint hiding behind this process then after increasingly rude and latterly aggressive responses stated ,’Proceed how you want, our assistance team will get back to you regarding this matter ‘ on 25th July. I’m still awaiting a response ! Date of experience: 07 July 2023

My housing, Villa Corb Mari Ii, was extremely dirty at check in. I attach photos to see how the housing was looking at the moment I enter the property. My and my 6 friends were extremely disappointed by the Sealand Villas support, as they told us the check-in is at 5 pm so we came at 5 pm, and the moment we saw how the house looks like, we tried to call them…surprise, they finish their work schedule at 5 pm. Starting with that moment we tried to discuss with airbnb support, with neighbor, just to find a phone number to directly contact the owner. 1 hour later, after many calls, we got in touch with the owner, they said they forget to clean. The owner informed us the cleaning team is coming in 20 minutes, but the cleaning lady came after 1 hour. She was nice, but imagine one lady cleaning a house of 4 rooms, 2 floors, it took 2 hours. I mention the garden was not cleaned as the lady told us she only does the inside, the outside is managed by other team, so the poop from the garden (see photo) remained there. In the end, after 3 hours of staying outside on the porch we went inside and checked in. Overall, the support and communication with owner was extremely slow and difficult. It was a shame, as the house actually was modern and beautiful, but the dirt ruined the experience.

Unglaublich schlecht. Wir haben bei Sealand Villas/Grupo MC ein Haus gemietet, das in unterirdischem Zustand war. Außenbeleuchtung defekt, kein warmes Wasser, Schimmel in einem der Schlafzimmer (Kommentar an uns als Gäste "not really serious"), dreckiges Geschirr dazu Baulärm durch Abrissarbeiten vom 500m entfernten Golfclub und keinerlei Information dazu, dass direkt um das Haus herum die Felder bewirtschaftet werden und Leute durch die Hecke gucken/grüßen und man abends im Dünger-Geruch auf der Terrasse sitzt ist etwas anderes. An 4 von 7 Tagen hatten wir den Hausmeister und/oder Elektriker im Haus und die Agentur weist alles komplett von sich, nicht mal eine Entschuldigung geschweige denn Angebot über eine nachträgliche Teilerstattung für diese Minusleistung. Wir prüfen rechtliche Schritte.

Our villa, Es Povet in Alcudia, was robbed by a man in a balaclava. Sealand Villas did not repair the door that had been broken with a crowbar and expected us to stay at the villa despite having two young children. We were forced to move into a hotel costing thousands of pounds extra. When we spoke to the owners/managers, they said we had not deadlocked the door. This was not true as we thought the door in question was a window and had never been through it. We had also set the burglar alarm. In our time of maximum need - late night, broken door, terrified children and laptops and other things stolen, sealand villas refused to help us at all. The door has still not been repaired three days later and we imagine another family will move in tomorrow.

Unas villas magníficas.

We stayed at Villa Padilla (Padeeya) between 27th Sept and 10th October. The villa sits just a short distance (drive) from Old Alcudia, a small walled town with lovely little lanes with overhanging balconies and a selection of excellent restaurants and shops. There is a weekly market and the town has a generally lively but traditional feel. The villa sits along approx 2 km of a narrow lane with a number of tight bends. You are greeted by an impressive electric gate and a long driveway up to the house. The house itself is large and spacious, clean and well equipped. The pool is large and refreshing and there are plenty of sunbeds, seats and areas to sit in the shade. From the pool and the first floor terrace there is a view which extends to the Bay of Pollensa and beyond...there is a real sense of peace and tranquility which makes living at Padilla very relaxing. We enjoyed being able to easily get to Puerto Pollensa, Alcudia, Bahia Alcudia, Pollensa and discovering the delightful areas of Bonnaire, MalPas and Alcanada which we loved. The situation of the villa did cause us a problem one evening when we returned home to find the gate wouldn't open. My husband had to climb over the wall and run up to the house to get the emergency telephone number for Sealand Villas in Puerto Pollensa. The young lady we spoke to was very helpful and had the owner with us within 15 mins. My advice would be to add the emergency number to your mobile contacts when you arrive. There was no way I could ever have made it over the wall. All in all we had a great stay. Staff at Sealand are always very helpful and I would happily recommend both Sealand Villas and Villa Padilla.
