Ein besonderer Wohlfühlort für uns. Tolle Lage, das Meer auf „Augenhöhe“, gute Ausstattung und der Ort selbst wunderbar ruhig (wir waren Ende Oktober da). Sehr gute Organisation sowohl fürs Ankommen als auch Abfahrt. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

We had a wonderful stay! The house is perfectly located, close to the beach and local shops. The garden is very pleasant and great for both adults and children, and the indoor spaces are comfortable and welcoming. It’s a lively, family-style home — so don’t expect the feel of a luxury hotel, but rather a warm and authentic atmosphere. Home360 made the rental process very easy and straightforward. We’re absolutely delighted with our stay!

Villa Channel Bajoca... what an amazing place have visited there twice (in the same year!).. Large property with everything you need for a family and guests both inside and out. Can't wait to visit again

Helpful company with great properties and easy to communicate with.

The location is exceptional – less than five minutes from the beach, 100 meters from a public transport stop, and with a view of the lake. The house itself is perfect for a larger group with kids – the bedrooms are spacious, each with its own bathroom, the common areas are well laid out, the kitchen is large, and the yard is fantastic – a dining terrace, a barbecue, and a well-kept lawn. The house stays pleasantly cool – we were there in September and didn’t need to use the air conditioning (though there is one). Parking on the street is easy. The hosts are very kind, helpful, and quick to respond whenever you have a question. I definitely recommend this place and would be happy to come back!

We loved our stay at the Fisherman’s house! It was in the perfect location to hear the sea from your bed and to walk to the beach. As we dined on the terrace the owner of the restaurant next door (and the house) brought over a bottle of wine for us which was very unexpected. Would really recommend staying here!

Our Cycling group had an amazing stay at the villa. It’s a great location with easy access to the bus stop, restaurants and Pollença Village. The house was clean and very well appointed, and we really loved the pool area with the barbecue.

The house was absolutely perfect for our stay. Incredibly central with easy access to everything you need within a short walk and yet it was both quiet and peaceful . Set In a beautiful location in the heart of the old town the house was spotlessly clean and had lots of room and facilities and also the additional advantage of a large garage with lots of space for a car and bikes! We would definitely recommend it and book it again One additional point to note was the quick response time for a small issue we had with the house which was dealt with both incredibly quickly and efficiently

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit toller Dachterrasse. Direkt an der Bucht. Bequeme Betten und gute Ausstattung. Die Kommunikation war unkompliziert, fehlende Gläser und kaputte Kaffeemaschine wurden umgehend ersetzt. Wir hatten einen sehr erholsamen Aufenthalt. Vielen Dank.

La única pega que encontramos era que habían muchos mosquitos dentro del apartamento. A pesar de mantener puertas y ventanas cerradas y echar matamosquitos habían muchísimos. Recomendaría poner mosquiteras y algún matamosquitos eléctrico. Por lo demás gracias.

Excellent big clean comfortable apartment with well organized kitchen, washing and dry machines, air conditioning, all necessary equipment and balcony with good view. We had everything we needed and even more.

Sehr schönes Haus in perfekter Lage. Fantastische Aussicht vom Schlafzimmer. Pool sehr sauber und angenehm. Der Ort ist perfekt für Alle, die Ruhe suchen. Gute Restaurants. Das gesamte Haus war sehr sauber, leider führt die Lage in erster Reihe am Meer zu sehr starker Korrosion an Gebäude und Inventar. Türen, Fenster und selbst Edelstahl-Kühlschrank und Besteck setzen Rost an und sehen unschön aus. Schlüssrannahme und Übernahme des Hauses sowie Kontakt zur Vermietagentur sehr unproblematisch. Schnelle Antworten, aber keine echte Hilfe. Service könnte bei dem sehr hohen Preis besser sein. Es war ungewöhnlich für Häuser dieser Preisklasse, dass bei Ankunft nicht mal eine Flasche Wasser oder ähnliches im Kühlschrank war. Auch Toilettenpapier muss selbst besorgt werden.

Excelente estadía, pasamos muy lindos días. Todo super completo y a metros de la playa

Olía todo el piso a humedad, solo había aire acondicionado en el salón y por lo tanto hacía mucha calor en la habitación. El sofá, si se puede llamar sofá parece que está hecho con cartón y las camas también incómodas. El baño es grande y está bastante cerca de la playa al menos.

Wir hatten einen wundervollen, ungestörten Aufenthalt im Nordosten Mallorcas, ca. 25 Minuten vom Meer entfernt, in dieser traumhaften, privaten Finca. Ungestörter Weitblick auf die Berge mit herrlichen Sonnenuntergängen, großer Salzwasserpool (der regelmäßig gepflegt wird) schöne Terrasse, tolle Außenküche mit Grill, Gasherd, Kühlschrank. Es gibt 3 Bäder, 1 Gäste-WC und sogar ein Außen-WC, perfekt für nasse Gäste. Die gesamte Finca ist sauber, geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichet, es gibt Bücher und Gesellschaftsspiele und für den Pool und Strand Spielzeug. Die Aussicht aus dem Panoramazimmer im OG ist einfach wundervoll. Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit wirklich ALLEM, was man benötigen könnte (einzig ein Messerschärfer könnte ab und an helfen :-)), Riesen-Kühl-/Gefrierschrank. Die Besitzer waren sehr sympathisch, haben sich sofort bestens um jedes kleine Problem gekümmert und waren innerhalb kürzester Zeit vor Ort. Bei unserer Ankunft erwarteten uns Sekt, Wein und Bier im Kühlschrank und etwas Süßes in der Küche, was wir als ein sehr nettes Willkommen empfanden, außerdem einige Geschirrspül- und Waschmaschinentabs. Der Mitarbeiter der Agentur war sehr zuverlässig, jederzeit schnell erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns hier herrlich erholt und würden unseren Urlaub wieder hier verbringen. Vielen Dank an die Agentur und die Besitzer für die tolle Betreuung!

Great experience with the company and quality of the home. They were always very prompt replying to messages and very smooth check in and check out process. Highly recommend.

We stayed at the Llenaire apartment and were very disappointed with the quality of the accommodation given the rate we paid for that week. We are regular visitors to Port de Pollenca and stay within the self catering sector and this was the most disappointing let we have come across. The location is ideal and cannot be faulted with a good view from the balcony. Despite this the apartment was dated, broken furniture (wooden boards put under sofa cushions), faulty small kitchen items which had not been properly cleaned or serviced. The bathroom was dirty with dust and hair around the base of units and in the vanity drawer. The apartment had one AC unit in the living room, small fans in the bedrooms which made sleeping very uncomfortable. The aspect of the flat meant that during the day the flat was boiling and no screening on the balcony so too uncomfortable for sitting out. Simple things like iron and ironing board were dated and broken. Towels were limited and too small. We were supplied with one toilet roll for the bathroom, I have since seen comments on this in past reviews from visitors and the fact this remains an issue speaks volumes. This is a property which has so much potential but no investment or thought put into the visiting tourist’s needs or comfort. We returned the apartment cleaner than it was given to us and with enough toilet roll to service another party’s stay. Will not be staying here or recommending it to friends, certainly not for the price we paid!

Great place in Pollensa - central location, well fitted out with a big garage

Hemos pasado una semana maravillosa en Helen,s house. La vivienda es fantástica: amplia, cómoda y muy luminosa. Está decorada con mucho gusto y en ella se respira todo el encanto de las casas mallorquinas. Además, está muy bien aprovisionada, no le falta ni un detalle. La piscina privada es pequeñita, pero suficiente para relajarse y aliviar el calor a cualquier hora del día. Porreres es un pueblo tranquilo, con algunos bares, restaurantes y comercios. Su ubicación, en el sureste de la isla, permite acceder a cualquiera de las calas y los lugares turísticos de interés en tiempo razonable. Sin duda, un sitio al que volver.

Die Unterkunft liegt sehr zentral und verfügt sogar über eine Garage. Im oft vollparkierten Pollensa eine Besonderheit. Die Unterkunft ist modern und zur Begrüssung haben wir sogar eine Flasche Wein erhalten. Die wurde dann auf der schönen Dachterasse genossen. Danke!

Reservamos una casa el 8 de febrero de 2025, tras confirmar la disponibilidad por teléfono, y todo parecía estar en orden. La reserva se realizó por un total de 281 euros. Sin embargo, cinco semanas después, el 14 de marzo de 2025, nos cancelaron la reserva debido a una "solapación de reservas". Para nuestra sorpresa, en la segunda semana ya no estaba disponible. A pesar de esta situación, nos ofrecieron un descuento de 600 euros en la primera semana, pero para la segunda semana nos enviaron una lista de casas que no gestionaban directamente. Esto implicaba que debíamos contactar y negociar directamente con los propietarios, lo que resultaba complicado. Ninguna de las opciones era adecuada para una estancia de una semana, y, en resumen, nos quedamos sin solución. Nos vimos en la situación de tener los billetes del ferri ya comprados, pero sin lugar donde alojarnos, con la mayoría de las casas ya reservadas a tres meses de nuestra llegada. A pesar de que la reserva fue devuelta, no asumieron ninguna responsabilidad por los inconvenientes causados. Además, el trato fue distante y poco empático. En todo momento, Josep respondió con un tono altivo y desinteresado, sin ofrecer una explicación clara ni personal. Definitivamente, no recomendaría esta empresa, ya que nuestra experiencia fue completamente insatisfactoria y no recibimos el nivel de atención y solución que esperábamos.

Really lovely place, also for our small children. Everything was clean, the close aera around is safe and the contact via WhatsApp has very quick response to all upcoming questions.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment is located right on the beach in Cala San Vincenc – an absolutely sensational location that’s hard to beat. The place is spacious, well-equipped, and offers everything you need for a relaxing holiday. The view and proximity to the sea are truly exceptional. Highly recommended!

Wir haben zu 5. eine Villa bei Home Villas 360 im Norden von Mallorca gebucht. Die Villa war sehr schön, es gab leider auch ein paar Mängel, wie z.B. ein undichter Tank von einer Toilette oder einer auslaufenden Klimaanlage, bei der der Abfluss vom Kondenswasser verstopft war, die aber sogar am gleichen Tag noch und sogar an einem Sonntag direkt repariert wurden. Also Kundenservice Top. Der Stern Abzug ist wegen den Brausen, die komplett zu waren und nur, egal in welcher Einstellung, ein sehr harter Strahl herausgekommen ist, der beim duschen schon etwas weh tat. Des Weiteren war das Internet in dem Haus eine halbe Katastrophe, da das Internet recht langsam war und sehr oft zusammengebrochen ist und man auch mit dem Mobilfunk kein ordentliches Netz hat um einen HotSpot aufzumachen. Das war dadurch sehr schwierig die Onlineschule zu besuchen. Im großen und ganzen hat eigentlich alles gepasst, gerne buchen wir wieder bei Home Villas 360.

Ons verblijf in dit appartement in Alcudia is zeer goed bevallen. Schoon, netjes, en alles in de buur, restaurants en winkels. Strand op 1 min lopen.

Beautiful apartment, very well equipped. Lovely facing the sea overlooking the very quiet coast road. It was a pity that the balconies was faced East as that meant we didn't get the evening sun. However the sunrise was some compensation. It would also have been nice to have had fresh towels and bed linen every few days. Overall however the apartment was great.

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in der Finca sehr genossen. Der Pool und der Außenbereich ist ein Traum, sehr gepflegt. Wir haben dort viel Zeit verbracht. Die Lage ist auch sehr gut allerdings ist ein Mietwagen zu empfehlen. Das Interieur ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte mal eine Auffrischung brauchen. Die Küche ist wunderbar ausgestattet. Ich kann die Finca auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen, und wir kommen auch gern wieder.

Como ya comenté en la estancia anterior, Helen's House en Porreras cumple y supera mis expectativas e incluso hay alguna modificación que la hacen más acogedora. Insuperable.

I had a very pleasant stay overall. There was an issue with the lock on the first night, so I had to stay elsewhere, but the guesthouse handled it quickly and refunded me for that night. The apartment is spacious, clean, and quiet, with a great location…next to a big supermarket, a great coffee shop, and close to the city center. Easy to reach by bus from the airport. During the day, there was some construction going on in front of the living room, but it didn’t bother me much since I was out most of the time. The kitchen could use an update (especially pots and pans), but everything else was just fine. Communication with the host was fast and very helpful.

Basic accomodation for not too demanding visitors. Its clean, in a good location, basic kitchenette, spacious for couple. Downside is parking off street and leaking shower also don't expect gorgeous views

Una casa preciosa , muy tranquila la calle pero estupendamente situada

Klingt hier alles gut, leider haben wir sehr schlechte Erfahrungen gemacht und können nur davor warnen das Appartement Llenaire in Port de Pollenca zu mieten. Absolut kein angemessener Standard. Unterirdisch dreckig und in die Jahre gekommen, Haare und andere „Körner“ im angeblich sauberen Bett, eine Kaffeemaschine die man vor Dreck nicht benutzen konnte und noch viel mehr. Wir konnten dort nicht schlafen und haben versucht uns zu einigen , leider null Einsicht und nun muss ein Anwalt oder der Rechtsschutz klären. Sehr schade und irgendwie dreist, weil uns angeboten wurde, dass Geld erstattet wird, aber da hat dann der Chef wohl plötzlich gemeckert. Ziemlich erbärmlich. Schön auch, dass man hier ohne einen Stern nicht posten kann, der ist es aber nicht wert.

Schönes und gemütliches Stadthaus, gut eingerichtet mit allem, was man braucht-für die kältere Jahreszeit gibt es sogar einen Holzofen. Wir haben uns wohlgefühlt und können die Unterkunft gerne weiter empfehlen.

We stayed at Townhouse Calvari for two weeks in October. The house was exactly as described and had everything we needed. The location close to the centre of Pollenca was excellent for eating out, shopping and enjoying an evening walk. We visited Mallorca to cycle and the garage, along with cycle storage equipment, was an bonus addition to our stay. Any help we needed from the HomeVillas 360 staff was polite and prompt. We would recommend staying at Townhouse Calvari or booking a holiday with HomeVillas 360. Thank you for making our holiday relaxing and enjoyable

We have stayed in many apartments around europe and found the property at Llenaire, port de pellenca had a superior inventory that allowed you to enjoy a painless stay. It’s location 150m away from the perfectly maintained golden sandy beach was more than pleasing and convenient for your holiday!

Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Ruhige Lage mit Blick auf das Meer.

Wir hatten als vierköpfige Familie das town house in Colonia de sant Pere gemietet. Die Lage und das Haus sind einfach super. Allerdings sollten die Matratzen der Betten mal erneuert werden, da sie schon etwas durchgelegen sind. Und leider war die Spülmaschine nicht wirklich gepflegt und das Geschirr wurde nicht sauber. Wir haben dann lieber per Hand gespült. Ansonsten sehr zu empfehlen.

Alles genau so wie beschrieben. Auch der Kontakt zu Home Villas 360 war top. Gern wieder.

Great villa (even better than on the pics) only 5 mins walk to Alcudia oldtown .. Host is also very nice. We got two bottles of great wine which I found really nice! One remark only: the beds are not that comfortable.

Wir sind eine vierköpfige Familie und haben eine Doppelhaushälfte in Son Serra de Marina (Apartment Jedy Balear) gebucht. Die Unterkunft entspricht den Bildern, die man auch im Internet und auf diversen Buchungsplattformen findet. Das Highlight war der wunderschöne Ausblick und die stilvolle Inneneinrichtung. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber - bis auf den anfänglich verstopften Abfluss in der Dusche, welcher allerdings zeitnah gereinigt und mit zwei Flaschen Wein entschädigt wurde. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Es waren sogar Spülmaschinentabs vorhanden. Die Kleiderschränke könnten etwas größer sein, aber das ist meckern auf hohem Niveau. Alles in allem hatten wir einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und würden auch jederzeit wieder kommen.

Excellent stay. WHAT A VIEW! Excellent communication and easy access. This apartment is beautiful and right across the street from the beach. Well presented lovely balcony. All the amenities you need are in close reach. We had a lovely family holiday and will be coming back.

Fantastic stay at Townhouse Lleó - great location on a quiet street, an easy walk into town, lovely spacious house and great communication from the host

Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Von der Unterkunft aus waren sehr schöne Orte und Strände leicht mit dem Auto erreichbar. Zu Fuß eher schwierig und langwierig. In der niegelnagelneuen Küche gingen leider nur 2 Herdplatten. Der Abfluss der Duschen war verstopft dies wurde aber schnell und freundlich behoben. Die Unterkunft sah insgesamt luxuriöser und neuer auf den Fotos aus als sie tatsächlich war und die Schlafzimmermöbel wirkten etwas zusammengewürfelt. Dennoch war sie sehr gemütlich. Der beschriebene Panoramablick auf die Berge wäre allenfalls von der Dachterrasse aus sichtbar. Der Weg dort hinauf war allerdings versperrt. Ansonsten gibt es eine Sicht auf den Pool, den Garten und einen Mini kleinen Blickwinkel auf ein bisschen Berg. Der Kundendienst ist wahnsinnig schnell und freundlich. Trotz der genannten Mäkel würde ich die Unterkunft mit den Informationen weiterempfehlen. Die Agentur ebenso.

Buena experiencia y bonita casa

Lugar muy bien situado frente al calvario, con unas vistas espectaculares. Agradable, cómodo y con garaje, que se agradece mucho en Pollensa. Muy recomendable.

Home villas 360 were incredibly helpful in booking and during our stay in puerto pollensa, Mallorca. The apartment was spacious, well located and well maintained and communication with home villas 360 was simple both before and during our stay. Would highly recommend.

Con Home Villa es muy fácil hacer la reserva y te explican todo muy bien para que la llegada sea fácil y autónoma. Pero a nosotros nos pasó que nos cancelaron el vuelo por tormentas, les avisamos por si podían hablar con los propietarios del alojamiento para llegar a un acuerdo económico, y más tarde nos enteramos que no les habían dicho nada. Su respuesta fue que no nos podían dar su contacto ni devolvernos el dinero del alojamiento. Al día siguiente nos pusieron un vuelo para ir y a partir de ahí todo estuvo muy bien.

We stayed in a townhouse in pollenca for a week. It was a great stay, the accommodation looked exactly like in the pictures. We can only recommend it and will book again.

Fantastic house in a fantastic location. Blue fisherman’s house 2 in Cala sant Vicenç is PERFECT. Miguel at restaurant Cala barques was fab- I believe he is part of the family who own the restaurant and the properties. Five generations of the same family, diversifying from when Cala sant Vicenç was a humble fishing village, to creating the fabulous environment and friendly vibes that are there today, is truly remarkable. Not cheap to stay, but worth every penny to be away from the crowds. Totally recommend.

Villa Lloquet is absolutely gorgeous, perfect for a family holiday. Excellent outdoor space with pool, seating/dining area, bbq, fridge, bathroom and additional lounge by the lemon trees. Half hour walk into Pollença and 2 minute drive to Lidl. Good communication and easy check in.

Wir hatten als Familie eine Woche lang eine Doppelhaushälfte in Son Serra de Marina gebucht. Die Kommunikation mit der Agentur im Vorfeld per E-Mail und ab etwa einer Woche vor Anreise per WhatsApp war einwandfrei. Die Wohnung war sauber, und es gab einen kleinen Willkommensgruß mit einer Flasche Wein und Schwamm, Küchentüchern und Spültabs. Die Wohnung war landestypisch einfach und wie auf den beworbenen Bildern. Lediglich die Menge an Handtüchern, ein Duschtuch und ein Handtuch pro Person, ist ein bisschen wenig. Auch waren einige Handtücher schon arg rau, und es gab keinen Trockner. Das Stockbett im Kinderzimmer war ein wenig wackelig. Daher gibt es einen Punktabzug. Positiv zu bemerken ist die kraftvolle Klimaanlage, die in allen Schlafzimmern und auch im Wohnbereich bei fast 40 Grad Außentemperatur einwandfrei funktioniert hat. Alles in allem war die Lage einmalig, und wir würden wiederkommen. Ich kann die Agentur wärmstens empfehlen.

Very well managed property in Alcanada. Location was great (car recommended), with great sea views and places to go for a swim with 2 minutes walk from the villa. 6 people comfortably stayed at the villa. I highly recommend staying in properties managed by them and we are already looking to book the same villa for next year.

We really enjoyed our stay. So close to the Pollença. Only suggestion is to upgrade the pool loungers as they were no very comfortable.

Great villa, superb location and lovely pool. Very tidy on arrival, enough towels etc. only thing to add is some additional kitchen bits and bobs but all essential requirements were there. We rented a one bedroom apartment at Puerto de Polenca which had all the amenities we could wish for, but the main feature was the lovely balcony with a fabulous view of the beach, the company made access easy for us, parking was good and we had everything in the apartment we could need. We hope to return.

Reservamos con ellos a traves de booking, pesima atencion y pesimas condiciones. Alojamiento lleno de cucarachas y sucio. El responsable nos dijo que nos dejaria un espray en la puerta, cuando todo estaba lleno de cucarachas. Tuvimos que buscar otro alojamiento, una verguenza y pesima atencion. Adjunto foto. Wir haben über Casamundo (HomeVillas360) eine Unterkunft gebucht. Bis zum Tag der Anreise haben wir keine Informationen zur Schlüsselübergabe erhalten und mussten dies erfragen, was uns daraufhin unter dem Namen der Unterkunft bestätigt wurde. Am Anreisetag gegen 21 Uhr sind wir angekommen, jedoch haben wir mit Erschrecken feststellen müssen, dass unsere gebuchte und bezahlte Unterkunft bereits von anderen Gästen bewohnt war. Mühselige Kontaktaufnahme mit HomeVillas360, hat man uns dann mitgeteilt, dass wir angeblich ein anderes Apartment gebucht haben (was aber nicht den Fotos und nicht der Buchungsbestätigung entspricht). Dieses Apartment war für uns frei und wir haben unseren gesamten Aufenthalt dort verbringen müssen, weil es eine offensichtliche Fehlbuchung gab. Über mehrere Tage haben wir mit HomeVillas via E-Mail und Whatsapp über eine Entschädigung diskutieren müssen. Man hat uns sogar als Lügner dargestellt, obwohl der Fehler offensichtlich und per E-Mail und Whatsapp Nachweise bei HomeVillas liegt. Man hat uns von einem menschlichen Fehler berichtet. Jedoch vermuten wir stark, dass man hier bewusst eine Doppelbuchung verursacht und Geld kassiert hat, da das Apartment, in dem wir untergekommen sind, öffentlich nicht buchbar gewesen ist. Das impliziert also für uns, dass hier bewusst getäuscht worden ist. Angeblich hat man uns im Vorfeld informiert und wir hätten nie reagiert, aber Beweise für eine solche Benachrichtigung gibt es seitens HomeVillas nicht. Keine Empfehlung.

Very nice and clean accommodation with good facilities

We spent 9 days at Villa Lloquet with 2 children. The check-in process was very straightforward and communication from HomeVillas 360 was great.The accommodation was spacious and clean and was well equipped with everything we needed during our stay in Pollença. The most amazing part was the outside space. The villa boasts a beautifully maintained garden and pool area, with an outside cooking/BBQ area and living space. The pool is of a good size and kept our children entertained for hours at a time. The ping-pong table and basketball hoop were also a big hit with the kids. The villa is ideally situated near 2 supermarkets and a short drive from the beautiful town of Pollença. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Villa Lloquet and would gladly return.

The apartment was very clean and spacious. It had everything we needed. The staff was super helpful and readily answered our questions. The apartment was very close to the beach, restaurants, bars, cafes and a big parking lot. Everything was excellent and we warmly recommend it!

The accommodation was fantastic with an amazing sea view, perfect for both sunrise and sunset. Just a 2-minute walk away is the great restaurant Blue Tamarind. A 5-minute walk brings you to a long, beautiful beach with few people. We will definitely go there again.

Enorm tevreden van ons verblijf in Cala Sant Vicenç en van Home Villas 360. Ten gevolge van een dubbele booking hebben wij een accomodatie-upgrade gekregen zonder extra kosten én inclusief een groter terras met uitzicht op zee. Dit was echt een meerwaarde en was buiten onze verwachtingen. Het huisje was goed geëquipeerd, inclusief voor ieder van ons een badhanddoek en een strandlaken. Ook de communicatie via Whatsapp verliep heel vlot. Ik kan Home Villas 360 alleen maar aanraden! Een huisje om in ons hart te bewaren. 🧡🐚🌞

Amazing villa, great location, spotless clean. Enough of towels, everything that is needed was provided. We stayed for one week with 2 small children near Pollenca, I can't think of a better place to stay. My basic wish to improve would probably be some more essentials to be there for when you arrive. We arrived at 1am at night and next day had nothing for breakfast, so it would be helpful to have some tea, coffee, maybe biscuits just to start with. But it's not a big deal, anyway our stay was great and we would definitely come back.

We have booked the accommodation Townhouse bonany in Vilafranca. The communication with the staff before arrival was quick, uncomplicated and friendly. The easiest way for us to communicate was via Whatsapp. We were helped quickly. The check-in worked via a key box, which worked well. The accommodation is a dream and corresponds exactly to the pictures provided. It is super well equipped with everything you need in a vacation rental and much more. We were surprised with fresh flowers and a bottle of wine in the kitchen. There are two bathrooms with showers, a children's room, a roof terrace and a pool. The accommodation is modernly furnished and was very clean. Attention to detail was paid to the furnishings. We would love to come back and wish the team all the best!

Eine wunderschöne Unterkunft direkt an einer kleinen Bucht. Alles sauber und ordentlich. Wir kommen sicher wieder.

Das Haus ist ideal für eine Gruppe bis zu 8 Personen. Wir haben uns sehr wohl dort gefühlt. Der Ausblick auf das Meer ist wunderschön. Nur die Stromkabel stören ein wenig die Aussicht. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht. Vom Kaffeelöffel bis zur nudelzange. Auch bekommt man schnell eine Antwort, wenn man mal eine Frage hat per WhatsApp. Der Pool ist auch groß genug und wird einmal die Woche gereinigt. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und auch wie das Wohnzimmer groß. Auch kann man den Grill benutzen. Nur der Gasflascheverschluß ist ein wenig anders als bei uns. Da muss man erstmal ein wenig tüfteln. Aber alles machbar. Wie gesagt ein tolles Haus. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dorthin kommen. Ralf Reimann

Nous avons passé un très beau séjour dans cette maison magnifique. Elle est spatieuse, très bien décorée et proche de commerces. La piscine éclairée la nuit donne une très belle atmosphère à la terrasse.

Fantastic townhouse in a gorgeous town.

The location is spectacular right at the sea, fantastic view, beautiful surroundings. There is a very nice beach at walking distance and there are lots of nice hiking trails in the area. No big hotels. A good restaurant is right next to the house. The house is modern, exactly like in the pictures! We spent spectacular Xmas vacations with the family at Tamarells! The communication with the owner and the person in charge was super friendly, attentive and very responsive. We got a nice bottle of Wine as welcome gift. Everything perfect! We would definitively come back!

Villa Can Paxaco Alcudia 07400 Boasting truly stunning vistas of the mountainous countryside near Pollenca and Alcudia, Can Paxaco is a very homely, well appointed villa that we were very pleased with. The pool and jacuzzi (very spectacularly lit in the late evening) provide welcome relief from the hot summer days and balmy nights. The gardens are expansive and help create a sense of tranquility and the sunsets are incredibly memorable. The owners are incredibly thoughtful: case in point, they asked for our UK contact details so they could return some personal effects we'd left behind. We would love to stay at Can Paxaco again and may well do so. We stayed between 5th and 12th August 2023.

Nos quedamos en un apartamento muy acogedor, te esperan con vino de bienvenida y detalles que hacen la diferencia. Todo el tiempo que nos quedamos estuvieron atentos a nuestras necesidades. We have just enjoyed a 5 night stay with home villas 360, staying in a ground floor apartment one street back from the beach in port de pollenca. The apartment was big, immaculately clean, with a shared (unheated) pool which, it being near the end of the season, we had to ourselves! The area surrounding the apartment was quiet & residential, with a small super market and several bars & restaurants in easy walking distance. If you were planning to cook, the place would benefit from a bit more crockery, but other than that, the kitchen was really well appointed. Overall it was perfect for our family of 4 & we're keen to re-book!

We’ve used Home villas 360 a couple times now and they are brilliant. They offer a great personalised friendly service and the properties are excellent. Pollensa is a beautiful place to stay and they have a range of properties there to offer to suit everyone! Can’t wait to come back again.

Sehr schönes Appartement direkt am Wasser mit Terrasse zum Wasser hin. Sehr gut ausgerüstete Küche und auch sonst. Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoss ( kühl ). Sehr gut für Familie mit 2 Kindern ( Doppelbett und etagenbett ). Zu Fuß viele Restaurants und Strand erreichbar. Internet Glasfaser. Ruhig gelegen. Was noch zu 5 Sternen aus unserer Sicht fehlt: ein wenig mehr Gemütliche Einrichtungen ( nicht nur funktionell ) und Sat TV ( nur lokales TV über Antenne bzw Netflix, Amazon Prime etc wenn man selber einen Account hat. ) Aber das ist „meckern auf hohem Niveau „. Insgesamt waren wir zu zweit etwas mehr als eine Woche da und sehr zufrieden. Die Betreuung über HomeVilla via whats App auch ohne Probleme ( allerdings in englisch )

Rented an apartment with Home Villas 360 in Alcudia. (Apartments Playa). Great location, very practical as its near the beach and plenty of shops cafes and restaurants nearby. Place was clean and the apartment had everything that you need. Easy instructions to do the check-in and was easy to reach out to them when I had a question regarding the apartment.

Wir haben eine schöne Finca über Homevillas gebucht und waren sehr begeistert. Die Unterkunft war vor Ort noch schöner, als auf den Bildern. Der Kontakt zu Homevillas war immer freundlich und auf Rückfragen wurde rasch geantwortet. Außerdem konnten wir unseren Aufenthalt kurzfristig ohne weiteres verlängern. Gern wieder.

Villa can segui exceeded our expectations. The villa is stunning, and loads of space for everyone. The bbq area was a great bonus area. Peacocks roamed the gardens and views lovely. Pollenca old town was gorgeous as was the whole area.

We had a wonderful holiday at the beautiful apartment in Cala Molins. It has a lovely pool, which we had to ourselves for most of our stay, and is just across the carpark from the beach. The apartment was spotlessly clean, and very comfortable and quiet.

I stayed in Betlem in Mallorca in September 2023. Beautiful property with views of ocean and cliffs. Property was very clean. Pool was refreshing and it’s a must in Mallorca. Check in and check out was as simple as it gets. I would stay again in the same or at their other properties.

Beautiful property with four bedrooms and pool. Very close to beach. There were four us staying here, but the home was large enough for two more. The owners do not speak English, but this was not a problem as all communication was done through agent HomeVillas360, who were very helpful. Would highly recommend this property to anyone wanting a relaxing stay near a beautiful beach and local amenities while maintaining a high level of peace and quiet and privacy.

The six of us spent a wonderful week at Villa Granoters in August. We particularly liked the large private pool, the covered seating area, the roof terrace with a panoramic view of the mountains and the fully equipped kitchen. Access to the villa via a gravel road is somewhat critical.

A lovely villa in the centre of Pollenca!

The Villa had pros and cons , i'll start with the good. Views were amazing, absolutely beautiful. Was spacious and had everything we needed. Unfortunately the dirt track leading up to the villa is horrendous, we had 2 hire cars between us and scratched the side of both getting up and down. Its so narrow it almost put us off going out because it was so hard getting in and out. If you stay here get the smallest car you can. The Villa is a bit on the rustic side, i liked it but not for everyone. The only thing that ruined the peace and quiet were the neighbours dogs constantly barking all day. The pool was nice , shame its under the trees though as it needed cleaning everyday and full of little pine cones. But the view from pool is spectacular. The village of Alaro was nice and less than 10 mins away with various restaurants and supermarkets so we had everything we needed. All in all i enjoyed our stay but wouldn't return.

2nd visit to this beautiful apartment - AMAZING VIEWS of the beach, bay and mountains- perfectly placed, clean & comfortable, spoilt for choice for restaurants nearby.....HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Super Haus mit tollem Pool und allem, was man braucht. Die Klimaanlage funktioniert sehr gut und vor allem leise, die Küche ist bestens ausgestattet und ein Lidl ist in ein paar Minuten erreichbar. Die Schlafzimmer sind zwar klein, aber trotzdem gemütlich.

Excellent house and location for cyclists.

5 of is shared this 4 story 3 bedroom house in Pollença. It had a large garage but the narrow streets and on street parking by neighbours made it a challenge in a big car. I'd recommend as small or narrow as possible. We had Nissan Quashqai. That said the place was spotless and well appointed. There were windows everywhere and openings for cool air. The main bedroom on the top floor is idyllic with a large bath and stunning full width window onto a balcony. There is a cute balcony on the kitchen and living floor too. The living area is comfortable with lots of seating and a stove if it gets chilly. Support by the owners/ managers was first class. Quickly responsive. The property has 3 staircases with no handrails. Good for fittness and balance. It is about 10 minutes from the main shops on foot. But it's a pretty, old town so relax and enjoy the meandering.

Beautiful house with perfect location! Easy access to town center (walking distance), with plenty of nearby shops and restaurants to choose from. Close to the bus stop as well - can easily get to the coast within 20-30min. The house is ideal for large groups (we were 12), with lovely open kitchen and living space. Pool was a bonus too!

My husband, 3 year old daughter and I had excellent holidays in this apartment. Beautiful location, just 2 steps from the beach and with a couple of good restaurants next to us (we even got served on our terrasse), just ideal. The apartment is well equiped and clean. Thank you for a wonderful stay at Townhouse Lleo! The small balcony above the roofs of Pollenca is a jewel, especially for the small breakfast in the morning and the aperitif in the evening. The furnishings of the house also left nothing to be desired. The location in the quiet part of the old town and not far from the little Roman bridge is perfect. Die Villa Mosqueroles hat die perfekte Lage den Norden Mallorcas zu erkunden. Ein tolles Haus mit sehr schönem Pool und eine Menge Platz. Der Blick ist wunderschön, ganz viel Natur und Ruhe. Sehr zu empfehlen! Die Kommunikation mit HomeVillas360 ist fantastisch.

We had a great time in port de pollenca. The appartement was beautiful and has a great location very close to the beach and just a short walk from the town centre. We will definitely come back and rent with home villas 360!

Wir haben über Home Villas 360 eine schöne Finca in Pollenca gemietet, das Anwesen war sehr schön und top gepflegt, der schöne und saubere Pool hat uns viel Spass gemacht. Wir haben uns sehr über die hochwertigen Gartenmöbel gefreut, sowie den Grill. Die Finca fanden wir genauso vor, wie bei der Buchung beschrieben und auf den Bildern zu sehen, es gab keinerlei "Überraschungen". Die Vermietung über Home Villas 360 war sehr freundlich, professionell und hilfsbereit.

A lovely remote quiet peaceful villa, yet within an easy drive of Pollensa. Great views of the mountains and lots of wildlife to see - sheep, goats, frogs, birds, and even a pine marten. Despite the heat outside, the villa remained cool and comfortable.

This was the 3rd time we have stayed at this property. It is a typical style Spanish Town house laid out over 4 floors. As you may imagine, with 4 floors, there are plenty of stairs to negotiate, so may be more challenging for smaller children or less mobile people. The ground floor features the entrance hallway and leads to the stairs to the second floor. A decent sized kitchen leads out to a nice patio area with a table and 6 chairs. We had our breakfast out there and some nice wine in the evenings. Under a stairway was a kettle charcoal barbeque. Unfortunately, the last occupants left it uncleaned and full of used charcoal, which was not so nice, but we cleaned it up and had a couple of barbeques while we were there. There is a toilet with shower leading from this, a smaller room with a sofa and some books to sit in if the weather keeps you in. One thing to note in the kitchen is that the fridge has seen better days. It struggles to keep food and drinks as cool as they should be. Ideally, a newer fridge would change that, because it is the one thing that lets the kitchen down. The main living room features the Wi-Fi router and television, which we didn't use on this occasion. There is also a larger dining table and chairs there if you prefer to eat inside. A long balcony overlooks the street and is good place to watch people come and go from the town over a glass of wine. Up the next stairway leads to 3 Bedrooms. There is a good-sized double bedroom which is a comfortable clean room and 2 twin bedrooms with a small balcony on each. There is an ensuite bathroom with shower and bidet. The sink could be doing with a new tap to replace the worn one, but this is a minor point. The double bedroom has a nice balcony outside with the utility room featuring a double sink, washing machine, iron and ironing board. The final floor is a nice sized terrace which faces the impressive Puig De Maria. There are 2 sunbeds on the roof that we moved to which ever balcony we needed them on. The upper terrace perhaps could do with a power wash to clean up the tiles a little but is still functional none the less. There is a large free carpark across the road to park your car or cars. This can get a little dusty in dry weather, so be prepared to find a car wash if this happens. The location of the townhouse is one of the attractions for us. It is in one of the quieter parts of Pollenca, on the outskirts, yet only a 5-minute walk to the centre of this lovely town. There are plenty of eateries with bars close by. Overall, the townhouse is not the most glamourous in town. It is clean, has a good situation and would suit families, couples or friends. For us to have visited 3 times now, does mean however that it does have attraction and charm. With a little more attention to things such as electric sockets and small amount of investment, this would be an even better place. 4 stars from us but could be 5. We like this place because of its character. We would stay here again in the future

An incredible villa, perfectly placed in the hills near Pallença. The location is 5 minutes away from an incredible beach and seafront. The villa has everything inside you could possibly want. A perfectly positioned pool in the sun. The villa is an old mill and lots of original features remain. You'll eat dinner along a huge table next to the original mill grinding station. The kitchen has everything you would need. We were visited each day by 5 peacocks, 4 horses and a very friendly cat. We came as two families with 3 children between us and had one of the best trips ever. The surrounding villages and towns are beautiful and the villa is in walking distance of lots of big supermarkets, bars and places for breakfast. We hired a car which made a huge difference; a must if you have children. From the villa we visited Caves of Drach, Arta, Formentor, Port de Pollença and a few other places. The villa is clean, spacious. The hosts are lovely and in regular contact. A perfect stay.

Me and my family had a wonderful stay at this very special villa near by the beautiful city centre of Pollenca. The house has very nice old details combined with a modern look. The communication with the host was also very good and they where very helpful. We would highly recommend this villa for families of all ages or other semi large groups.

Depois de muito olhar ao redor para tentar encontrar uma propriedade decente para a nossa estadia, decidimos ficar em Vilafranca de Bonany. As fotos não mintam, a casa foi lindamente renovada e parece muito aconchegante e moderna, mas com certas características tradicionais. Uma das nossas preocupações era se a localização era muito longe da costa, a cala mais próxima fica a cerca de 30 minutos de carro da casa, o que não era um problema para nós. Estar em uma localização "central" tem seus benefícios, você pode visitar praticamente qualquer lado da ilha em uma hora. A propriedade está localizada em Vilafranca, uma cidade muito tranquila, nunca ouvimos nenhum barulho de vizinhos e até mesmo que a casa esteja bem na estrada, você dificilmente ouviu qualquer tráfego, nunca foi um problema colocar o carro na garagem (a garagem foi um grande bônus!) tínhamos um SUV Peugeot 2008 e havia uma pequena quantidade de espaço restante assim que a porta da garagem foi fechada, então um aviso para qualquer pessoa com um carro maior do que um SUV padrão. Um bônus é ter um mini-mercado bem em frente à casa, fomos todas as manhãs para comprar pão fresco para o café da manhã e Magdalena da loja foi muito prestativa e gentil. O único lado negativo era que a eletricidade seria cortada se 3 hobbs no fogão estivessem ligados enquanto o forno estava ligado. A casa tinha tudo o que precisávamos e está muito bem equipada, até tinha coisas como azeite, especiarias, tabletes para a máquina de lavar louça, produtos de limpeza para a máquina de lavar roupa, isqueiros, madeira para a lareira e guarda-sol para a praia e muitas outras pequenas coisas. Foi ótimo e ficaremos lá novamente se voltarmos.

Pollenca ist ein wunderschönes kleines Städtchen mit vielen alten Häusern, Cafes, Restaurants und kleinen Geschäften sowie einem sehenswerten sonntäglichen Markt. Mein absoluter Lieblingsort auf Mallorca

Sehr gut durchdacht eingerichtetes und stilvolles Stadthaus in Pollenca mit einer wunderbaren Altstadt Atmosphäre. Die Dachterrasse und das Badezimmer sind einfach wundervoll, auch für Familie mit Kindern geeignet. Sowie eine Top Basis für Radfahrer.

Die Lage ist einfach genial: nur wenige Minuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt! Quasi das Haus befindet sich im Stadtzentrum! Jeden Abend haben wir die wunderschönen Ecken der Pollença entdeckt! Tolle Restaurants und die Wege zum Spazieren! Das Haus: alles da, was man braucht! Absolut ruhig und riesig! Die Betten sind super bequem! Die Ausblicke sind traumhaft! Abends ein wenig zu heiß oben, aber dafür sind die Klimaanlagen auf jedem Stock da. Pep: die beste Betreuung ever! Mein Navigationsgerät war ein wenig mit den Straßen überfordert und Pep ist zu Fuß zu uns gekommen und hat mich bis zum Haus gelotst. Immer erreichbar, alles super easy und sehr hilfsbereit. Vor allem Check-in und- out. Straßen: sehr eng, ich musste meine Angst überwinden, als ich zum 2. mal mit meinem Panzer hin fuhr! Aber, nachdem ich das geschafft habe, war die Enge der Straßen kein Hindernis mehr. Also- auch ein riesiges Auto kommt durch, auch wenn andere Autos auf den Straßen geparkt sind. Ich wollte unser Verbleib bei Pep verlängern, da ich das Haus einfach genial fand. Leider war das Haus schon weiter verbucht. Thanks a lot Pep for everything! We ll come again for sure! We stayed 1 week in this house and we loved it. It is in a really nice location, very close to a gorgeous little beach. It has a nice cooling pool. The house was in really good condition with a terrace where you can see the sea. The location is close to Port Pollença where there are plenty of restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back again.

Die Mietagentur ist bemüht und reagiert schnell. Allerdings zensieren sie Bewertungen auf ihrer Website und lassen die nicht so positiven Fakten einfach weg. Daher hat jede Unterkunft vermutlich nur super Bewertungen. Nach den Bewertungen der Mieter kann man sich also nicht richten. Nachtrag vom 14.10.: Die Antwort von Home Villas ist irreführend. Die Bewertung auf Google können sie natürlich nicht zensieren. Das tun sie auf der eigenen Website von Home Villas. Man wird aufgefordert, eine Bewertung zu schreiben, was positiv, was negativ war. Der negative Teil wird dann einfach unter den Tisch fallen gelassen. Der Vorwurf, ich hätte nicht dort übernachtet, entbehrt jeder Grundlage. Wir haben definitiv in einem Haus von Homevillas übernachtet.

The place is a true gem in the middle of beautiful Mallorcan countryside. A beautiful house with everything you need, including a pool, a covered outdoor area with a grill, a pool house with a washing machine, garden games and much more. The host was lovely and stopped by to keep the pool clean. We had the best time at this beautiful house and will definitely be back.

Super Finca! Wir waren rundum zufrieden. Bei Fragen, hat man in kurzer Zeit eine Antwort erhalten und die Kommunikation war sehr gut. Obwohl die Finca sehr ruhig gelegen ist war man in wenigen Minuten mit dem Auto an Orten, wo man einkaufen konnte oder Restaurants besuchen konnte. Wir hatten einen sehr guten Urlaub!

Les Oliveres Petit Villa Review - Great villa perfect for a couple, it's furnished with modern furniture. The TV is a smart TV with Netflix and prime. The kitchen is well equipped. There are two coffee machines ones a filter and ones a nespresso. There's a fridge with small freezer. The supermarket is a 15 minute walk (Lidl and Eroski) the Eroski is more of a proper supermarket than Lidl although we used both. You will need a euro coin to use a trolley at both. The town centre is also 15 to 20 minutes walk and there is a big market on a Sunday morning. Porta Pollensa is 10 minutes car drive away. The villa has a lovely outside space but beware that Spain has mosquitoes, we kept the door pulled too and all the windows closed to avoid them getting in. We really enjoyed our stay here and would come back to this villa should we return to Mallorca.

6 of us stayed here Aug 2022 and it was lovely. Few minor issues with air conditioning not working and fuse box ,but Maggie sorted same day and couldn’t be more helpful . Great location, clean and modern. Had pool table, table tennis and a great swimming pool. Maggie at 360 villas sent all info needed before ,in detail, and was really responsive. Would recommend 360 villas anytime . Thanks for a great holiday .

We had an amazing week in a lovely town house in Pollenca, Mallorca. The house was very clean, well-equipped and the communication with Home Villas 360 was perfect. Any issues we had were dealt with quickly and efficiently. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

From the peaceful munching of the goats and sheep in the adjacent meadow, to the fig trees lining the driveway, to the sparkling pool, to the quaint patio and 360 mountain views, Pepe's property is paradise. It's perfectly situated just a few minutes from downtown Pollensa, but a world away from the noise, hustle and bustle of the vacationers. The house itself is gorgeous and loving designed and personally hand-built by Pepe Senior, a lifetime carpenter and craftsman. Every convenience was thought of, from a bottle of wine to welcome us, to abundant towels, sunscreen, bug spray and beach supplies. Pepe Senior even brought us some beautiful veggies from his garden! Our family didn't want to leave and found ourselves wishing we had booked 2 weeks!

Great house, close to the beach and nice local shop too. Little walk to the busier bars, but if you can sort a taxi this isn't an issue at all.

An absolutely gorgeous home! Spacious, airy and cool. Really well equipped, ideal for longer stays. The kitchen is perfect for cooking, and isn’t missing a single utility or amenity. The entire family enjoyed the house. Moreover, the service is fabulous! Attentive, communicative and very accommodating. The location is also ideal, a quick walk to town centre or drive/trolley ride to the port.

Nice villa in a quiet an peaceful location close to Pollenca. The house was well kept and tidy. Good size pool, but be aware of the wasps (not aggressive though) that seemed to be attracted to the water. Occasional visits from the goats was a daily delight :) Well located close to the beaches and services, yet in a really quiet location.

Amazing Airbnb- even better than what the pictures show. Our family of 12 enjoyed every moment in this super sized home with a great courtyard pool to cool off on those extremely hot days. The surprise for us was the town of Pollenca, we had no idea what was in store for us there… it’s amazing how close this Airbnb is to the main square where you can find many amazing restaurants and a very charming atmosphere, we loved it so much some of us were talking about possibly retiring in Pollenca. Highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone looking for a unique experience!

I cannot speak more highly of our experience with the villa and company. We have just come back from the most lovely week in Majorca. The villa was even better than the photos and had everything you need to have a perfect week. Really great communication and smooth checkin and check out instructions. Would absolutely recommend!

We loved our stay at C’an Lloquet! The villa is in a beautiful setting-the grounds are kept very nicely-and you can hear a donkey or chicken in the surrounding farms. Pollença is a short drive away, and a major supermarket is very close, but it would be frustrating to stay here without a car. The house is a charming old villa, but equipped with what we needed for a two family trip-air conditioning in the bedrooms, hot showers, plenty of cooking supplies, and a bountiful lemon and plum tree. There are a few items that could use updating, but when we expressed a concern about the pool it was addressed right away. The management company was very easy to deal with. We would definitely recommend a visit!

Les Petits Oliveres - the perfect place for us to spend a relaxing holiday. It was our second time in this cute finca and we will definitely come back. Well equipped with everything that is needed, the kitchen and bathroom are quite large and the bed is very comfortable. Even at hot temperatures, the terrace invites you to chill out. The surrounding area of the finca is very quite, the small town of Pollenca is within walking distance. Thank you to Maggie and Pep - the conversation with Home Villas 360 is super easy and the response time very fast.

Stayed in lovely apartment in Peurto Pollença. Apartment was perfect- clean, great aircon and easy walk to beach, shops and restaurants. Wir haben eine tolle Woche in der Finca verbracht. Alles tipptopp, Einrichtung, Bäder, Außenanlagen. Das hat uns besonders gefallen. Der schöne Pool, in dem man Bahnen schwimmen kann und der super Blick auf die Bucht von Alcudia. Wir würden auf jeden Fall dort wieder Urlaub machen.

Wir haben Anfang Juni für 10 Tage die Unterkunft Tamarells1 gebucht gehabt und einen super Urlaub geniese dürfen. Die Betreuung durch Home Villas 360 war top und bei allen Rückfrage wurde uns sofort geholfen. Wir würden jeder Zeit wieder buchen. Danke für den schönen Urlaub, wir kommen gerne wieder

Home Villas 360 is an excellent host! From the booking to returning the property it was all very well organized, well planned and efficient. Communication was great and clear at all times. The property we rented was exactly as shown on the pictures and of course we really appreciated how clean it was. We had an amazing time in Alcudia and would like to thank Home Villas 360 for all as they made our stay an incredible experience. We will for sure get back to you for future bookings! Thank you!

Our expectations were already pretty low considering the images showed a very minimal but seemingly functional apartment, but this was bitterly disappointing. The flat was hot, stuffy and had a strong smell of bleach. I could describe the apartment as sterile if the bathroom wasn’t filthy and toilet rim stained The pillows were flimsy and thin, the beds were uncomfortable, the wifi didn’t work and the air conditioning was dusty and old, it made intermittent whirring noises long after being turned off. This flat was build with a few searches of “cheapest …..” on Amazon. This is clearly a home to no one and was never designed with the purpose of welcoming people for a relaxing holiday but what is clearly just an easy form of passive income. I wouldn’t recommend anyone stay in this apartment.

Stayed at Can Tomeu, perfect location for cycling base. Loads of space inside and outside (for sitting, bike mechanics), great facilities for us incl table tennis, pool, swimming pool and for us cyclists a washing machine for the kit. Townhouse Calvari was absolutely beautiful. It was centrally located, had great views especially from the top bedroom, it was clean and the host communicated really well. She also gave us great directions to a restaurant in the town Square that we went to…two nights in a row. We highly recommend this Airbnb and the town of Pollenca and the surrounding area.

It was a nice experience, very clean and tidy apartment with a nice Balcony, a lot of electronics were there such as microwave, water boiler, coffee machine, toaster, fridge, washing machine, hairdryer,…. The location was great in Port d’Alcudia, 1 minute walk to the beach, restaurant such as Pizza Hut and KFC 3 minutes walk! highly recommended

Eine wunderschönes Haus , mit allem ausgestattet was es für einen gelungenen Urlaub braucht. Die Lage und der Ausblick sind traumhaft. Das Meer erreicht man fußläufig in ca 3 Minuten und der nächste Sandstrand Alcudia ist etwa 10 Autominuten entfernt. Die Schlüsselübergabe ist bestens organisiert und es gibt auch ein Video zur Anreise, wie die Unterkunft zu finden ist. Bei Fragen oder Wünschen wurde sofort reagiert und auch versucht alles möglich zu machen…..super nette Ansprechpartnerin. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können diese Unterkunft nur wärmstens empfehlen.

Fantastic villa and great hosts. Communication was brilliant prior to our stay so we knew exactly how to get there and enter the property with the keybox. The location of the villa is perfect for a relaxing time, not overlooked by anyone but only a short drive to Pollença and the surrounding towns. The pool is fantastic and we all enjoyed the pool table! We will definitely be coming again during another one of our cycling trips.

Watch out as this could be fraud!! We made a reservation for summer 2020 on the name of Mr. Schultheis. Because of the Covid-19-pandemic our reservation got cancelled and we received a voucher which has to be redeemed till October 2021. We contaced Home Villas many times without any response from their side...I am more than disappointed. Wir waren bereits das zweite Mal in der schönen Villa Can Canaveret. Die Gegend ist wunderbar ruhig und erholsam. Morgens hört man höchstens einen Hahn krähen, Landleben pur auf Mallorca. Mit dem Auto ist man schnell in Port de Pollenca oder Alcudia. Die Finca ist ein Traum, sehr groß, sauber und prima ausgestattet. Ein Blick vom Balkon auf den schönen Pool am Morgen genügt und man ist sofort entspannt. Maggie und Pep sind stets erreichbar und ermöglichen alle extra Wünsche, wenn sie können. Tolle Kommunikation und Betreuung vom Feinsten. Schlüsselübergabe plus Wegbeschreibung, alles top! Wir kommen immer wieder!

Absolutely flawless experience! We came for cycling and stayed a month. Our rented villa is a quiet, clean, spacious and calming place. We've had a well maintained pool and very fast internet (we were working during our stay, no problems with zoom or our vpn). The kitchen was fully equipped (even a hand blender was there). Pep is a great host, he is very responsive and he helped us with any question or request we've had. The property is located very near to Pollenca (5 mins by car, 25 mins walking) and about 2 km away from the beaches of Cala St Vicenc. It was the perfect starting point for our bike rides. I will miss the ever present bird songs and I will definitely come again!

Die Finca hat all unsere Erwartungen erfüllt, alles was es für den Alltag braucht ist um Haus und sehr sauber war es auch. Wir haben uns mit unseren Familien dort sehr wohl gefühlt. Für die Kinder gibt es auch einen kleinen Spielplatz auf dem Grundstück. Für uns war sie Gegend sehr angenehm, da sie nicht so sehr von Touristen überlaufen ist, wie die andere Teile von Mallorca. Gerne kommen wir wieder :)

We were in Town House LaSastreria and it was great. The entire city of Pollença is beautiful and the community is so nice for tourist. We have enjoyed the LaPatrona Festival very much. Pep is very helpful. Thank You for everything!

Junto con unos amigos alquilamos una preciosa finca.Sin duda repetiremos y por supuesto la recomendamos a quienes deseen disfrutar de sus vacaciones,ya que tanto el trato como la recepción fueron de 10 y disfrutamos nuestra estancia al 100%. Totalmente recomendable.

Tolle und vorallem unkomplizierte Vermietung. Mit Pep macht es Spaß zu kommunizieren. Alles immer sehr problemlos und einfach. Schon mehrfach dort gebucht. Wir mieten wieder.

Alquile una casita de pueblo a través de esta inmobiliaria vacacional y que decir, un trato sin igual, muy cercano y muy personalizado, todo genial.

Erase una vez una isla llamada Mallorca… así deberían empezar todas las experiencias viajeras inolvidables! Personalmente valoro mucho el entorno natural y el buen comer, y gracias a las recomendaciones locales de Pep encontramos sitios que combinaban a la perfección estos dos factores y con creces!
