Nous avions réservé via un site de réservation avec un guide français et malheureusement pas de français !!! Heureusement stephan a été un guide en or, il a utilisé une appli de traduction et nous a fait la visite ainsi!! Ce fut un excellent guide et une belle visite en segway!

Gave tour gedaan met leuke guide. Rijden op de Segway is niet moeilijk en een leuke manier om de stad te leren kennen

We received no cancelation and arrived to find the place closed. The confirmation from the day before reminded us to meet at the scheduled time. Apparently they have a reputation that is not reflected in the Google ratings, for canceling without notice. I will dispute any charges to my credit card!

Bestilte tur igennem bookingportalen GetYourGuide to dage før. Fem minutter efter turen skulle være startet bliver vi ringet op, at turen aflyses med henvisning på muligt regnvejr i Palma. Det regnede på intet tidspunkt i Palma. Aflysningen skyldtes snarere manglende tilmelding,men vi stod der og havde brugt tid og penge på at komme derind. En hån og opvisning i skandaløs kundeservice og håndtering.

Guys what can I say, couldn’t of seen the city any better on our super cool Segway’s with our private guide! So much fun and huge thanks to all the staff Who made our experience in Palma so memorable, left us with loads of hits and tips for places and beaches to visit afterwards. Will definitely rent or tour next time I’m in the city! 😎

Our Segway guide Paulo was great, he is a local and a student of history. He was flexible and made the tour fun, also provided some inside tips on where to eat. 5 stars for the company and the guide. We did the 1.5 hour tour

Nice guys and easily found. The lady in the office was very friendly and helpful giving information about palma and the area. We took the 'best of palma tour' for 90 minutes and found it to be perfect. Paolo was easy going. We saw a selection of the city and beach. I can recommend them.

Wir haben soeben die "Best Of Palma" 3 Stunden Tour abgeschlossen. Unser Guide Louis ist hier geboren, aber spricht akzentfrei Deutsch. Im Dezember ist Mallorca vom Tourismus her wie leer gefegt, aber das ist genau das was wir suchen. So hatten wir die Möglichkeit sehr viel zu sehen, da man schneller voran kommt als im Sommer. Louis kannte sich wunderbar aus, war sehr freundlich und hat all unsere Fragen beantwortet. Man kann jederzeit eine Pause einbauen und Fotos machen. Die perfekte Art um eine Stadtführung auf eine andere Art und Weise zu erleben. Man beginnt mit einer Einführung bis man sich sicher fühlt und der Guide passt sich dann dem Können der Teilnehmer an. Die Segway's sind in einem guten Zustand, auch das Personal insgesamt war super freundlich. Wir sagen danke!

My wife and I were in Palma a week ago and debated doing a Segway tour or the HopOn HopOff bus. We were happy to have picked the sagway, this way we got to see a lot by covering quite some distances and went into places accessible only on foot usually. It was a good tour and on a Segway it's so much fun, even for inexperienced users. The reception was verry friendly and gave us options of what we wanted to or should see. The guide was verry attentive that we follow and not get into trouble. We stopped in many places for pictures and a rest.

Great fun, good quiet location to practise first and you get the hang of it quite quickly, then follow the leader round the City.

Went on this yesterday with Gaston, and three other guides who were in training, what an amazing experience, we saw so much in 2 hours, would highly recommend this is the way to see the island, thanks guys

Last week me and my family did a segway tour and it was awsome! The best tour in Palma! We recomend it 100%. Clara, our guide, explained us a lot of interesting things, she was so kind and funny. Thank you for all Clara!!

Nous avons fait le tour Classic et ce fut tres agréable. Notre guide, Clara, était très souriante et a bien pris le temps de nous expliquer les quelques arrêts que nous avons faits. Expérience réalisée avec ma fille de 12 ans qui a parfaitement maitrisé son Seg-way. A++

J'ai passé un très bon moment! La prestation est à un très bon prix et c'est très divertissant. J'ai fais 1 heure de Segway avec des commentaires sur l'Histoire de Palma en français (Merci Joana! 😉😊). Je recommande vivement Segzone Palma!

3 hours passed very fast on a Segway tour! We where a group of Friends visiting Palma,we where looking for a fun and cultural experience. The staff teached us very carefully about how yo use the Segways. The tour was very very fun, we took a lot of pictures from beautiful places, and learn about the history of Palma.

We're segway funs, so we booked 2,5 hours )). The tour was great. Thanks to Iris, we've had wonderful time!
