I hired Terracotta Travel to orchestrate and plan a 7 day trip with my clients for a Transformative Intensive in Morocco in November 2019. I heard about them through a friend who did similar style trips, and from start to finish, was so happy with how everything went. Anna was always responsive and helpful, pulling out new ideas and working with my needs and suggestions to really help us put together a unique itinerary that would meet the needs of my clients as they transformed over the course of the week. Our conversations leading up to the trip were always productive and inspired, and especially while on the ground in Morocco, I felt so well held and cared for by our team at Terracotta Travel and the week flew by totally seamlessly. They really made an effort to understand the purpose of our trip and match us with guides and activities that were resonant with what we wanted, and were also happy to receive feedback and adjustments as they were needed (because theory is never perfectly aligned with reality, especially in Morocco). I will absolutely work with Terracotta again in the future, as they have really blown me away in the way they orchestrate a trip and especially how they communicate and we felt so well cared for from start to finish. Excellent Service! I was planning to go to the Galapagos Islands last year and at the last minute before booking I was unable to make the trip. They planned 3 separate accommodation level itineraries for me to chose from. It is a shame I was unable to make it, but I expect to use them in the future! Thanks for your hard work!
