Romina is a charming and very knowledgeable guide and organizer! We had three wonderful tours of Old Town Palma, a gorgeous sunset sail and the mountain towns of Tramuntana!

We booked 3 experiences with Romi and could not have been more satisfied! She was knowledgeable and fun to be with. Our tour included quaint mountain villages and secluded views. Old town Palma included places only a native would know - think Mallorca’s almond ice cream, and our sunset cruise was magical!! Thank you for wonderful memories!!

We had a fantastic day with Romi on 11/3/25. She picked us up at airport at 9:15 am and dropped us our hotel about 10 hours later. As you can see from pictures we saw some beautiful sights. In addition we stopped at a glass blowing factory , got a tour of 2 great towns, had coffee and pastries at a very cool spot, stopped for a great 1.5 hour hike and had lunch high above the sea. What a way to get introduced to Mallorca. Romi is very knowledgeable so we learned a lot.

We had such a wonderful experience with Romina! From the very beginning, communication was excellent — quick, clear, and friendly. She personalized the tour perfectly to our needs and interests, making every stop meaningful and enjoyable. What an amazing experience we visited Rafa Nadal’s Tennis Academy on our way to the Caves. The caves were beautiful and we were taken to a lovely restaurant for tapas and the harbour close to the caves. All our needs were catered for and our trip was tailored just for us as promised. Premier were so helpful and knowledgeable helping us with every aspect of the trip. We were collected from our hotel and dropped back the day went so quickly even though we were out for over 6 hours. Would highly recommend using this company for all your tailor made trips they are so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Thank you for a wonderful day.

We had a fabulous day touring Mallorca with Romina. She set up access to the cathedral and Drach Caves. We had a great lunch on a small picturesque beach. It was like we were eating inside a postcard. Romina is very knowledgeable and was able to proved the history and backstory for all the sites we visited. She picked us up and dropped us off at our cruise ship. She spent time showing us some hidden gems that most tourists will never see. If you’re in Mallorca be sure to take her tour.

Romina is the absolute best!! She made our first anniversary trip incredibly special (and easy for us) by finding us the perfect private boat tour and drivers to various locations on the island. She also took it upon herself to drive us throughout Palma city on a mini guided tour, as we did not have time to stay there for a night. I cannot say enough good things about her, and we will absolutely be using her again for a future trips to Mallorca!

It was our first time in Mallorca, and visiting on a cruise we had very limited time. Our guide customized the tour to fit our wishes and we got to see the old town of Palma, visit the charming town of Valdemossa and then had some time for a beautiful beach before heading back to the ship. We had a wonderful time touring Mallorca caves of drach! We stopped by a Majorica pearl factory store on the way and bought some nice bracelets. Saw Raphael Nadal’s new yacht and home. Had a fantastic snack/lunch at Sa Cala Beach. Romina our guide was knowledgeable and fun! We had a great time!

This was an excellent walking tour of Palma. We say the iconic sights like the Cathedral but also saw the sights that only the locals know about. Romy was knowledgeable about the history and the current culture of Palma. We could not have had a better experience.

My oh my! What can I say! We had an amazing experience with Romina 'Romi' with Premier Tours Mallorca! From our initial conversations a few months before our trip and throughout the process, she was top tier! She kept us on track with payments, tour options and customizations that created such a unique experience for us and our guests. Romi has an amazing energy and she was simply a joy working with her. We had a group of about 30 people for a week long stay, and we had no issues with coordination thanks to Romi! She was early to meet us at the St. Regis everyday, and stayed with us throughout the tours.....even giving lovely historical information that only an experienced local could provide. I would highly recommend Romi for your tour experiences in Mallorca and we look forward to visiting again!!

From the very first communication online, Romina was extremely professional. She always replied to my inquiries in a timely manner and thoroughly answered all my questions. We were looking for a specific tour (full day semi-private) and after some research, she found us exactly what we were looking for. The cost was made clear from the initial interaction, and she specified exactly was (& was not) included. The boat tour was wonderful. Very friendly staff, tapas & snacks were delicious (some even homemade by the crew!) and the boat was very comfortable for the 8 total passengers. We came to Mallorca for a quick 2 day trip and I am so glad we were connected with Premier Tours. I was lucky to speak with Romi who listened to everything we wanted in our boat trip/tour. She quickly started making calls and within an hour we had a whole boat set up ready to go for the next morning. Romina is an absolutely amazing tour guide. We engaged Romina for a full day private tour of Mallorca for our one day cruise stop on the island. Romina made it easy to communicate with her during the booking process and thereafter through WhatsApp and email. She speaks perfect English. She has a very outgoing and warm personality and is a delight to spend time with. Moreover, she is totally knowledge about the island --- there is nothing that she did not know about Mallorca (including its history, geography, society, architecture and daily life), and she was able to answer every question we asked her. We told her that we wanted to see Palma and Valldemossa and what we were most interested in seeing and learning, and she customized our tour to address all of our interests. She even altered our itinerary so that we could dodge some bad weather on different parts of the island. She also took us to her favorite little cafe/bakery so that we could experience her favorite traditional local pastry. It is obvious that she loves this island -- and I especially recommend her for a trip to Valldemossa, the charming little town in the hills on the island. Romina was focused completely on our comfort and was responsive to our every need. In sum, Romina made our day in Mallorca memorable. We were a large family group and we split our group into two tours of the Old City of Palma Mallorca. The tour was well organized and Romina was well versed in the city as well as the overall country of Spain. Following our initial tour she drove us back to our hotel and took our remaining family back to Palma Mallorca for their own individualized tour. We enjoyed the time and the company so much that we decided to hire her the next day and we are very glad we did. We traveled to the ancient town of Valldemossa where we were immersed in beautiful architecture, local artisan works and culinary delights. We ended the journey at a non-touristic local restaurant overlooking the sea. We certainly enjoyed our time in Palma and it was made all the better by the tours conducted by Romina. We thank her for her time and hopefully we can work with her again in future travels to the region.

We had such an amazing day with Romina! She took us to tour the caves and then to a beautiful beach where we had lunch. After lunch, she drove us to Palma and showed us the old town of Palma -- which was amazing! We loved Mallorca before going on her tour, but her tour made us fall in love with the island even more! Recently as a group of "boys" celebrating their 60th birthdays in Palma booked Romina for a three hour tour of the city. We were met on time and instantly there was a great atmosphere and friendship developing as we took in the interesting, historical sites as well as stopping to sample some fantastic local food and drinks. Along the way Romina took us to some really quirky intriguing areas that no ordinary tourist would know about. Rominas knowledge of the city was fantastic and her english was exceptional. Would highly recommend her for a tour of the city.

My family was on a cruise this past June and we ported in Mallorca from 8 to 4pm. We are a family of six, 2 adults and 4 kids (10, 10, 7 and 5). We booked Romina for a day tour from 8:30 to 3:30pm with the sole purpose of going to the Drach caves and driving through the surrounding coastline. I have to say we had an amazing time, better than expected! Romina picked us up directly from the port exit (keeping in touch with us at all times). She drove us to the caves (almost a hour away) while chitchatting with us and telling us about her beautiful island. We explored the caves on our own, and when we were done, she drove us to the surrounding coastline, and explored her "secret spots" where we were able to capture some amazing photos. We had the chance to swim in the crystal clear beach but was short on time, so elected to explore the city instead. My husband really wanted to visit a local food market so Romina took us to Merkat and introduced to some of the yummiest local tapas for our late lunch! My kids loved the juicy cherries and truffle pasta that we got here as well. We really had such an amazing time with Romina! It was like being with a close family friend, and not just a tour guide that you just met. So if you are short on time or even if you are staying a few days but really want to enjoy the island as a local, definitely consider Romina as your guide! You won't regret it!

What a magical day! We can’t say enough about our time Romina. She created a beautiful day for my teenage girls, mom, and myself seeing the caves, a small beach with lunch that felt like a slice of heaven. We left feeling like family.
