I have been using ARRIVO Angency for the last past 2 years. The service and support it is amazing, they made all the entry and booking hotel process very easy and stress free. Plus we had VIP start, making the start more pleasant. We had hotel closer to the start, a great food and support the hotel. We had such greatest experience we decided next year all the family to race the Mallorca 312.

I've done Mallorca 312 twice with Arrivo Cycling and am happy to strongly recommend them. In both years I experienced them as very approachable and with a very personal style of communications. The cycling and event experience in both years has been flawless; with a priority start pen slot (key for big events with time cutoffs), easy pick up of your event kit and a great, reasonably-priced accommodation and services.

I absolutely recommend Arrivo's services. I have used this company for the third time now during the Mallorca 312 race. At every stage — whether it was race registration, choosing accommodation options, or arranging airport transfers — I felt well taken care of. All information reached me quickly, well in advance, and was clearly communicated. The service was very friendly and highly competent. I received immediate answers to every question I had. Of course, the race experience itself deserves a mention as well. Firstly, collecting the race packs was handled under VIP conditions — no queues, at a separate booth. Starting from a privileged sector regardless of previously declared results was another huge advantage. We started right behind the professionals. Access to the start sector was very easy and convenient. I plan to participate in the race again next year and will definitely use Arrivo's assistance once more — in fact, I have already arranged it. Highly recommended.

Everything went smoothly and customer service, particularly Amandine, was amazing. Also, fast replies to emails. Bikes were delivered to our hotel and we didn’t have to worry about anything by ourselves. Bike was equipped with Garmin mount and saddle bag with extra tube and pump.

Very efficient team, fast replying questions and always up to assist with questions about race and hotel. Much easier than struggling to get registration and hotel by myself for a sold out event like this. Already planning the 2025 edition with them.

Excelente experiencia con Arrivo Cycling . En la previa la mejor predisposición para entregarme una bicicleta de primer nivel en el tiempo establecido . Luego en el momento del retiro del dorsal , muy eficiente todo y ágil con una súper amabilidad de todas las chicas , muy predispuestas a resolver dudas. Y la carrera que más decir , una de las mejores experiencias ciclisticas que he tenido en un entorno de ensueño. Vale la pena asistir al evento Mallorca 312 de la mano de Arrivo Cycling , todo lo hacen más placentero y de total disfrute . Gracias totales .

We hired bikes from Arrivo for the Mallorca 312. They were dropped to and collected from our hotel. The service and communication was excellent. The bikes provided were of a very high standard.

Booked a package for the Mallorca 312 event through Arrivo and it turned out to be a great decision. Amandine in particular and her team was instrumental and exquisite in making everything happen so smoothly and seamlessly. Paid €689 for 2 entries and a 4d/3n stay at very decent beachfront resort & an additional €260 for a rental bike to participate in the event. Even though it seemed a little steep, the rental bike was a race-ready 2022/23 model Giant TCR Advanced 0 Pro Disc equipped with SRAM Force eTap & Giant SLR 50mm carbon rims. It was also professionally checked, and that’s super important when we are descending a total of 3800m at speeds in excess of 70km/h, our lives are literally on the line and dependent on the structural rigidity of the bike. The rental bike was delivered directly to the hotel, which was a big help logistically. The VIP access that came with the package was extremely helpful in getting a good head start too! Everything was in order and nothing was missed out. Thank you Amandine and team for an amazing and completely unforgettable experience!

Zwei Tage vorher gebucht und das Rad wurde pünktlich zum Hotel gebracht und dann auch abgeholt. Das Rad war super gepflegt - es gab auf 270 km keine Probleme. Preis war ordentlich - aber mit der Qualität hat alles gepasst!

Muy buena experiencia global; la bicicleta fue estupenda, cómoda, super ligera y con todas las especificaciones requeridas. En cuanto al hotel proporcionado también fue una excelente opción. Gracias por la semana. Es la segunda vez que he elegido Arrivo Cycling y repetiré.

I just want to say a BIG THANK YOU to Arrivo for all the organization and great support they offered to us, making our M312 experience truly unforgettable!! We were absolutely delighted and pleased with all the services, as well as with the quality and atmosphere of the event. Everything worked smooth and well...the comfortable airport transfer just on time, great accommodation at VIVA Eden Lago, kindness and attention of the Arrivo staff and their readiness to help when we personally met at the race village. We were also very satisfied with the well prepared and super enjoyable, brand new GIANT bikes we rented.

Me and my bikemates have attended this year M312 with Arrivo' Cycling help. We were totally surprised and satistfied in a positive way. We had a full package and everything was SUPER. Airport transfer, accomodation, bike rental, bike quality and food. We had a feeling that this week was for bikers in general! Thank you Arrivo, it has been a really memorable experience and adventure!

very inflexible, had to cancel my trip in 2020 due to closing of Spain. They gave me a coupon to use for a later booking. When I want to book for the 2022 edition they told me that I have to travel in 2021. They are happy to take your money but no support in a situation like Covid19. Very disappointing.
