Wir haben uns die Drachenhöhlen angeschaut und es war sehr interessant. Die Reiseleiterin Katharina wie auch der Busfahrer waren Klasse. Für alles 100 Punkte. Danke Heike und Frank Heute haben wir noch eine Inselrundfahrt mit Boot, Bahn , Zug gemacht mit der Reiseleiterin Dori. Auch das war super.Wieder vielen Dank an den Busfahrer. Ansonsten alles so wie Oben.

We had a transfer booked to Marineland from Can Picafort. We booked not directly at No frills office, but through a travel agent, who gave us an incorrect meeting point, we missed the bus. No frills office was very helpful, Yvette helped us to get to Marineland, so we could enjoy the day. We are really thankful for the solution and the flexibility.

Netter Reiseleiter, Netter und zuverlässiger Bus Fahrer. Ich hab mich immer sicher gefühlt während der Fahrt. Jetzt aber das große aber! Die Ausflüge sind mit extrem viel Stress verbunden. Wenn man Pech hat steht man im Stau und mehr Zeit bekommt man dann nicht. Heißt man zahlt viel Geld für die Ausflüge um mehr als die Hälfte der Zeit nur im Bus rum zu sitzen. Es ist alles viel zu knapp bemessen. Wenn ich an die Tage denke, denke ich nur an Stress! Wir würden es nicht nochmal machen Edit: Es betrifft den Dino Ausflug und Aquarium Palma. Mit den Mietwagen können wir aber selber entscheiden ob wir eine Stunde länger bleiben. Bei Ihnen ist alles stur nach Plan, was sehr schade ist.

Sie haben absolut recht – der Verkehr auf Mallorca kann gerade in der Hochsaison sehr dicht sein. Dies betrifft leider alle Verkehrsteilnehmer gleichermaßen, ob im Mietwagen, mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder im Ausflugsbus. Wir versuchen stets, unsere Touren bestmöglich zu planen, jedoch lassen sich Verkehrsstaus leider nicht immer vermeiden. 1. Wir haben am Sonntag mit No Frills an der Inselrundfahrt teilgenommen. Preis-Leistung ist super, wir hatten vorher mit Alltours verglichen, dort ist es um einiges teurer. Die Fahrt war sehr interessant, es gab eine Menge zu sehen.

Wir sind am Sonntag bei den Ausflug Pollensa Markt und Kloster Lluc mitgefahren. Der Ausflug hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Pollensa ist wunderschön und nicht so überlaufen wie andere Märkte. Unser Guide Katharina war super!

Muy buen trato por parte de la chica de la oficina, somos de aquí y teníamos conocidos que nos habían venido a visitar, queríamos hacer alguna actividad con ellos. Nos explicó con detalle varias excursiones y al final reservamos un viaje en catamarán con comida incluida. Todo fue genial, nos vinieron a buscar y nos llevaron al puerto de Alcudia desde donde salía el barco, disfrutamos mucho del día en el mar. No dudaremos en recomendar a No Frills a nuestros amigos que vengan de vacaciones para realizar las excursiones.

Do NOT book anything here under any circumstances. Unfortunately, we booked two excursions at once. The Anacaona boat tour and the Dragon Cave. On Saturday, September 7th, we wanted to go on the Anacaona boat tour and the bus didn't come. They said the bus had already left when we called. Unfortunately, the Bus definitely arrived too early because we were at the meeting point before 9:10 a.m. So we rebooked for Monday, September 9th, but the booking was incorrectly entered for September 10th. Which is why we weren't picked up AGAIN! and they said the bus was too far away when we called. So now we can't do the boat tour anymore. Thanks for nothing! So anyone who really wants to do something should book with another provider and not here! We are extremely disappointed! At least the Dragon Cave worked out, but after our bad experience with this travel provider, we would have preferred to book somewhere else. Buchen Sie hier auf KEINEN FALL etwas. Wir hatten leider direkt zwei Ausflüge gebucht. Die Anacaona Bootstour und die Drachenhöhle. Am Samstag den 07.09 wollten wir zur Bootstour Anacaona und der Bus kam nicht, es hieß der Bus ist bereits gefahren als wir anriefen. Leider zu früh, da wir vor 9:10 Uhr am Treffpunkt waren. Also wurde umgebucht auf Montag den 09.09 aber die Buchung wurde falsch eingetragen auf den 10.09. Weshalb wir wieder nicht abgeholt wurden und es hieß der Bus ist zu weit weg als wir anriefen. Somit können wir die Bootstour leider nicht mehr machen. Danke für nichts! Also jeder der wirklich etwas unternehmen möchte sollte lieber bei einem anderen Anbieter buchen und nicht hier! Wir sind extremst enttäuscht! Die Drachenhöhle hat wenigstens geklappt, hätten wir nach der schlechten Erfahrungen mit diesem Reiseanbieter aber lieber woanders gebucht. Nachtrag auf Ihre Antwort: Wir waren 9:05 Uhr am Treffpunkt und sollten 9:10 Uhr abgeholt werden... also haben Sie definitiv nicht alles richtig gemacht. Also empfehle ich immer noch jedem, nicht bei Ihnen zu buchen!

Hello Mandy + Marian + Erste + Jane + Andrson (as you all were on the same group and put a review at same time), We are sorry that you did not get to do the catamaran trip with Alcudia Sea Trips. However, we are delighted that you enjoyed your Caves of Drach tour with our company. With the tour to the caves, we have full control of the operative, from the moment you book your ticket, to being picked up and all throughout your tour. That is because the tour is operated by our company. If someone is not at the meeting point, our guides let our office know. When you book a tour with Alcudia Sea Trips or another boat company, the transport service is provided by that company. So if you are not in the correct place at the correct time (as was the case on the Saturday) they may just leave without you. However, they did make a video before leaving the pick up point, to prove to us that you were not there. Had you booked with another company, you would not have been given the courtesy of rescheduling the activity, as the general view is that if you are late for the pick up, you miss the tour. But our company did reschedule you for another day and we have written confirmation from the boat company. We do not know the reason why they did not pick you up today and that is why we gave you a refund, despite it being you who were late on the original day. So we think that your review of our company is deeply unfair, as you can see that actually we have done everything more than correctly. Copying and pasting that same review and republishing from different accounts is also a breach of Google's terms. We hope you will consider removing this and taking your complaint to the company who you actually have your grievance with.

Ich bin absolut enttäuscht und würde NIEMANDEM empfehlen, hier zu buchen. Bei mir hat es schon zweimal nicht geklappt. Beim ersten Mal wurden wir vergessen und der Bus fuhr zu früh ab. Anstatt eine Rückerstattung zu erhalten, mussten wir einen anderen Tag akzeptieren. Dann haben sie auch noch das falsche Datum eingetragen, und wir wurden wieder nicht abgeholt. Am Telefon hieß es nur, der Bus sei zu weit weg. Absolut unprofessionell! Wer Stress vermeiden will, sollte sich eine Alternative suchen. **Absolute Enttäuschung!** P.S Antwort auf ihre Erklärung: auf unserem Zettel stand Treffpunkt 9:10 Uhr. Wir waren um 9:05 Uhr da. Es ist nicht zu spät gewesen. Sollte es der Fall sein, dass man früher kommen muss, sollte es im voraus erwähnt werden . Von daher können Sie nicht behaupten sie hätten alles richtig gemacht!. Wir haben gerade ihre beweisvideo angeschaut und mussten feststellen, dass wir sogar auf dem Video drauf sind.... Uns hat keiner angesprochen und wir haben auch niemand gesehen der das T-Shirt von euch getragen hat. Dementsprechend könnten wir niemanden ansprechen. Aus dem Grund sind wir die strasse hochgelaufen, um dort nach jemanden zu suchen, und genau, das ist auf ihrem Video zu sehen.

Wie wir in der ersten Antwort geschrieben haben, wurde der Ausflug von der Firma Barcos Alcudia Sea Trips organisiert und Sie haben das Ticket in unserem Büro gekauft. Am ersten Tag des Ausflugs waren Sie nicht zur angegebenen Stunde und am angegeben Abholpunkt und wir antworteten darauf: Wenn Sie eine Tour bei Alcudia Sea Trips oder einem anderen Bootsunternehmen buchen, wird der Transportservice von diesem Unternehmen bereitgestellt . Hätten Sie bei einem anderen Unternehmen gebucht, hätten Sie nicht die Gefälligkeit erhalten, die Aktivität zu verschieben, da die allgemeine Ansicht lautet, dass Sie die Tour verpassen, wenn Sie zu spät zur Abholung kommen. Unser Unternehmen hat Sie jedoch auf einen anderen Tag verschoben und wir haben eine schriftliche Bestätigung des Bootsunternehmens. Wir kennen den Grund, warum Sie heute nicht abgeholt wurden nicht und haben Ihnen daher Ihr Geld zurückerstattet, obwohl Sie am ursprünglichen Tag zu spät gekommen sind. In ihrer Änderung zu ihrer ersten Rezension sagen sie, dass sie im Video erscheinen. Sie sagen, dass sie die Personen sind, die in diesem Video zu sehen sind. Das stimmt nicht. Diese Leute gehen eine Sackgasse hinauf, die nur zum Eingang eines Hotels führt. Es ist keine normale Strasse und es gibt auch keine Busse, die in diese Richtung fahren. Der Bus hält genau dort, wo diese Leute sind, hinter der Person, die das Video gemacht hat. Ein großer Bus mit 55 Sitzplätzen. Ich denke, jeder, der auf seinen Bus wartete, um einen Ausflug zu machen, würde diesen Bus sehen. Offensichtlich machen die Personen im Video keinen Ausflug, sondern sind auf dem Weg zum Eingang ihres Hotels. Am zweiten Tag war es ein menschlicher Fehler, dass sie ihre Reservierung für Dienstag statt für Montag vorgenommen hatten. Als ich anrief, gab es keine Zeit mehr um mit einemTaxi zum Katamaran zu fahren. Wir bedauern diesen menschlichen Fehler der Firma Alcudia Seatrips. Abschließend möchte ich Ihnen mitteilen, dass wir Drohungen und Verleumdungen nicht tolerieren, was Sie mit dieser Bewertung und den von Ihren Freunden geposteten Bewertungen getan haben, mit eindeutig verleumderischer Absicht und der Schädigung des Rufs unseres Unternehmens. Aus diesem Grund werden wir einen Polizeibericht einreichen, damit sie den Sachverhalt bewerten und entsprechende Maßnahmen ergreifen können, entweder während ihres Aufenthalts auf der Insel oder bei ihrer Rückkehr.

Wonderful excursion agency in Can Picafort. Meike was very helpful in helping us fit in everything we wanted to do, which was quite a task, as there were storms and a lot was weather-dependent. The Island Tour, despite the early start, was an excellent day out through the mountains with gorgeous landscape and a different side to Majorca that you would never imagine without seeing it. The tram and train were unique, but the boat part was the highlight for us. The Caves of Drach were spectacular and well worth a visit. In both cases, the tour guide was polite, well-informed and good fun. The coach pick-ups were right on time just across the road from our hotel. We managed to do two boat trips and loved both. We did the Park Natural boat trip from Can Picafort and the catamaran trip from Alcudia (although transport was included in the price). Once again, the landscape was stunning and the crew on boat trips were great fun. I would highly recommend No Frills Excursions in Majorca and will definitely use them again when I come back to Can Picafort.

Gute Beratung, tolle Organisation auch an der Bushaltestelle. Top Busfahrer mit klimatisiertem Doppeldecker-Bus. Katharina, unsere Reiseleitung war super nett und hat gute Infos gegeben. Für uns hätte der Ausflug in die Drachenhöhle gerne etwas länger gehen können :) alles in allem waren wir super zufrieden! Vielen Dank dafür.

Es ist einfach fantastisch hier. Ich kenne den Ort seit 1997 .Habe sogar 5 Jahre dort gewohnt.Fliege 2 mal im Jahr dort hin. Es ist nicht so überlaufen wie andere Orte. Mein Hotel liegt direkt am Meer. Wohne immer in der obersten Etage,und habe von dort einen tollen Ausblick. Bin zur Zeit durch meine Krankheit in der Bewegung sehr eingeschränkt,aber so ist vieles machbar.

Menorca-Busrundreise inkl. Fährüberfahrten und Hotel Transfers für 130 € am 26.4.23: Preis-Leistung war super. Wir sprechen von einem kompletten Tag, 7 Uhr morgens bis 20 Uhr. Martina die deutsche Auswandern hat alles gut erklärt und es gab viele interessante Stationen. Lohnt sich! Gar nicht gefallen hat mir die Wartezeit am Fährhafen in der Früh mit 2 Stunden sinnloser Wartezeit bis die Tickets ausgeteilt werden. Da muss vom Veranstalter mehr Flexibilität an den Tag gelegt werden. Wenn man wenig Teilnehmer aufsammeln muss, so wie an dem Tag, braucht man nur ein kleines Zeitfenster von 25 Minuten Vorlaufzeit ...

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Inselrundfahrt mit einer netten Dame die uns alles erklärt hat und uns gut durchgeführt hat. Inca wurde nicht angefahren wie in der Beschreibung erwähnt. Aber es war super organisiert und echt toll! :-)

Our trip with No Frills from Can Picafort to the Caves of Drach made our holiday. The tour guide was absolutely excellent. She was from Palma and she was so knowledgeable. She gave us lots of information and kept an eye out for us. We got lots and lots of time for lunch, ice cream and the gift shop. We had the loveliest day and would definitely book with No Frills again.

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Inselrundfahrt mit dem Boot, der Straßenbahn, Zug und Bus. Die Strecke war atemberaund schön und Magda hat alles super erklärt. Wir haben viel von Mallorca gesehen und auch unser Busfahrer ist die teils schwere Strecke mit viel Leichtigkeit gefahren. Einzig alleine die Fenster des Busses waren so dreckig, dass man keine schönen Bilder machen könnte und auch die Aussicht dadurch sehr getrübt war.

Nicht weiter zu empfehlen! Unfreundliches Personal. Auf der Internetseite stand als Rückfahrzeit nach Palma 1 Uhr und im Bus wurde gesagt, dass sie um 3 Uhr ist. Es gab keine Entschuldigung oder Entschädigung. Der Bus hatte an der Frontscheibe einen riesen Riss (damit zu fahren grenzt an Fahrlässigkeit!). Im Bus gibt es keine Toilette, es lief keine Musik und es durfte nicht getrunken werden. Wir kamen es vor wie auf einer Rentnerfahrt. Für das Geld könnt ihr euch ein Hotelzimmer vor Ort buchen. Ist viel entspannter. Diese Fahrt und dieses Unternehmen sind nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

Leider im September die Abholzeit von Ballerman ist immer um 3 Uhr. Nur im Oktober fahren wir um 1 Uhr von Palma raus. Danke für die Info über stornierte Glass im Bus, wir werden es zu Bus Firma weiterleiten. Es gehort nicht zu uns. Liebe Grüsse

Wir haben eine Tour zu den Drachenhöhlen mit diesem Anbieter gemacht. Während der Fahrt wurden etwas zu oft, aber mit einer freundlichen Art, immer wieder die gleichen Informationen zum Besten gegeben. Irgendwann war jeder leicht genervt, dass man keine ruhige Minute hatte. Bevor man an den Drachenhöhlen ankam, wurde unangekündigt ein Zwischenhalt bei der Perlenmarke Majorica eingelegt. Also eine halbstündige Werbeunterbrechung. Wäre dies im Vorfeld angekündigt worden, wäre dies kein Problem gewesen, aber in dieser Form hinterlässt es einen saueren Nachgeschmack.

The German receptionist Meike was very helpful in Tourist guide and information. As for me I was struggling to find myself in Mallorca, but she helped me to find interesting places in Mallorca and was very fluently speaking english and german. Very ambitious!

Good excursion reasonably priced although took us a long time to get to destination due to latecomers and number of pick ups also pick up was very early so couldn't finish our tour of attraction this was a bit disappointing on the whole enjoyed day
