Hemos hecho muchos tours por Mallorca pero este ( tour al atardecer por Formentor con cava y fresas ) es el mejor con diferencia, además, Pedro, no solo es un excelente guía sino que parece un colega de toda la vida, enhorabuena, cien por cien recomendable.

On the internet, we ordered a half-day tour from Alcudi-Mar pick-up to Cuevas del Drach, and everything went smooth. Despite late arrival of the bus in the morning, we departed exactly on time from the caves. The guide Catalina was very nice, and even the bus was comfortable, although looking some 20 years old.

Très bonne expérience de nofrills excursions. J'ai pu en profiter mi octobre, avec mon fils de 8 ans. Nous avons opté pour une journée autour de l'île et une demie journée à dinosaur Land + visite des grottes. Tout est parfaitement bien organisé meme si tout se fait un peu au pas de course. Les guides et les conducteurs sont très aimables. Seul petit point noir, aucun ne pratique couramment le français. Un peu difficile d'assurer la traduction en simultanée pour de jeunes enfants. Pourquoi ne pas prévoir des audio guides pour les plus jeunes ? Je recommande 👍🏻

Tour de Nattivus por Palma de Mallorca con visita a catedral, empezamos 10 minutos tarde, con un grupo de unos 25 entre ingleses y alemanes y tres en idioma español. Las explicaciones en castellano escasas y de muy poca calidad. Vamos nos sentimos engañados.

We booked our boat trip with nofrills at their shop rather than at the beach pier, and it turned out to be a brilliant decision. They had a wider choice of excursions, and as we booked two trips, we got a discount. we had a really positive experience with this office. the agent was well informed about the offers and possibilities. she advised us precisely how to see a lot of the island, what to do with children etc. also there was no pressure in the booking process. we booked 3 trips and had a perfect time each. one of them was with an exclusive nofrills bus and our guide Dori. planning and organising was very detailed, no question was left unanswered.

Took a trip to Formentor by bus.We enquired if we were eligible for a refund as my father fell sick on the day of travel. The tour guide said we could get such a refund and that she would note this down and inform the hotel.She asked us to check with the hotel. When the hotel called the agency they flatly refused and quoted that we misunderstood. We were not expecting the refund in the first place but wanted to note the professionalism of the staff in this regard. Next time please refuse refunds at the outset or let the customers know what to do in advance.

hi, I think you are mistaken. The guide never told you that you were eligible for the refund but that you had to go to the place where you bought the ticket. The cancellation policy is always at hand, and if you cancell on the same trip, we cant do a refund as you can perfectly understand. thanks
