we used the transfer from airport to hotel service last year and i still think it about a lot! The interaction with the employees of Ibiza Spotlight was one of the highlight of your trip. They were super friendly when picking us up (quite late in the evening) and when we had to cancel our shuttle to the airport (it was about 1-2 in the morning!) at our last day, they were one of the few booth open at the airport during night time and still very understanding and gave great service! Definitely will book again :D

Very unhelpful! We are a group of 6 who have spent a lot of money on purchasing tickets. Due to unforeseen circumstances 1 person can no longer go to Ibiza and has got intouch to request a refund, but they have refused and not even bothered to resolve the situation! They claim to refund tickets up to 24 hours before an event! Apparently, they cannot refund just the one ticket! Poor excuse!

Hi Sandy, we are very sorry you don’t feel you received the best service from us. As our customer service promptly informed you when you contacted us, we cannot make changes or do partial refunds to issued tickets. We could have cancelled and refunded the whole amount allowing you to repurchase minus one person (refunding one) but unfortunately, you did not purchase the club’s ticket cancellation insurance, so this was not possible as per our terms and conditions. We sincerely hope this is clearer to you now and would suggest considering cancellation insurance in the future if you are not 100% certain about attending a party.

AVOID IBIZA SPOTLIGHT TICKETS WITH DRINK INCLUDED AS THE DRINK IS NOT GIVEN. Emailed on Thursday, still no response. Went to Pure Pacha Thursday night with your offer of entrance and one drink. Pacha Control at the internet tickets said use the qr code at the bar to get the drinks. I tried at 3 bars, top where the old funky room was, the terrace and down at right side of dance floor. All of the bar staff were great, they tried from the email and from download on phone and they said a they could not accept it. Tickets scanned fine the phone for entrance I also spoke 2 other customers who were having the same problem as me. Bar staff said go to Pacha control, control said go to you for refund. We spent a great deal of time missing the awesome acts of Galantis and Robin Schulz trying to sort this out. My wife and I love your site and have followed you since the very beginning, and often bought tickets, so was amazed that there would be a problem. ( I have been coming to the Island since 1996) and come every year barring covid. So, as said , with a respected brand as yourselves was surprised that there would be a problem. You need to check with Pacha Management that your systems are theirs work together so drinks can be honoured. It is just so disappointing to have something that should be so easy, spoil a great night. I would not want anyone else to go through all this. Hi Daymo, We are very sorry for your experience. And in this instance, we must hold our hands up. Our system wasn't talking correctly to the venue's system and the drinks weren't registered. We spoke to the venue, who said they were aware of this and offered drinks to the affected guests. Again, we are so sorry that you didn't get your drinks. We have already updated our system so it won't happen again. We will also be contacting you personally.

For club tickets, Ibiza Spotlight is the only place we would ever use. We've been visiting Ibiza for 20 years, and wouldn't set foot on the island without first referencing the forums, the events calendars and purchasing our tickets from them. The customer service is second to none. In a time when good customer 'service' is very difficult to find. Ibiza Spotlight are a shining beacon. Special thanks to Casandra and James who have cancelled, refunded then rebooked tickets for us in the past. You do an amazing job guys.

Google wouldn’t allow me to give them 0 stars. I booked a boat party with this company the Hip Hop boat party event. It was way out of town. At the other side of the island. Made my way there just for them to send a cancellation email 5 minutes before event was supposed to begin. Extremely unprofessional. No comments or explanations were given to explain why it had been canceled. I wasted half my day because of the travel time for this event. I absolutely do not recommend trusting them. There are plenty of other boat parties all across ibiza: Don’t book with Ibiza Spotlight.

Villa Casa La Cabaña (Las Tres Yucas) - Ibiza Fantastic villa as stayed here as a group of 7 in September 2017 - however we got broken into on last night. No safety deposit box, safe or alarm system. And one of the shutters on the sliding doors was already faulty making it childsplay for the robbers! Burglars ransacked the place and stole money, jewellery and even food and alcohol! Then some 2 weeks after arriving home and us querying where our deposit was. The owner suddenly decided that we had stained a towel so held back half of €1500 deposit to replace said towel. I am assuming he used this to fix the broken door!! As we in fact had cleaned the villa top to bottom because none of us could sleep after the trauma of being broken into on our last night! It was far cleaner and tidier than it was expected to be as we were paying guests! Beware of this company, spotlight did nothing to assist us in getting our Deposit back! And in fact told us that maybe we had urinated on the towels, which interestingly went from 1 damaged towel to suddenly all of the bedding and all of the towels ....all ruined!!! It was outrageous and really made a bad end to what was a great time in Ibiza!!!

Buying the tickets was easy, but exchanging, returning, or selling was not possible. Limited support from customer service. Ridiculous that you can't resell tickets.

We (Ibiza Spotlight) offer free cancellations up to 24 hours before the event, we are the only Ibiza ticket website to offer this service. All tickets are nominal and can of course not be resold. Hope you had a great time anyway!
