Faith Ibiza were so helpful with arranging my engagement proposal. Sophie in particular went above and beyond to make sure the moment was special for us. Her communication was excellent and discreet, allowing us to plan the perfect proposal without my girlfriend knowing! I would highly recommend their services.

The girls at Faith Ibiza have looked after yacht / dinner / vip experiences and transport for us for many years. Yes they are crazy busy in season, so best to be organised and sort bookings ahead. Boat day with friends organised by faith Ibiza, food and drink was supplied & the boat provided was spacious with a lovely front deck to sunbathe on whilst we played our own music through really good speakers that were also provided. We had the best day and would reccomend

I cant fault this company! The only people I trust when it comes to booking a trip to ibiza. They sort not only your accommodation but full itinerary if required. Nothing was to much of a problem and the team go above and beyond! Thanks so much! Will use again :)

We stayed at the Can Pep Villa. The pool was nice, pool area was spacious - good for a big group. The rest of the property was outdated. As we were getting ready for our first night out, the power goes out - which caused us all to panic. We reached out to the concierge and there was so sense of urgency to get the matter resolved. Every time the power went out, we had to drive half a mile down a dark road to the breaker to flip the switch to get the power back on - this went on for the whole duration of our stay. We did NOT feel safe at this property, even though it is gated. When the power goes out you have to push open the gate, which we had to do each time - anyone can come onto the property and push open the gate when the power is out. My biggest issue is their negligence to resolve safety concerns. Customer service is not their top priority. There are other places you can stay at, do not waste your hard earned money at this Villa.

Most horrendous stay there! Some friends and I booked our stay and we were NOT able to use the simplest of their amenities , POWER! anytime we used their blow dryers provided the power went out and instead of having someone help, we had to drive a mile down the road to RESET THEIR BREAKER! The weekend stay there, we didn’t have anyone come help us with any issues, instead were told that they don’t work weekends! We had no power, the house was hot, the service was absolute trash!

My friends and I booked a stay at Can Pep Villa for a couple of days and we were so excited to have a fun and relaxing time in Ibiza to celebrate our best friend’s bachelorette party. Unfortunately, we encountered several issues at the Villa that made our experience less than enjoyable. The power went out several times in 100°F temperatures every day during the entire time we stayed there. When we raised the issue to Faith Concierge and the owner, they blamed us for using the AC and electronic tools. They instructed us to go half a mile down the road to reset the breaker in a sketchy electricity box even in the pitch black at night. This was not only inconvenient but dangerous, as the road lacked street lights. In order to attempt to use even one hair dryer, we followed their instruction’s and turned off all the lights, AC units and unplugged all other electronics. This was especially inconvenient with a group of girls trying to get ready for any activity we had planned and left us wasting valuable time away from our vacation. I remember the power going out once while I was in the middle of showering and thank God I had my phone nearby to use as a flashlight as I have severe claustrophobia. We also spent a significant amount of money on groceries and the power went out while we were gone for the day (even though we had all the AC units and lights turned off) so we had to throw most of the food away that went bad in the fridge. And while the villa itself looked nice, it was definitely not clean as the floors were dirty and there were cobwebs in our bedrooms. Many appliances like the grill were also out of order. Every time we reached out to Faith Concierge and the property owner regarding any of these issues, they kept making up excuses without providing sufficient support or resolutions. Needless to say, their customer service and this Villa were very disappointing.

There are so many issues with this “concierge” company, I could probably write a book. I stayed at Can Pep Villa in August with my group of friends. This villa is suppose to accommodate 11 people comfortably. Can Pep’s photos are unfortunately misleading, AC & power was constantly turning off. The first evening of arrival, the electricity went out after 1 person using a blow dryer and the ac mini splits turned on. We notified Hailey and the property manager but unfortunately, they could not resolve the problem themselves. We had to drive 800m down the road, in the pitch black, to flip the circuit break to turn the power back on. This happened multiple times each day during our stay. Imagine you didn’t have a car rental and had to walk this pitch black, dirt road in the middle of the night to flip the power back on. They had an “electrician” come visit the site, who stated “nothing was wrong” when the power was on. But just shortly after he left, the power went out again. Their excuse was “this has ‘never’ happened before your stay”, “you shouldn’t use the ac while using hair dryer”, “don’t use more than 1 hair dryer”, the electricity is shared and this is peak season which results in power outages”. There was always a constant “reason” without holding any accountability. A group of girls can understand how frustrating this can be when everyone is trying to get ready. Imagine being in a group of 9 girls, getting ready for dinner, and only 1 person can use a hair tool and you can’t use the AC while using the hair tool! Lol!! This just validates how OUTDATED and OLD Can Pep Villa. It was very unfortunate we couldn’t feel the most sexiest IN IBIZA because of the poor accommodations. Although we followed their instructions, turning off the ac or not using a hair tool, this problem was consistent throughout our stay. The power even went out during the day, when we weren’t even in the villa. This caused all of our food to be spoiled in the fridge. In addition to the problem mentioned above, we were only provided 1-2 towel per person for the whole stay. The lights are extremely low voltage and dim. The villa was not well kept and dirty. The list can go on. Fast forward 4 months after my stay, Faith & Can Pep Villa still puts the blame on us for their issues and has not provided any compensation for any inconvenience that was occurred during my bachelorette party. To be honest, I would never utilize their service or book at any Villa, especially Can Pep ever again. Just stay at a hotel who will be more than happy to help accommodate and provide you with exceptional service.

We stayed at their Can Pep Villa during our trip to Ibiza. While the villa itself was nice, the power went out 4-5 times a day throughout our 4-day stay, the outside grill didn’t work at all, and the main house was extremely HOT. Despite reporting thees issues, the company refused to send anyone to investigate the cause. Instead, we were forced to drive half a mile down the road to reset the breaker every time, even during the night when no one was using electricity. The frequent outages and lack of support highlighted their poor customer service, as they showed no concern for resolving the problem.

Can Pep Luis Villa (Ibiza) Outdated villa! Do not stay here! Our safety was compromised above all else and the owner or Faith Ibiza Concierge did nothing to help us!! This was supposed to be a carefree, relaxing time to celebrate our bestfriend’s one in a lifetime Bachelorette in Ibiza and the amount of issues we encountered with this villa took alot of our time away from doing so. Faith Ibiza Concierge guarantees a VIP, luxury experience and given our stay it was far from lux! Not one positive to say about our experience with Faith Concierge or the owner of the villa. We spent close to $6,000 for a total of 4 nights to not have A/C, no electricity to even blow dry our hair (we couldn’t even get dressed up for Ibiza the way we wanted), no lights to see while we did our makeup/hair, cobwebs in my room- proof they did not clean the villa prior to our stay, some of the appliances did not work, and the list goes on… As soon as we checked into the villa, we started to decorate the villa with all of our Bachorlette Decorations and the electricity went out and we were then in complete darkness! That night, we had dinner reservations,so we needed to start getting ready soon. We called the owner immediately who instructed to us that we needed to go a half mile down the road to turn back on the electricity! This villa is out in the middle of nowhere and he expects his female guests to walk down some creepy, dirty road?? Thank goodness we had a car rental but what what if we did not have a car?? This was not the first drive to the electricity box , as we had to do this close to 10 times during our whole stay! Such a inconvenience esp when this put us behind on multiple reservation times! Also, the owner told us that we could not plug in too many electronics or hair tools at once- only one at one time. How do you offer a villa rental that can house up to 12 guests but cannot supply enough electricity for 9 people?? Btw I went out multiple nights with wet hair. One hair tool at a time is not feasible for 9 ladies! Absolutely ridiculous!! This villa was such a disappointment and let down. No accountability whatsoever by anyone! Do not consider staying here or booking with Faith Concierge

I really enjoyed working with Faith Ibiza VIP concierge this summer. They were super helpful with everything from renting a villa, booking a boat trip, organising a private chef for a barbq, car rental and even club nights. Even when thrown a curve ball when the villa we were supposed to be staying in was sold they sourced an even better one within days. I will be using them for all my future ibiza trips! We organised a catamaran day cruise with a DJ for a group of 22 friends thru Nicola & Sophie. The service from the initial booking all the way through to the day & after was phenomenal! Our experience with Faith Ibiza VIP Concierge and Sarah has left us utterly disappointed and frustrated. Months ago, we eagerly made plans for a dream vacation, booking a villa in Ibiza through their service. However, our excitement was quickly extinguished when Faith Ibiza VIP Concierge dropped a bombshell: our reservation was canceled, "So sorry - we have sub rented the villa to an agency for the summer and they have asked us to cancel all existing bookings" Traveling with small children is challenging enough without unexpected setbacks like this. Sarah and the company showed a shocking lack of consideration for our situation by canceling all existing bookings without any prior warning or explanation. It's not just about losing the reservation; it's about the ripple effect of chaos and stress it caused for our family. The timing of this cancellation couldn't have been worse. We had meticulously planned every aspect of our trip, only to have our plans upended at the last minute by Faith Ibiza VIP Concierge's irresponsible actions. Their disregard for customer service and basic decency is appalling. No family should have to endure the frustration and inconvenience we experienced due to their negligence. In light of this ordeal, I strongly advise against trusting Faith Ibiza VIP Concierge with your travel arrangements. Their lack of professionalism and disregard for their customers' well-being make them a company to avoid at all costs. Look elsewhere for your concierge needs, and spare yourself the headache and disappointment we endured.
